老字号企业高质量发展评价研究——以老字号上市公司为例

老字号企业是集商业价值与文化价值于一身的重要主体,其实现高质量发展对我国经济社会发展和文化传承都具有极其重要的意义。本文基于熵值法,以2016—2021年36家老字号上市企业为研究对象,从效益、效率、绿色、传承和创新等五个维度综合构建老字号企业高质量发展指标体系。首先,对整体发展趋势进行评价,发现老字号企业发展稳定但整体状态欠佳,整体呈现出略微上升的发展趋势。然后,对五个子目标进行分维度评价,发现效益发展指数最高、传承次之、创新发展指数最低。同时,按企业类别、所属地区及股权性质对老字号发展状况进行差异评价,分别发现酒类企业发展最好、其他类次之、医药类最差;东部地区企业发展最好、西部次之、中部最差;国有老字号企业发展最好、民营企业和外资企业基本持平。最后,基于上述分析提出老字号企业整体发展路径和差异化发展路径。

开发区设立能减少企业非效率投资吗?

开发区设立对吸引企业投资有重要影响。从企业投资效率角度,基于2007—2021年中国沪深A股上市公司数据,实证检验了开发区设立对企业非效率投资的影响及其作用机制。研究发现,开发区设立会减少企业非效率投资,企业全要素生产率在开发区设立影响企业非效率投资中发挥了部分中介作用。异质性分析表明,在内陆地区、中西部地区和非国有企业、非能源企业以及长三角城市群中,开发区设立对企业非效率投资的抑制作用更加显著。因此,建议地方政府积极引导开发区内企业创新,规避盲目追求规模扩张的非效率投资,应结合企业类型和城市分类制定差异化和精准化的开发区政策,进一步完善开发区升级的相关制度,培育企业可持续发展的意识。

数字技术的发展促使成熟企业将现有商业模式与新的数字商业环境相结合,从而实现商业模式转型和数字创新。以上海创基自动化技术公司为对象进行过程性单案例研究,采用探索性和诠释性分析方法,通过半结构化访谈、产品手册、企业文档等采集研究数据,探索成熟企业商业模式在数字化背景下从产品导向到平台导向的转型过程。研究发现:在转型过程中,商业模式要素的价值主张、价值创造和价值捕获会发生重大变化;市场和客户的变化较小。此外,商业模式转型过程中存在重要的影响因素:技术变革和变革型领导是驱动因素;实验和探索驱动、吸收能力、双元性和空间分离是促进因素;路径依赖和自身蚕食是阻碍因素。研究对成熟企业利用数字技术更好地实现商业模式转型具有一定的理论指导作用。
