For the current dome...The monitoring and warning of urban rail transit is the core of operation management, and the breadth and depth of the monitoring range directly affect the quality of urban rail transit operation. For the current domestic monitoring system, most of the critical equipments and technologies are introduced from abroad;it is diseconomy, and also causes hidden danger. Realizing the localization of monitoring and early warning system is imperative. Based on the analysis of the present situation of urban rail transit operation safety at home and abroad, the paper proposes to use integrated technology to design basic framework of monitoring and warning system of urban rail train, and puts forward the critical technologies to realize the system. Compared with the existing monitoring system, the integrated monitoring system has the characteristics of wide monitoring range, clear division of labor, centralized management, coordination and integration operation and intelligent management, and embodies the concept of people-oriented. It has scientific significance for future construction of domestic Integrated Monitoring and Early Warning System (IMEWS) of urban rail transit.展开更多

We focus on the following key echnologies and methods: continuous earthquake location m...In this article, we systematically introduce the atest progress of the earthquake early warning (EEW) ;ystem in Fujian, China. We focus on the following key echnologies and methods: continuous earthquake location md its error evaluation; magnitude estimation; reliability udgment of EEW system information; use of doubleparameter principle in EEW system information release hreshold; real-time estimation of seismic intensity and available time for target areas; seismic-monitoring network and data sharing platform; EEW system information ; elease and receiving platform; software test platform; and est results statistical analysis. Based on strong ground notion data received in the mainshock of the Wenchuan earthquake, the EEW system developed by the above algorithm is simulated online, and the results show that the ;ystem can reduce earthquake hazards effectively. In lddition, we analyzed four earthquake cases with magniude greater than 5.5 processed by our EEW system since he online-testing that was started one year ago, and results ndicate that our system can effectively reduce earthquake lazards and have high practical significance.展开更多

The CATIA software is used to design the 3D digital model of the shipborne early wa...In order to improve the survivability of the aircraft,conceptual design and radar cross section(RCS) performance research are done. The CATIA software is used to design the 3D digital model of the shipborne early warning aircraft, and some measures are taken to reduce the RCS characteristics of the early warning aircraft at the same time. Based on the physical optics method and the equivalent electromagnetic flow method,the aircraft's RCS characteristics and strength distribution characteristics are simulated numerically, and compared with the foreign advanced shipborne early warning aircraft. The simulation results show that under the X radar band, when the incident wave pitching angle is 0?, compared with the foreign advanced shipborne early warning aircraft, the forward RCS average value of the conceptual shipborne early warning aircraft is reduced to 24.49%, the lateral RCS average value is reduced to 5.04%, and the backward RCS average value is reduced to 39.26%. The research results of this paper are expected to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the conceptual design and the stealth design of the shipborne early warning aircraft.展开更多

特高压直流GIL运行可靠性取决于内绝缘设计的可靠性。此外,导电元件直流电流密度的取值、弹簧触头的定位设计、GIL各元件中的绝缘件与金具连接处的楔形气隙的处理以及母线中支撑件的结构设计细节,都会对产品运行可靠性产生重大影响,不...特高压直流GIL运行可靠性取决于内绝缘设计的可靠性。此外,导电元件直流电流密度的取值、弹簧触头的定位设计、GIL各元件中的绝缘件与金具连接处的楔形气隙的处理以及母线中支撑件的结构设计细节,都会对产品运行可靠性产生重大影响,不能忽视。对于运行环境十分严酷的UHV DC GIL为保证内绝缘工作可靠性和减少气体维护工作量,文中还提出了高气密性结构设计。为适应-50℃低温运行要求,产品选用了液化温度很低的N_(2)/SF_(6)混合气体,对两种气体的配比,压力特性和绝缘特性进行了讨论与计算。还有产品的局放、气体密度及微水含量的监视系统的可靠性设计,都会对产品运行可靠性产生直接影响。文中对上述问题的研究成果作了介绍,可供高压直流产品设计使用。对其中未解的新技术如基于冷镜露点测试原理、微机电技术制作的智能气体湿度和密度监测装置、高压直流复合绝缘套管伞面局放起始场强提出了研究方案。文中提出的诸多GIL运行可靠性设计要点,对于其他超/特高压直流气体绝缘电器可参考选用。展开更多
