The employment problem of graduates has become a common problem faced by colleges and universities in the era of postpopularization of higher education. There are many factors that make it difficult for graduates to find jobs, such as the huge number of employees, the quality of graduates, the development of real economy, and the concept of graduates'choosing jobs, but the fundamental reason is the imbalance between supply and demand of talents. It is an important way for colleges and universities to promote full employment of graduates by establishing a feedback mechanism to track the employment of graduates, grasping the changes of poor talents and adjusting the process of talent training accordingly. And through entrepreneurship and employment to improve poverty, to achieve the goal of precise poverty alleviation.

Investigation and analysis of the job-hunting intentions and employment orientations of students majored in nursing

In recent years, China＇s employment problem of the college graduates has become a hot topic in the communities. Each year there are a large number of the graduating students, but few can find the job suitable for their own professional direction in colleges and universities. The employment problems have plagued the university graduates, and also have brought the unnecessary trouble to some students in the colleges. The college students have just entered the society, and they do not understand a lot of the social status very well, and have very little experience in the employment. In order to reduce the pressure of the employment of the university students, and help the graduate students bettor get employed, also to make the college students have a better planning for their future, in this paper, the author carried out the investigation and analysis of the job-hunting intentions and the employment orientations of the students majored in nursing, hoping to hclp the employment of the college students in some aspects, and do a good job in the planning of their career.

Research on the Strategy of Promoting Daqing to Create a National Public Employment and Entrepreneurship Service Demonstration City

Based on the research on the basic status quo of the construction of public employment and entrepreneurship service system in Daqing, this paper analyzes the problems existing in Daqing’s establishment of a national public employment and entrepreneurship service demonstration city, and gives countermeasures and suggestions from three levels: optimizing the public employment and entrepreneurship service system, innovating the public employment and entrepreneurship service mode, and improving the entrepreneurship driven employment support system.

Exploration of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Management to Improve Students’Employability

With the rapid development of the economy and society and the progress of science and technology,the traditional concept of employment has been gradually broken,and more and more college students hope to realize their life value through independent entrepreneurship or employment in innovative enterprises.Based on the significance of innovation and entrepreneurship education to improve students’employability,this paper will sort out the development status of domestic college students’employability,analyze the current difficulties of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and try to put forward the optimization strategy of innovation and entrepreneurship education management to improve students’employability.

The impact and heterogeneity analysis of digital financial inclusion on non-farm employment of rural labor

This study examines the effects of digital financial inclusion on non-farm employment of rural labor and the mediating mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship activity using China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)and the provincial index of digital financial inclusion.Through the empirical test of the Probit model and mediation effect model,we found that:firstly,digital financial inclusion can promote non-farm employment of rural labor,with the level of digitalization having the most significant impact;secondly,by encouraging innovation and entrepreneurial activity,digital financial inclusion can promote non-farm employment of rural labor;thirdly,the driving effect of digital financial inclusion on non-farm employment of rural labor is more pronounced among the unmarried,eastern region,and male labor.Therefore,we should improve the construction of rural digital infrastructure and accelerate the development of inclusive rural finance to promote more diversified non-farm employment options for“disadvantaged groups”;encourage and support innovation at the government level,and create a favorable atmosphere for innovation and entrepreneurship.Simultaneously,farmers’digital literacy and financial knowledge should be improved so that more can adopt and take advantage of digital financial inclusion.

Research of ＇Employment-oriented＇ Talent Cultivation Mode of Tourism Major in the Third Batch Colleges

Third batch colleges are the products of the popularity and the rapid development of higher education. Through taking advantage of the premium and sufficient educational resources of parent higher universities and combining the advantage of privately-funded colleges to absorb social capital, they have become a new educational form. The production and development of third batch colleges has solved the contradiction of higher education that demand exceeds supply. They have become an indispensable part of higher education and exert irreplaceable function. This paper collects the related data of the national undergraduate institutes and third batch colleges from 2008 to 2014 and analyzes the problems of third batch colleges in the talent cultivation mode. On the basis of this, it studies the talent cultivation mode of third batch colleges through taking the example of tourism major of third batch colleges, proposes the train of thought concerning the ＇employment- oriented＇ talent cultivation mode and also puts forward its development prospect.

Entrepreneurial Leadership, Market Orientation, and Firm Performance

This paper explores entrepreneurial leadership, market orientation, and firm performance. It sorts to ascertain through the literature whether entrepreneurial leadership has an influence on market orientation decision and firm performance. The review points to the fact that entrepreneurial leadership creates visionary scenarios which they used to assemble and mobilize a “supporting cast” of participants who become committed to the vision and the discovery of strategic value creation by influencing market orientation decision and thus enhancing firm performance. The study thus developed a process model as a result of the literature reviewed. The study concludes that, entrepreneurial leadership influences the market orientation decision of a firm with the help of the “supporting cast” and this helps the firm to increase its performance.

高校硕士研究生就业多重困境探析——以S高校为例

社会工作硕士毕业生严峻的就业形势与社会工作从业人员的巨大缺口这一矛盾,深刻地影响着社会的稳定。为了解决这一矛盾,本文由小看大,基于S大学社工硕士毕业生,利用问卷调查的方式,探究择业就业取向。再利用访谈法,分析得出取向形成的原因,进而提出相应对策,使其选择社会相关工作。建设社工人才队伍,弥补人才缺口,增加就业,解决就业矛盾,是促进社会稳定的一个重要的问题。

职业教育创业类混合式“金课”建设的“五重”举措——以“创业就业指导”课程为例

深化职业教育课程改革,探索创业类混合式“金课”建设,不仅能提升课程的吸引力,还能激发学生创业就业热情,增强其获得感和幸福感。文章以“创业就业指导”课程为例,阐述了课程的内涵特征及价值意蕴,梳理了课程当前面临的五大困境,即课程设置边缘化、课程内容同质化、教学模式单一化、师资队伍无序化及思政建设分离化,并提出了“五重”举措:重塑目标,培养适应市场需求的新质生产力;重构内容,因“群”制宜融入课程思政元素;重造流程,完善线上线下混合式教学的各个环节;重组师资,打造“教师+校友”的专兼职师资队伍;重建评价,构建多元化的评价考核机制。

地方师范院校师范生就业能力模型构建及特征研究

师范生就业能力关乎党的教育事业和人才培养质量,关系到中小学教师队伍建设和教育的健康持续发展。利用自主开发的地方院校师范生就业能力量表,对北京地区两所应用型院校的师范毕业生及北京市部分中小学教师开展了问卷调查。调查结果显示:师范生就业能力的整体水平较高,但发展不均衡;能力缺口大,但发展潜力足;在就业能力的各维度中,个性特征和适应能力较强而行为能力较弱,整体呈现“能”有余而“力”不足的特征。根据师范生就业能力的特点,建议唤起师范生提升就业能力的自觉,师范院校对师范生就业能力培养的重视,以及中小学校对师范生就业能力培养的融入。

重庆市首届农村订单定向医学生履约期满后就业情况调查

目的了解重庆市首届农村订单定向医学生(以下简称定向医学生)履约期满后就业情况及其影响因素,为更好地培养及使用定向医学生提出相应的策略和建议。方法以重庆市2010级完成“5+3”年培养且已到基层工作3年,完成履约期的首批定向医学生为研究对象,对其进行问卷调查。结果31名(32.63%)定向医学生在履约期满后继续留在基层医疗单位工作,定向单位的薪资待遇、工作氛围、晋升空间以及对员工的重视度是影响定向医学生留在基层医疗单位的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论重庆市首届定向医学生在履约期满后继续留在基层医疗单位服务的人数偏少。建议提高定向医学生在基层医疗单位的薪资待遇,重视定向医学生的职业发展,完善基层医疗单位管理制度,出台向定向医学生倾斜的有益政策,以增强定向医学生工作积极性及职业认同感,为基层医疗事业留住人才。

Inclusive Finance,Income Gaps and Common Prosperity

According to the Report to the 20^(th) CPC National Congress,delivering common prosperity for all the people is an intrinsic requirement of Chinese modernization.Based on China Household Finance Survey(CHFS)data from 2015 to 2019,this study examines the effects of inclusive finance on China’s household income disparities and demonstrates how inclusive finance contributes to shared prosperity.Our empirical research reveals that inclusive finance has significantly decreased the income disparities between Chinese households.Inclusive finance has significantly increased the income levels of households below the 40^(th) percentile,making it more likely for them to move above the 40^(th) percentile of incomes,which is conducive to delivering common prosperity.Our analysis indicates that inclusive finance will reduce income disparities by assisting low-income households in starting a business and by promoting rural household employment.Reflecting its inclusive nature,further investigation reveals that inclusive finance has a greater positive impact on the income level of vulnerable households.Our research offers new evidence for comprehending the role of inclusive finance and a new interpretation of income disparities,with policy implications for accelerating Chinese modernization.
