The results show that the number and the effective temperature of hot electrons increase with the atomic number Z of metallic targets, and the temperature of hot electrons are in the range of 190-230keV, which is consistent with a scaling law of hot electrons temperature.展开更多

Particle mass concentrations exhibited low seasonality, and the ratio of PM2.5/PM10 in winter was higher than that in summer. Particle number size distribution (PSD) was characterized by four modes and exhibited low seasonality. BC was well correlated with the number and mass concentrations of accumulation and coarse particles, indicating these size particles are related to anthropogenic activities. Particle mass and number concentrations (except ultra-fine and nucleation particles) followed well the trends of BC concentration for the majority of the day, indicating that most particles were associated with primary emissions. The diurnal number distributions of accumulation and coarse mode particles were characterized by two peaks.展开更多

The expressions show the relation of the affecting factors of component j and temperature on carbon solubility, and the activity interaction coefficient of j upon carbon depends on atomic number, covalent radius and electro-negativity. The affecting factors of four elements on carbon solubility are all negative. There is a linear relationship between covalent radius and electro-negativity.展开更多

The actual calculation is also performed for the neutral carbon atom within the Hartree-Fock-Slater approximation. As compared with the conventional atomic structure of the spherical approximation, the degenerate energy levels are split partially. The ground state values of the total orbital and spin angular momenta are estimated to be both about unity, which corresponds to the term P3PP in the LS-multiplet theory. This means that the nonspherical effect may play an essential role on the description of the magnetization caused by the orbital polarization.展开更多
