According to the analysis, it is found that the profit from supply chain cooperation between coal and power enterprises is more than that of non- cooperation. The cooperation is validated to be beneficial for both units; however, the profit is mainly taken by the power enterprise. With the rapid development of the internet of things(IoT),electricity consumption data can be captured and recorded in the IoT cloud center.This provides a credible data source for enterprise credit scoring,which is o...With the rapid development of the internet of things(IoT),electricity consumption data can be captured and recorded in the IoT cloud center.This provides a credible data source for enterprise credit scoring,which is one of the most vital elements during the financial decision-making process.Accordingly,this paper proposes to use deep learning to train an enterprise credit scoring model by inputting the electricity consumption data.Instead of predicting the credit rating,our method can generate an absolute credit score by a novel deep ranking model–ranking extreme gradient boosting net(rankXGB).To boost the performance,the rankXGB model combines several weak ranking models into a strong model.Due to the high computational cost and the vast amounts of data,we design an edge computing framework to reduce the latency of enterprise credit evaluation.Specially,we design a two-stage deep learning task architecture,including a cloud-based weak credit ranking and an edge-based credit score calculation.In the first stage,we send the electricity consumption data of the evaluated enterprise to the computing cloud server,where multiple weak-ranking networks are executed in parallel to produce multiple weak-ranking results.In the second stage,the edge device fuses multiple ranking results generated in the cloud server to produce a more reliable ranking result,which is used to calculate an absolute credit score by score normalization.The experiments demonstrate that our method can achieve accurate enterprise credit evaluation quickly.展开更多

In order to reduce the influence of bullwhip effect, sales data are applied to forecast orders of the next period instead of ordering data. Mobile agent is applied to achieve the sales data from retailers in the data preparation. And the converting approach from sales data of retailers to prediction data is proposed. Autoregressive and moving average (ARMA) model is introduced to forecast orders and a comparison amongst final prediction error (FPE), Akaike information criterion(AIC), Bayes information criterion(BIC) and Akaike's corrected information criterion(AICC) criterion is shown. The sample test verifies the superiority of AICC; therefore it is applied to identify ARMA order. Forecasting architecture is established and then the prototype system is tested, at last a case shows the orders prediction of the next quarter and verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.展开更多

With the deepening of electric power market reform in China,the monopoly edge of the state-owned electric power enterprises will lose.On the basis of the existing post performance salary mechanism,Chinese power enterp...With the deepening of electric power market reform in China,the monopoly edge of the state-owned electric power enterprises will lose.On the basis of the existing post performance salary mechanism,Chinese power enterprises need to optimize the incentive mechanism of R&D staff,to arouse the R&D staff's enthusiasm and creativity,to adapt to the new market competition and further improve market value.Whilst the incentive mechanism optimizing processing needs to consider not only the changing market environment but also the personal and working characteristics of R&D staff.This paper summarizes the characteristics of the current Chinese power enterprises' R&D staff:staff's theory quality is high,but insensitive to the market;they are confronted with heavy workload and diversified job choices;managers can observe their behavior choices or not;besides,the process of R&D is complex and the market reactions of R&D achievements are uncertain.Based on the premise of the above features,two incentive models are established in this paper from the point of view of enterprise managers.One is for the situation when staff's behavior choices can be observed;the other is for the situation when staff's behavior choices cannot be observed.Through solving the model,we analyze the optimization path of electric power enterprises R&D staff incentive mechanism under these conditions:(1) when staff's behavior choices can be observed,managers can pay more to the R&D staff who develop products with higher output value,in order to encourage them to work harder.(2) when staff's behavior choices cannot be observed,managers should take reasonable strategies according to the different situations:a.when R&D staff incentive totally depend on the market value of the R&D achievements,managers should allocate workload rationally according to their different technical levels;b.when the market reactions of R&D results become more precarious,managers need to reduce the incentive intensity which based on the market value and raise their fixed salary level;c.when R&D staff become more risk averse,managers should reduce the incentive intensity which based on the market value and raise their fixed salary level;on the contrary,managers should improve the incentive intensity and reduce the fixed salary level.展开更多

First, the global standards of information exchange within power transmission and distribution area were evaluated, allowing the definition of state of the art on the theme, followed by determining its applications considering technologies already applied by the company. The specifications needed for the generation of a data integration model are adapted to radial overhead network at company concession area. The project developed an intermediary connectivity layer, based on the CIM (common information model), which enables corporative systems to communicate in a standard way, through the use of integrating technologies. It, therefore, enabled modeling all main subjects of an electrical network in an open, extensible and non-proprietary way, in a model that contains classes and attributes of such subjects, as well as their relationships. Calculation and planning products adopted by the company were integrated to the technological layer implemented.展开更多
