Research on the Optimization Paths for Outstanding Agricultural Economics and Management Talents under the Background of Curriculum Ideology and Politics

The article aims to discuss how to cultivate outstanding agricultural economics and management talents to meet the needs of agricultural and rural economic development in the new era,within the context of ideological and political education.Through literature review and field research,a series of innovative talent training optimization paths are proposed,and specific suggestions are made for policymakers and educational practitioners.

Changes of China’s Status in the Global System and Its Influencing Factors:A Multiple Contact Networks Perspective

Clarifying China’s position in the global system is an important logical basis for developing national diplomacy.Although much research has been done on China’s development status,most studies have been based on country comparisons or institutional en-vironment.In today’s networked era in which the global economy,trade,personnel,and information are closely connected,studies on China’s global position and its status changes and influencing factors in multiple contact networks are still insufficient.In this study,from the perspective of diverse global contact networks,we constructed economic,cultural,and political influence indices to explore the changes and influencing factors on China’s status in the global system from 2005 to 2018.The results show that during the study period,China’s global influence in the fields of economic ties,cultural exchanges,and political contacts increased significantly,but its influ-ence in the fields of cultural exchanges and political contacts lagged far economic ties.The pattern of China’s economic influence on various economies around the world has shown a transformation from an‘upright pyramid’to an‘inverted pyramid’structure.The proportion of these economies in low-influence zones has decreased from more than 60%in 2005 to less than 20%in 2018.China’s cultural and political influence on various economies around the world has increased significantly;however,for the former,the percentage of high-influence areas is still less than 20%,whereas for the latter the percentage of these economies in medium-and high-influence areas is still less than 50%.Analyses such as a scatter plot matrix show that geographical proximity,economic globalization,close cooperation with developing countries,and a proactive and peaceful foreign policy are important factors in improving China’s status in the diverse global network system.

On the “Online and Offline Blended Teaching” Mode for Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Universities—A Case of “Introduction to Basic Principles of Marxism”

With the deepening development of educational informatization, online and offline blended teaching, as a new teaching mode, is increasingly receiving widespread attention from educators [1]. At present, the reform of the “online and offline blended teaching” of ideological and political education courses directly affects the quality of talent cultivation in universities. The article takes the course “Introduction to Basic Principles of Marxism” as an example to explore the reform mode of “online and offline blended teaching” in ideological and political theory courses in universities from the aspects of reasonable allocation of class hours, design of online teaching activities, how to deepen classroom teaching offline, and diversified assessment modes. Furthermore, the article summarizes the experience of mode reform and promotes the deep development of the people-oriented education concept in ideological and political courses in universities, so as to achieve the ultimate goal of moral education in ideological and political education in universities.

An Analysis of the Innovation of College Students'Ideological and Political Education from the Perspective of Popularization of Marxism

The Internal Examination of Ideology and Politics Education in Colleges and Universities under the Perspective of Social Subject Research Method

Human is the subject of social and historical development process.The essence of human is the sum of social relations,and the masses are the creators of history.This is the basic content of social subject research methods,and also an important principle that must be followed by the subject category in ideology and politics education in colleges and universities.From the perspective of social subject research methods,the internal examination of the thought and politics education activities in colleges and universities should include three basic dimensions:adhering to examine the ideological and political moral construction activities via communicative practice,adhering to the principle of"all members,whole process and all dimensions(three-all principle)"to examine the"macro ideological and political"education concept,and adhering to the examination of the innovation of the ideology and politics education method system in higher education for the promotion of students’subjectivity.

Status of Finance and Economics Students’Identity with the Civics of their Major Courses and the Path to Enhance the Teaching Effect

Under the requirements of curriculum education in the new era,the need to integrate professional courses in the Civic Education has become more urgent.In this paper,Attention,Relevance,Confidence,and Satisfaction(ARCS)motivation model from the perspective of students is used to explore the problems in the implementation of Civic Education in accounting courses from the perspective of students’learning needs and motivation as well as the essential needs of Civic Education in the curriculum.We also propose countermeasures and suggestions to meet the requirements of teachers and colleges and universities,to help in building a“student-centered”teaching mode of curriculum thinking and government.

Analyzing the Design and Promotion of Ideological and Political Content in Online Finance and Economics Courses

In the context of the new media age,the emergence and development of finance and economics courses along with online course resources have greatly enriched the presentation of teaching resources in colleges and universities.However,subjected to the flawed design and poor promotion of ideological and political contents,which are less popular,online finance and economics courses often do not reflect the meaning well or maximize the application of the courses’ideological and political reform.This paper explores the dilemma and reasons for the promotion of the courses’ideological and political content,in hope to provide suggestions for the design and promotion of ideological and political content in online finance and economics courses in colleges and universities.

Using Lagrange multiplier and Euler equation of variation method, it can be proved that keeps conservation for any v,. The application of these equations and theories on judgement and analysis of tendency of stock market are given, and the judgement is checked to be correct by the recorded tendency of Shenzhen and Shanghai stock markets.

Marxism and Political Economy in Education:An Interpretation of Jean Anyon's Critical Pedagogy

Jean Anyon(1941-2013)is a critical pedagogical researcher and social activist in the United States.All her life,she devoted herself to taking education as a breakthrough,exposing the ugliness of capitalist countries and promoting the equality of society and education.She uses Marxist theory to analyze the relationship between social class and school knowledge,hidden curriculum;education and mainstream ideology;and conflicts and resistances in education,emphasizing the theoretical and practical significance of Marxism in today’s education.In order to find the deepest problem of education,Jean Anyon demonstrates the relationship between school education and macroeconomic policy from the perspective of political economics;the dialectical relationship between education reform and economic reform;and explains the reasons for education failure by quoting David Harvey’s concept of“deprivation accumulation”.Facing the cruel situation,Jean Anyon did not lose confidence,but found the“radical possibility”and put forward the concept of social change centered on education reform.

Construction of Ideological and Political Micro-Courses of Western Economics in Agricultural Economics Major

As a new means and way of combining media convergence and ideological and political education,ideological and political micro-courses play an important role in the process of cultivating the socialist core values of college students and qualified successors of the socialist cause.For western economics as the core course of agricultural economics major,how to construct ideological and political micro-courses in the era of media convergence to give full play to the effective function of micro-courses in ideological and political education in western economics has good practical significance at present.

The Official Promotion Incentive： A New Re-Estimation and Re-Examination

Based on three major theories, the Chinese local officials＇ promotion incentive could be influenced by economic performances, political relationships, and financial performances. However, there were some researchers focusing on these promotion mechanisms and then they got different outcomes. This paper achieves the goal for exploring the influence factors of officials＇ promotion by using OLS empirical test. From collecting the data of Chinese local officials and cities＇ economic conditions, we find that economic performances and political relationships can have a significant effect on officials＇ promotion, but financial performances cannot have this effect. And the experiences and lesson of this research have some reference for exploration of Chinese local officials＇ promotion incentive.

The transportation corridor established by the South Silk Road has both important strategic significance and value for China's transportation safety, and the potential to bring huge political and economic benefits to our country. However, all kinds of challenges and threats need to be dealt with in order for it to achieve strategic value and play the role of a transportation corridor, thereby ensuring China's strategic security.

On the Issue of Commercial Insurance and Commercial Insurance Market in the Slovak Republic

The article is concentrated on the Slovak commercial insurance, commercial insurance market, non-life insurance, and international risks on the Slovak Republic. Since 1 May 2004, the Slovak insurance market has been part of the uniform European Union insurance market, which includes over 5,000 insurance companies. After Slovakia’s admission to the European Union, several legislative changes have been adopted in the area of commercial insurance industry, which also influenced non-life insurance and the insurance of international risks as part of non-life risks. The most recent act in the area of commercial insurance mentioned in the paper is the Act of the National Council SR No. 39/2015 Coll. on Insurance, in which there are legislative changes in life and also non-life insurance. Basic terms are defined and commented on in the first two chapters （Lowry, Rawlings, ＆ Merkin, 2015）. The nature of international risks as part of non-life risks is described in the second chapter. International risks are classified in the third chapter; international risks are subdivided in the paper into commercial or trade risks, political and economic risks, and special types of risks.

政治关系、经济增长率对中国在欧洲OFDI的影响——基于33个欧洲国家面板数据的实证研究

欧洲是中国重要的投资目的地,近年来因其内部政治格局调整、经济增速放缓,使中国对欧洲OFDI的风险增大。文章选取33个欧洲国家2010年—2019年面板数据,构建固定效应模型探讨双边政治关系及经济增长率对中国在欧洲OFDI的影响。结果表明:良好的双边政治关系不仅能够促进中国OFDI,还能减弱东道国监管对中国OFDI的不利影响;东道国经济增长率可通过调节市场规模对中国OFDI的正向影响,进而促进中国OFDI;中国对东道国出口额、东道国市场规模、东道国税收负担对中国OFDI均具有显著影响;同时,中国OFDI存在地区异质性和经济体异质性,表明中国对不同地区或不同经济体进行直接投资的动机和目标差异较大。今后应进一步巩固和深化双边政治关系,积极构建并逐步完善中国OFDI安全审查机制,助力中国对欧洲OFDI持续增长。

Chieftaincy as an Enduring Institution and Blueprint for Governance in Africa： Case Study of Ghana

Despite the fact that the continent of Africa is blessed with lot of human and natural resources, yet its peoples continue to emigrate away from it daily on a scale unprecedented due to lack of economic opportunities and political instability. There is a known correlation between political stability and economic viability. In today＇s world, political stability simply means a viable and thriving democracy with all its trappings, however democracy as epitomized by the United States and Western Europe seems to be having a difficult time sinking its tentacles in Sub-Saharan African states. The resultant effect of this phenomena on Sub-Saharan African states is an outbreak of conflicts in its various forms, economic stagnation and human flight/brain drain. This paper seeks to find a solution to the issue of political instability on the African continent and perhaps possibly an alternative to Western style democracy. As a matter of fact, a solution might already be in place. This solution however requires us to look into the past rather than the future. Before the Europeans colonized the continent, Africans were organized into different polities that took the form of empires, kingdoms, chiefdoms and in some instance republics. Sadly most of these polities have eroded with time, however, the chieftaincy system as popularized by the Ashanti continues to thrive in modern Ghana. This paper seeks to explore the inner workings of the chieftaincy system that held together a Ghana that was bigger in terms of territory, more culturally diverse than its modern counterpart of which democracy is struggling to hold together.

Exploring the relationship between climate change and violent conflict

Does climate change lead to violent conflict? This article reviews the existing literature connecting climatic conditions to conflict. It finds that the existing literature has not detected a robust and general effect from climate to conflict onset. Moreover, there exists scientific agreement that climatic changes can contribute to conflict under some conditions and through certain pathways.In particular, the recent literature offers considerable suggestive evidence that climatic changes can lead to conflict in countries and/or regions, which are dependent on agriculture, host politically excluded groups, and have ineffective institutions. Future research should focus not only on understanding of the pathways and contexts in which climatic changes are most likely to increase or exacerbate the risk of conflict but also work to understand the mechanisms by which climate variability and change might cause conflict.

Technology in New Institutional Economics --Comparison of Transaction Costs in Schumpeter＇s Capitalist Development Ideology

In mainstream economics （the neoclassical economics）, it is accepted that every company that competes under the perfect competition market has the same technological equipment. So, technology is approached as a simple efficiency increase whose source is unknown. In terms of established economics view, technology is like a ＂black box＂ that cannot be predicted. As the creator of the concept of＂creative destruction＂, Joseph Schumpeter （1883-1950） caused significant changes in terms of the view of neoclassical economics about technology. On one hand, Schumpeter created a new point of view about the concept of＂innovation＂ by using key concepts, such as ＂invention＂, ＂imitation＂, and ＂business cycles＂. Schumpeter＇s ＂creative destruction＂ concept carries out the role of a new map for the new institutional economics trend which accepts ＂technology＂ as an institution. On the other hand, if one is to understand why the ideology differs between neoclassical economics and new institutional economics, ＂transaction costs＂ should be analyzed. Since, transaction costs and creative destruction have a relationship between each other; Schumpeter and Coase＇s ideas are resembling each other. While doing this, this paper will try to discuss the question of how to accept the technology as ＂external＂ instead of ＂internal＂ limit neoclassical economics. In this process, it will primarily base the dimension on the concept of＂technology＂ developed by Schumpeter. The second station is an inquiry between Schumpeter＇s and Coase＇s ideas about technology. Although new institutional economics （NIE） and neoclassical economics can be confused, they can be seperated from each other by the way they look at technology. Because, technology is accepted as an external theme by neoclassical economics, on the contrary, NIE acceptes technology as an internal fact. One of the most important reasons why technology is internal in terms of NIE can be evaluated by ＂transaction costs＂. As a result, the author will give effort to create a critical presentation in order to readdress the viewpoint of mainstream economics about ＂technology＂.
