Construction of Urban Mixed-age Community: Opportunities, Challenges and Countermeasures: A Case Study of“Fangjia Hutong”in Beijing

In the context of China’s economic development and population aging,the innovation and exploration of the old-age care model has emerged as a new community transformation and development direction.Given the differing needs and characteristics of individuals across the lifespan,it is evident that a design approach that incorporates mixed-age integration and mutual-help communities is a viable strategy for enhancing intergenerational exchanges.This entails the creation of a diverse and open community that is conducive to habitation for individuals of all ages,encompassing the full spectrum of needs,from those of young children to the elderly.Such a community must be designed and constructed with the population in mind,from the initial planning and design stages to the operational phase.This encompasses a comprehensive range of services,including food,clothing,housing,transportation,and medical care and recreation.

Coastal Community Welfare of Mining Areain Kotabaru Regency, South Kalimantan Province

Kotabaru is richregency in mining and plantations. The sector has contributed to the regional income in the regency. Coastal communities in the area can certainly get the impact which is marked by the increasing prosperity of society. This study used a survey by sampling using questionnaire. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents who live in the Serakaman village and the Ujung village of Sebuku sub-district, Kotabaru. Companies in the Serakaman village and the Ujung village are Sebuku Iron Lateritic Ores （SILO）, Bahari Cakrawala Sebuku （BCS） and Metalindo Bumi Raya （MBR）. Analysis stages of welfare based on the level of welfare standards from National Population and Family Planning Board of Indonesia. The results showed the level of welfare in the Sarakaman village and the Ujung village is the welfare stage I and the welfare stage. Although at this welfare stage I and welfare families, the level of education, access to banks and income is still low. The company through its Corporate Social Responsibility （CSR） program is expected to improve the welfare of the community around the company area.

Social Welfare Transformation and Community Governance Model for the Aging Generation:Rural Community Care in Chiayi County as a Case Study

Over the past two decades,Taiwan’s welfare policies for the elderly have prepared for the arrival of an aged society with the aim of facilitating aging in place(AIP).The Long-Term Care Services Act passed by the Legislative Yuan in 2015 set regulations for long-term care personnel,thereby improving the welfare system for the elderly.The government’s AIP policies focus on providing welfare institutions or service units and do not sufficiently explore key factors such as the relationship between care services and community governance models.Since the basic focus of elderly welfare policies is AIP,it is important to actively empower grassroots community organizations and consider the elderly as important subjects of community participation.AIP policies emphasize providing long-term care and nurturing the elderly until death;such policies will be more proactive and innovative if coproduction is incorporated.This study briefly discusses theories related to coproduction using the case study of Chiayi County’s Dingcaiyian Community Development Association,which links six communities in remote rural villages and establishes a community care network based on the coproduction concept.Follow-up issues related to community care are considered and potential practices and ideas to guide social welfare transformation and community governance in the future are discussed.

Study on Planning Model of Chinese Aged Community in Background of European and American Old-age System

Attention to the pension work is the performance of social development and progress, effective selection of effective old-age way to promote the elderly in his later years and it is the inevitable requirement of the development of the times. On the basis of comparative analysis of the pros and cons of various pension methods, the actual social work department must carry out specific judgment on the specificold people. The elderly need not only the material aspects of life care, but also the need for emotional support and spiritual comfort, in the new historical conditions must be in the body and mind and informed lines and other aspects of the elderly to give loved ones, considerate, warm and friendly , respect and care. This paper proposes the novel perspective on the planning model of Chinese aged community in background of European and American old-age system. In the future, we will apply the proposed model into more scenarios to test the performance.

Construction of Xi'an ecological old-age care community in the new urbanization

The new urbanization is an important carrier of ecological civilization construction, and ecological old-age care is the concrete manifestation of the perfect combination of the two, the proper meaning of the new urbanization connotation and an inevitable trend of its development. Based on the analysis of the connotation and relationship between the new urbanization and ecological old-age care, together with the current situation and existing problems of the current nursing institutions and ecological old-age care in Xi'an area, this paper discusses the major issues that should be noticed when constructing the ecological old-age care community in Xi'an and three main construction modes.

Acceleration Factors in the Improvement of Public Welfare Sangiran

Efforts to preserve the cultural heritage are manifestation to represent the work of the ancestors of the past so that people can now take advantage of in accordance with destining. There are at least four major aspects of a cultural heritage can be appreciated to the public, as art, as an economic resource （for tourism and improve the welfare of the people in the region）, as a source of information as knowledge and social fulfillment. This study aims to determine： （1） acceleration factors in the improvement of social welfare Sangiran; and （2） modernization of infrastructure and the role of maximum revenue acceleration in accelerating improvements in public welfare in the Sangiran with the integrated approach of the factors increasing human development, community empowerment, provision of credit banking and employment opportunities. This research is a survey of the Sangiran area using data collection methods of documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. The population in this study is people in the Sangiran region, Central Java. This study uses cluster sampling with sampling. Cluster sampling is a probability sampling extracted by certain groups with similar characteristics. In this study, samples were grouped according to the residence of respondents. The sample used in this study was 500 respondents. The analysis technique used is structural equation modeling （SEM）. The results of this study show that： （1） the factors of human development, community empowerment, access to bank credit and employment opportunities to accelerate the improvement of social welfare in the Sangiran area; and （2） the acceleration of the increase in welfare Sangiran region can be achieved by an integrated approach of the factors increasing human development, community empowerment, bank lending and increase employment opportunities through increased infrastructure modernization and maximum income.

Analysis of home care-based multi-level old-age service system

With the deepening of China＇s aging, China＇s social pension problem more obvious each day, and gradually become the focus of attention of the whole society. The Management of Mental Health, and Service Networks in Italy

Madness has attracted and frightened for centuries,and talking about this means discussing how this diversity was built and managed in different social contexts and historical periods.Not all societies have had,and still have,the same relationship with madness.It is only with the affirmation of the Modern State,and of Capitalism,that the idea of“normality”indispensable to be able to conceive diversity as something dangerously distant and different from the norm takes over.In our post-modern society,people with mental illness in Italy can resort to specialists and social-health services.But the heterogeneous answers given after the approval of law 180 appear to be increasingly diversified.In this research,much attention will be paid to how the social and health services,located in different areas of Italy(Messina,Rome,Trento)face the current growing risk of social,housing and economic isolation of these fragile subjects.The aim of the research is to explore the possibility of a new relationship between the social-health service and the local community.On the one hand,research investigates what the contribution of the services could be.On the other what the spaces of protagonism and participation of the community could be in inclusion process account.In order to better understand the differences between these two dimensions,a qualitative research approach was chosen through the conduct of in-depth interviews.In this way it was possible to investigate:(1)the partial representations characteristic of the single individual,family members,operators and stackholders in general;(2)the services around the topic dealt with is articulated.From the first results of the research it emerges that the territory can no longer be considered as an abstract entity,but becomes the social space within which the construction of a new community welfare can and must take place.

Research on the Renewal Strategy of Social Space for the Elderly in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Multi Generations:Take a University in the North as an Example

Under the background of population aging,while the living environment of the elderly is improved,it is necessary to pay attention to their spiritual needs and build an elderly-friendly and livable social environment.In this paper,through field investigation and research on social behavior and space,the social behavior and needs of the elderly in a university in the north were analyzed,and based on the social characteristics and psychological needs of the elderly and students in the university,the construction of a dynamic space with multi-generational shared space as the core was proposed to develop a social platform that integrates virtual and reality,so as to provide reference for the updating of social space in college communities in the future.
