The Risk Role of Defeat on the Mental Health of College Students:A Moderated Mediation Effect of Academic Stress and Interpersonal Relationships

Background:College students face significant academic and physiological changes,making them more susceptible to psychological issues such as depression,self-injury,and suicidal ideation.Feelings of defeat can exacerbate these risks by increasing academic stress.However,interpersonal relationships can moderate the impact of academic stress on students’mental health.Utilizing the presage–process–product model,this study aims to empirically investigate how feelings of defeat influence depression,self-injury,and suicidal ideation among college students.Additionally,it explores the mediating role of academic stress and the moderating role of various types of interpersonal relationships.Methods:A total of 1612 college students(750 females,862 males,mean age=19.64±0.62 years)were recruited through cluster sampling.Data were collected via offline questionnaires administered by a trained psychology teacher and a postgraduate student,ensuring high reliability with two examiners per class.Latent profile analysis(LPA)was used to examine the impact of defeat on mental health outcomes,while mediation analysis was conducted to assess the roles of academic stress and interpersonal relationships.Results:1.Defeat is identified as a significant risk factor for mental health issues among college students;2.Four distinct patterns of interpersonal relationships were identified:the interpersonal-relationship risk group,the father–child-relationship high-risk group,the general interpersonal-relationship group,and the superior interpersonal-relationship group;3.Academic stress partially mediates the relationship between defeat and mental health issues such as depression,self-injury,and suicidal ideation;4.Different interpersonal relationship models moderate the impact of academic stress on depression and suicidal ideation.Conclusion:Defeat is a significant risk factor for mental health problems in college students.Academic stress partially mediates the negative impact of defeat on mental health,while patterns of interpersonal relationships moderate this impact.Effective early prevention and intervention should focus on monitoring students’stress levels and fostering warm,positive parent–child relationships.

Optimizing the Leadership Styles and Establishing a New Teacher-Student Relationship

There're mainly two kinds of behaviors-Task Behaviors(TBs) and Relationship Behaviors(RBs) among the school leadership styles. TBs contribute to achieving the goals, while RBs help to promote the interpersonal relationships. However, different perceptions of social values and morals will have a great influence on establishing the good leader-teacher relationship and the teacher-student relationship, which is also no exception for the leadership styles. Thus, optimizing the leadership styles will enhance the leader-teacher relationship, and also benefit the teacher-student relationship.

Student-Teacher Relationship in the Secondary Schools: A Factorial Study

This article contributes to the widening of the international literature concerning the teacher-student relationship under different perspectives:cross-cultural,statistical,and applicative.This work strengthens the psychometric basis of the Student-Teacher Relationship Scale by confirming the three-dimensional structure of the original instrument.Therefore,on the basis of the factor analysis,the instrument proves to apply also to the Vietnamese context.The Student-Teacher Relationship Scale,given its validity,can be a serviceable tool for studying such a construct,both as a monitoring scale of a given relationship and as a way to help teachers achieve a better level of awareness of their educational skills.

教育生态视角下研究生和谐师生关系构成及其影响因素——基于应用型高校的调查分析

研究生教育高质量发展离不开和谐融洽的师生关系,这种关系的建立是在师生交互的基础上多因素共同作用的结果。结合应用型高校的调查分析,基于教育生态视角,以师生交互行为为基础,建立和谐师生关系架构,并运用QCA组态分析法,从教师职业素养、学生综合素质、师生交互及外部环境等方面综合评价多重并发因素对研究生和谐师生关系的影响,提出高和谐师生关系的5种类型组态:学术基础型、制度约束型、教师主动科研型、学生主动复合型以及教师主动复合型,为应用型高校创造师生间良性互动氛围、建立健全外部制度保障、促进形成和谐师生关系提供参考。

来华留学生适应中国高校学习生活新环境问题分析——以沈阳化工大学“Hand in Hand”项目为例

沈阳化工大学“Hand in Hand”来华留学生项目运用赋权增能理论开展小组工作,旨在提升来华留学生自主解决新环境融入问题的能力,并结合外部力量的支持,激发来华留学生内在力量,为其融入中国高校学习生活的新环境赋权增能。课题组运用访谈法,对沈阳化工大学30名来华留学生开展调研,从人际关系层面、文化融入层面以及自然环境适应层面发现问题及需求,并对“Hand in Hand”项目小组活动进行专业服务反思,通过开展专业项目服务实践为来华留学生增能,帮助来华留学生群体更好地适应新环境,并在更好地适应中国大学生活的同时,为高校社会工作的研究提供更加丰富的实际案例与方法。同时,采用“一对一”小组座位模式有利于提高活动质量,通过个人优势展示有利于激发自我感觉,应用娱乐化语言学习环境和沉浸式模拟情境,为中外大学生交流提供人际交往场合,强化来华留学生对中华文化的了解,利用文体娱乐活动增强自我认知感,这些都对赋权增能小组工作实践有着重要的启示作用。

Simulation Study on Emergency Evacuation Behavior of College Students in Considering the Influence of Dormitory Interpersonal Relationship

As one of the most common social relationships among college students,the dormitory interpersonal relationship has important effects on students'psychology and behavior.For quantitative analysis of the dormitory interpersonal influence on college students'emergency evacuation behavior,an evacuation simulation experiment of college students carried out and coupling questionnaire survey,measurement and social force model of society to visualize the normal dormitory interpersonal relationship and emergency evacuation following relationship of college students,then simulation experiment is used to explore the impact of different types of dormitory relationship structure on emergency evacuation.The results show that dormitory interpersonal relationship is an important component of college students'interpersonal network and has an important impact on emergency evacuation behavior.The close and united dormitory relationship has a good promotion effect on the emergency evacuation efficiency.When the emergency occurs,the dormitory interpersonal relationship of college students will partly transform into the leader-following behavior relationship,and the evacuation efficiency will decrease.The influence of dormitory interpersonal relationship on evacuation behavior is related to gender and grade which is higher for female students than male students,and is higher for junior students than senior students.

The relation between a teacher and a student differs with its peculiarity in the contemporary life. A pupil or a student differs totally in classifying the information gained in his activity. A modem student demonstrates a special attitude to everyday events and gets an independent position. Such reality demands the teacher of the day to have a very high practice; the necessity of contemporary training in the process of training-education can be marked as the appearance of globalization. It occurs as a demand for globalization as well. All these items after being analyzed bring some conclusions.

师生关系是教育活动中最核心的关系,高质量的师生关系是实施高水平教育活动的必要保障。将高校师生关系置于新时代背景之下,审视当前师生关系存续中存在的伦理问题,探讨良性师生关系应有的伦理精神,从优化教师职业道德规范、提升学生思想道德修养、加强校园伦理环境建设、营造尊师爱生社会氛围等方面着手构建“亲清”师生关系的伦理策略,为高校师生确立立德修身、遵纪守法的规范性要求,也为优化并发挥师生教育共同体的价值功能、践履立德树人的职责使命注入深厚的伦理意蕴。

连通性视域下高校师生互动类型、机制与策略

人际互动的基本前提是人与人之间的关系连通。在连通性视域中,高校师生关系可以区分为“无连通、弱连通和强连通”三种状态,并因此发展出“互动缺失、弱互动、强互动”三种互动类型。师生互动强度与教学效果之间存在明显正相关。师生强互动和关系强连通的获得机制主要是个体层面的特征同质性机制和群体层面的结构平衡化机制。实践中,通过调整教学策略、完善制度保障、建构支持合力等举措,可以增进师生之间的同质性因素,强化师生群体的结构平衡,进而建构起师生强互动和关系强连通,有效提升教学效果。

大学生师生信任对学习倦怠的影响:人际疏离感的中介作用

目的:探讨大学生师生信任、人际疏离感、学习倦怠的关系。方法:用师生信任问卷、人际疏离感问卷、大学生学业倦怠量表随机调查广东3所高校在编老师157人和在校学生307人。结果:学生知识信任与学习倦怠负相关(P<0.05),教师人品、知识、能力信任及教师信任与学习倦怠、人际疏离感负相关(P<0.01),人际疏离感与学习倦怠正相关(P<0.01);人际疏离感在教师信任与学习倦怠、教师能力信任与学习倦怠之间的作用有统计学意义(P<0.01),在学生信任和学习倦怠之间的作用无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:大学生的师生信任特别是教师信任直接减少学习倦怠,教师能力信任还通过人际疏离感的中介作用间接减少学习倦怠。

人际价值观对女大学生宿舍关系满意度影响研究

为研究人际价值观对女大学生宿舍关系满意度的影响,采用问卷调查法,以1954名女大学生为对象,了解其宿舍关系满意度状况。结果表明,大多数女大学生对宿舍关系满意度较高,但因年级、专业、生源地不同以及是否独生而在宿舍关系满意度上存在不同程度的差异。从人际交往重要性和人际交往原则两个维度,对女大学生人际价值观和宿舍关系满意度进行相关分析和回归分析,结果显示,积极的人际价值观与女大学生较高的宿舍关系满意度呈正相关。研究结果对于引导女大学生树立积极健康的人际价值观,从而妥善处理宿舍关系、营造良好人际环境具有参考价值。
