Loss and Return of Self-identity in Youth Movies:Taking the Chinese Film Us and Them(后来的我们)as an Example

The year of 2018 marked the 40th anniversary of China’s reform and opening-up program.In the wake of 40-year economic development at a great speed,the sharp changes in individual living conditions accompanying urbanization process and the resultant self-identity issues are similar to those situations encountered by Western developed countries in the late 19th and early 20th centuries,and are reflected in youth movies with reform and opening-up as the background.Thus,based on the self-identity theory,an interpretation of individual development and dilemma in modern Chinese youth movies not only acts as a theoretical attempt,but also broadens the dimension in which such movies are interpreted,creating the value of interaction with society.Taking the youth movie Us and Them(中文片名:后来的我们)as an example,this paper adopts the semiotic approach for text analysis,and abstracts“young girl”,“Beijing”,“sofa”and other symbols from this movie to form the symbolic interpretation of three channels for building self-identity in modern society.Through“modern-traditional”diversion in terms of three dimensionsin the process of self-identity,this movie is found with trial and effort to describe and heal the self from the perspective of creative mentality,forming a metaphor of the loss and return of self-identity amongmodern Chinese.The outcome of analysis indicates that,when encountering self-identity crisis in modern society,the Chinese masses divert culturally from the modern to the traditional,banking on eliminating self-identity crisis with traditional family identity and family culture,which reflects that the family ethics still maintain core values in the modern Chinese mass culture.

Family-Society: The Dual Identity of Chinese Women

The analysis of the historical and theoretical origins of the dual identity of Chinese women based on the Marxist view of family-society enables a more scientific and reasonable explanation to the unity of history and logic of Chinese women’s dual identity.Under the guidance of the Marxist concept of family-society,Chinese women will achieve development in both family space and social space;meanwhile,Chinese women in the dual identity development carry the home-state emotion different from that of western women’s;cultivating women’s awareness of family identity is of great significance to the construction of family style or national style in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.

Second-Generation Muslim Youth Between Perception and Change: A Case Study on the Prevention of Radicalization

The following article presents the results of a research-action and an online communication campaign on the prevention of radicalization of second-generation young Italian Muslims as a part of a project called“Oltre”(the Italian acronym means“Beyond”)financed by European Union.After a short presentation of the four steps of the prevention communication model PKIC,a deepening on the radicalization factors,and a focus on the research-action methodology,the results of the research on some fundamental issues like the relationship with family and the relation with media and social media of the young interviewees,are shown.Finally,in the last part of the article,the interventions carried out by the second-generation young moderators of the social media campaign carried on Facebook and Instagram,are presented in the framework of the online communication campaign born out of the research-action to discuss if and how a prevention process and consequent change with regard to the radicalization factors took place.

Mathematical Model of the Identical Slope Surface

The formation of the identical slope surface and the method of construction are discussed. On the basement of building the parameter equation of variable-radius circle family envelope, the frequently used parameter equation of the identical slope surface of the top of taper moving along column helix, horizental arc and line is built. The equation can be used to construct the identical slope surface’s contours, gradient lines and three dimensional figures correctly.

On pancreatic cancer screening by magnetic resonance imaging with the recent evidence by Del Chiaro and colleagues

Pancreatic cancer is a lethal disease because incidence and mortality rates are nearly identical.The 5-year survival rate in Western countries is 4%,the lowest among all types of cancer（1）.In China,pancreatic cancer is the sixth leading cause of death from malignant disease,with an overall cumulative 5-year survival rate of 1%to 3%（2,3）.

Deviational Identity Construction in Single Mother-led Families in Contemporary China:A Qualitative Study

This article aims to provide an adequate interpretation for the dynamic construction of identity in private setting context in China. Naturally occurring conversations between single mother and daughter were examined by using discourse analysis. The result shows that participants in spoken interaction do not always communicate with each other through the expected/default identities. Rather they sometimes deviate from the identities that they are expected to construct.

The Embodiment of Enhancing Family Civility in China's Civil Code

“Development of family civilization”has joined legislative language system from policy language and ethical language,and has become the basic value orientation of the Marriage and Family Section of Civil Code of the People's Republic of China(hereinafter referred to as“the Civil Code”).We need to specify significance and jurisprudence of family civilization,and make family civilization harmonious with the basic principles(basic value orientations)of Marriage and Family Section and Inheritance Section.The significance of family civilization in the new era should be taken to include equality,respect,loyalty and unity,as is specified through the legal rules of marriage and family.Development of family civilization does not challenge freedom,but overcomes the defects of individualism in the identity community so as to fully realize the liberal and all-round development of each family member.By integrating family civilization with the basic value orientation of its Marriage and Family Section,the Civil Code has demonstrated a basic position of valuing“family”and of“coordinating the relationship betweenaindividual and family.”Moreover,it has revealed the basic attitude of Chinese people towards marital relationship and even towards marriage and family:Marriage and family provide a warm harbor of ethical love with legal significance,a weal-and-woe-sharing community of affection and property wherein family members,husband and wife in particular,focus on overall coordination.It is a closeknit group of equality,harmony,solidarity,like-mindedness,mutual respect and care for the elderly and for the young,and of trust-worthy team.

Constructing family identity close to death

Daily life close to death involves physical, psychological, and social strain, exposing patients and their family members to major transitions affecting relational patterns and identity. For the individual family member, this often means sharing life with a changing person in a changing relationship, disrupting both individual identity and family identity. Our aim was to deepen the understanding of individual experiences that are important in constructing family identity close to death at home. We performed a secondary analysis of qualitative data collected through 40 interviews with persons with life-threatening illness and the family members who shared everyday life with them. The analysis resulted in interpretive descriptions which provided three patterns important for creating family identity, which we here call “we-ness” close to death. The patterns were: being an existential person, being an extension of the other, and being together in existential loneliness. Together, these three patterns seemed to play a part in the construction of family identity;we-ness, close to death. One important finding was the tension between the search for togetherness in “we-ness” while dealing with an existential loneliness, which seemed to capture an essential aspect of being a family of which one member is dying.

课程思政是贯彻落实党的二十大精神,推进党的二十大精神入脑、入心、入行的有效渠道。把党的二十大精神全面融入课程思政教学,依据大学计算机基础课程特色、课程目标、学情分析,结合应用型本科院校服务地方的人才培养目标和学为中心的理念,充分挖掘课程的思政元素,并从家国情怀、价值观、为人处事方法三个维度凝练12个典型的课程思政教学案例,通过采用线上线下混合式教学方法的授课实现知识传授和价值塑造相统一的教书育人效果。

秦汉时期统一多民族国家语境下的“中国”认同

在统一多民族国家的政治环境和“天下一家”语境下,四裔归属意识的不断增强,是秦汉时期的“中国”认同获得空前发展的根本机制。郡县制管理体制机制下东西南北各地、各族居民先后被“编户化”而统称为“秦人”和“汉人”,意味着在秦汉王朝疆域版图之内各族居民在共同的政治、经济、文化政策下,相互认同而实现的空前民族统一,体现出当时东西南北各族对以秦汉王朝为代表的“中国”,在政治、经济、文化等维度下的全方位认同。这是中国古代国家形态、民族内涵及其关系格局发展过程中出现的一次具有里程碑意义的重大转机,这种直接以统一帝国疆域划定的规模空前的统一民族共同体的出现,对于后世中华民族共同体意识的凝聚,具有重要的奠基意义。

宫廷剧中值得推崇的“她力量”——以《卿卿日常》为例

宫廷剧是我国颇具特色的剧集类型,近年的“她题材”宫廷剧关注女性群像,反映出女性在爱情与事业等方面的不同处境、成长和蜕变。“家和”应是宫廷剧体现的朴素且持久的家国观念与理想,和衷共济应是宫廷剧中值得推崇与守护的“她力量”,也是宫廷剧中女性群像重构与突破的根本方向。

区分还是融合?虚拟化团队工作模式下的员工工作-家庭平衡策略

虚拟化团队工作模式成为当前企业运作的一个发展趋势,产生了无边界的工作特征,工作和家庭领域高度重叠,改变了以往工作和家庭可区分的研究和实践前提。为此,学者开始提倡顺应无边界的发展趋势,促进工作和家庭融合。然而,基于这一管理思路的企业实践却导致了一系列负面效果。这让我们不禁重新思考:在虚拟化团队工作模式发展趋势下,我们更适合采用以往的工作-家庭区分思路,还是当前的工作-家庭融合思路,抑或是其他新的管理思路?为解决这一重要问题,本研究通过社会认同理论弥补资源保存理论在解释力上的不足,探讨团队虚拟性如何影响员工的工作-家庭整合行为,采用怎样的管理思路进行有效的干预以达到工作和家庭和谐发展的效果。本研究为数智化变革下的工作-家庭平衡研究构建了新的理论框架,推动该领域理论的进一步发展,有助于指导企业从新的管理思路促进工作和家庭和谐发展。

经济收入和父亲受教育程度对农村初中生学习投入的影响:家庭义务感和依赖教育性未来身份的作用

以G省L县某农村初中185名初三学生为研究对象,采用实验法考察了家庭经济收入和父亲受教育程度对农村初中生学习投入的影响以及家庭义务感和依赖教育性未来身份在其中的作用。结果表明:(1)家庭经济收入、父亲受教育程度对学习投入具有直接正向预测作用;(2)当前对家庭支持、对家人的尊敬、未来对家庭支持在家庭经济收入与学习投入之间起部分中介作用;(3)依赖教育性未来身份正向调节当前对家庭支持和未来对家庭支持在家庭经济收入与学习投入之间的中介效应,即在未来身份依赖教育的情况下,家庭经济收入通过未来对家庭支持和当前对家庭支持对学习投入的间接影响更显著。

数控技术课程思政元素挖掘与融入的实践探索

立德树人是高校教育的根本任务,在知识传授的同时开展思想政治教育是新形势下教育工作者需要认真思考的问题。数控技术是机械类本科生的专业课程之一,是一门兼具理论性和实践性的课程,包含广泛的课程思政元素,充分发掘和合理利用这些元素是开展数控技术课程思政的核心要素。该文对数控技术课程的特点进行分析,基于教育部印发的《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》,从哲学元素、家国情怀元素、工匠精神元素和工程伦理教育入手,对如何在数控技术授课过程中融入课程思政进行探讨,为传统理工科课程思政的教学提供新的思路。

论泰州学派儒学叙事“事象”的原创性话语

目前泰州学派思想研究以儒学平民化、世俗化转向为主要对象,鲜少从民间讲学、以“事”行“道”的“道”叙事行为方面进行考察。要理解泰州学派民间儒学“道”叙事的原创性话语,需要借助概念——“事象”。因为泰州学派依托《大学》格物说,鼓倡以“身”为本,“身”参与进入“家国天下”连续体,而民间讲学的“道”叙事行为使人们面向这个世界并获得空间归属感,百姓日用也得以在叙事中敞开和呈现。所以“家国天下”乃空间叙事的“事象”,有别于历史叙事的家国同构和编年体时间叙事模式。它们既可指涉特定空间场所,也是具有形而上意味、虚实交融的空间之象。“事象”提供了理解中晚明民间叙事繁荣的思想基础。

二代继任方式与家族企业国际化——来自东西部家族企业的经验证据

中国家族企业正进入代际传承高峰时期,而国际化则是家族企业获取长期竞争优势与持续成长的重要战略选择。目前学术界关于代际传承对家族企业国际化影响的文献,主要考察家族后代权力涉入对家族企业国际化的影响,忽视了二代继任方式对家族企业国际化的作用。因此,文章在将中国家族企业二代继任方式区分为渐进式继任方式和激进式继任方式的基础上,利用2020年8月至11月对重庆和浙江等东西部省(直辖市)253家家族企业的问卷调查数据,首次实证研究二代继任方式对家族企业国际化的影响,探讨代际权威、创始人政治身份和继承人年龄对二代继任方式与家族企业国际化关系的调节效应,并进一步研究国际化承诺对二代继任方式与家族企业国际化关系的遮掩效应,以揭示二代继任方式对家族企业国际化的影响机制与作用情境。研究结果表明:与激进式继任方式相比,采取渐进式继任方式的家族企业更倾向于选择深度、广泛和快速地进入国际市场;代际权威、创始人政治身份、继承人年龄会显著地削弱渐进式继任方式对家族企业国际化深度、广度和速度的促进作用,即渐进式继任方式对家族企业国际化深度、广度和速度的促进作用在代际权威大、创始人拥有政治身份、继承人年龄大的家族企业更不明显。文章使用重新定义家族企业、选择已经进入或完成代际传承的家族企业样本进行稳健性检验,上述研究结论仍然成立。进一步研究表明,国际化承诺在渐进式继任方式与家族企业国际化深度、广度之间发挥遮掩效应,即渐进式继任方式通过降低国际化承诺水平进而削弱其对家族企业国际化深度和广度的积极效应。基于上述研究结果,文章提出如下建议:家族企业创始人应提前制定传承计划,尽可能安排二代渐进式继任,在渐进式继任过程中帮助二代继承人尽快建立权威合法性,以降低两代之间的权威差异;家族企业创始人要理性认识政治关系的积极和消极作用,积极构建亲清政商关系,政府部门应着力构建更加公正公平透明的经营环境,充分调动家族企业家经营活动的积极性。

新出北魏《薛怀吉墓志》补释探究

2017年,考古工作者抢救性发掘山西万荣西思雅北魏薛怀吉墓,出土完整墓志一方。该志翔实记录墓主的家世背景和仕宦履历,内容可与正史互相补证,对研究中古河东薛氏家族和北方民族、社会史极具参考价值。志主薛怀吉出自降臣薛安都之南祖房,依靠先世的功勋业绩、阀阅等第达到一流高门的层级。其政治归属系代人集团中的上客,备受恩典荣宠,仕进以五品释褐、三品终结,仕途飞黄腾达。且作为皇帝心腹重点培养,内充近侍、外镇方面,显赫一时。志文流露华夏认同取向,与河东薛氏借助祖源记忆荡涤蛮夷色彩的努力如出一辙。阀阅等第、政治归属和文化认同,乃扫描同类墓志三位一体的思考维度,代表内徙戎夷演进大势所趋。
