Optimization of Agricultural Industrial Structure in Changping District of Beijing Based on Grey Relational Analysis

In the economic development of Beijing,although the share of the total amount of agricultural industry in the overall economy is relatively low,it has an important impact on the daily life of residents,social stability and the development of other industries.Changping District,as an important agricultural production base of Beijing,its agricultural development has an indispensable strategic significance for the stability and growth of the entire regional economy.Therefore,it is very important to study the structure of agricultural industry in Changping District.Based on the detailed analysis of the agricultural industrial structure of Changping District,this paper uses the grey relation theory to analyze the different industries in the agricultural industrial structure of Changping District,including planting,forestry,animal husbandry,fishery and agricultural,forestry,service industries,in order to reveal the impact of these industries on the agricultural industrial structure of Changping District.Through this study,it comes up with specific and feasible suggestions for the optimization of agricultural industrial structure in Changping District,and provides valuable reference for the agricultural development of other areas in Beijing.

Research on the Agriculture Production Structure in Shandong Province Based on the Grey Relational Dynamic Analysis

In accordance with grey relational dynamic analysis, overall structure and inner structure of agriculture were analyzed and the grey relational sequence inte- grals were concluded of Shandong agriculture during 2003-2014. Besides, the re- search analyzed the contributions by specific agricultural sectors and Shandong a- gricultural structure from natural endowments, policy, and agricultural modernization. Finally, the development countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.

Assessment on Different Schemes of Industrial Structure Adjustment Based on DEA

DEA is a new research field in operations research. It has unique virtues in dealing with assessment problem with multi-inputs especially multi-outputs. In this paper, DEA model of D?着C2R has been applied to evaluate the relative efficiency of several different schemes of industrial structure adjustment of agriculture and finally select the optimal scheme. Furthermore, the inferior scheme has been improved according to some useful insights got from DEA model.

Studies on the Structure Evolvement of Organic Agricultural Industry in Taiwan and its Influential Factors

In order to study the development of organic agriculture in Taiwan in recent years,and based on relevant agriculture,economic and social statistics,the general scale of organic agriculture and industrial structure were treated with statistic analysis. Results suggest that the general scale of organic agriculture in Taiwan grew rapidly from 2004 to 2011. The certified organic farmers grew by 140. 59%,and the area with organic plantation grew by 302. 40%. The industrial structure has changed significantly as vegetables have become the No. 1 organic crop instead of rice. Besides of the four major crops,organic plantation has played an increasingly important role. Essential factors influencing the great-leap-forward development include the general trend of agricultural industrial structure adjustment,proliferation of management system and strategic opportunities brought by economic cycles.

International Comparison,Regional Characteristics and Regulatory Management of Structural Rise in the Prices of Chinese Industrial and Agricultural Products

China's price fluctuations increasingly exhibit significant structural characteristics,and since 2003,there have been several rounds of significant structural price rise.The degree of structural rise in the prices of industrial and agricultural products in China is not only higher than in the general developed countries and developing countries,but also more prominent than in other transition economies.And the structural rise in the prices of Chinese industrial and agricultural products exhibits significant economic zone differences:the structural fluctuations are the greatest in the central and western regions,significantly higher than in the eastern regions as well as the national average.From the perspective of causes of structural rise in the prices of Chinese industrial and agricultural products,the government must aim to coordinate the industrial and agricultural investments and bridge the gap in the industrial and agricultural technologies and supply capacity.

It firmly grasps the " bull nose"( key part) of the project,energetically implements the construction of 100 modern circular agricultural demonstration parks,100 agricultural leading enterprises with output value of 100 billion yuan,and 100 agricultural new business model demonstration projects( hereinafter referred to as 300 Demonstration Projects),to realize the goal of the output value of the modern agriculture industrial clusters of Nanchong City exceeds 100 billion yuan in 2020.

The Half-industrial and Half-agricultural Working Structure in Rural China

The half-industrial and half-agricultural working structure in rural China is a key phenomenon supporting China's industrialization and urbanization. Based on inter-generational division of labor, the current half-industrial and half-agricultural working structure has given birth to the elderly agriculture and mainstay agriculture, the latter of which has gone out of agricultural involution and to some extent changed the management philosophy of traditional agriculture, becoming a key direction of China's agricultural development. Such a structure has also shaped the "new three-generation family" and facilitated the expansion of middle-income rural groups. While supporting long-term farmers in rural China, it also paves the way for China's urbanization. This structure plays a significant role in the economic, political and social development of rural China. Therefore, this structure is a rural economic structure which concerns farmers' income structure and livelihood patterns. Meanwhile, it is also a rural political structure, village structure and family structure. Through development and refinement, the half-industrial and halfagricultural working structure in rural China has far extended the scope of a descriptive concept. As a dominant variable, the structure, along with its derivatives, through permutation and combination, can establish logical relationships and an interpretation chain among a variety of major economic, political and social phenomena in rural China. Therefore, it can expect to be constructed into an analyticity-oriented mid-level concept.

By taking Bixi Town of Changshu City of Jiangsu Province in China for example,through the analysis of its development including villages types,industrial layout and existing problems,development strategies for basic facilities in villages of Bixi Town have been illustrated from the perspective of road system,water supply and drainage system,power supply engineer,communication facilities,cable television engineer and sanitation engineer.Strategies contain building famous historical and cultural villages,developing leisure agriculture and developing distinctive agricultural undertakings.It is expected to provide development strategies for small towns and villages under the background of new countryside construction.

Structural Adjustment of Oasis Agriculture in Xinjiang

Industrial and Employment Structural Imbalance in Northeast China and Agricultural Enhancement

Balanced development between industrial and employment structures are important indicators of regional economic and social health. By introducing indicators such as industrial structure deviation, comparative labor productivity, international comparison of relative labor productivity as well as employment elasticity, the paper further probed into intricate causes for the imbalance between industrial and employment structures in this specific region from a new angle which based on the evolution process analyses of both industrial and employment structures in Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang in Northeast China. The paper also suggested policy measures to strengthen agricultural developments and to facilitate the balance between industrial and employment structures.

Study on agricultural structure and non-point source pollution: a case in Dapu Town of Yixing City

The water body of Taihu Lake has been eutrophicated because of area-source pollution. 83% of the total nitrogen and 84% of the total phosphorus of the pollutant that have washed into Taihu Lake originated from the fertilizer of crop land, rural animal husbandry and living sewage and rubbish in rural area. The goal of adjusting agricultural structure is to improve agricultural development, and to increase the peasants＇ income by planting non-grain crop, centralizing animal husbandry, and intensifying aquaculture, etc. It is necessary to research on the influences of agriculture industrial structure on area-source pollution. This paper studies a case of Dapu Town in Yixing City, which is a typical drainage place beside Taihu Lake. On the basis of the analysis on the status quo of area-source pollution and agriculture industrial structure in Dapu Town, the conflicts between them are discussed. Non-grain crop production with a great deal of fertilizer and developing aquaculture with a great deal of organic pollutant, which are directly discharged, make area-source pollution more serious and accelerate the eutrophication in Taihu Lake. This paper suggests taking corresponding technological measures and policies, which have been tested in Dapu Town and demonstrated in Taih, Lake area.

Optimal Scheme Selection of Agricultural Production Structure Adjustment——Based on DEA Model; Punjab(Pakistan)

This paper used the modern evaluation method of DEA （Data Envelopment Analysis） to assess the comparative efficiency and then on the basis of this among multiple schemes chose the optimal scheme of agricultural production structure adjustment. Based on the results of DEA model, we dissected scale advantages of each discretionary scheme or plan. We examined scale advantages of each discretionary scheme, tested profoundly a definitive purpose behind not-DEA efficient, which elucidated the system and methodology to enhance these discretionary plans. At the end, another method had been proposed to rank and select the optimal scheme. The research was important to guide the practice if the modification of agricultural production industrial structure was carded on.

How to Increase Farmers' Income in the Poor Mountainous Areas ?

Using the gray system theory and gray relational analysis method,the relationship between added value of hybrid corn,hogs,Juglans sigillata,Pisum Sativum L.,safflower and that of farmers' net income in Bailongjing Village,Wafang Township,Longyang District,Baoshan City,Yunnan Province was analyzed,and the ways to increase farmers' per capita net income were studied. The results showed that economic income of farmers by structure adjustment of agriculture is Juglans sigillata > Pisum Sativum L. > safflower > hogs > hybrid corn. The study can provide scientific basis for optimizing agricultural industrial structure in Baoshan City,and promoting the rapid growth of farmers' economic income.

Historical Reflection on Deviation in Transfer Policy of Agricultural Surplus Labor at Early Stage of China

This paper firstly made an analysis on transfer of agricultural surplus labor in the end of the 20 th century. On this basis,it made reflection on policy of agricultural surplus labor. Then,it stated that there is a great deviation of transfer of agricultural surplus labor from practical requirement and pointed out basic internationally recognized ideas of agricultural surplus labor transfer. Finally,it came up with recommendations for formulating agricultural surplus labor transfer.

数字乡村建设赋能农业经济韧性的影响机制及效应

数字经济为我国农业高质量发展带来新的机遇与挑战,探寻数字乡村建设对农业经济韧性的影响,可为我国推动农业农村现代化发展和建设农业强国提供理论与实证支撑。文章基于2011—2021年中国30个省份的面板数据,采用双向固定效应模型与面板门槛模型实证分析数字乡村建设对农业经济韧性的影响机制。研究发现:数字乡村建设通过促进产业结构升级显著提升了农业经济韧性;数字乡村建设赋能农业经济韧性的效果具有区域异质性,在西部地区的正向效应更显著;数字乡村建设赋能农业经济韧性的效果具有门槛效应,并且其赋能效果呈递减趋势。

数字经济、农业产业结构升级对农民增收的效应

【目的】数字经济作为我国经济发展的新动能,对农民增收具有重要作用。研究两者之间的关系及其作用机制,可以丰富数字经济与农民收入的研究内容,充实经济高质量发展的经验证据,为加快数字乡村战略的实施进程提供启示。【方法】基于农业产业结构升级视角,运用2012—2021年全国31个省份的面板数据,构建数字经济评价指标体系,采用熵值法测算数字经济发展水平,借助固定效应模型和最小二乘法(OLS)探究数字经济对农民增收的影响及其作用机制,并运用面板门槛模型分析数字经济对农民增收的非线性溢出特征,最后借助分位数回归等方法分析数字经济对农民增收的异质性。【结果】(1)数字经济能够促进农民增收,经过工具变量法、改变样本容量等一系列检验后,结论依然成立。其中数字经济对农民的家庭经营性收入、工资性收入、财产性收入产生显著促进效应,对农民转移性收入的影响不显著。(2)数字经济的发展提升了农业产业结构的合理化以及高级化水平,助推农业产业结构的升级,从而促进农民收入的增长。(3)数字经济的增收效应具有非线性特征,且该效应在农业产业结构合理化的调节作用下得到进一步强化。(4)数字经济会长期带动农民收入增长;数字经济对不同收入水平农民增收的影响效应呈“倒U型”,其中中等收入阶层是数字经济发展的最大受益者;数字经济发展对中、西部农民增收的推动力明显强于东部地区。【结论】数字经济、农业产业结构升级是提高农民收入水平的关键要素,基于此,提出加强数字经济建设力度、创新数字经济和农业产业结构融合发展机制、完善数字经济发展的利益分配机制以及促进区域数字经济与农业产业结构统筹联动等对策建议。

农业经济转型视角下饲料产业结构调整对策研究

要实现农业产业的高质量发展就需要积极推动农业经济的转型升级。而饲料产业作为农业经济的重要组成部分,以结构调整的方式提高饲料产业的绿色化、集约化、低碳化发展水平,有利于实现三产融合,进一步提高农业经济的市场竞争力。为此,饲料产业要把握好农业经济转型视角下的机遇,并针对饲料产业存在的挑战提出结构调整对策,从而实现饲料产业的高质量发展。

农业全球价值链嵌入、产业融合与产业结构转型升级——基于全球60个国家2007—2019年的经验证据

农业全球价值链(AGVC)作为全球国际分工的载体对各国现代产业体系和产业结构转型升级产生重要影响。文章在构建农业全球价值链促进产业结构转型升级理论模型的基础上,运用2007—2019年全球60个国家的面板数据,检验了农业全球价值链嵌入对产业结构转型升级的影响及其作用机制。研究发现:①AGVC嵌入通过产业融合中的农业工业化和农业服务业化两条途径促进产业结构合理化和高级化,从而实现产业结构转型升级,AGVC参与度越高的国家,农业工业化与农业服务业化程度越高,产业结构转型升级也更快;②AGVC上游嵌入对结构高级化和结构合理化均产生较明显的促进作用,而AGVC下游嵌入仅对产业结构合理化产生影响,对产业结构高级化影响不显著;③AGVC嵌入对发展中国家产业结构合理化和产业结构高级化均存在显著的正向影响,而对于发达国家而言,AGVC嵌入仅通过农业服务业化带动产业结构高级化。未来,基于我国新发展格局和产业结构发展阶段判断,需要坚定不移地构建以国内大循环为主体的双循环发展战略,形成高水平的农业对外开放发展新格局;加快农业领域科技创新与国际合作,增强国际市场竞争力;坚持农业工业化和农业服务业化双轮驱动,推动产业结构转型升级。
