Discussion on the Integration of“Post,Course,Competition,Certificate”:Taking the Internet of Things Application Technology Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges as an Example

This article explores the development of the Internet of Things(IoT)application technology course in higher vocational colleges under the background of“post,course,competition,certificate.”It first emphasizes the importance of IoT talent training and course construction in higher vocational colleges and deeply analyzes the core concept of“post,course,competition,certificate”integration.In view of the problems faced in the course construction of IoT application technology in higher vocational colleges and the practical experience of Tianjin Vocational College of Mechanics and Electricity,the implementation strategy of the course construction of IoT application technology in higher vocational colleges is elaborated in detail based on the integrated concept of“post,course,competition,certificate.”

The core education function of higher vocational colleges is to train technical talents with high quality,so as to meet the needs of talents in the development stage of our society.Under the guidance of talent training,higher vocational colleges need to pay attention to establishing an all-round and three-dimensional education model,and promote innovation of higher vocational education on the basis of this.It is also a way to promote the innovation of higher vocational education to vigorously promote the construction of“post,course,competition,certificate”mode in the construction of education mode.Through the construction of“post,course,competition,certificate”mode,the education mode of higher vocational colleges is gradually improved,so as to strengthen the effectiveness of talent training in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,in this paper,the author puts forward some suggestions to promote the construction of the integrated education mode of the electronic information engineering technology major in higher vocational colleges,so as to help improve the talent training level of higher vocational colleges.

The Construction of Architectural CAD Course Competition Integration Teaching Mode

Architectural Computer-Aided Design(CAD)is a basic course for architectural engineering majors in vocational colleges.The integration of competition into teaching will not only help stimulate the students’enthusiasm,but also help them improve their professional skills.However,there are still some problems in the teaching of Architectural CAD.Therefore,teachers must continuously optimize the integration of competition content into Architectural CAD classes through various strategies,so as to give full play to the value of competition content in classes.We explored and analyzed the problems in the integration of competition content into Architectural CAD classes,and proposed specific strategies,in hopes of improving the quality of Architectural CAD teaching.

Improving Classroom Teaching Quality of Architectural CAD Through the Integration of Competition Content

Architectural Computer-Aided Design(CAD)is a highly technical and practical course and is also a course where its knowledge can be directly applied in the working field,which is especially important for higher vocational students majoring in architecture.In order to improve the teaching quality of this course,this paper proposes the integration of competition content into teaching under the based on the original syllabus.Therefore,the content of the“Reading and Drafting of Construction Drawings”competition is integrated into the teaching of this course,so as to realize the balanced development of teaching and competition,enhance students’professional skills and practical ability,and help students adapt to the development of the industry.With that,the goal of personnel training in higher vocational colleges can be achieved.

Long Run Relationships, Vertical Integration and International Competition： Can They Contribute to Explaining Regional Construction Cost Differences？

The existence of opportunistic behavior by contractors or sub-contractors in the bidding process encouraged by the governance structure of construction companies as well as the kind of relationship that exist between contractors and clients is thought to have some bearing on the rising construction cost observed in some regions of Sweden. Three hypotheses that are intended to test the impact that long run relationship between contractors and developers, vertically integrated firms, and the increase of international competition could have on the construction cost increase levels were tested on a predetermined number of projects from six cities in different regions. The semi-structured survey produces inconclusive results. Long run and collaborative relationship was prevalent in small region though respondents in this region did not draw strong connection between construction cost increase levels and the kind of observed relationship. In Stockholm region, short-term relationship was mostly prevalent. Vertical integration and foreign competition impacts on construction costs were not significant in either region.

Due to such generalized lack of implementation, the article underlines the need for effective enforcement standards accompanied by a joint harmonized action against illegal competition to be undertaken at regional level in order to facilitate the flow of commerce, and strengthen the economy in the GCC marketplace.

岗课赛证融通是职业教育类型化的一个核心特征,是“三教”改革的一种全新育人模式。文章分析了岗课赛证的融通机制及融通模式下的物联网专业群课程体系新要求,提出了基于“基础共享、中层分立、高层拓展”课程体系设计思想的“1+X+Y”专业群模块化课程体系架构,并以物联网应用技术专业群为例,分析了物联网应用技术专业群与产业链的逻辑关系,构建了岗课赛证融通的“1+X+Y”专业群模块化课程体系,课程体系具有“对接产业要素、满足核心岗位需求、达成应用能力培养”的三型递进关系;并从多师协作的教学团队构建、课程资源开发、网络课程教学平台搭建及教学组织实施四个方面来阐述专业群模块化教学实施途径。

促进数字经济与实体经济深度融合,依托数字技术与设备实现核心领域突破性创新,是高质量发展的关键。编制我国非竞争投入产出表,从供需双层面和广义狭义双范畴,可构建并测算我国数字经济与实体经济正、反向融合度,探究数字经济与实体经济融合对实体企业创新影响及内在机制。研究发现,融合度对实体创新的影响存在非线性效应,正向融合度整体提升实体企业创新质量和效率,这与技术吸收能力强化相关;反向融合度处于合理区间时才能拉动创新增长,否则将因成本效应和适应性不足降低实体工业创新质量和效率。

高校创新创业教育“赛创融合”评价机制构建

渗透测试实践教学是为信息安全相关专业学生开设的少数攻击类课程,是必不可少的教学环节。随着《中华人民共和国网络安全法》等法律法规的不断完善,渗透测试教学的实践模式需要不断创新。针对实践教学中资源和时间方面的难题,设计并实现基于OpenStack的虚拟靶场系统,从教学过程、教学方法 、考核方式等角度分别提出开放式线上线下混合教学、引导式基础实验过程、赛学融合的考核方式等具体改革方法,探索渗透测试实践教学的新机制。

[研究目的]集成电路产业是中美科技竞争的焦点,探究美国官方智库关于中美集成电路竞争的主要咨询建议,判断智库对美国政府决策和中美产业竞争走向的影响,为我国加强智库研究、促进集成电路产业发展提供借鉴。[研究方法]从多个相关领域的美国官方智库中筛选出4个代表性样本,采用内容分析和文献资料研究,解析样本智库在2015—2022年间的有关咨询建议。[研究结论]美国官方智库完全从支持政府实现遏制中国的战略目标出发提供建议,通过“旋转门”、广泛的成果宣传等机制影响政府决策,政府行动与智库的建议具有高度的一致性,但是智库研究的客观性、全面性不足。我国应选择性地借鉴美国经验,持续提高智库研究质量,为政府应对集成电路科技竞争提供有效的决策支持。

高职院校“岗课赛证”融合育人模式的理论与实践研究

“岗课赛证”融合育人模式是继产教融合、全国职业技能大赛、1+X证书制度等项目而提出的高等职业教育建设项目。该模式主要从标准、内容、过程、评价四个维度的相互融合,促进高职院校教育教学改革,提高高等职业教育人才培养的质量。现阶段,“岗课赛证”融合育人模式存在功利化、形式化、结果化三个方面的现实困境,缺少有效的实施途径。因此,高职院校专业建设应坚持岗位需求导向,“以岗定课”建设课程体系,“以赛促教”推动课程教学改革,“以证定标”构建多维评价体系,以助力实现高素质技术人才培养的跃迁。

推动群众性与竞技性赛事融合发展对建设中国式现代化体育强国具有重要意义。在群众性与竞技性赛事融合发展中,以人民为中心和以运动项目为基本的共同基础是前提,边界逐渐模糊是加快融合的条件,以此构造全民参与的竞争型赛事样板的融合雏形。透过厘清“双赛”融合脉络探讨当前存在的根源性问题、主体性问题、内容性问题和体制性问题,表现为“双赛”融合认识不足制约互动关系、“双赛”地位竞争引致角色冲突、运动项目融入不深导致根基不稳和缺乏政策体系保障削弱融合动力。基于此,提出以体育强国建设为目标,强化“双赛”融合认识;以多元主体协同为抓手,促进“双赛”多方面融合;以运动项目为核心内容,推动“双赛”构建新发展形态;加强体制机制保障,促动政策资源向群众性赛事倾斜。
