Objective:To investigate the effects of day rehabilitation exercises on patients with stable schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 80 patients with stable schizophrenia who had been admitted to Yunnan Psychiatric Hospital ...Objective:To investigate the effects of day rehabilitation exercises on patients with stable schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 80 patients with stable schizophrenia who had been admitted to Yunnan Psychiatric Hospital between July,2022 and December,2022 were randomly selected as the subjects of this study.The selected patients were distributed equally at random between a reference group and an experimental group.The experimental group received day interventions based on a traditional rehabilitation model,and the reference group received traditional rehabilitation measures.Results:Prior to the procedure,the values of the Nucleolus Organizer Regions Scale(NORS)and the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)were slightly different between the reference and experimental groups,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the intervention,the values of the NORS and PANSS scale were statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The day rehabilitation training improved the NORS and PANSS scores of stable schizophrenia patients compared to traditional rehabilitation methods.展开更多

The dog was killed by the local CDC staff and vicinity villager, its brain tissue sample was taken within 24 h. The epidemic focus was disinfected and the injured people received post exposure prophylaxis （PEP）. Pathogens were detected in the tissue sample by the provincial CDC. The results from simulations show that the oscillatary heating source may cause oscillations in east-west zonal circulation at the equator, in cross-equatorial flow, in meridional monsoon circulation and in the phase of high-low level circulation over Asia, with period same as that of the oscillating heat source. Furthermore, the influence mechanism of the tropical heating source associated with oscillations on Asian summer monsoon circulation is also studicd. It is clearly shown that the west- ward propagation of thermally-forced Rossy waves to the west of the oscillatary heating source and the northward propagation of disturbances can give rise to oscillations of the equatorial east-west zonal circula- tion and monsoonal meridional circulation. This study seeks to investigate the variations associated with lane lateral locations and days of the week in the stochastic and dynamic transition of traffic regimes(DTTR).In the proposed analysis,hierarchical regres...This study seeks to investigate the variations associated with lane lateral locations and days of the week in the stochastic and dynamic transition of traffic regimes(DTTR).In the proposed analysis,hierarchical regression models fitted using Bayesian frameworks were used to calibrate the transition probabilities that describe the DTTR.Datasets of two sites on a freeway facility located in Jacksonville,Florida,were selected for the analysis.The traffic speed thresholds to define traffic regimes were estimated using the Gaussian mixture model(GMM).The GMM revealed that two and three regimes were adequate mixture components for estimating the traffic speed distributions for Site 1 and 2 datasets,respectively.The results of hierarchical regression models show that there is considerable evidence that there are heterogeneity characteristics in the DTTR associated with lateral lane locations.In particular,the hierarchical regressions reveal that the breakdown process is more affected by the variations compared to other evaluated transition processes with the estimated intra-class correlation(ICC)of about 73%.The transition from congestion on-set/dissolution(COD)to the congested regime is estimated with the highest ICC of 49.4%in the three-regime model,and the lowest ICC of 1%was observed on the transition from the congested to COD regime.On the other hand,different days of the week are not found to contribute to the variations(the highest ICC was 1.44%)on the DTTR.These findings can be used in developing effective congestion countermeasures,particularly in the application of intelligent transportation systems,such as dynamic lane-management strategies.展开更多
