Review and Prospect of Development Capability of New Generation Farmers

In the context of dual economic structure,there occurs shift of numerous rural surplus labors in China. As a special group lingering about in the edges of urban and rural areas,the new generation farmers become a hot spot of research. How to help them smoothly become successors of China's agricultural modernization construction is a focus of academic circles. Based on literature review,this paper analyzed connotation of development capability of new generation farmers from agricultural modernization,thinking ability construction,system and policy,and new farmers. Finally,it came up with prospect for development of new generation farmers.

新疆新生代定居牧民非农牧就业影响因素实证分析

结合新疆北疆地区牧民定居点的调研数据,运用Logistic模型对新生代定居牧民非农牧就业的影响因素进行实证分析。结果显示,年龄、受教育程度、家庭人口规模、家中子女上学人数、家庭牲畜养殖规模、家庭收入水平、家庭地理位置与城镇距离对新生代定居牧民参与非农牧就业的影响显著,而婚姻状况、家中是否有65岁以上老人、家庭成员中是否有村干部对其非农牧就业选择不具有显著影响。
