Inevitability and Emergent Problems of Science &Technology Innovation Access to Integration

The causes and the problems of integration of scientific ＆ technical innovation （ISTI） and inevitability are proposed. The status of domestic scientific ＆ technical innovation is analysed. A series of emergent managerial problems caused by the system ISTI （SISTI） are pointed out. Because of Hall three dimensions structure＇s enlightenment, a three dimensional logical net diagram in which the system integration of innovation based on problem in real world but not on disciplinary logic is drawn. The intelligent group＇ s need span is greater under the conditions of relatively low material level than common groups who have lower degree of education. The SISTI is composed by multi-rule and intelligent multi-agent behavior. It is concluded that the logical relationships of integrated technology which based on the author＇s experience and observation must be considerded for a valid management of SISTI.

Campus Landscape and Campus Culture of Henan University of Science and Technology

Due to the differences in disciplines and regional cultural spirits,the campus landscape of Chinese universities has varying cultural connotations.Campus landscape is not only a reflection of regional school history and culture,but also a potential factor affecting students'ideology and values.At present,some colleges and universities in China only concern and consider the visual impact effect of campus landscape construction,while others take landscape planning and construction as an accessory of the main building,which seriously affects the soul guiding role of campus culture in campus landscape.The internal and external landscape pattern of Henan University of Science and Technology with landscape road and water system as the framework,as well as core scenic spots with rich cultural connotations,such as“Peony Dinghu map”,“Yueqin Lake”,embody the university history and culture,the characteristics of western Henan architecture and the specific campus culture positioning,providing a stark example for landscape planning and design of other colleges and universities in the future.

Promote the Development of Military Science and Technology Talents Civil-military Integration

Flexibly in recent years, the army strategy, earnestly implement the talent of military science and technology talents of military and civilian integration type development has carried on the positive exploration and obtained certain achievements. But there are low levels, pertinence is not strong, the introduction of fewer problems, it has both idea lag, the train of thought is not open, also has the system and mechanism is not perfect, imperfect laws and regulations and so on. Modern British Scientific and Technological Societies and Agricultural Development

In modern Britain,the scientific and technological societies represented by the Royal Society and the Manchester Literary and Philosophical Society were extremely prosperous.Their series of activities provided scientific and technological support for the development of British industry and agriculture.Based on the detailed case studies of the Royal Society and Manchester Literary and Philosophical Society and other societies from domestic and foreign academic circles,this paper summarized the development status of modern British scientific and technological societies as a whole,sorted out the history of societies participating in British agriculture,and analyzed the contribution of scientific and technological societies to the development of modern British agriculture.

Embedded technology transfer from an institution and culture nexus perspective:Experiences from the Mombasa-Nairobi Standard-Gauge Railway

Modern railway projects, characterized by "natural monopoly", large investment, and far-reaching influences, are highly dependent on the institutional and cultural environments in China. The countries along the Belt and Road are characterized by weak institutions, unstable politics, and poor technology foundations, which are largely different from China. These factors are severe obstacles to international technology transfer. By summarizing the experiences from the Mombasa-Nairobi Standard-Gauge Railway(SGR) project, this study proposes a framework for embedded technology transfer with a technology-institution-culture nexus. The results indicate that technology localization, including technology standards, management mode, and industrial chain, should be realized in the process of technology transfer. Then, the host government ought to overhaul its institutional and policy framework to support the infrastructure projects. Moreover, the cultural conflicts between the transferor and transferee should be taken seriously. This experience could provide references for other international infrastructure technology transfers.

Technology Integration into the Language Classroom:Developmental Trajectory of Beginning Teachers

This study adds to the current literature on teacher technology integration with an investigation into five beginning teachers’technology use in the language classroom in their first two career-entry years.The longitudinal interview study reveals that these teachers went through a developmental trajectory of technology use towards using it for more diversified instructional purposes and with a greater orientation towards student learning over the years.The study also finds that the teachers’developing understanding of technology use intertwined with their growing teaching competency and identity.It further finds that school culture not only had a direct influence on their technology use but also moderated the influence of teaching competency and identity on the nature of this technology use.This study concludes with suggestions for promoting research on the support needed for beginning teachers and the school culture in technology use.

高校服务新质生产力发展的能力审视与评价机制改革

新质生产力以科技创新为驱动,以高层次创新型人才为支撑,以战略性新兴产业和未来产业为载体,是高效能、高质量的新质态生产力。新质生产力的持续发展要求高校为之提供新质性的人才和科技支持,但长期以来基于效率取向的高校评价模式束缚了高校的生产力和服务力。深化高校评价机制改革,构建质量取向的新评价体系,是高校解放生产力,有效参与和服务新质生产力发展的必要举措。构建新的评价体系,当务之急是塑立基于“质量与贡献”的评价标准,改革政府主导的行政性评价,促进高校评价的生态化,强化高校自我评价的发展价值。

审度科技文化,其要在审时度势,得出恰当的结论,作出必要的抉择。从科技审度的观点看,科学成为主流文化后所滋生的科技文化霸权,已使科学与文化渐行渐远。随着宽容文化理念的兴起,在科学与艺术、人文之间,出现了对话与融合的趋势。当下科学发展的主要方向,就是要重新找回科学所失去的文化内蕴,重建一种有文化的科学,即所谓新科技文化。寻求真善美的和谐统一,乃是科技发展中最主要的价值走向。

数字普惠金融如何赋能乡村产业振兴

厘清数字普惠金融发展赋能乡村产业振兴的作用机制,有助于缓解农村金融资源配置效率不高、金融基础设施不完善和金融服务体系薄弱与日益增长的乡村产业发展需求之间的矛盾。现有文献对数字普惠金融与农村经济现代化做了较为丰富的研究,但是鲜有将其与乡村产业振兴联系起来进行理论与实证的研究。本文从乡村产业生产、乡村产业延伸、乡村产业功能和乡村产业支撑四个维度构建我国乡村产业振兴水平评价指标体系,并多维度实证检验了数字普惠金融对乡村产业振兴的影响。主要有三点发现:一是数字普惠金融发展对乡村产业振兴水平和乡村产业振兴速度均具有显著的正向促进作用;二是数字普惠金融发展覆盖广度、使用深度和数字化程度对乡村产业振兴的边际效应呈现明显差异;三是数字普惠金融不仅可以直接缓解经营主体约束和激活市场活力促进乡村产业振兴,还可以通过农业科技创新、乡村产业融合和农业全要素生产率间接影响乡村产业振兴。

加快实现科技现代化,离不开高质量科技战略咨询。科技战略咨询需要有效服务于科技现代化发展要求,为科技创新体系建设、创新驱动发展战略实施、人才强国战略实施、推进经济社会高质量发展等提供战略决策建议。需要重视问题导向、系统思维、发展理念、可行对策导向等共性问题,开展高质量科技战略咨询工作。在组织实施方面,需要重视理论与方法研究,科学地管理与利用数据,持续完善科技战略咨询制度与机制,树立创新自信和科技文化自信,提升科技战略咨询的能力。

基于课程思政的融合教学模式探索--以细胞生物学课程为例

立德树人是高等教育的根本任务,而将课程思政融入课堂教学是实现“三全育人”的重要途径。以杭州师范大学生物科学专业细胞生物学教学为例,构建思政视域下的课内外、校内外、线上线下资源充分混合,并将任务驱动教学、案例教学、实践教学等不同形式融合其中的教学模式。结合该校师范专业人才培养方案和教学大纲,将立德树人和“三位一体”的教育理念融入细胞生物学课重要知识点,有助于培养学生严谨科学作风和爱国情怀,与思政教育同向同行,形成协同效应。

融入科技特派员制度的“三融三维”卓越农林人才培养研究

在对科技特派员制度与卓越农林人才培养的耦合逻辑进行分析的基础上,以科技特派员制度为原点,以丰富基于情景融合的课程教学资源、搭建基于产教融合的实践教学平台、重构基于思专融合的协同育人体系等三方面融合为方法,构建起具有服务区域社会经济发展的“知识—能力—素质”三个维度的卓越农林人才培养培养体系,并从建立稳定运行机制、完善协同培养机制、健全师生激励机制、优化评价反馈机制等方面构建融入科技特派员制度的卓越农林人才长效机制。

基于“雨课堂+BOPPPS”科教融合的动物遗传学线上线下混合式课堂实践

动物遗传学课程一般为涉农高校动物科学专业必修的专业基础课,课程内容多,理论性强,概念抽象。传统的讲授很难提升课堂成效、激发学生的学习兴趣。为进一步提升教学质量,黑龙江八一农垦大学动物遗传育种教学团队进行了教学的改革与创新。该教学团队依托华南农业大学线上课程资源,构建了基于“雨课堂+BOPPPS”科教相融合的动物遗传学线上线下混合式教学模式。实践表明,课堂教学改革成效显著,师生互动贯穿“课前—课中—课后”全过程;科教相融重塑课堂教学内容,使理论知识具体生动。综上,基于“雨课堂+BOPPPS”科教融合的动物遗传学线上线下混合式课堂实践有助于提高学生科学素养,激发学生学习兴趣,提升课堂教学质量。

科教融汇及思政育人新路径——食品包装技术课程创新实验设计

在前期研究基础上,为食品包装技术实验课开设了明胶-淀粉复合膜制备和性能评估实验,引入绿色包装材料最新科研成果,紧贴社会热点环境保护,结合食品专业多学科知识,涵盖产品研发全过程,全方位渗透思想政治教育。实验包括学生自行筛选复合膜配方、进行质量评估和数据分析、撰写论文模式实验报告。3年的教学实践表明,该课程设计创新性强、综合性高、学生认可度高且教学成果丰富,能极大激发学生实验兴趣和培养正确思想价值。

为了推动国家科普高质量发展,探究高校国家重点实验室科普科技融合的发展路径,从新时代新要求出发,立足高校,探讨了科普与科技创新融合发展对服务社会和实现高质量发展的现实意义。通过对高校科普科技融合发展现状的梳理分析,阐述了科普科技融合发展的内涵及其同步发展的主要影响因素;在理论研究和科学实践的基础上,提出了新时代背景下高校科普科技融合发展的路径策略。同时,以南京工业大学材料化学工程国家重点实验室开展科普科技融合发展形成特色科普品牌的实践为例,深入剖析了科普科技融合发展的路径,为国家科普高质量发展策略的制定提供了参考。
