Quantitatively assessing the carrying capacity of water and land resources systems in arid and semi-arid areas is crucial for achieving the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.In this work,taking Yulin City in China as a case study and employing the Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation(CRITIC)method,a modified model of coupling degree was developed to evaluate the car-rying capacity of water and land resources systems endowment and utilization,as well as their coupling coordination degree from 2013 to 2020.Our findings indicate that the water and land resources of Yulin are diminishing due to declines in agriculture,higher industrial water use,and wetland shrinkage.However,reallocating domestic water for ecological sustainability and reducing sloping farmland can mitigate this trend of decline.Temporally,as the coupling coordination between water and land resources system endowment in Yulin continuously improved,the coupling coordination between water and land resources system utilization first decreased and then in-creased with 2016 as the turning point.Spatially,the carrying capacity of water and land resources systems,the coupling coordination degree between water and land resources system endowment,and the coupling coordination degree between water and land resources system utilization in Yulin exhibited the same pattern of being higher in the six northern counties than in the six southern counties.Improving the water resources endowment is vital for the highly efficient use of water and land resources. 展开更多

While the population in being in EAZD was 22.62 million in 1999.This accords with the prefigured result in the rough from the point of view of development. Based on relevant research results,from the perspective of land use functions,an evaluation indicator system of carrying capacity of land resources composed of three second-grade indicators( production,living and ecological carrying capacity) including 24 third-grade indicators was established,and the carrying capacity of land resources in ten cities of Shaanxi Province in 2013 was assessed and analyzed by using mean square error analysis method and hierarchical clustering method. The results showed that the three types of carrying capacity in most cities of Shaanxi Province are shown as follows: ecological carrying capacity > living carrying capacity > production carrying capacity,and the differences between various regions in a single type of carrying capacity basically accorded with the actual situation of development in each city; there were obvious differences between various cities in the comprehensive carrying capacity of land resources,which was basically consistent with regional economic and social development. 展开更多

The carrying capacity of marine and land resources is one of the indicators to measure the sustainable development level of coastal areas,reflecting the supporting capacity of the ecological environment for human activities and the impact of human activities on the regional environment.This paper establishes an evaluation index system to determine the evaluation value of the carrying capacity of marine and land resources in China’s coastal areas,the evaluation index of marine and land resources supply capacity(economic and social development demand)subsystem,and the degree of coordinated development of the subsystems in 11 coastal areas from 2006 to 2017.The results showed that the average supply and demand capacity of the two subsystems in each region is not high;the average demand level of economic and social development is higher than the supply capacity of marine and land resources;the carrying capacity of marine and land resources is slightly overloaded in most areas;the collaborative development between the supply and demand subsystems is barely coordinated with moderate imbalance;most regions need to move in the direction of green development to ensure the supply capacity of marine and land resources. 展开更多

As an important part of resource and environment carrying capacity(RECC),land resource carrying capacity(LRCC) has focused on the limiting factors on regional development from the scale of land resources for more than two hundred years.After a brief review of the origin and early development of LRCC,the progress of LRCC is summarized as a progression from land resource population carrying capacity(LPCC) to land resource comprehensive carrying capacity(LCCC),and the hot issues of LRCC have changed from the simple human–grain relationship to more complex social and economic activities–land resources relationships.The corresponding research methods also evolved,from static research to dynamic research,and the assessment factor have evolved from a single factor to a comprehensive index system.Agro-ecological zoning(AEZ),system dynamics(SD),ecological footprint(EF),and comprehensive evaluation methods have come to be viewed as the most representative methods of LRCC in recent years.As a focus of conventional LRCC research,the human–grain relationship still plays a significant role in LRCC evaluation because grain remains the top limiting factor of land resources and is the most significant criterion in the balance between regional population and land resources,especially for very populous countries.More attention should be paid to the accurate calculation of arable land and average food consumption levels to improve the scientific basis of LRCC evaluation.The development of science and technology and the variation of lifestyle are also important factors that influence regional LRCC.As a new topic of LRCC,LCCC has expanded the research field of LRCC in an attempt to reveal the limiting effects of land resource under open systems,but some issues such as carrying mechanism research and the combination of theoretical and applied research are needed in future studies to promote the further development of LCCC. 展开更多

Food safety is an important issue for the development of the national economy and society.Studying regional food supply and demand from the perspective of land resource carrying capacity can provide new references for regional resource sustainability.This study uses the data from farmer and herdsmen household questionnaires,statistical data,land use data,and other sources to construct a land resource carrying capacity(LCC)assessment framework,targeting the food supply and demand of residents in representative areas,specifically the typical grassland pastoral areas,sandy pastoral areas and agro-pastoral areas on the Xilin Gol grassland transects.The three food nutritional indicators of calories,protein and fat were selected for analyzing the balance of land resource carrying capacity.We found that:1)Along the Xilin Gol grassland,the main local food supply showed a shift from meat and milk to grains,vegetables and fruits.2)From north to south along the grassland transects,the calorie intake increased gradually,while the intake of protein and fat was highest in pastoral areas and lowest in agricultural areas.3)The overall land resource carrying capacity of the Xilin Gol grassland transects was in a surplus state,but the land carrying capacity of typical grassland pastoral area was higher than the two other types of areas.This study provides an empirical reference for the sustainable development of regional food nutrition. 展开更多

Transportation planning is a critical component for creating an orderly,intensive,and sustainable pattern of land development.By comprehensively considering the potential and suitability of transport construction,a comprehensive method combining resources and environmental carrying capacity(RECC)and land development suitability(LDS)was developed by using techniques of GIS,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and threedimensional magic cube.Taking Aba prefecture in Sichuan Province of Southwest China as a case study,LDS for transportation was analyzed from three aspects,including overall planning layout,different transport modes,and transportation projects.The results showed that the transport planning scales of most counties in Aba were suitable,and the order of LDS of different transport modes was railway>highway=superhighway>tourism track,which already included 42 new transportation projects.We found that two counties(Maoxian County and Jiuzhaigou County)should improve the ecological protection level of transportation,in which the railway network construction should be encouraged,and some transportation projects with low LDS should be postponed or constructed harmlessly.We suggest the combination of RECC and LDS for transportation could enhance the territorial space optimization and sustainable transport construction. 展开更多

By reviewing the theories and methods of resource and environmental carrying capacity evaluation and suitability evaluation of land and space development,it provides theoretical and technical support for rational layout and optimization of land and space development pattern.From the aspects of resource carrying capacity,environmental carrying capacity,the importance of ecological protection,the suitability of agricultural production,and the suitability of urban construction,we sort out domestic and foreign documents.The evaluation of resource carrying capacity has changed from single-factor evaluation to multi-factor comprehensive evaluation.At present,the optimization of land use pattern based on the“three-generation”space is still under exploration,it is not enough to systematize and summarize the thought of optimizing the spatial pattern of the national territory.The theoretical framework,model,method and index of“dual evaluation”of territorial space need to be improved continuously,it also needs the scientific analysis and cognition from the natural direction to the human location direction and the spatial equilibrium state as the new driving force. 展开更多

海洋、海岸带蕴含的资源丰富,与人类生存发展息息相关。近年来,随着海洋经济的迅速增长,自然岸线和滨海湿地面积减少、生物多样性降低、典型生态系统受损、近岸海域灾害频发、渔业资源减少等问题日益显现。如何从战略高度提升海洋经济,... 海洋、海岸带蕴含的资源丰富,与人类生存发展息息相关。近年来,随着海洋经济的迅速增长,自然岸线和滨海湿地面积减少、生物多样性降低、典型生态系统受损、近岸海域灾害频发、渔业资源减少等问题日益显现。如何从战略高度提升海洋经济,开发和保护并举,确保海岸带、海洋资源取用合理是新时代的重要课题。陆地和海洋是生态系统不可分割的组成部分,开展陆海统筹的资源环境承载力评价是衡量区域经济发展与生态环境是否协调可持续发展的有效途径。文章系统地梳理了承载力概念的发展历程,对比了常用的海洋资源环境承载力评价方法,初步构建了陆海统筹的资源环境承载力评价指标体系,并提出使用熵值法来确定指标权重,采用状态空间评价模型或TOPSIS模型进行承载力综合评价,可以体现陆地和海洋相互影响、相互制约的关系,并具有较强的可操作性,评价结果可以反映区域资源环境承载力的空间差异或随时间变化情况,能够为海洋和海岸带保护利用提供有效借鉴。 展开更多

1998—2022年安徽土地资源承载力时空演变研究

基于1998—2022年的相关数据,通过耕地压力模型和土地资源承载力模型,分析安徽土地资源承载力的时空演变。结果表明:最小人均耕地面积整体呈下降趋势。耕地压力指数呈现波动下行的态势,从预警压力状态进入无压力状态。土地资源承载力指... 基于1998—2022年的相关数据,通过耕地压力模型和土地资源承载力模型,分析安徽土地资源承载力的时空演变。结果表明:最小人均耕地面积整体呈下降趋势。耕地压力指数呈现波动下行的态势,从预警压力状态进入无压力状态。土地资源承载力指数总体下行,状态从人粮平衡区的平衡有余级升至粮食盈余区的富裕级。土地资源承载力指数则主要位于粮食盈余区和人粮平衡区,多市虽向好发展,但合肥、黄山等的状况持续恶化;各市土地资源承载力指数空间分布具有高值和低值集聚特征,土地资源承载力驱动因素按重要性由大及小依次为耕地面积、人均粮食占有量、城镇化率、地形位指数、农业水资源量。依据分析结果,应采取合理规划国土空间人口分布、转变耕地利用方式和构建与土地资源承载力相匹配的农业布局等措施,以促进土地资源承载力的可持续发展。 展开更多

淮河流域作为我国粮食生产大区之一,其土地资源利用效率和方式直接关系到区域农业与城镇经济的发展,因此对淮河流域土地资源承载力及其影响因素进行研究具有十分重要的理论价值与现实意义。本文从承载强度、承载效益和承载潜力三个维度... 淮河流域作为我国粮食生产大区之一,其土地资源利用效率和方式直接关系到区域农业与城镇经济的发展,因此对淮河流域土地资源承载力及其影响因素进行研究具有十分重要的理论价值与现实意义。本文从承载强度、承载效益和承载潜力三个维度构建了综合评价指标体系,基于熵权TOPSIS模型和空间自相关模型,测算2006—2021年淮河流域35个地级市土地资源承载力水平,实证分析其土地资源承载力的时空分异特征。结果表明,研究期间内,淮河流域各地级市的土地资源承载力水平表现为上升的趋势,呈现东部高、西部低的空间分布格局,且在整体呈现正向空间自相关,在局部上呈现“小集聚、大离散”的空间分异格局。 展开更多

基于DPSIR模型的中国粮食主产区土地资源承载力评价研究

科学评价粮食主产区土地资源承载力,为粮食主产区土地资源可持续利用、保障国家粮食安全提供科学依据。选取粮食主产区的黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、内蒙古、河北、河南、山东、江苏、安徽、江西、湖北、湖南和四川13个省(区)为研究对象,基于... 科学评价粮食主产区土地资源承载力,为粮食主产区土地资源可持续利用、保障国家粮食安全提供科学依据。选取粮食主产区的黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、内蒙古、河北、河南、山东、江苏、安徽、江西、湖北、湖南和四川13个省(区)为研究对象,基于驱动力-压力-状态-影响-响应(driver-pressure-state-impact-response,DPSIR)模型构建土地资源承载力评价指标体系,并利用层次分析法和熵值法确定评价指标综合权重,分析2000‒2020年粮食主产区土地资源承载力各子系统发展状况,评价土地资源承载力水平和等级。结果表明:2000‒2020年粮食主产区土地资源承载力子系统中,除压力子系统水平呈先下降后上升态势外,驱动力、状态、影响和响应子系统水平均呈增长态势,年均增速依次为5.78%、2.71%、3.79%和5.25%。2000‒2020年粮食主产区土地资源承载力平均水平呈增长态势,以2.76%的年均速度由2000年的0.2247增长至2020年的0.3873,增长72.36%。江西、黑龙江、湖北、河南、河北、四川、湖南和山东土地资源承载力水平年均增速超过粮食主产区平均水平。2000‒2020年,黑龙江、辽宁、江西和湖北土地资源承载力水平持续提高,而安徽持续降低;吉林、内蒙古、山东和湖南则波动较大;河北、河南、江苏和四川基本长期不变。粮食主产区土地资源承载力分布存在较大差异。2020年,辽宁和河南土地资源处于弱承载力状态;山东和安徽土地资源处于低承载力状态;黑龙江、吉林和江西土地资源处于中承载力状态;内蒙古、河北、湖北和湖南土地资源处于高承载力状态;江苏和四川土地资源处于强承载力状态。社会经济发展和土地资源利用与保护政策是影响粮食主产区土地资源承载力的主要原因。 展开更多

毛乌素沙地地区作为我国生态治理成功有效的典型区域,相较于其他主要沙漠、沙地而言,具有资源丰富、水热配合好等优点,同时也是受到人类活动及气候变化威胁较大的生态脆弱区,如何保障生态安全的同时协调社会经济高质量发展,成为了当地... 毛乌素沙地地区作为我国生态治理成功有效的典型区域,相较于其他主要沙漠、沙地而言,具有资源丰富、水热配合好等优点,同时也是受到人类活动及气候变化威胁较大的生态脆弱区,如何保障生态安全的同时协调社会经济高质量发展,成为了当地所需解决的首要难题。以内蒙古鄂尔多斯毛乌素沙地地区为研究对象,构建基于生态安全的综合水资源承载力评价体系,运用投影寻踪法计算综合水资源承载力评价值,引入障碍度模型遴选地区承载力优势指标与劣势指标,采用耦合协调度模型测算资源-生态-社会系统耦合发展现状。结果表明:2000年至今毛乌素沙地地区的水资源承载力总体时间上呈现曲折上升趋势,但仍有提升空间,在空间上形成了“南北高,中心低”的空间分布特点,期间地下水供水能力、灌溉水利用系数和三产用水定额等是水资源承载力系统的主要“优势指标”,而人口、灌溉面积以及城镇化率则是阻碍水资源承载力提升的关键“劣势指标”,地区内各旗县耦合协调度从“十五”规划至今一直在中等水平范围内浮动。 展开更多

水资源承载力评价是“双评价”的重要内容,是国土空间规划的前提和基础。如何全面量化测度水资源承载力并对接国土空间规划进行区域空间格局优化,是梁子湖流域社会经济可持续发展中亟待解决的问题。本文选取社会、经济、生态多维度评价... 水资源承载力评价是“双评价”的重要内容,是国土空间规划的前提和基础。如何全面量化测度水资源承载力并对接国土空间规划进行区域空间格局优化,是梁子湖流域社会经济可持续发展中亟待解决的问题。本文选取社会、经济、生态多维度评价指标,以Arc GIS为平台,通过构建DPSIR评价模型,对梁子湖流域2020年水资源承载力进行评价并将评价结果进行空间落位。研究结果表明,基于DPSIR模型构建的梁子湖水资源承载力评价体系中,驱动力子系统权重占比最大,人为调控对水资源承载力具有较大影响。流域2020年水资源承载力总体居于良好水平,各城市之间由于社会经济发展水平的不同以及地形地貌差异,其水资源承载力也存在显著区域差别,水资源承载力高的区域,应以保护为主,水资源承载力较高的区域,应保护与开发并举,水资源承载力较低的区域,要以污染防治,控制规模为主。通过探索梁子湖流域水资源承载力从评估框架到保护实施的技术方法,以期为流域国土空间规划与生态保护提供参考。 展开更多

[目的]为科学制定新疆生产建设兵团(以下简称兵团)“十四五”畜牧业发展规划提供基本生产参数。[方法]以兵团及13个师2025年畜禽计划存出栏数为依据,从畜禽养殖饲草料资源承载力、水资源承载力、粪污土地承载力3个环境制约因素来分析兵团及各师未来畜牧业发展资源环境承载力。[结果]到2025年,兵团苜蓿缺口19.29万t,需种植21.43万hm^(2);玉米青贮缺口687.07万t,需种植11.452万hm^(2);秸秆等主要粗饲料原料盈余169.63万t;玉米籽实缺口为337.04万t,需种植42.80万hm^(2);棉粕盈余60.99万t。兵团2025年畜禽饮用水需要量增长39.63%,达563.41万t,其中第十二师增长率最大(294.94%),第八师增长量最大(88.52万t)。兵团整体畜禽粪污土地承载力不超载,达到2025年计划养殖量后仍可增加3053万个猪当量,土地消纳粪污的潜力仍很大,但第十二师以氮测算承载力指数为4.90>1,以磷测算承载力指数为3.26>1,属于严重超载,需要进行调整。[结论]“十四五”兵团及13个师的畜禽养殖数量设定与环境资源禀赋比较符合,但个别师仍需调整。 展开更多

我国生猪粪尿养分资源测算及土地承载力分析

基于我国生猪养殖行业发展现状,通过查阅文献资料采用排泄系数法估算了全国生猪(本文指肉猪和繁育母猪)所排泄的粪尿资源总量,并基于其养分含量计算土地承载力。结果显示,2021年我国生猪粪尿产生总量达到了51695.88万吨,其中粪便、尿液... 基于我国生猪养殖行业发展现状,通过查阅文献资料采用排泄系数法估算了全国生猪(本文指肉猪和繁育母猪)所排泄的粪尿资源总量,并基于其养分含量计算土地承载力。结果显示,2021年我国生猪粪尿产生总量达到了51695.88万吨,其中粪便、尿液占比分别为28.14%、71.86%,经收集、贮存和处理过程后可供给230.39万吨氮、57.61万吨磷。同时按粪肥替代40%化肥施用作物上计算,全国生猪粪污土地承载以N、P计分别为19.5亿头和21.9亿猪当量,其中新疆、内蒙古和黑龙江等省份的养殖承载空间巨大,北京、海南和云南等地区的养殖承载力较低。综上所述,全国生猪养殖与粪污资源分布不均衡,但粪尿资源总量巨大,且粪污土地承载力较大,应加快优化养殖布局,推进畜禽粪便资源化利用,提高粪肥利用率,种养结合,最终实现畜牧业的绿色可持续发展。 展开更多
