The development of agricultural industrialization is an effective way of optimizing rural industrial structure and increasing peasants＇ income. Taking Shandong Fengyu Edible Fungus Co.,Ltd as an example, the paper discusses the development and innovation of edible fungus industry in production models, management system and operational mechanism in Wucheng City. It is expected to be helpful for innovating the development of agricultural industrialization in China.

Technology Innovation Mode of Agricultural Leading Enterprise——Based on the Virtual Organization Mode

Based on the definition of technology innovation of agricultural leading enterprises by domestic and foreign experts and scholars,technology innovation of agricultural enterprises is a process of new market increment,which uses new knowledge,technology,process and production mode,produces new products,offers new services and realizes commercialization. Characteristics of agricultural technology innovation are introduced,such as obvious regionality,relatively high risk,long-term periodicity and public attribute. Predicament for technology innovation of leading enterprises is analyzed,such as technical constraints,financial constraints and personnel constraints. Technological Innovation Mode can be classified into three modes of independent innovation,imitative innovation and cooperative innovation by the method of technology innovation. Among them,since there are some defects in the technology innovation process,independent innovation and imitative innovation are generally not used for the innovation of agricultural enterprises. Cooperative Innovation Mode can rely on foreign aid,can realize complementary advantages and achievement sharing,and can be widely applied in the agricultural innovation enterprise. Virtual organization in cooperation innovation mode is described,which makes up for technology,capital and human resources barriers in the process of agricultural enterprise innovation. Therefore,this mode is popular among the agricultural innovation enterprise.

Researches on Countermeasures and the Status Quo of Agricultural Industrialized Cluster in Henan Province

On the basis of the introduction of the connotation of agricultural industrialized cluster,the thesis introduces the competitive advantages of agricultural industrialized cluster as follows:firstly,it makes the agricultural production factors cluster and curtails the agricultural production costs;secondly it enhances the innovation abilities of industries;thirdly it improves the urbanization level of rural areas and increases farmers' income.The thesis also analyzes the status quo of agricultural industrialized cluster in Henan Province,points out the advantages of resources,cost,location and so on,and discuses the existing problems of the agricultural industrialized cluster in Henan Province as follows:firstly,the scale of agricultural industrialized cluster is small and the industrialized chain is short;secondly,there is a shortage of leading enterprises,and the radiating effect within industrialized cluster is not prominent;thirdly,the organization degree of agricultural industrialized cluster is weak,lacking scientific innovation ability.In order to solve the existing problems,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward as follows:firstly,take the market as the orientation,strengthen the policies formulation and accelerate the development of agricultural industrialized cluster in Henan by leaps and bounds;secondly,choose suitable developing models of agricultural industrialized cluster.

Problems and Countermeasures in Benefit Linkage between Agricultural Leading Enterprises and Farmers

The agricultural leading enterprises and farmers have formed a mutual linkage,mutual restraint,and interdependent benefit linkage mechanism.This paper mainly analyzes the existing problems in the benefit linkage between the agricultural leading enterprises and farmers,and draws on the successful domestic benefit linkage model,and comes up with policy recommendations to provide an effective approach for agricultural leading enterprises to promote development of farmers.

Selection of Regional Leading Industry Based on Comparative Advantage——A Case of Xiqing District,Tianjin City,China

Development status of agricultural industry in Xiqing District of Tianjin City in China is introduced.The intensive level of agriculture is relatively high in this region;the new-type agriculture develops rapidly;and the sales income of agricultural byproducts is the main source of household income.Based on the principles of market potential,production resources intensity,and associated promotion,a total of 3 indices for measuring the comparative advantage are selected,which are comparative advantage index,scale advantage index,and comprehensive advantage index.Based on the data analysis,competitive industries in this region are determined.Result shows that economic crops and aquaculture industry have relatively great location quotient,but aquaculture is not suitable for Xiqing District,due to its natural condition,industrial tradition and bases,and output value.Therefore,economic crop is selected as the leading industry in Xiqing District.

中国龙头科技企业技术创新能力驱动路径研究——基于fsQCA研究方法

为推动中国科技企业高质量发展,提升科技企业创新能力,对中国龙头科技企业技术创新能力进行深入探究。基于企业内部研发资金投入、研发人员投入和税收优惠、地方补贴及行业技术5个前因条件,阐述其对中国龙头科技企业技术创新能力的影响。采用模糊集定性比较分析法对26家中国不同行业上市龙头科技企业进行分析,构建前因条件对创新能力的影响框架,结果发现:从整体看,企业研发投入、地方政府补贴以及行业技术通过不同条件组态影响龙头科技企业创新能力;从企业资源看,相较于研发资金,研发人员对龙头科技企业创新能力的影响更加显著;从外部环境看,市场和政府采用优势互补方式驱动龙头科技企业创新,且市场行业技术对企业创新的影响更显著,地方政府补贴对企业创新发挥显著激励作用。

数字化转型的溢出效应:扩散还是虹吸?——基于行业内领军企业与行业间产业链双重视角

本文基于创新扩散理论与外部性理论,利用2011—2021年中国上市企业和投入产出表数据,探讨行业内领军企业及行业间产业链上下游企业数字化转型对焦点企业转型的影响。研究结果显示:行业领军企业和产业链上下游企业数字化促进焦点企业转型,且产业链上游促进作用高于下游。一方面,数字化转型存在扩散效应,表现在领军企业与产业链上下游企业通过管理层决策同群效应和知识溢出效应促进焦点企业数字化转型;另一方面,数字化转型也存在虹吸效应,表现在产业链下游企业对焦点企业产生研发人才的虹吸效应,领军企业对焦点企业产生数字资本的虹吸效应。本文的研究对于提高领军企业引领带动作用、提升产业链协同效率具有重要启示,并为建设现代化产业体系提供新思路。

智慧农业产业学院“1234”产教融合协同育人模式

智慧农业是近年来国内外的重点和热点研究领域,也是实现我国农业强国和解决“三农”问题的重要途径。未来,涉农行业、企事业单位对智慧农业人才的需求将呈快速增长态势,而当前智慧农业人才难以满足智慧农业产业的需求。同时,智慧农业是多学科交叉融合且实践性很强的专业,也是新型专业,尚未形成系统性的智慧农业专业人才培养体系。因而,加快推进智慧农业专业人才培养,显得尤为迫切和重要。该文在坚持“以本为本”和“四个回归”的教育理念基础上,围绕智慧农业发展目标,面向智慧农业产业需求,以山西农业大学省级智慧农业学院为例,探索出智慧农业产业学院“1核心、2导师、3平台、4体系”的“1234”产教融合协同育人模式,为我国智慧农业产业学院发展及人才培养模式提供参考和借鉴。

农业产业化高质量发展的人才支持体系研究——以福建省为例

农业产业化高质量发展已经成为我国农业发展的必然方向,人才支持体系是农业产业化高质量发展的关键因素。农业产业化龙头企业是农业产业化高质量发展的重要力量,其人才支持体系的建设对做大做强企业、做优做活产业上下游、促进农业产业化高质量发展至关重要。从六个方面设计了20个农业产业化高质量发展人才支持体系评价指标,并以福建省为例,面向福建九地市的507家农业产业化龙头企业开展问卷调查,对农业产业化高质量发展人才支持体系进行了系统评价。诊断发现,农业产业化龙头企业数字、科技人才短缺,人才培育系统不完备,人才引进机制不完善,人才评价体系不科学,人才激励方式简单,人才管理系统性不足,政策支持、社会支持力度不够。因此,建议打造农业数字科技人才供应链,健全农业人才培育体系,完善农业人才引进机制,建立科学的农业人才评估机制,实施有效的农业人才激励机制,创新农业人才管理机制,加大农业人才政策支持力度,推动农业产业化高质量发展。

社会信用环境完善是否降低了农业龙头企业的违规行为?

以我国社会信用体系建设为准自然实验,基于2013—2021年我国农业龙头企业数据,考察社会信用环境完善对农业龙头企业违规行为的影响及作用机制。研究发现:第一,社会信用环境完善显著抑制了农业龙头企业的违规行为,这一结论在进行多项稳健性检验后依然成立;第二,这一抑制作用对于运营较好的农业龙头企业、处于市场化程度更低地区的农业龙头企业以及规模更大的农业龙头企业更为明显;第三,社会信用环境的完善通过减轻农业龙头企业融资约束来有效抑制农业龙头企业的违规行为。研究结论为进一步改善社会信用环境并抑制涉农企业的违规行为提供了一些启示。

云南省农业产业化龙头企业空间分布特征及影响因素研究

农业产业化龙头企业作为新型农业经营主体之一,是现代农业发展的重要引擎。本研究以云南省省级农业产业化龙头企业为研究对象,利用空间分析、计量分析等方法分析农业产业化龙头企业的分布特征及其影响因素。研究发现,在昆明、曲靖、楚雄、玉溪、保山等地区集聚了较多的农业产业化龙头企业,形成较为明显的热点区域,冷点区域相对较少且零散分布,空间分布不平衡特征明显。农林牧渔业总产值、高速公路通车里程、社会消费品零售总额、乡村就业人员数量、城镇化率与农业产业化龙头企业数量表现出正相关性。据此,提出云南省培育壮大农业产业化龙头企业的相关建议。

乡村产业振兴带头人培育:群体分析 、现实困境与提升策略——基于6省区“头雁”群体的调查

乡村产业振兴带头人是推进农业农村现代化、建设农业强国的重要力量。本文通过对参加国家乡村产业振兴带头人培育“头雁”项目的1236名新型经营主体进行调研,总结了中国乡村产业振兴带头人群体的主要特点,剖析了当前培育工作的现实困境和提升策略。研究发现:中国乡村产业振兴带头人群体已初具规模,群体越发开放化、多元化、专业化,体现出年富力强、融合发展、效率提升等新特点。调研显示,乡村产业振兴带头人培育“头雁”项目取得了良好成效,但也面临培育需求与参训目标存在“岔口”、数字农业赋能发展能力不足、品牌建设限制盈利能力、缺乏辐射带动和资源转化的有效路径等问题。对此,本文建议从探索全员覆盖的“开环教育”、强化搭建服务平台、赋能新业态运营、建设长效运行机制四方面进一步提升国家乡村产业振兴带头人培育“头雁”项目的成效。

产业纵向融合对农业龙头企业发展的影响研究——基于365家农业上市企业的实证

乡村振兴的关键是产业兴旺。延伸产业链、拓展价值链,成为构建现代化农业产业体系的重要支撑。因此,基于2011—2021年365家上市农业龙头企业的数据,实证分析产业纵向融合对农业龙头企业经济价值及社会责任水平的影响。研究表明,2011—2021年产业纵向融合程度的平均水平不高,且对不同龙头企业的影响差异较大;产业纵向融合水平与龙头企业的经营绩效呈现“U型”关系,产业纵向融合有助于提升龙头企业价值、降低企业资产负债率,并提升其社会责任水平;相较于农业生产行业,产业纵向融合对农产品加工及相关行业企业的发展影响效果更显著;中西部地区的龙头企业受产业纵向融合的影响强于东部地区。基于此,提出产业纵向融合要稳步推进,同时充分考虑区位条件,对东中西部地区分类施策、强化对农业企业的初始扶持等政策建议。以期为国家一二三产业融合、乡村产业全面振兴提供理论支撑和政策指导。

链主主导的产业链治理能够提升新质生产力吗——以战略性新兴产业上市公司为例

新质生产力是以科技创新为主导、实现关键性颠覆性技术突破而产生的生产力,攻克关键性颠覆性技术是链主企业主导产业链治理的核心目标。以2010—2022年我国战略性新兴产业A股上市公司为例,定量识别“行业—年份”层面的行政性和经济性链主企业,测算链主企业的新质生产力和产业链治理水平,实证检验链主企业主导的产业链治理对新质生产力的影响。结果表明,链主企业主导的产业链治理能够显著提升新质生产力;在调节效应方面,市场化环境正向调节链主产业链治理对新质生产力的影响。拓展的同群效应分析表明,链主主导的产业链治理存在显著行业同群效应,而地区同群效应具有显著跨层特征,长三角的地区跨层同群效应更显著。研究结论可以为培育产业链链主、培育和发展新质生产力、提升产业链现代化水平及实现经济高质量发展提供参考。

银行业竞争、融资约束与涉农企业创新效率

以上市涉农企业作为研究对象,利用其2016—2021年相关数据,在使用三阶段DEA测度其创新效率的基础上,使用固定效应模型探究银行业竞争对涉农企业创新效率的影响。研究发现,银行业竞争促进了涉农企业创新效率的提升;从影响机制来看,银行业竞争通过缓解涉农企业的融资约束,从而提升了其创新效率;同时银行业竞争主要促进了下游涉农企业创新效率的提升。在进行内生性检验后,又进行了替换被解释变量、滞后解释变量等稳健性检验,结论依然成立。最后,从政府、银行和涉农企业三方面提出政策建议。为提高涉农企业创新效率、稳定农业企业的农业科技创新主体地位提供实证证据及优化建议。

农村三产融合、农业企业集聚与农民增收

促进农民增收缩小城乡差距是实现全体人民共同富裕的关键。基于省际面板数据,采用固定效应、门槛回归和系统GMM模型,研究农村三产融合对农民增收的影响及其作用机制。研究结果表明:(1)农村三产融合有助于促进农民收入的增加;(2)农业企业集聚在农村三产融合促进农民增收过程中存在门槛效应,随着农业企业集聚水平的提高,其促进作用进一步增强;(3)机制分析发现,农村三产融合通过农业产业链延伸和要素融合发展来增加农民收入,农业多功能性拓展对农民增收没有显著影响。

以龙头企业为纽带构建果品循环经济产业链及运行机制

发展循环经济产业链是协调果品产业发展和生态保护的重要举措。针对现阶段我国果品循环经济产业链发展过程中面临的困境,分析典型案例和现有研究成果,提出以龙头企业为纽带、产业链联动为形式、循环经济技术为基础、利益分配机制为保障的果品循环经济产业链构建及运行机制,研究分析了龙头企业在果品循环经济产业链运行过程中发挥的重要纽带作用,有针对性地提出建议。

农业龙头企业带动区域三产融合发展策略研究

区域三产融合是助力乡村振兴的重要举措,农业龙头企业则是促进三产融合的重要推动力。因此,在构建农业龙头企业与相关产业融合程度评价体系指标的基础上,以黑龙江省绥化市北林区为例,采用熵权法对农业龙头企业带动区域三产融合水平进行测度。研究表明,农业龙头企业对带动区域三产融合具有重要影响,但农业龙头企业与各产业的融合程度却存在一定差异。因此建议进一步加快建立多主体利益机制,加速推进产业链协同发展,加大产业政策扶持力度,加强产业专业化人才培养,以及强化基础设施建设与共享等策略。充分发挥农业龙头企业带动区域三产深度融合的引领作用,实现农民增收创收,加快农业产业现代化进程,助力农业强国建设。

新农科背景下水产专业课程教学改革实践与探析

随着新农科理念的提出和发展,我国农业高等教育面临新的机遇和挑战。作为农业体系中的重要组成部分,水产养殖专业必须开展课程教学改革以适应新时代的发展要求。文章从水产专业课程教学现状入手,结合自身实践,探析新形势下教学内容改进、授课模式创新以及强化实践教学在培养学生综合能力等方面的作用,同时积极推进以“专创融合”为基础的实践课程建设,倡导通过与企业深度合作实现教学队伍的技术培训、经验交流和能力提升,以期为提高水产专业人才培养质量提供参考。
