Research on the Application of Intelligent Evaluation and Teacher-student Cooperation Assessment System in Teaching English Writing

Low efficiency in teaching and time-consuming in writing evaluation are two big problems for college English teachers.Therefore,it is necessary to create a new teaching model to solve these problems existing in traditional classroom-based teaching.This research adopts the research methods of test comparison before and after the students’composition experiment,questionnaire and semi-open interviews.Empirical research on a new teaching model that integrates the intelligent composition review and reform system represented by Piangai.com and the collaborative evaluation of teachers and students is conducted.The research results show that the new writing teaching model improves the quality of students’writing,promotes students’learning initiative,and enhances students’writing self-efficacy.This writing teaching model provides ideas for solving the problem of time-consuming and inefficient English writing teaching in large classes.

Evaluation of Transboundary Water Resource Development in Mekong River Basin: The Application of Analytic Hierarchy Process in the Context of Water Cooperation

Mekong River is one of the major international freshwater sources in the world. The Lower Mekong Basin (LMB) comprised of four downstream countries, including Thailand, Lao PDR, Cambodia, and Vietnam. The utilization of the basin’s water brings not only substantial benefits to the region ranging from hydropower to navigation, but also negative impacts caused by the unbalanced water using. The essential role of Mekong River requires all member nations to cooperate effectively for the sustainable development of the region. One of the most popular methods in the field of water resource management is a trustable tool called the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP is much appropriate for water resource policymaking. The literature, however, points out that there is no study to both structure the water using hierarchy and employ quantitative (objective) criteria to the AHP model in LMB case. With regard to water resource management, there are no previous studies applying AHP models to evaluating sustainable development of transboundary water resource in LMB case. This paper explores the evolution of water cooperation among Mekong countries and subsequently evaluates the water development scenarios in the LMB based on the water cooperation preferences of four LMB countries This study proposes a novel approach to analyzing, assessing water resource development scenarios characterized by sustainability indicators and to assisting in developing a suitable water policy in LMB according to the best cooperation scenario.

Comprehensive Evaluation on Demonstration Farmers' Specialized Cooperatives on the Basis of AHP Model

On the basis of AHP method,this paper establishes comprehensive evaluation model of demonstration farmers' specialized cooperatives,uses the Delphi method and AHP software to assign scientific and objective weight to 7 criteria in criteria layer and 27 indices in index layer,and evaluate the overall level of 153 farmers' specialized cooperatives whose main business is fruits and vegetables in Region R.The results show that the overall operation level of farmers' specialized cooperatives is common;democratic and financial management is open;the information-based level and social sensation are not insufficient;the marking results of questionnaire is basically scientific and objective.This paper discusses the new way to evaluate operation level of farmers' specialized cooperatives,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions as follows:promote the information-based level of demonstration cooperatives;strengthen the service capacity of demonstration cooperatives;use means of science and technology to promote product quality;amplify social sensation of farmers' specialized cooperatives.

Assessing Financial Management Practices and Accounting Mechanisms in Agricultural Cooperatives:A Case Study From Nepal

The study focuses on assessing the financial management practices and accounting mechanisms in agricultural cooperatives in Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan,Dang District,Nepal with a focus on understanding their implications for financial performance and organizational effectiveness.The sample size of total cooperatives(n=46)was divided into Savings and Credit Cooperatives(n=18)and Multipurpose Cooperatives(n=28),respectively,with a total number of respondents(n=138)categorized into managing directors,employees,and general members.Using a mixed-methods approach that combines quantitative analysis of financial data with qualitative insights gathered through interviews and surveys,the study emphasizes the importance of modern financial practices,improved reporting mechanisms,and relevant staff training for long-term sustainability.Recommendations include the integration of criteria and evaluation tools to assess cooperative performance,with Hamro Pahunch Multipurpose Cooperative identified as a high performer.Emphasizing the need for robust financial management strategies to navigate the complexity of the agricultural sector,manage risks,and achieve sustainable development,the study notes frequent preparation of financial management reports on a monthly and annual basis,and predominantly annual accounting management.Most cooperatives are using computerized models to present financial positions,but face challenges such as lack of marketing infrastructure,cooperative skills,and technical support.Ultimately,the study advocates for educating policy makers,cooperative leaders,practitioners and stakeholders on the role of effective financial management and accounting in enhancing the resilience,expansion and socio-economic impact of agricultural cooperatives,thereby fostering their long-term prosperity and viability as drivers of rural development and empowerment.

Efficiency Evaluation of Vegetable Specialized Cooperatives Based on Data of Chongqing Municipality

By introducing development situation of specialized cooperatives and vegetable specialized cooperatives in China,this paper discussed existing problems in the process of development of China's vegetable specialized cooperatives. Then,it made efficiency evaluation on typical vegetable specialized cooperatives in 3 districts of Chongqing Municipality by the DEA method. Considering traditional DEA model has drawbacks,it introduced super efficiency DEA model to make complete identification and ordering of cooperatives. On this basis,it divided efficiency value into pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency,and classified cooperatives into 4 categories according to efficiency characteristics of non-complete effective cooperatives. Finally,it came up with recommendations and countermeasures for improving efficiency of specialized cooperatives from raising technical level and increasing members of specialized cooperatives.

Evaluation of Governance Structure of Farmers' Specialized Cooperatives

In this paper,from the authority,decision-making body,supervisory body and implementing body,we analyze the governance structure evaluation indicators of farmers' specialized cooperatives,using objective and subjective combination weighting approach.And we draw the following conclusions:the rate of return of profits for membership,frequency of council convened and the number of members of board of supervisors have a great impact on the governance structure of cooperatives; the insider control phenomenon in cooperatives is more serious and the level of incentives is limited.Finally we put forward corresponding policy recommendations.

Construction of the Government Support and Evaluation Index System of Farmers' Cooperative Economic Organizations

On the basis of expounding the necessity of evaluation index system of farmers' cooperative economic organization,the three first level indexes including organization development index,member development index and social development index and 13 second level indexes including aggregate capital of cooperative organization,annual profit share of cooperative organization,annual total income of cooperative organization,etc.,are established according to the principles of Systematics and the methods of Statistics and Quantitative economics.By using the analytical hierarchy process,the weight of each index is tested and the operation result and evaluation mode is established,as well as the index standard value and comprehensive value.As for the result of the evaluation,it is suggested that the government should support the farmers' cooperative organizations in hierarchy and targeted way according to local conditions.Though the construction of index system and comprehensive score,the government should establish the entry and exit mechanism of farmers' cooperative organizations to reasonably guild the rapid development of cooperators.

Evaluating Argumentative English Writings in the Light of Grice’s “Cooperative Principles”

Argumentative English writing is an important touchstone of Chinese advanced English learners’English competence.Herbert Paul Grice’s“cooperative principles”(including maxims of quantity,quality,relation,and manner),as“lubricant”of human communication would help build up harmonious and friendly atmosphere for the communication between the Chinese writers and their target readers,thereby providing them,as well as their instructors,with feasible evaluative criteria for judging the effectiveness of their argumentative English writing.

以合作倾向为导向的TBL教学方法在健康评估实训课程的应用评价

目的:探讨以合作倾向为导向的TBL教学方法在护理专业学生健康评估实训课程的效果。方法:选取2019级护理专业学生28名为对照组,给予常规的实训课程教学方法;同年级30名学生为试验组,采用以合作倾向为导向的TBL教学方法。评估两组学生课程前后实训成绩、自主学习能力、合作倾向性的差异。结果:试验组课程结束后实训成绩、自主导向学习能力总分和学习动机、计划与实施、人际沟通维度得分、合作倾向性总分及互惠性、合作性维度得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组83.3%~96.6%的学生认为在教学过程中,能够掌握实训知识要点和内容,能够促进实训知识的学习,达到学生普遍认可。结论:以合作倾向为导向的TBL教学方法可应用于健康评估实训教学,有利于提高学生的学习能力及团体合作能力。

基于Vague集犹豫量化的机舱团队协作式评估方法

针对现有机舱团队协作评估方法不统一且主观随意性太强的缺陷,提出一种基于Vague集犹豫量化的新型评估方法。从机舱团队协作的角度对影响评估的各因素进行提取,采用集合相似系数对重要协作指标量化,并采用C-OWA算子赋权法和变异系数法确定主客观权重,利用最小鉴别信息原理求得组合权重,结合Vague集的犹豫量化特点,通过机舱团队实际操作数据与Vague集评估标准得到各指标的定性评估Vague集,并利用集合相似度分析实现机舱团队协作的综合评估。实例计算结果表明:相对于传统的评估方法,在个体完成度的基础上加入具有犹豫团队协作因素的方法,能对评估结果的犹豫度进行较好地刻画,也能很好地实现定量与定性之间的转化,是一种有效且优越的机舱团队协作式评估方法。

基于DEMATEL方法的科学基金项目绩效关键影响因素识别及实证研究——以促进海峡两岸科技合作联合基金项目为例

基础研究是应用研究和重大创新之源,联合基金作为国家基金委联合地方政府支持基础研究的主渠道之一,对提升地区原始创新能力、促进人才队伍建设发挥重要作用。为了真实反映促进海峡两岸科技合作联合基金资助项目的学术水平,从创新成果、人才培养、合作交流、项目延伸和间接影响等5个维度构建结题项目绩效评价指标体系,运用DEMATEL法分析15个二级指标之间的关联影响,结合多层次模糊综合评价法构建模型,并以某大学承担的重点支持项目为案例对影响项目绩效的关键因素进行实证分析,确定这个项目绩效评价等级。实证结果表明:DEMATEL法可以识别影响项目绩效的关键指标;模糊综合评价模型既考虑了评价对象的模糊性,也兼顾了指标体系的层次性,综合评价结果更具科学性。

校企合作背景下应用型高校体育专业实践教学评价模式研究

以校企合作视角为切入点,探讨了校企合作在应用型高校体育专业人才培养中的作用,分析了校企合作中的实践教学形式、存在问题,以及评价模式和评价维度等内容。通过分析校企合作在推动应用型高校体育专业人才培养中的价值及当前存在的问题,提出了基于校企合作实践教学效果的多维度评价模式。研究结果表明,校企合作为实践教学提供了丰富的资源和机会,根据当前存在问题和改革发展需要,可以采用多维度评价模式来促进实践教学质量的提升,更好地促进学生的实践应用能力和综合素质的发展。

射频隐身仿真分析和评估研究

当前对飞行器平台射频隐身的重视度越来越高,为了贴合实际地分析评估射频隐身性能,提出了一种用于多机协同传感器信号级联合仿真的评估方法。结合射频特征、低被截获性能表征指标以及作战场景、飞行器平台、雷达模型、截获接收机模型和低被截获性能分析算法模型,构建了可以用来对多机协同等作战样式下的射频隐身性能进行分析评估的仿真系统,为射频隐身设计提供支撑依据与评估验证环境。针对信息量大、复杂度高的表征参量计算模型,研究其近似快速算法,提高仿真系统的实用性。

技能型社会背景下高职院校高水平师资队伍建设探析

在技能型社会背景下,以牡丹江大学为样本开展研究,在分析技能型社会建设的内涵及意义,技能型社会的典型特征的基础上,进一步阐释了技能型社会背景下高水平师资队伍建设对高职院校发展的促进作用,发现了技能型社会背景下高水平师资队伍建设存在着教师技能水平不足、教师培训机制不完善、教师评价体系不健全、教师引进渠道不畅和教师流失现象严重等制约高水平师资队伍建设的棘手问题,进而分析研究技能型社会背景下高水平师资队伍建设的有效路径:提升教师技能水平及综合素质、健全高职师资培训机制、健全教师评价体系,建立激励机制、畅通教师引进渠道、加强国际交流与合作,为推进技能型社会建设和职业教育高质量发展提供有力保障。

产教融合视域下高校跨境电商人才培养实践研究

本文研究了产教融合模式在跨境电商教育中的应用,该模式通过政府、学校、企业的合作,实现了人才培养与实际需求的紧密对接。同时,文章提出了一种多元评价体系,采用电子档案袋+诊断性评价的方式,从校方和企业方两个角度确保学生评价的全面性和实用性。这种评价体系不仅有助于学生的全面发展,还增强了校企合作的实质性联系。

金融集聚、产学研合作与新质生产力

基于2013—2022年中国30个省(区、市)面板数据,以劳动者、劳动资料、劳动对象三个维度构建区域新质生产力评价指标体系,运用熵权-TOPSIS法测算区域新质生产力发展水平,并通过双向固定效应模型和中介效应模型分析金融集聚、产学研合作与新质生产力三者之间的互动关系。结果显示:金融集聚可促进新质生产力提升,且表现出区域异质性特征;产学研合作在金融集聚对新质生产力的影响过程中起到部分中介作用。基于此,应加强金融集聚建设,加快产学研合作标准化、网络化,为支持区域新质生产力发展提供决策参考。

我国专业学位研究生教育协同育人培养的现状与对策

新时代加快推进高等教育的现代化发展是建设创新型国家的重要举措,实现专业学位研究生教育的高质量发展是其关键的一环。立足新时代对专业学位研究生教育的新要求,我国专业学位研究生教育在协同育人机制中存在的问题主要有:专业学位研究生培养模式弱差异化,专业学位研究生实践教学环节薄弱,缺乏协同育人长效机制,协同育人评价机制不够完善。我国专业学位研究生协同育人的策略是,强化专业学位研究生分类培养,强化协同育人实践教学环节,建立协同育人长效合作机制,完善协同育人评价机制。只有如此才能为国家行业产业转型升级和创新发展提供强有力的人才支撑。

基于滑动窗口的协作频谱感知对抗拜占庭攻击

认知无线电技术允许从用户动态地接入主要用户被授权的频谱,提高频谱利用率。协作频谱感知是认知无线电技术的一个重要组成部分,通过空间分集检测主用户信号。然而,由于认知无线网络的开放性,协作频谱感知过程可能会受到拜占庭攻击,恶意用户伪造有关主用户信号的状态信息,然后对主用户的通信造成干扰或自私地占用频谱资源,此外,协作频谱感知因多个从用户协作而需要更多的时间来检测主用户信号,因而将导致协作频谱感知的性能和效率进一步降低。针对上述问题,提出了基于滑动窗口的协作频谱感知方案,以减轻拜占庭攻击的负面影响,提高协作效率。在深入分析融合中心盲的问题的基础上,从恶意用户的角度出发,建立了一个随机拜占庭攻击模型来描述恶意行为。为了解决感知样本融合过程中的盲的问题,提出了一种交付评估机制,为基于滑动窗口的协作频谱感知奠定了坚实的基础,并在一个滑动窗口内进一步评估信誉值,以提高报告阶段的协作效率。仿真结果表明,无论恶意比例如何,基于滑动窗口的协作频谱感知在始终攻击的情况下只需要6个平均样本数就可以提供100%的检测准确率,而在恶意比例超过50%的随机攻击的情况下依然能够展现出显著的性能优势。
