The ideological and political education in colleges and universities should keep pace with the times, and examine the new ways and resources of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the perspective of the times. The high-tech has been applied to the development of the modem education, expanding the teaching space-time, improving the teaching methods of the ideological and political course, and enriching the teaching contents of the ideological and political theoretical courses. Will Special-Contracted Teachers Promote the Development of Rural Students?From the Perspective of the New Human Capital Theory

The Special-Contracted Teacher Scheme,a supplement to the traditional mode of teacher supply,has been implemented for 17 years and the teaching quality of those teachers has gained a lot of attention.Using data of teachers and students from the sample counties in four central and western provincial-level administrative units,this paper studies how special-contracted teachers have affected students’academic performance and non-cognitive ability according to the student development framework of the new human capital theory,and how those effects vary among different teacher groups.Results show that while special-contracted teachers have helped improve the academic performance of rural students,their role is limited in improving students’non-cognitive ability.At the same time,female special-contracted teachers and those without a normal major play an obviously bigger role in raising students’academic performance.The conclusion is that special-contracted teachers can to some extent help narrow the urban-rural gap in academic performance,but more research needs to be done to better understand their effects on students’non-cognitive ability. 展开更多

The outstanding performance of students in four Chinese provinces and municipalities in the Program for International Student Assessment(PISA)2018 is inextricably linked to local resource support,excellent education traditions,and ongoing curriculum and teaching reform.However,deepening education reform requires attention to existing challenges,including large inter-school gaps,the shortage of teachers in urban and rural areas,as well as students’heavy schoolwork burden and low level of well-being.Therefore,several policy suggestions are proposed accordingly:gaining insight into and developing higher quality and fairer education,pursuing effective actions of education reform,and exploring innovative pathways to address educational problems. 展开更多

The aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between frustration education and frustration level of middle school students in a city during the 2022-2023 school year.Descriptive correlation analysis was applied to 270 students.Chi-square is a statistical tool used in the study.According to the findings,there are more women than men,and most are from rural areas.The findings suggest that understanding the significant correlation between frustration and educational assessments of social dimensions and overall frustration can provide insight into potential areas for intervention and support.While the academic and instructional dimensions may not be directly related to the level of frustration in this study,it is important to explore other factors that may be contributing to academic frustration or areas where instructional strategies could be improved.A social skills development program aims to address this problem. 展开更多

在新一轮科技革命与产业革命浪潮下,拔尖创新人才在全球竞争格局中发挥着愈加关键的作用,培养拔尖创新人才自然成为世界各国教育的主要任务。拔尖创新人才培养不仅事关国家重大战略方针的贯彻,还是新时代高质量教育体系建设的题中应有之... 在新一轮科技革命与产业革命浪潮下,拔尖创新人才在全球竞争格局中发挥着愈加关键的作用,培养拔尖创新人才自然成为世界各国教育的主要任务。拔尖创新人才培养不仅事关国家重大战略方针的贯彻,还是新时代高质量教育体系建设的题中应有之义,更是实现人才全面自由发展的重要抓手。差异教育作为一种承认差异、尊重差异并发展差异的教育模式,分别为拔尖创新人才培养提供了理念、方法与评价上的支撑,是撬动拔尖创新人才培养的“阿基米德点”。具体而言,以“差异育人”为中心的差异教育理念承认并尊重个体具备的不同优势、天赋与潜质,让教育者明白每个学生都可以在自己的创新领域成为“拔尖”人才;以“因材施教”为核心的差异教育方法,打破传统教学“设定标准”和“定向加工”的方法原则,契合了拔尖创新人才的培养模式,让每个学生都能长善救失,获得最佳发展;以“人尽其才”为主的差异教育评价标准,通过“多把尺子”为更多拔尖创新人才提供发展机会,促使拔尖创新人才源源不断地“冒出来”。为此,在拔尖创新人才培养的实践过程中,教育者有必要有机融入差异教育的理念主张,通过树立“尊重差异”的培养理念、创设“发展差异”的培养模式以及探索“多元包容”的评价体系,为拔尖创新人才培养提供差异教育支持。 展开更多

This article made an analysis of student opinions on affective education in secondary school in China.The purpose is to point out the obvious and potential problems as to affective education and contribute to improvement.The principal instrument was a questionnaire developed by the author.Semi-structured questionnaire was carried out in Zibo city--110 students in two secondary schools have participated in this small-scale research.In this research,a lot of cases have shown that the school and teachers still paid much attention to the academic development and affective education is basically‘blind area’.The suggestions for improvement were discussed. 展开更多

博士生职业发展从单一到多元是社会发展的产物。从国内外现状看,博士生职业发展多样化缘于学术劳动力市场中精英学术岗位供需失衡、学术职位稳定性下降的“推力”与非学术劳动力市场中对高层次人才需求日益增长的“拉力”等现实因素的... 博士生职业发展从单一到多元是社会发展的产物。从国内外现状看,博士生职业发展多样化缘于学术劳动力市场中精英学术岗位供需失衡、学术职位稳定性下降的“推力”与非学术劳动力市场中对高层次人才需求日益增长的“拉力”等现实因素的共同作用。然而,由于博士生学术身份固化下的择业取向单一、高校培养观念滞后下的教育支持单一、职业预期定向下的学生智能单一等问题,至今大多数博士毕业生依然囿于学术职位。本研究通过分析美国大学协会的“博士生教育倡议”项目实践,借鉴项目中试点高校通过理念更新、数据透明、机制革新、资源整合为博士生职业发展多样化提供教育支持的成功经验,针对我国博士生教育的实际情况,提出以“新定位”拓宽培养目标、以“数字化”打开求职渠道、以“强机制”助力个性化培养、以“广合作”推动资源整合等教育支持策略。 展开更多

共同富裕的重要标志和动能是壮大中等收入群体,要扩大中等收入群体需要发挥高等职业教育塑造新生中等收入群体的功用。对11万多名学生抽样调查发现,浙江高职院校的生源主要来自县城及以下,家庭经济收入以中等及偏下为主,来自乡镇的学生... 共同富裕的重要标志和动能是壮大中等收入群体,要扩大中等收入群体需要发挥高等职业教育塑造新生中等收入群体的功用。对11万多名学生抽样调查发现,浙江高职院校的生源主要来自县城及以下,家庭经济收入以中等及偏下为主,来自乡镇的学生有上升的趋势;高年级学生的学习满意度显著高于低年级学生,师生沟通和学生的时间控制呈现下降趋势;“双高计划”建设院校学生的满意度总体高于其他院校,而国家高水平学校建设单位和高水平专业群建设院校在人才培养方面不分伯仲;高职院校的人才培养成效与区域经济发展呈正相关性,位于区域经济发展强的高职院校学生满意度显著高于其他区域的学生,存在一定程度区域发展的不均衡性。赋能共富示范区建设,需要高等职业教育在兜底高等教育的同时增强学生获取和维护技能的意愿和能力,着力培育工匠精神;着力增强学生的数字技能等专业核心能力;在“双高计划”建设中更加强化人才培养的基础地位,将人才培养质量作为评价“双高计划”建设的重要指标;强化省域统筹,协同发展并推进优质高职资源下沉县域。 展开更多
