Based on the analysis of current situation of water environment in the Chaohu Lake,general ideas and measures of controlling the water environment were proposed. In respect of control ideas,controlling outbreaks of blue-green algae should be as one of control goals; it is needed to combine reducing the quantity of blue-green algae with decreasing eutrophication level to make the decrease in the quantity of blue-green algae larger than their natural increase until outbreaks of blue-green algae are eliminated; all kinds of techniques should be combined closely,integrated and innovated,and corresponding safeguard measures should be adopted. In respect of control measures,controlling sources of pollution and intercepting pollutants are basic measures,of which improving sewage treatment capacity and standard greatly is a key measure,and actively controlling pollution from large-scale livestock and poultry breeding is one of main measures; rivers polluted heavily should be controlled,and using microorganisms to purify small and moderate rivers can be as one of preferred techniques; blue-green algae should be dredged deeply to reducing their quantity; water should be transferred from the Yangtze River to the Chaohu Lake or the Hauihe River to purify water bodies and increase environmental capacity; reed wetland should be restored on a large scale to increase vegetation coverage from 5% to 20%; dredging should be combined with the elevation of basement of restored reed wetland. 展开更多

The global exploration investment, new oil and gas discoveries, exploration business adjustment strategies of oil companies in 2021, and future favorable exploration domains are systematically analyzed using commercial databases such as IHS and public information of oil companies. It has been found that the world oil and gas exploration situation in 2021 has continued the downturn since the outbreak of COVID-19. The investment and drilling workload decreased slightly, but the success rate of exploration wells, especially deepwater exploration wells, increased significantly, and the newly discovered reserves increased slightly compared with last year. Deep waters of the passive continental margin basins are still the leading sites for discovering conventional large and medium-sized oil and gas fields. The conventional oil and gas exploration in deep formations of onshore petroliferous basins has been keeping a good state, with tight/shale oil and gas discoveries made in Saudi Arabia, Russia, and other countries. While strengthening the exploration and development of local resources, national, international, and independent oil companies have been focusing on major overseas frontiers using their advantages, including risk exploration in deep waters and natural gas. Future favorable exploration directions in the three major frontiers, the global deep waters, deep onshore formations, and unconventional resources, have been clarified. Four suggestions are put forward for the global exploration business of Chinese oil companies: first, a farm in global deepwater frontier basins in advance through bidding at a low cost and adopt the “dual exploration model” after making large-scale discoveries;second, enter new blocks of emerging hot basins in the world through farm-in and other ways, to find large oil and gas fields quickly;third, cooperate with national oil companies of the resource host countries in the form of joint research and actively participate exploration of deep onshore formations of petroliferous basins;fourth, track tight/shale oil and gas cooperation opportunities in a few countries such as Saudi Arabia and Russia, and take advantage of mature domestic theories and technologies to farm in at an appropriate time. 展开更多

Based on the monitoring results of environmental quality of the waters near the Feiyun River estuary during 2011-2016, the current situation of environmental quality of the waters was analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that pH, DO, COD Mn , petroleum, and heavy metals (Cu, Pb, Zn, Cd, Hg, As and Cr) in the waters near the Feiyun River estuary did not exceed the second-class standard of Seawater Quality Standard (GB 3097-1997), while both inorganic nitrogen and reactive phosphate in the waters exceeded the second-class standard obviously. The water quality of the waters near the Feiyun River estuary was in an eutrophic state. In terms of sediment quality, the standard index of most evaluation factors except for Cu was smaller than 1, meeting the demands of sediment quality for environmental protection. 展开更多

变化环境下河南省水资源情势与驱动力分析

为了解河南省水资源利用现状及趋势,为水资源管理部门提供参考,以应对变化环境下未来水资源供需所面临的挑战,基于河南省1999—2022年有关气象水文资料及水资源统计资料,采用统计分析、Mann-Kendall趋势检验及BP神经网络方法,对河南省... 为了解河南省水资源利用现状及趋势,为水资源管理部门提供参考,以应对变化环境下未来水资源供需所面临的挑战,基于河南省1999—2022年有关气象水文资料及水资源统计资料,采用统计分析、Mann-Kendall趋势检验及BP神经网络方法,对河南省水资源演变情势及其驱动力进行分析研究。结果表明:河南省降水量及水资源总量年际变化较大,整体不太稳定且丰枯水年交替频繁,供用水量呈现增长趋势但增速有所放缓;全省降水量、地下水资源量及水资源总量呈现不显著的减少趋势,地表水量及耗水量呈现不显著的增加趋势,供用水量呈现显著的增加趋势;降水量、年平均气温及下垫面的变化都是影响河南省水资源总量变化的重要因素。 展开更多

西藏作为我国森林资源最富集的省区之一,森林植被极其丰富.本文利用西藏第九次森林资源清查数据,对西藏森林资源现状进行了系统的分析,结果表明:(1)全区现有林地面积1798.19万hm^(2),乔木林占49.14%,灌木林占47.56%,疏林地面积占1.18%,... 西藏作为我国森林资源最富集的省区之一,森林植被极其丰富.本文利用西藏第九次森林资源清查数据,对西藏森林资源现状进行了系统的分析,结果表明:(1)全区现有林地面积1798.19万hm^(2),乔木林占49.14%,灌木林占47.56%,疏林地面积占1.18%,宜林地占1.91%,未成林造林地面积0.07%,采伐迹地面积占0.13%,苗圃地面积占比0.01%.(2)西藏各林种之间面积差别较大,防护林面积最大,占68.69%,特种用途林占比21.71%,用材林占54%,经济林占比为0.06%;(3)西藏现有森林面积1490.99万hm^(2),全国排名第五;西藏森林蓄积为22.83×108m^(3),稳居全国第一位,森林覆盖率12.14%,明显低于全国水平.最后根据西藏森林资源现状,对未来西藏林业发展的方向提出了建议. 展开更多

目的通过对汕头市、区二级疾控中心的人力资源相关数据进行比较分析,了解疾控中心人力资源配置现状,为汕头市各级疾控中心人才资源配置及专业队伍建设提供参考。方法通过标准表格收集汕头市2022年12月—2023年5月1个市级和7个区(县)疾... 目的通过对汕头市、区二级疾控中心的人力资源相关数据进行比较分析,了解疾控中心人力资源配置现状,为汕头市各级疾控中心人才资源配置及专业队伍建设提供参考。方法通过标准表格收集汕头市2022年12月—2023年5月1个市级和7个区(县)疾控中心的人力资源数据,采用描述性方法对疾控中心人员的性别、年龄、职称、学历学位和专业背景等情况进行分析。使用Excel和GraphP ad Prism软件进行数据统计及差异比较分析。结果汕头市、区二级疾控中心人员性别构成较均衡,男女比例分别为48.1%和51.9%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.66,P=0.42)。市级疾控中心35岁以下人员占比较区(县)级CDC高(分别为35.5%和18.9%),二级疾控中心人员年龄构成差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=16.68,P<0.001)。市级疾控中心人员学历以本科、硕士为主,占77.6%;但区(县)疾控中心职工学历严重失衡,以本科、大专为主,硕士人员比例仅为1.7%,二者学历构成差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=87.43,P<0.001);市级疾控中心人员职称集中在中级、高级职称,占比为55.2%,无职称人员占比为10.3%;区(县)疾控中心人员职称主要集中在中、初级,占比为71.4%,无职称人员占比为21.0%,二者专业技术职称构成差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=33.99,P<0.001);二级疾控中心职工专业背景均以卫生专业为主(77.4%),二者专业背景构成差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.35,P=0.24)。结论汕头市、区二级疾控中心在编人员总量不足,其中区(县)疾控中心职工总体学历偏低,人才配置不平衡,高层次人才总体缺乏;当地政府应当重视疾控人才队伍建设,提高已有专业人员的专业水平,积极引进高层次人才,切实做好本市各级疾控中心的人力资源规划。 展开更多

目的 调查临床护士隐性缺勤现状,分析影响因素,为针对性干预提供依据。方法 2023年4-5月,采用多阶段抽样方法选取湖南省10所三级甲等综合医院的1 421名临床护士,使用一般资料调查表、斯坦福隐性缺勤量表和护士工作要求-资源问卷进行调... 目的 调查临床护士隐性缺勤现状,分析影响因素,为针对性干预提供依据。方法 2023年4-5月,采用多阶段抽样方法选取湖南省10所三级甲等综合医院的1 421名临床护士,使用一般资料调查表、斯坦福隐性缺勤量表和护士工作要求-资源问卷进行调查分析。结果 临床护士隐性缺勤得分为(16.02±5.28)分,高隐性缺勤率为56.6%。分层回归分析结果显示,年龄、自评健康、带病工作意愿、科室、工作要求、工作资源是临床护士隐性缺勤的主要影响因素(均P<0.05),可解释总变异的34.0%。结论 临床护士隐性缺勤处于中等偏高水平。临床应重视护士群体的健康状况,优化临床护士工作环境,增加工作资源,以减少隐性缺勤行为发生。 展开更多

新形势下,黄河流域水资源已经具备了重新调配的条件。通过系统分析流域水资源配置新形势各要素对其配水格局的动态影响,构建新形势下黄河流域水资源配置系统动力学(system dynamics,SD)模型,根据模型仿真结果提出黄河流域水资源动态配... 新形势下,黄河流域水资源已经具备了重新调配的条件。通过系统分析流域水资源配置新形势各要素对其配水格局的动态影响,构建新形势下黄河流域水资源配置系统动力学(system dynamics,SD)模型,根据模型仿真结果提出黄河流域水资源动态配置方案。结果表明:新形势前(2010—2013年),黄河流域水量分配偏好中下游地区;新形势后至基准年(2014—2019年),流域配水格局重心逐渐向黄河上游移动,供水区水资源供需缺口总量减少近5.6亿立方米;基准年至南水北调西线工程生效前(2020—2029年),流域水资源配置规模和供水区水资源供需缺口量的变化基本延续2014—2019年的发展趋势;西线工程生效后(2030—2035年),流域水资源配置格局重心向下游倾斜,供水区水资源供需缺口出现结构性下降。 展开更多

为了探寻实现中国畜禽遗传资源保护的有效路径,系统梳理了畜禽遗传资源保护的现状,并深入剖析了畜禽资源遗传保护面临的现实困境。结果表明:目前,保护品种数量不断增加,法规政策不断完善,保护区、保种场、基因库初具规模,从业主体队伍... 为了探寻实现中国畜禽遗传资源保护的有效路径,系统梳理了畜禽遗传资源保护的现状,并深入剖析了畜禽资源遗传保护面临的现实困境。结果表明:目前,保护品种数量不断增加,法规政策不断完善,保护区、保种场、基因库初具规模,从业主体队伍素质不断提高。但也面临资源特性挖掘不深,保护与开发利用脱节;法规政策支撑薄弱,管理制度缺乏联动;保护区、保种场、基因库设施陈旧,保护技术落后;资金扶持力度不足,投入渠道单一等困境。基于此,提出以下对策建议:加强资源深度挖掘,提高开发利用水平;建立健全法律法规,整合部门管理资源;强化财政资金引导,建立多元的投融资体系;持续推进保种场、保护区及基因库发展建设进程。 展开更多
