Current Situation of Cultivated Land Quality in Tongnan District of Chongqing City and Suggestions on Countermeasures

In 2015, the area of first and second class land in Tongnan Distdct of Chongqing was 221.646 km2, accounting for 30% of the total cultivated area, and the area of the third, fourth and fifth class land was 517.861 km2, accounting for 70% of the total cultivated area. The quality of cultivated land was at a low level. Comparison with the Second Soil Census in 2015 showed that the soil pH value has been improved; the organic matter content in the tillage layer showed a slight upward trend; the contents of available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium in the topsoil increased. Countermeasures were proposed as follows： vig- orously promote the construction of high-standard farmland; adjust the industrial structure of agriculture and implement farming reform; combine organic and inorgan- ic fertilization to reduce the amount of fertilizers; popularize soil testing and formu- lated fertilization to change farmers＇ traditional fertilization habits; improve pollution control to ensure the sustainable productivity of farmland; strictly promote the quality management of cultivated land and strengthen the construction of quality monitoring system; increase investment and improve the monitoring mechanism; vigorously publicize and enhance the awareness of all citizens in protecting cultivated land; im- prove the law of cultivated land protection and enhance the seriousness of the law on the protection of cultivated land.

Current Situation,Problems and Prospects of Land Use Research in Lake Basins

Land use in lake basins has an important impact on the sustainable development of society,economy and ecology.Based on the literature induction method,this paper systematically summarized the current status of land use research in lake basins from six aspects:temporal and spatial changes,effects,driving factors,optimization research,and the application of remote sensing techniques in lake land use research.Correspondingly,three problems were proposed:lack of refined research on land use changes in lake basins,imperfect theoretical research on lake land use optimization research,and weak land type extraction techniques based on remote sensing images.It is believed that the future research on lake land use should focus on strengthening the refinement of land use change research in lake basins,further improving the theoretical and practical research on land use optimization in lake basins based on a variety of related theories,and further improving the interpretation algorithms of remote sensing images.

Current Research Situations,Problems and Recommendations of Land Use Structure and Layout Optimization

Land is the foundation for human survival and development,and all human social and economic activities are inseparable from the land as a space carrier.With the continuous development of China's social economy,China is facing new social development needs such as urban-rural integration and rural revitalization.At the same time,China starts to attach great importance to ecology and has proposed the concept that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.In this situation,the rational use of land resources,the optimization of land use structure and layout are also facing new challenges and problems,and more comprehensive consideration is required to make relevant optimization.Using the method of literature comparative analysis,from the conceptual connotation,basic theory,method model,and specific practice of land use structure and layout optimization,this paper analyzed and summarized the current research situations and problems,and finally came up with recommendations for the future research.

Research on the Current Situation and Cultivation of English Learning Motivation of Non-English Majors

English is not only a language,but also a tool.There are many factors that affect students’English learning quality and ef?ficiency,among which the biggest one is learning motivation.At present,some non-English majors in our country lack the motiva?tion of English learning,and the phenomenon of students’grade differentiation becomes more and more obvious,which seriously affects the process and quality of English teaching in the whole class.Analyzing and exploring the present situation and cultivation of English learning motivation of non-English majors can improve the quality and level of English learning of Chinese college stu?dents as a whole.

Problems and Solutions about Land Use of Different Karst Environments in Southern China

This paper is aimed to analyze the current situation and problems about land use of various karst environments via field survey,documentation and comparison methods,and to make reasonable recommendations about land use and management for different karst types in a bid to provide theoretical and practical basis for optimization of karst land use and the comprehensive control of karst rock desertification.The results show that,①as the bare karst areas are lack of water and soil and highly vulnerable to droughts and floods,land utilization in such areas should follow the principles of soil and water conservation and ecological restoration,emphasize both the ecological benefit and the economic benefits and reasonably configure the land resources to achieve virtuous circle;②in covered karst areas,the most important task is to take measures to prevent the appearance of secondary karst rock desertification,water exhaustion and karst collapse;③the buried karst areas shall mainly focus on prevention of overlaying sand shale collapse,and possible pollution of deep karst water and the surface land resulted from exploration and exploitation of oil and gas and geothermal water.④The final conclusion is that features and problems of land utilization of the three karst types are different from each other,and that the general principle for land use in karst regions shall be based on the local conditions.

Analysis of the Current Structure and Response Strategies of Intensive Vegetable Seedling Cultivation in Hebei Province

In the last few years, vegetable industry developed rapidly in Hebei province, intensive raising seedling as its main component, also entered a period of rapid development. The background and characteristics, the current situation and existed questions of intensive seedling cultivation were analyzed. A series of developmental ideas and response strategies for developing more quickly in Hebei Province were put forward.

小黑豆中活性成分·营养价值与资源应用

黑豆为大豆属植物[Glycine max(L.)Merr]的种子,为我国资源分布很广的药食两用中药,陕北小黑豆为其栽培品种之一。黑豆主要含有异黄酮和花青素类成分,具有抗炎、抗氧化、降血糖、降血脂、抗癌、调节激素水平等多种药理作用。对1997—2022年国内外文献报道的黑豆化学成分及主要药理作用进行综述,分析陕北小黑豆种植栽培现状及药用黑豆存在的问题。提出陕北地区的环境更适合小黑豆的种植与进一步应完善该植物药材标准的观点。

基于土地利用现状的耕地种植属性空间分布特征研究

耕地是人类赖以生存的基本资源,耕地保护是事关国计民生的战略问题。为充分掌握耕地种植现状,及时为耕地保护提供数据参考,本文以寿光市为例,基于年度变更调查土地利用现状数据,采用核密度分析法、最近邻指数法、标准差椭圆法等方法对耕地进行统计分析,综合评估耕地及其种植属性空间分布特征,从而为后续耕地保护提供数据参考,进一步促进耕地资源可持续发展。

南京市某妇产医院博士后培养工作现状与思考

博士后人才培养是推动医院高质量发展的重要力量。文章总结了南京市妇幼保健院博士后人才招收情况、在站期间科研产出情况以及医院针对博士后人才培养制定的一系列举措,分析了医院博士后管理工作中存在招收规模较小、考核机制不够健全、培养配套制度相对较少等问题,并在此基础上提出了改善博士后人才培养的几点建议。研究坚持引育并举,拓宽招收渠道;使用与培养并重,夯实专业基础;强化管理梯队建设,做好后期保障;完善博士后激励机制,强化人才引领。以期进一步优化医院博士后人才管理工作,为切实提高医院博士后人才培养质量提供参考。

乡村振兴是国家扶持乡村发展的重要战略,乡村教师作为乡村振兴的主力军,被赋予了振兴乡村的新期待。以乡村教师为对象,运用问卷调查的方法,对S市17个区县14657名在职乡村教师进行调查。结果发现,乡村教师参与乡村振兴的路径以教育教学活动为主,以乡村振兴公益活动为辅。乡村教育的认知、乡村振兴的培训、教育情怀的引领和乡土情怀的坚守是乡村教师参与乡村振兴的主要原因。因此,应拓宽乡村教师参与乡村振兴的渠道、形成正确的乡村教育认知、开展乡村振兴相关培训、培育乡村教师的教育情怀与乡土情怀。

英国份地的现状、特征和发展策略研究及其对中国的启示

中国城市自然土地资源趋紧,人们密切关注城市种植,积极开展公共健康和城市园艺相关实践。通过数据汇总和案例分析,总结英国传统份地的研究进展、供求情况、集约化管理、收支压力和公益化发展现状,解析份地的生产、环保、健康美学和精准化服务等现代特征。基于现状和特征的总结,进一步阐述份地在参与、供应、监管和维护等方面的协同发展与增效策略。借鉴英国份地发展经验,提出应普及城市种植和生态保护理念,探索城市种植地的定位和规划管理路径,缓解人地矛盾,寻求我国城市种植地差异化发展策略,并构建全龄化城市种植服务体系等建议。对规划层面的土地利用转型和保护、城市绿地系统的完善、种植地管理方式的健全、城市种植地能效提升和营造宜居城市具有一定的借鉴意义。

典型入海河流水环境状况分析及治理对策研究

入海河流携带的污染物已成为近岸海域生态环境恶化的主要原因之一。为改善近岸海域水质,强化海陆统筹,以饮马河作为研究对象,基于流域水环境的调研情况,分析2021年-2022年监测数据,找出现状河道存在的问题,探索入海河流的综合治理模式,针对性提出了控源截污、内源治理、生态修复及河道管理的具体措施,以降低入河污染物、提高水环境容量、恢复流域生境、加快生态系统自我恢复,实现河流水环境的长效保障,同时也为相关流域治理等提供思路。

粤港澳大湾区智慧物流人才培养现状与路径研究

为了切实掌握粤港澳大湾区高校智慧物流人才培养现状,随机抽取了30所代表高校,对其智慧物流人才培养现状进行深入调查。问卷数据显示,高校思想层面上认识到智慧物流人才培养的重要性,并在物流专业人才培养方案、课程设置等方面初探式的增加智慧物流方向相关内容。同时,多数高校也初步开设了智慧物流方向相关课程并提供了相关政策支持。但是,多数学校具有人工智能相关背景的物流老师占比较低。截止问卷调查时,多数高校学生以传统物流岗位实习为主,高校对智慧物流相关方向实习岗位的需求强烈。为了填补智慧物流人才的缺口,培养满足企业需求的高质量智慧物流人才,大湾区高校应该着重在“学科专业设置、人才培养方案、教师团队建设、产教融合、校企合作”等方面进行优化。文章结论为高校开展智慧物流人才培养提供数据支持和意见建议,为推动粤港澳大湾区发展智慧物流提供数据提供参考。

高邮市耕地质量综合评价及提升策略

为全面了解高邮市耕地质量现状,提升耕地质量水平,对高邮市耕地质量开展调查评价、等级划分和系统分析,结果表明:高邮市耕地质量加权平均等级为2.60,整体水平较高,其中二等地面积最大,为36563.60 hm^(2)。耕地三大利用类型中耕地质量等级高低表现为水田>水浇地>旱地,且全市耕地土壤有机质、全氮、有效磷、速效钾含量平均分别为36.13 g/kg、2.08 g/kg、26.15 mg/kg、146.73 mg/kg,均处于高等水平。
