High-quality Development of the Pearl River Night Tour in the Context of Deep Integration of Culture and Tourism

Urban night tourism is a new form of urban tourism development and an important driving force for the prosperity of urban night economy.As the most prestigious business card among many night tour projects in Guangzhou,the Pearl River water night tour has contributed to the development of Guangzhou s night economy,which cannot be underestimated.However,in the process of rapid development,there are also problems such as diversified operators,insufficient integration of intangible cultural elements,excessive commercial attributes,issues of tourism facilities and service facilities.Under the new stage of integrated development of culture and tourism,how to use mutual promotion of culture and tourism in the Pearl River night tour to seek innovative paths for high-quality development in the future is the main problem expected to be solved in this paper.Therefore,based on the perspective of culture and tourism integration,this paper analyzes the general situation and development status of the Pearl River night tour,and proposes five development strategies:the overall planning of culture and tourism integration,the deep integration of intangible cultural elements,the balance of commercial attributes and tourism attributes,the high integration of culture,business,tourism and education,and the creation of tourism atmosphere,in order to provide inspiration for the healthy,orderly and high-quality development of the Pearl River night tour.

Research on Tourism Brand Building in Shapingba District from the Perspective of Cultural and Tourism Integration:A Case Study of Sunac Cultural Tourism City

From the perspective of cultural and tourism integration,this paper uses Sunac Cultural Tourism City in Chongqing’s Shapingba District as a case study to explore its tourism brand-building model and provide corresponding suggestions.First,relevant literature was reviewed to understand the theoretical foundations of cultural and tourism integration,cultural tourism brands,and brand building.Then,authoritative data was collected from official websites to conduct an in-depth analysis of the area’s cultural and tourism resources.This study introduces an overview of the cultural and tourism resources in Shapingba District and analyzes the development status and brand-building situation of Sunac Cultural Tourism City.Using the SWOT analysis method and based on the theoretical foundation,this paper comprehensively evaluates the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats in the brand building of Sunac Cultural Tourism City.The aim is to offer effective suggestions for tourism brand building in the Shapingba District,thereby promoting the integration and development of the cultural and tourism industries.This research holds both theoretical and practical significance for promoting tourism brand-building and the integration of cultural and tourism industries in the Shapingba District.

Tourismification and Integration of Buganda＇s Culture in Community Socio-economic Activities for Poverty Reduction and Sustainable Development

Buganda, one of oldest kingdoms in Uganda, has got a rich tangible and non-tangible cultural heritage which can be devetoped into cultural tourism products and integrated in the community socio-economic activities for national sustainable development. The paper highlights the major cultural heritage of Buganda, its development for tourism, integration in the daily socio-economic activities of the communities and contribution to SDGs （Sustainable Development Goals）. Buganda＇s culture include the Kings （Kabakas） burial grounds, Kabaka＇s lake and trail, music, dance, drama, handicrafts, traditions and food which provide an authentic cultural tourism product which compliments Uganda＇s nature tourism. Community participation and provide employment opportunities to the youth and women there by returning the tourism dollar to the community and this is important for sustainable development. The tourismification of Buganda＇s culture shall not only diversify Uganda＇s tourism industry but contribute to national sustainable development.

The integration of culture and tourism is a new form of tourism and a trend of tourism industry development.Mopan Mountain Forest Park in Wanli District of Nanchang City is taken as research object,and the excavation of its cultural elements is analyzed.It is thought that cultural elements can revitalize the culture and tourism industry,promote the integration of culture and tourism,encourage the mutual penetration of cultural innovation,design services and tourism products,improve the development and service level of cultural tourism products,and accelerate the development of characteristic cultural tourism.

Discussion on the Necessity and Realization of the Integrative Development of Tourism and Cultural Industry

With the development of socialist economy and the putting forward of“the Belt and Road”economic development strategy,all industries have developed vigorously,especially cultural industry and tourism.The integrative development of cultural industry and tourism can enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of regional economies,provide impetus for regional development,optimize industrial structure,and provide new ideas for the development of economies so as to promote economic growth.The integration and development of the two industries can not only achieve a mutually beneficial and win-win result,but also provide an example of the multi-industry coordinated development mode for the development of regional economy.This article first discusses the significance of the development of tourism and cultural industry,analyzes its significance for realizing the strategic target of regional economy.Then taking Sichuan province as an example,it elaborates the problems of system and creativity existing in the deep integration of tourism and cultural industry,and finally studies the way to realize it for reference.

Poverty reduction effects of integrating high-quality development and cultural tourism in China

The integration of the cultural tourism industry with high-quality development is believed to be an important method of alleviating poverty.Most research in this area has focused on single towns,cities,or regions without considering the spillover effects of neighboring areas.To fill this gap,this study applies a spatial panel econometric model to empirically test the spatial spillover effects of integrating the cultural tourism industry with high-quality developments and their mechanisms of poverty alleviation based on provincial panel data of the Chinese Mainland from 2010 to 2020.Four key results are presented.First,there is an obvious spatial dependence on the high-quality development scale,specialization level,and poverty level of cultural tourism integration.The common panel model is found to overestimate the impact of this integration on poverty alleviation because it ignores the spatial spillover-related explanatory variables.Second,the scale of development quality is found to have no significant impact on poverty alleviation when integrating cultural tourism;however,the level of development specialization has both a direct impact on poverty alleviation and the spatial spillover effect.Third,the integration of the cultural tourism industry in the Central and Western regions is shown to have a strong direct effect on poverty reduction through high-quality development.However,the spillover effect on poverty reduction in the Eastern region is greater than that in the Central and Western regions.Fourth,the integration of high-quality development and cultural tourism is found to have a direct impact on poverty alleviation overall by promoting tourism consumption,material capital accumulation,and structural transformation.

The Bashu Cultural and Tourism Corridor is a region centered on Chongqing's main city and Chengdu,with the high-speed railways,expressways,and cities(counties)along the Yangtze River system connecting the two places as important components.Sichuan and Chongqing,guided by the"Bashu Cultural and Tourism Corridor Construction Plan,"have issued a series of policies and systems for the development of Bashu cultural tourism,vigorously promoting the construction of the Bashu Cultural and Tourism Corridor.However,in the process of promoting the construction of the Bashu Cultural and Tourism Corridor,there are also many challenges,such as insufficient integration of the cultural and tourism industry,outdated development models for cultural tourism,imperfect coordination mechanisms within the industry,a large gap in professional talents in the cultural and tourism industry,and inadequate exploration of characteristic cultural tourism resources.Among these,the insufficient integration of the cultural and tourism industry is particularly prominent,manifested in the disappearance of regional culture,a significant loss of talent,and low-quality development of the tourism industry.Cultural and tourism integration is a deep-level integration in the fields of concepts,functions,resources,industries,and technologies.This topic focuses on the issue of deep integration of cultural and tourism development in the construction of the Bashu Cultural and Tourism Corridor,which has important theoretical and practical significance.

数字经济背景下山东省文化与旅游产业融合发展的测度与路径研究

文化产业与旅游产业之间存在着天然的融合诉求,而数字技术已成为文旅融合高质量发展的助推力。依据文化产业与旅游产业的产业特性及两者相互作用机制,本文从产业规模、产业接待、产业实力、产业效益4个维度构建文旅产业指标体系,引入耦合协调度模型对山东省2010~2020年的文旅产业发展水平及耦合协调程度进行测度,并分析时序变化。研究结果表明:山东省文化产业与旅游产业总体发展水平逐年提高,而文化产业发展普遍滞后于旅游产业发展;耦合协调度呈现出稳步上升态势,由0.390 8提高到0.900 6,协调等级由轻度失调提升到优质协调。基于此,从培育文旅产业增强文旅融合发展新动能,构建数字文旅平台健全价值共创机制,拓展技术与产品创新传导渠道,培养新型文旅数字化人才等方面,提出了促进数字经济赋能文旅融合高质量发展的路径。

茶文旅耦合协调发展分异及其影响因素——以云南省30个茶叶重点县为例

茶文旅协调发展是促进农文旅融合与乡村全面振兴的重要途径。基于云南30个茶叶重点县的茶文旅产业数据,对其发展水平、耦合协调度及影响因素进行实证研究,构建协调发展机制。研究表明:云南30个茶叶重点县的茶产业、文化产业、旅游产业发展水平存在显著差异,茶文旅产业综合发展排前6位的依次是景洪市、腾冲市、思茅区、澜沧县、勐海县、勐腊县;茶文旅三系统和三类双系统呈现不同耦合协调发展态势,其中,茶-文化-旅游三系统耦合协调度以濒临失调情况居多,但景洪市、腾冲市、思茅区、澜沧县达到了中级协调;旅客周转量、茶产业政策、茶叶专业合作社、规模以上文化产业企业等市场、政策、技术方面的因素对耦合协调发展有极大影响。据此,各县需因地制宜,实行差异化的茶文旅融合发展战略。

大运河沿线省市文旅商产业融合发展研究——基于耦合协调、时空演进与发展路径分析

推动大运河沿线省市文旅商产业融合和高质量发展,是有效衔接国家重大发展战略的重要抓手。通过构建文旅商产业评价指标体系,测算大运河沿线省市2012-2020年文旅商产业耦合协调度,分析空间演化特征和影响路径。研究发现:研究期内大运河沿线省市文旅商融合水平整体呈现出逐年上升趋势;文旅商融合水平不同,且具有空间集聚性;在政策保障基础上及文旅商相关因素影响下,文旅商产业通过交叉、渗透和重组,从而实现产业协同发展形成文旅商产业综合体。因此,应采取差异化文旅商融合发展策略,以区域协同发展为基础,以大运河文化带建设为抓手,进一步推动大运河沿线省市形成全域统筹、区域协同的文旅商融合发展格局,实现大运河沿线省市经济社会文化高质量发展。

乡村振兴背景下文旅产业融合发展

随着人民生活水平的提高和旅游需求的不断多样化,文旅产业融合的概念开始出现在大众的视野,当前我国正处于经济转型的关键时期,文化和旅游产业作为21世纪的朝阳产业,大力推进文旅产业融合发展,不仅对于乡村振兴具有重要意义,同时对于我国产业结构转型也有着重要意义。本文利用1042份调查问卷数据,采用线性回归模型分析政府措施在乡村产业振兴中对文旅产业融合发展的影响,搭建中介和调节效应模型,并进一步探讨农户参与度影响文旅产业融合发展的可能路径和变化规律。研究表明:政府措施有助于文旅产业融合发展;政府措施以农户参与度为中介有助于文旅产业融合发展。在乡村产业振兴背景下,政府通过实施相关措施,提升了农民积极性,增加了农户参与度,对政府措施产生调节效应,促进文旅产业融合发展。因此,为促进文旅产业融合发展与乡村振兴,引导性的政策措施亟须出台,并带动当地农民群众,提升农户的参与度,以此来提升文旅产业融合发展水平。

新疆文旅产业融合发展现状、问题与对策
