A Study on the Pedagogical Application of Chinese New Year Culture in International Chinese Language Education

Culture teaching is an inseparable part of International Chinese Language Education,and it has great significance in international Chinese language teaching.Students can enhance their interest in Chinese language learning and improve their learning effect through understanding the excellent traditional Chinese culture,at the same time,culture teaching can help to disseminate the Chinese culture and promote the development of a multicultural world.Taking the teaching of Chinese New Year culture as an example,we analyze the current teaching materials involving Chinese New Year culture with high popularity and acceptance,put forward effective teaching methods matching the feasibility of teaching Chinese New Year culture,and then present the specific teaching design of Chinese New Year culture,in order to provide references for the teaching of culture in International Chinese Language Education.

Promoting the International Dissemination of Chinese Culture Through International Chinese Language Education: A Case Study of Chinese-English Idiomatic Equivalence

One major task of our improvement of China’s international communication capabilities is to tell China’s stories well and make China’s voice heard to communicate a comprehensive,multi-dimensional view of China in the international arena.International Chinese language education bears the dual responsibility of spreading the Chinese language and promoting the Chinese culture.How to shape global narratives for telling China’s stories and improve China’s international communication capabilities has become an important issue that concerns international Chinese language education.Chinese idioms,which are hidden treasures of the Chinese language,can play a unique role in this regard.It is therefore necessary to review the content and methods of including idioms in international Chinese language education.In this paper,instruction in idioms is approached by making a corpus-based comparative analysis from the theoretical perspectives of equivalence,cognitive metaphor,and second language acquisition.Qualitative and quantitative methods are combined to analyze idioms to be added to the vocabulary of international Chinese language education in three dimensions:word frequency,semantic transparency,and functional equivalence.This paper aims to explore a new approach to the dissemination of Chinese culture through instruction in idioms in international Chinese language education.

Application of New Media in International Chinese Education

As a novel teaching method,new media short videos have become one of the teaching methods of international Chinese education.By analyzing the advantages and feasibility of this teaching method,this paper demonstrates that teaching using short videos is a more suitable teaching method for teaching Chinese as a foreign language.At the same time,the material selection and problems in the process of using this method are also analyzed.

Chinese Modernization and the Development of Legal Education

The Communist Party of China has attached great importance to legal education, made arduous explorations in the practice of advancing the Chinese revolution, development, and reform, and blazed a road of modernization and development of Chinese legal education. 在线平台Coursera对于初级口语的二语习得的启示作用——以复合趋向补语的为例

Coursera作为全球最大的在线高等教育平台,已经成为各大高校以及全球不同受教育程度学员获取优质课程资源的主要途径。提升对外汉语课程设计和教学方式将有助于全球学生学习汉语知识和了解中国文化。本文以复合趋向补语为例,从学习方案和教学逻辑等方面探讨了在此平台上设计专门课程的可行性,并提供了一些对初级口语习得有启示意义的观点。

Chinese Students’ Perspectives on the Role of Language Learning Advisors in Fostering Learner Autonomy in a UK University

As language learning advisors become familiar figures in self-access centers,their role in language learner autonomy(LLA)has attracted various researchers’ attention.However,higher education students travelling abroad to study are less likely to be familiar with advisors, especially if they are from a country where language advisory service is uncommon, such as in China. Nonetheless, we know very little about what these students think about advisors. Therefore,this study aims to investigate the perspectives these students may have on the role of advisors,enabling their learning needs to be better recognised and supported. This case study involves 120 masters’ students originally from China's Mainland on a pre-sessional course at a research institute in the UK,as well as students at the end of their one-year study, employing questionnaires and interviews to collect data.The results show that before the course,over 80% of the students reckon advisors are monitors to supervise them or advisors are teachers to teach them. However, throughout the course,the students gradually realize advisors play complex roles in developing students’ learner autonomy. Additionally, during the first week on the course, 62% of the students perceive learner autonomy as'to study by oneself, without others’ help'. Nevertheless, at the end of their one-year study, 75% of them perceive learner autonomy as'the attitudes and abilities toward life-long learning'. Overall, the findings indicate that the Chinese students’ transition to the British academic culture deepens their perceptions of learner autonomy, and bridges their gap between theory and practice of learner autonomy, but also helps them gain understanding of the complex nature of the advisor roles.

基于“配音秀”APP短视频配音在国际中文中级口语教学中的应用

随着互联网的发展和数字化教育的普及,数字化学习资源越来越多地融入到了语言教学中去。其中,“配音秀”APP的配音功能为国际中文口语教学带来了新的视角。在此前的研究中发现,将配音引入到教学中去,大都以影视剧或电影片段配音的方式为主,而短视频配音的方式则比较少见。因此文章主要探讨如何基于“配音秀”APP,将短视频配音和国际中文中级口语教学结合在一起,为国际中文教学提供新的思路和方法。

中文学习新生态及未来研究思考

全球新科技革命、新经济发展、中国特色社会主义进入新时代背景下,国际中文教育学科内涵发展、学科肩负新使命,中文学习社区空间延展,中文学习者来源结构多元,中文学习观念及需求转变,从宏观、中观、微观层面共同构成了中文学习新生态。本研究基于中文学习新生态的逐层剖析,提出未来国际教育领域中文学习研究应当拓宽中文学习研究视野,在微观共时研究基础上发展微观历时研究,转变中文学习者研究理念,平衡中文学习者“体验”与研究者“经验”,关注各个层次学习者的需求,鼓励多元学习观念,为国际中文教育学科基础建设贡献力量。

基于Wittgenstein“意义即使用”的基础汉语国际教育无媒介语教学模式

非通用语国别的存在一直都是汉语国际推广进程中遇到的一大阻碍,尤其是在汉语国际教育的基础阶段,多语种教材研发、小语种师资培训、培养本土化教师固然能有效解决该问题,但这些方案投入资金甚大、时间跨度甚长。因此本文在维特根斯坦（Wittgenstein）＂意义即使用＂语言哲学的基础上,提出在汉语国际教育基础阶段开展无媒介语教学模式,一来能有效缓解该困局,二来也是未来汉语国际教育可持续发展可持续利用的一大资源。

国际中文教育的使命及其他

文章首先强调要明确认识国际中文教育的使命是为世界各国培养他们所需要的高素质的中文人才;其次表示国际中文教育的使命决定必须抓好汉语书面语教学,并充分陈述了理由;最后指出要开展好汉语书面语教学,目前亟须马上组织力量积极开展“进行汉语书面语教学”的具体研究。

中国—东盟教育共同体视域下的国际中文教育及其未来发展进路

中国—东盟教育共同体的建立为“一带一路”倡议背景下国际中文教育的高质量发展提供了重要契机。现阶段应聚焦国际中文教育在国家战略、区域发展、事业发展以及个人能力发展等方面的时代要求,总结国际中文教育发展事业中的政策制定及其阶段性特征,在宏观层面构建一个强有力的政策治理体系,为中观层面的政策实施提供机制保障。同时,从微观层面着眼于教育合作的多方参与者,关注参与人员的规模、交流活动的成效以及教育发展的态势等。未来,还应从完善语言治理体系、构建项目合作集群、探索师资队伍建设、着力立体化人才培养、加强数智战略对接等方面推进高质量共建“一带一路”教育合作共同体背景下国际中文教育事业的创新发展。

国际中文教育标准建设的问题检视与优化策略

加强国际中文教育标准建设,是推动国际中文教育高质量发展的必由之路。通过梳理国际中文教育标准建设的发展历程可知,我国目前虽具备初步建成较为完善的标准体系、具有一定的自主研发能力等特征,仍存在标准建设的顶层设计有待健全、标准建设不平衡、标准的海外本土化适用度不高、专门用途中文教育标准的研制有待加强、标准建设的理论研究有待深化等突出问题。可以从做好国际中文教育标准建设的顶层设计、补齐国际中文教育标准建设的短板弱项、加强本土化国际中文教育标准的研发力度、重视专门用途中文教育标准的研制和深化国际中文教育标准建设的基础理论研究等方面深入推进国际中文教育标准建设。

国际中文教育助力教育强国建设的相关思考

教育强国建设是当下中国的国家战略,国际中文教育既是整体教育的重要构成,又是助力教育强国建设的重要方面。国际中文教育之所以能提供助力,是因为它能增强国际交流与合作,提升教育国际化水平,增强国际影响力,培养国际化人才,构建全球化教育体系,参与全球教育治理。而历史事实和国际经验也提供了助力的重要依据。目前来看,国际中文教育助力教育强国建设需要在以下几个方面着力:进一步增强国际交流与合作,助力教育对外开放;讲好“三个故事”,助力中华优秀语言文化国际传播;创新国际人才教育模式,助力人才培养和双一流高校建设;发展国际中文教育数字化,助力教育数智化;完善国际中文教育规范标准体系,助力标准建设;构建国际中文教育三大体系,助力教育三大体系建设;建立全球中文教育网络系统,助力全球教育治理。

从句式视角谈汉语书面语教学

文章首先就语体而言对“汉语书面语”作了扼要说明:其次从三方面阐述了观点:一是对汉语句式作了分类说明,并指出汉语书面语教学主要需关注和抓好两类句式的教学:一类是口语和书面语通用句式,另一类是书面语句式中的“正式语体”句式;二是以实例说明从“句式”视角开展汉语书面语教学所需研究的种种问题;三是如何从句式视角进行汉语书面语教学,提出两点具体建议。

新时代国际中文教育文化教学转向及实现路径研究

国际中文教育文化教学分为四个时期:对外汉语教学起步时期(1950—1977年),对外汉语教学蓬勃发展时期(1978—2003年),汉语国际教育高速发展时期(2004—2018年),国际中文教育高质量发展时期(2019年至今)。通过对四个时期国际中文教育文化教学特征的归纳分析,结合新时代我国加强中华文化国际传播的要求,提出了国际中文教育文化教学转向的观点。国际中文教育文化教学转向的实现路径是:助力中国形象的自我塑造,促进中华文化的多元化传播,深化中华文化价值观的传播。

新时代海外本土中文教师的协同培养研究

海外本土中文教师是国际中文教育可持续发展的重要支撑。国际中文教育在逐步走向成熟、完善和自主的发展过程中,对本土中文教师的需求由“弱”转“强”。新时代,本土中文师资培育应以未来事业前瞻性布局为引领,根据本土中文教育特点,着眼于国际中文教育中高级阶段的师资需要,在增加师资数量、提升教学胜任能力、维持队伍稳定的基础上,推动当地政府、本土培养单位、行业协会和企业、母语国相关培养机构等多元主体共同参与,激发协同效能,逐步增强海外本土中文教师队伍建设。

论“人群特征”对国际中文教育的学科支撑

国际中文教育中的“国际”,其实质内涵是“国际人群”,分为海外华人和非华人两大异质性群体。国际中文教育的发展,必然要立足于对其“人群特征”尽可能细致的分析性认识。海外华人是国际中文教育的核心人群,非华人则是潜在的主体人群,面向这两大人群的中文教育分别对应“中文祖语传承”和“中文二语传播”。鉴于新老华人社会祖语保持的现状,“中文祖语传承”的对象人群可细分为“有较好家庭语言环境”“有一定家庭语言环境”“没有或基本没有家庭语言环境”3类,并据此设计不同的核心课程、教材、教法。根据母语文情况,可对“中文二语传播”的对象人群再分类,按文字划分为“汉字文化圈”和“非汉字文化圈”,后者按与中国的地理关系再分为“周边”与“非周边”。根据中文与其他国家语言文字的远近亲疏展开理论探究和教学实践,才能校正与印欧语对比的中文本体观。对象人群的步步细化,相应研究的步步深化,正是国际中文教育的发展之路。进一步丰富对象人群的下位构成,才能实现学术和社会资源上更加合理的分工、配置,以达到精准服务的目的。
