Current Situations and Suggestions for Development of Oil Peony Industry in Hubei Province

Based on the investigation on the production of oil peony( Paeooia suffruticosa Andr.) in the main producing areas in Hubei Province,the current situations and problems faced by oil peony industry were analyzed.The oil peony industry is in the adjustment period after years of development in Hubei Province,and the following suggestions were proposed for its further development.First,make full use of the ornamental value of peony and carry out the theme eco-tourism of peony.Second,make full use of the advantages of local resources and develop resource evaluation and utilization.Third,promote the intensive processing of oil peony and extend the industrial chain of products.

River crab industry plays an important role in agriculture in Nanjing City,Jiangsu Province.In recent years,with the renewal of breeding mode,the breeding of improved varieties and the construction of brand,the river crab industry has made great progress.Taking the aquaculture enterprises and major breeding farmers in the main producing areas of river crab as the main research object,this paper makes a survey on the river crab industry in Nanjing.Based on fishery statistical data and comparison with advanced areas,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the current situation,existing problems and development measures of Nanjing river crab industry,and it is recommended to make full use of external opportunities and give full play to its own advantages,in order to make Nanjing river crab industry develop healthily and rapidly.

Present Situation and Promoting Strategies of Maca Industry in Yunnan

Maca is an important health-care product. Recently, maca industry devel- ops fast in Yunnan Province, but still falls behind of foreign industries, due to dis- advantages of being late starter and poor economy. In the research, maca industry development was analyzed in terms of production bases, processing enterprises, dis- tribution in dominant areas, planting and processing technology system, and eco- nomic benefits, and the restriction factors were explored. Finally, some measures were proposed, including reinforcement of organization and leading roles in a macroscopic way, giving supports to financial investment, broadening financing chan- nels, speeding up construction of raw material production bases, improving modern science and technology development, establishing technology support system, culti- vating leading enterprises, building marketing system, and supervision on product eualitv.

The development of rural industries in Bijie City of Guizhou Province leads the comprehensive rural revitalization with industrial revitalization,takes high-quality development as the overall guide,focuses on industrial scale,standardization,branding,and marketization,and strives to extend the industrial chain and enhance the value chain to achieve the prosperity of rural industries.In this study,it investigated the current situation of rural industry development in Bijie City(improving the quality and efficiency of characteristic industries,expanding the quantity and efficiency of agricultural products processing industry,recruiting and cultivating large business entities,expanding and strengthening the brand of agricultural products,and upgrading the rural tourism).Through analysis,it found that there are problems such as small scale of production enterprises,insufficient cultivation of independent brands,short industrial chain,low added value,weak market expansion ability,imperfect interest connection mechanism,and insufficient participation of farmers.Finally,it came up with countermeasures for the development of rural industries in Bijie City,including improving supporting facilities and building an extension base;strengthening leading enterprises and focus on deep processing;highlighting regional characteristics and paying close attention to the docking of production and marketing;enhancing the characteristic brand and strengthening the support of science and technology;promoting collaboration and support,and making innovation in the connection of interests.

The promotion of characteristic towns in various places has brought many opportunities for new urbanization. In addition,it has greatly promoted the transformation and development of the characteristic resources. However,many new problems have been exposed during the transformation process. Taking construction of characteristic town Chengkou Town in Wudi County as an example,this paper discussed the development paths for building characteristic towns in light industrial towns,in the hope of finding a new direction and solution.

江西花卉产业特色化发展路径探析

为探寻新时代江西花卉产业特色发展策略及实现路径,在大量收集江西花卉产业数据的基础上,结合文献资料分析、实地调查、访谈等方法,系统调研了江西省花卉产业的发展现状,分析其特色化发展存在的问题,并提出了相应的策略,以期推动江西省花卉产业的高质量发展。结果表明:江西省花卉产业的发展规模已趋于稳定,“一圈、两带、多点”的产业总体格局雏形已定,但仍存在“特色化产业集群和产业链尚待优化,传统苗木结构性过剩与新优品种紧缺并存、特色野生花卉资源开发较少、三产融合发展水平不高”等问题。由此提出了优化产业布局(一圈两带三区多点),加大地方野生特色花卉资源的开发和种质创新力度,加快新品种与新技术的应用与推广步伐,建立规范化的产业体系标准(包括花卉生产、产品检验、采后处理、运输等标准)、升级交易市场,延伸花卉产业链,培育好龙头企业,强化品牌建设,坚持“花-文-旅”融合发展等策略,旨在促进江西花卉产业高质量特色化发展,助力乡村振兴。

我国大豆产业发展和育种研究现状启示

为恢复和加强中国大豆在国际市场上的竞争优势,推动大豆育种技术创新,培育高产突破性大豆品种,实现大豆种业科技自立自强,促进中国大豆产业高质量发展。采用经济学和情报学中文献计量、文本挖掘等研究方法,以科研论文和专利等为数据基础,梳理了全球及中国大豆产业发展现状,总结了全球及中国的大豆育种进展和发展趋势,研判大豆育种的研究热点。结果表明,全球大豆生产规模和产量持续扩大,中国大豆进口量位居世界第一,消费需求逐渐多元化。针对目前中国大豆育种存在的问题,提出以下建议,如瞄准市场需求,提升产业链协同发展水平;强化种业创新能力,从源头为产业链注入强劲动力;加强种业科企融合,培育优质产业主体;加强国际合作,拓展海外市场。
