Construction of Three-in-one Industry and Cultural Inheritance of Musical Instruments of Li People in Hainan from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

From the perspective of industrial integration,how the musical instruments of Li people in Hainan can solve the current development problems such as lack of endogenous power and market enthusiasm under the strategy of rural revitalization to walk out a unique road of three-in-one industry construction was studied.

SLCO1B1 &ApoE Gene Polymorphism Analysis of the Li People in Hainan Island and Its Clinical Significance

Objective: To analyze the distribution characteristics and clinical significance of SLCO1B1 and ApoE gene polymorphisms of the Li people in Hainan Island. Method: Selecting 502 high school students of the Li people from five cities and counties in Hainan Island (namely, Qiongzhong County, Dongfang City, Ledong County, Baoting County and Wuzhishan City) as research subjects in September, 2019;Applying PCR-fluorescence probe method to detect SLCO1B1 and ApoE genotypes of the Li people in Hainan Island, and statistically analyzing the distribution characteristics of gene frequency and the distribution differences in gene polymorphisms between different genders. Meanwhile, detecting the SLCO1B1 and ApoE gene of 527 people from the Han people in five regions mentioned before, so as to analyze the distribution differences of the SLCO1B1 and ApoE gene between the Han people and the Li people. Results: The frequency of each genotype of SLCO1B1 in the Li people in Hainan Island is: *1a/*1a 6.77%, *1a/*1b 27.09%, *1b/1b 41.63%, *1a/*5 0.00%, *1a/*15 4.78%, *1b/15 16.93%., *5/*5 0.00%, *5/*15 0.00%, *15/*15 2.79%;And that of ApoE is: e2/e2 0.40%, e2/e3 17.73%, e2/e4 2.39%, e3/e3 65.54%, e3/e4 12.55%, e4/e4 1.39%. There is no significant difference (P > 0.05) in other genotypes except weak metabolic genotypes (*5/*5, *5/*15 and *15/*15) between the Han and the Li peoples. Conclusion: The gene frequency of SLCO1B1 weak metabolic genotype is dramatically higher in the Li people of Hainan Island than that of the Han people in both Hainan Island and Central and South China, but there is no significant difference in ApoE gene frequency among them. Therefore, clinicians should adjust the dosage of statins and select the types of lipid-lowering drugs according to the differences in patients’ genotypes, and strengthen the management of patients with ApoE4 risk gene.

Risk factors of polycystic ovarian syndrome among Li People

Objective: To study the relevant risk factors of polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS) of Li People so as to provide basis for early diagnosis and treatment of PCOS. Methods: With casecontrol study method, 285 cases of PCOS of Li People were as recruited case group, and 580 cases of non-PCOS of female Li People as control group. Questionnaire was adopted to collect data regarding risk factors of PCOS, then the risk factors of PCOS was searched by univariate and multivariate analysis. Results: Multivariate analysis showed that the risk factors of PCOS included in menstrual cycle disorder(OR=5.824), bad mood(OR=2.852), family history of diabetes(OR=7.008), family history of infertility(OR=11.953), menstrual irregularity of mother(OR=2.557) and lack of physical exercise(OR=1.866). Conclusions: To target the high risk factors of menstrual cycle disorder, family history of diabetes, family history of infertility, family history of diabetes, bad mood and lack of physical exercise of female population, we should implement early screen, diagnose and treatment of POCS in order to reduce the incidence rate of PCOS and improve prognosis of PCOS.

Folksongs of the Turkic World

The long-term goal of my research has been to systematize and compare by musical criteria the folk songs of Turkic groups and ethnicities living around them. Here I rarely touch on instrumental folk music, the repertoire of professional or semi-professional performers, the most recent strata, seldom or just occasionally discuss art music and the cultural, social and anthropological implications of music are only sporadically considered, too. There are close connections between the languages of Turkic groups but their musical stocks are fundamentally different. Actually, that is not surprising, because these people are, at least in part, Turkified, and through their substrata （that is people absorbed by them） they are in genetic and cultural relations with several non-Turkic peoples. My research therefore has repercussions; apart from the Turkic-speaking peoples tied by culture, language and history, upon their neighbors and partly absorbed other peoples, creating the foundation for an even broader future comparative ethnomusicological research of Eurasian groups. This paper is aimed to provide a very short summary about the findings of my field researches into the folk music of different Turkic-speaking people between 1987 and 2015. I introduce the sources, the collecting work and the methods of processing and analyzing the songs. 1 also give an analytical introduction to the folksong of Anatolian Turks, Azeris, Turkmens, Uzbeks （and Tajiks）, Karachay-Balkars, Kazakhs, Kyrgyzs, a Sufi Turkish community in Thrace and the area of the Volga-Kama-Belaya region. Finally comes a conclusion, a musical map and a list of tasks waiting for us.

Chinese Mosuo “Playing Dance” Music Analysis

Being the only extant matriarchal society in China,the Mosuo people are now living in the border of Yunnan and Sichuan.Under the combined influence of its unique form of society and the coexistence of diversified ethnic groups,the Mosuo people have thus developed a unique kind of music with compatible features.In this paper,through the introduction of the“playing dance”music of Mosuo people in Yunnan,I tried to further discuss the phenomenon of compatibility in their music,so as to enhance people’s understanding of the characteristics,as well as the values of Mosuo music.
