They are characterized by UV-VIS, FT-IR, 1H NMR, MS and elemental analysis. Their dipole moment and the first-order molecular hyperpolarizability (b) are calculated and compared with those of the analogues containing either benzene or thiophene as the conjugation bridge.展开更多
