Research on the Reform Strategy of Integrating Labor Education into Landscape Design Curriculum

With the development of the new era,the concept of three-whole education has put forward a requisite where teaching must begin from the current state of student labor,integrate labor education into subject teaching,and cultivate and improve students’awareness of labor through practice and guidance.In this paper,the importance of integrating labor education into landscape design courses and the current state of integration are discussed.On this basis,the reform strategy of integrating labor education into landscape design curriculum is explored,laying a foundation for a better implementation of labor education.

New College Entrance Examination Reform in the Zhejiang Province of China

This paper reviews the situation,challenge,and consequence of the new college entrance examination(NEMT)reform in the Zhejiang Province of China.By analyzing the issues arising from the new NEMT reform,the researchers analyze the effectiveness of the new college entrance examination reform in Zhejiang Province.Three main issues could be found in the new college entrance examination reform,which are difficult in class arrangements,increasing costs,and confusion for students in choosing future careers.The researchers compare the influence of these issues from the new college entrance examination reform with that of the labor markets.This review also indicates that the influence of the labor market exceeds that of issues from NEMT reform.Then the way career planning education under the new college entrance reform is discussed.

Bottom-Up Teaching Reformation for the Undergraduate Course of Computer Organization and Architecture

According to the building requirements of “China’s double first class” discipline, traditional computer organization and architecture (COA) course has new challenges including various course expectations and the limited teaching hours. Considering the hierarchy feature of COA, a bottom-up teaching mode is adopted in teaching reformation to meet the challenges. In this paper, details about COA teaching reforms were shown from aspects of teaching contents, teaching methods, handson assignments, and examination methods. These reform experience will benefit teachers who embark on courses related to computer hardware.

The Participation of Social Organizations and the Reform of the People's Assessor System

In the process of transition from the rural China to modern society,the people's assessor system mainly reflects the citizens' individual participation.However,organized judicial participation has not been paid enough attention in either institutional design or in the actual operation.Judicial participation of social organizations has important significance not only in highlighting the value of people's assessor system,but also in getting out of the "presenting without substantive hearing"predicament in practice.Therefore,the people's court shall guide the orderly participation of social organizations in justice,and make social organizations play a more important role in people's assessor system.

Survey on the Peasants' Will of Forest Land Transfer in the Reform of Collective Forest Right System——On the Case of 180 Peasant Households in Lishui City of Zhejiang Province

Taking sample survey in the eighteen villages of Yunhe, Longquan and Qingyuan County of Lishui City of Zhejiang Province, the results show that the forest land transfer of sample peasants is mainly transfer-out, the private treaty of forest land transfer is the main pattern of most peasant households, forest right trading market hasn't got wide approval in peasants, peasants' dependence on land is reducing, and so on. Through analysis, the reasons of influent transfer of forest land include peasant's subjective will, less type of transfer objects, dull information communication, big difference of expected price and imperfect development of intermediary organization. In order to promote a healthy development of forest land transfer, the paper puts forward proposals of strengthening policy publicity, improving system, identifying property right, pushing variety of transfer types, developing forest land market, cultivating subject of market and so on.

Simultaneous operation of dibenzothiophene hydrodesulfurization and methanol reforming reactions over Pd promoted alumina based catalysts

In the current study simultaneous reactions of hydrodesulfurization(HDS) of dibenzothiophene(DBT) and reforming of methanol in a micro-autoclave reactor were studied over bi-metallic(Co-Mo/Al2O3 and Ni-Mo/Al2O3) and tri-metallic(Pd-Co-Mo/Al2O3 and Pd-Ni-Mo/Al2O3) catalyst systems which were prepared by incipient impregnation method.In situ hydrogen utilization and low Pd loadings were the major targets of this study.For comparison purpose,catalytic activity was separately determined for both the methanol reforming and HDS of DBT reactions as well.Ni based catalysts were confirmed with better activity than Co ones for both the reactions with Pd promoted ones ranking at the top i.e.Pd-Ni-Mo/Al2O3 > Ni-Mo/Al2O3 > Pd-Co-Mo/Al2O3 > Co-Mo/Al2O3 where Pd-Ni-Mo/Al2O3 showed 91% DBT conversion at 380 ℃ and 12 h reaction time.Some of the selected organic additives on catalytic activity were tested for their effect toward HDS reaction which was unique with close relation to their chemical nature.Reaction products were quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed via HPLC and GC-MS techniques respectively which helped in elucidating reaction mechanism.

Impact of Labor Mobility and College Volunteers' Fixed-position Teaching Experience on Rural Households——Based on Survey Data about Teaching Sites and Volunteer Teachers

With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up,the gap between urban and rural areas continues to widen,and many farmers in rural areas have chosen to work in cities in order to get out of poverty. At the same time,in the context of the policy of precise poverty alleviation and rural rejuvenation,various helping and supporting measures for rural areas have also emerged. Supporting education in universities is one of the most important ones. With the Graduate Teaching Fellowship of Huazhong Agricultural University and the students and parents in the teaching sites as research objects,the impact of labor mobility and fixed-position supporting education in rural areas on rural families was explored in this paper using economics,sociology and other relevant theories and analytical methods. The results showed that labor mobility can promote the increase of rural household economic income. Outbound industries and regions have a major impact on the entire family development. However,the outflow of labor can also lead to various problems such as staying behind. The fixed-position supporting education in colleges and universities can,on the one hand,promote the improvement of the academic performance of the students in the teaching areas. On the other hand,it can help students develop good habits. Fixed-position supporting education of colleges and universities can be seen as a way to make up for the outflow of labor in rural areas. Combining the flow of labor force with the teaching support of colleges and universities can better promote the development of the entire family of farmers in rural areas.

From "Migrant Workers Boom" to "Migrant Workers Scarcity"——Analysis of Institutional Bottleneck of Rural Surplus Labors Transfer in China

Through description of three-steps characteristic of dual economic theory and its practical significance to the process of industrialization and urbanization in China,and making comparative analysis between important criterion of "Lewis turning point" and current situation of rural surplus labors market in China,we can find that there exists a great deal of surplus labors in rural areas in our country,improvement of peasant income is the result of external interference of government,and demographic dividend in our country hasn't finished.These phenomena go against the theory of "Lewis turning point".So it can prove that "Lewis turning point" in China hasn't come yet.The paper points out the major factors of coexistence of "migrant workers scarcity" and labors redundancy in our country.The first one is structure contradiction of labors market;the second one is law of supply-demand of labors market;the third one is institutional barrier which hinders labors in free flow of census register and social guarantee.Therefore,if we want to realize successful transfer of rural surplus labors and the goal of industrialization and urbanization,we must promote upgrading of industrial structure,change the style of economic growth and realize harmonious development of regional economy in macrocosmic level;And in microcosmic level,we should eliminate institutional barrier which hinders transfer of rural surplus labors.

Teaching Effectiveness of Integrating Task-based Approach into Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry Course

From the perspective of students,the effectiveness of task-based approach in In-organic and Analytical Chemistry course were summarized.The strength and weak points of TBA were analyzed,and the specific suggestions for obtaining better effect were put forward.The result showed a satisfactory achievement and unexpected result in showing the effectiveness of this teaching model.Not only could this TBA enhance student's overall knowledge of discipline but also cultivate students' multi-dimensional competence:competence in searching literatures, communication and management,autonomous,co-operative and reflective learning,and competence in analyzing and problem-solving,as well as improving their language expression ability,and skills in using multi-media and internet technology into their academic course learning and research.The implication of this research on the classroom teaching practice will shed light on the future teaching reform of other courses in China.

新工科背景下有机化学课程教学实践与探索

在新工科背景下,化学专业必修的基础课程有机化学通过进行前沿介绍、难点讲解、结合专业、融入科研和知识拓展等新形式的教学理念,让学生对有机化学产生浓厚的学习兴趣,锻炼学生的自主学习能力,提高有机化学的教学效果。与此同时,在课堂上结合前景回顾、新课导入、知识讲解、师生互动、问题交流、分组讨论等多种授课新模式,利用多元化的学习方法,配合作业讲评、习题训练、在线解答、组织讨论、定期复习等形式的课后巩固,有效提升了教学效果。

新个人所得税改革对中低收入群体劳动供给的影响——基于中国家庭追踪调查的研究

如何通过科学的财税政策应对劳动年龄人口减少、推进共同富裕是学术界和政策界面临的共同命题,其中,收入所得税对激发劳动力市场活力、促进中低收入群体劳动参与的作用尤其引人注目。基于中国家庭追踪调查2016—2020年的三期面板数据,采取双重差分法分析2018年个人所得税改革对劳动供给的影响。实证结果表明:提高个税免征额促进了中低收入群体的劳动参与,但未显著增加劳动时间。经过更换回归模型、安慰剂检验等一系列稳健性检验后,研究结论依然成立。异质性分析显示,个税免征额提高对劳动供给的影响在不同性别和婚姻状况的群体中存在差异,对女性群体、已婚群体的劳动参与影响更大。机制上,新税改显著降低了个体由于照料家庭而退出劳动力市场的情况。因此,未来个税政策的改革方向应包括:持续关注重点人群的收入情况,有效发挥个税调节收入分配的功能;充分考虑个税改革对于女性和已婚群体劳动供给更强的激励作用,积极推行鼓励已婚女性就业的税收优惠政策;进一步细化专项附加扣除项目或标准,增强劳动者获得感,激励低收入群体就业,助力共同富裕。

药学有机化合物波谱解析课程思政教学改革探讨

药学有机化合物波谱解析课程是面向中药学、药学等相关专业本科生的核心专业基础课程。目前教学中存在的主要问题为基础理论比较抽象,学习研究难度大;而且专业课程教学重点关注专业知识的传授,与思政教学融入度不高。教师要深度挖掘药学有机化合物波谱解析课程思政教育资源,根据不同专业人才培养目标制定相应的教学方案,采用多元化的教学方法,完善考核制度。

PBL联合CBL教学法在实验诊断学住培教学中的应用

目的研究以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)在住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)医师实验诊断学以系统-器官疾病为中心的教学改革中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月—2020年6月哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院检验科内设置的医学检验专业住培基地的住培医师60名为研究对象,随机选取2017~2018年度住培医师30名纳入对照组,采用普通五年制教材传统教学法。将2019~2020年度住培医师30名纳入观察组,采用PBL联合CBL教学法。比较2组住培医师考试成绩、学习效果及教学满意度。结果观察组的优良率为100%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住培医师学习主动性、思辨力、团队协作、有效沟通4个维度的得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住培医师的总满意度为100%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合CBL教学法在住培医师实验诊断学以系统-器官疾病为中心的教学改革中的应用效果较好,提高了住培医师成绩,锻炼了住培医师解决临床问题的综合能力。

大学生劳动素养评价改革的现实困境与实践进路

以大学生劳动素养为导向的劳动教育评价改革是应对新时代挑战的必然选择。然而,现行的劳动素养评价存在评价方式单一、功能异化、体系不完善等问题,这在一定程度上阻碍了改革的进程,无法充分发挥其在育人目标中的引领作用。为有效推进大学生劳动素养评价改革,需要从科学建立精准化的评价目标体系、合理规划多维化的评价内容项目、精心构建多元化的评价主体指标、潜心设计多样化的评价方式载体等方面进行深入研究与实践,不断提升劳动教育的质量和效果。

面向林学专业群的有机化学实验教学内容改革实践与探索

作为高等学校公共基础课,有机化学实验因教学资源不足,普遍存在教学内容千篇一律、与专业特色契合度低等问题,导致学生学习动力不足。本文结合西南林业大学实际,尝试将具有植物资源培养、开发、利用的相关专业组成林学专业群,并针对该专业群,构建了以天然产物提取、分离、纯化、鉴定为主线的有机化学实验教学体系。学生期末考试表现及问卷调查结果表明,新教学体系对提升学生学习兴趣、改善学生培养质量具有显著的推进作用,同时也为在教学体系中融入农林特质提供了思路。

高职专业课程思政教学改革路径探究

全面开展课程思政教育活动以来,针对“教材、教师、教法”的改革也进一步纵深推进。针对当前课程思政建设存在的典型问题,围绕“教什么、为什么教、怎样教”,从“专业知识点、思政教育点、二者融合点”三个方面入手对课程思政教学改革路径进行精心梳理。同时,通过对具体课程《有机化学》内容进行提炼,探索思政元素有效融入课堂教学的方法,以期提高专业课教师高效实施思政教学的能力,实现高职课程思政“线上+线下”模式的创新高效融合。
