The Impact of Information Technology on Service Quality,Satisfaction,and Customer Relationship Management(Case Study:IT Organization Individuals)

Recent research and studies have shown that Information Technology(IT)has a significant impact on service quality,customer satisfaction,and customer relationship development.With the proliferation and penetration of technology in all aspects of life,organizations are responding to the implications and opportunities that IT creates in relation to customer services.The main objective of using information technology in organizations is to increase customer satisfaction,service quality,and customer relationship management,which the authors will focus on here.Enhancing service quality,improving customer satisfaction,and establishing close and sustainable customer relationships are key advantages of leveraging information technology in this field.This article examines the impact of information technology on service quality,customer satisfaction,and customer relationship development and provides strategies and models for organizations to improve customer satisfaction and establish closer connections with them through the use of information technology.Seventy individuals from the IT field were used to evaluate the proposed model.The proposed model was compared with three models:SEM,regression,and decision tree,and the results demonstrated better performance of this approach.

The Effects of Information and Communication Technology on Health Service Delivery at Tafo Government Hospital

This study sought to find out the effects of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) on health service delivery at Tafo Government Hospital. A descriptive survey design was used. Data were collected through the use of semi-structured questionnaire and administered to 50 respondents where stratified random sampling technique was used by ranking position as strata. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. From the findings, 56% of the respondents overwhelmingly agreed to the fact that the applications of ICT provide quicker medical diagnoses, reduced workload among users, improvement in patients’ waiting time and information accessibility. Nonetheless, 72% bemoaned lack of ICT infrastructure, poor ICT network concerns coupled with that insufficient knowledge on the use of ICT could impede the impact of ICT in quality service delivery. This could be deduced from the findings that ICT improves collaboration and clinical decision support in facilitating clinical work flow integration among nurses and other medical professionals. Moreover, the findings above affirm the fact that without electricity, ICT infrastructure, insufficient skills and technical knowledge in dealing with ICT innovations, it is impossible to successfully adopt ICT resources in health care delivery. The above findings show that the majority of healthcare professional generally had a positive attitude towards ICT prospects as they rated their skill as fairly well. The study recommends that the Ministry of Health plays a supporting role by investing in health care ICT.

The Elder Health Information Technology Framework for Geriatric Care in Rural India: A Policy Initiative

Healthcare monitoring and analysis of healthcare parameters is a reality to reduce costs and increase access to specialist and experts that holds the future for geriatric care in India. This paper proposes distinct methods towards the implementation of rural elder health information technologies (IT), which includes electronic medical records, clinical decision support, mobile medical applications, and software driven medical devices used in the diagnosis or treatment of disease for the older adult population in the villages of India. The purpose is online patient satisfaction at the microlevel (village panchayat) through methods accessible and affordable by establishing a common standard of operations at the village primary care units giving way to early disease detection and routine screening among the aged population avoiding institutionalization. The rural elder health IT framework is of great interest for all stakeholders in the field, as it benefits the investors and the consumers, adding to the technological infrastructure, thereby opening new avenues of research in health informatics, telemedicine and enhancing the scope of geriatric research, which in turn enhances the health-related quality of life for the rural older adults in the remote villages of the nation.

Construction and Application of Knowledge Graph for Quality and Safety Supervision of Transportation Engineering

Knowledge graph technology play a more and more important role in various fields of industry and academia.This paper firstly introduces the general framework of the knowledge graph construction,which includes three stages:information extraction,knowledge fusion and knowledge processing.In order to improve the efficiency of quality and safety supervision of transportation engineering construction,this paper constructs a knowledge graph by acquiring multi-sources heterogeneous data from supervision of transportation engineering quality and safety.It employs a bottom-up construction strategy and some natural language processing methods to solve the problems of the knowledge extraction for transportation engineering construction.We use the entity relation extraction method to extract the entity triples from the multi-sources heterogeneous data,and then employ knowledge inference to complete the edges in the constructed knowledge graph,finally perform quality evaluation to add the valid triples to the knowledge graph for updating.Subgraph matching technology is also exploited to retrieve the constructed knowledge graph for efficiently acquiring the useful knowledge about the quality and safety of transportation engineering projects.The results show that the constructed knowledge graph provides a practical and valuable tool for the quality and safety supervision of transportation engineering construction.

The Effect of Social Responsibility Report Audit on the Quality of CSR Information Disclosure --Empirical Data from Chinese Listed Companies

As an important corporate govemance mechanism, external audit helps to improve corporate economic performance. Social responsibility report audit can supervise and constrain the disclosure of corporate social responsibility information, risk assessment and consulting planning, and improve the quality of information disclosure. Taking 2010-2013 listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen as samples for empirical test, we found that social responsibility report audit significantly improved the quality of corporate social responsibility information disclosure. Further study found that the greater the intensity of corporate shareholder oversight, social responsibility report audit on the quality of social responsibility to promote the quality of information disclosure more obvious. In addition, compared with the state-owned enterprises, the supervision of the major shareholders in the private enterprises to a greater extent enhanced the quality of social responsibility information disclosure.

作为人类社会进步决定性力量的生产力总是处在不断新质化的运动当中,它的每一次新质化都推动着人类社会向前迈进。其中,生产力的系统性新质化牵动着人类社会实现跨越式发展。人类社会诞生至今,已经发生过两次生产力的系统性新质化,分别推动人类社会步入农耕时代和工业时代。当前,第三次生产力系统性新质化正在发生,推动着人类社会由工业时代转向数字信息时代,而新质生产力正是这次生产力跃迁的科学写照。新质生产力的“新”展现为新要素、新技术、新产业,“质”体现为高质量、多质性、双质效,“力”表现为数字、协作、绿色、蓝色和开放五大生产力。新质生产力的运行机理,就是以科技创新为轴心,将要素系统革新的牵引力通过技术系统这一媒介传导至产业系统,最终实现对传统生产力三大系统的全面重塑。加快形成新质生产力,要从四个方面入手,包括全面塑强科技创新整体能力、积极促进新要素迅速成长、聚力推进核心技术研发应用和加快建设现代化产业体系。

碳信息披露质量、政府补助与绿色技术创新

“双碳”目标是我国高质量发展的必然选择,强化企业碳信息披露有利于推动企业绿色转型,促进经济高质量发展和“双碳”目标实现。本文基于2012—2022年深沪A股重污染行业上市企业面板数据,利用中介效应模型计量检验了碳信息披露质量对企业绿色技术创新的影响以及政府补助的中介效应,分析了内部监督的调节作用,并就不同企业规模及性质的碳信息披露质量对绿色技术创新的影响水平进行异质性分析。研究结果显示:碳信息披露质量对企业绿色技术创新有正向促进作用,且政府补助在其中具有中介效应。良好的内部监督机制能够促进企业绿色技术创新,内部监督程度越高,中介效应越强。异质性分析发现,国有企业的碳信息披露质量和规模较大的企业碳信息披露质量,对于企业绿色技术创新的促进作用更显著。应制定完善的信息披露政策和规范,提高碳信息披露质量;优化政府补助政策,助力企业绿色技术创新;强化内部监督机制,健全碳信息披露监管体系,切实提高碳信息披露质量,助力绿色技术创新。

广东省东莞市生猪及其产品质量安全信息化监管模式

为解决猪肉产品消费环节与生猪养殖环节信息脱钩的问题,东莞市以数字喷码技术为基础,探索建立了生猪及其产品质量安全信息化监管模式,打通了从生猪养殖到猪肉产品消费各环节的信息关联,实现了生猪屠宰及肉产品质量安全可追溯和全产业链智慧监管。经东莞市2个生猪屠宰场及4个农贸市场试点证实,该模式可行有效,既节省了屠宰加工企业经营成本,又提高了肉产品价值,同时也提高了监管机构监管效率,使动物检疫行为更加规范,动物疫病防控能力得到增强,保障了东莞市猪肉肉产品质量卫生安全。东莞市的全过程信息化监管模式为其他地区的生猪产品信息化监管提供了借鉴。

智慧康养服务模式下认知症老人服务质量提升的路径探析

在不断加快的老龄化进程中,认知症老年人数量与日俱增,如何为他们提供高质量、专业化的照护服务成为一项重要的社会议题。智慧康养服务模式作为一种革新的养老服务模式,在改善老年人的照护效果和生活质量方面展现出巨大的潜力,在认知症的预防和早期筛查、认知症的临床诊疗与康复、认知症老年人的居家照护等方面,也提供了新的发展方向。然而,从智慧康养服务供应端看,目前仍存在智慧化程度不突出、服务效益滞后及消费市场活力不够、深层次需求挖掘不足及人文关怀特征欠缺、隐私权可能受损及数据安全性难以保障等发展瓶颈;从需求端看,则存在疾病特征阻碍服务接受度、经济负担限制服务消费积极性、技术焦虑制约服务普及等问题的困扰。有鉴于此,在加强科技与企业创新的广度和深度、深化多方主体间的共享与合作、建立产业标准与服务规范、健全监管与反馈机制的同时,有关各方应增加技术的安全性以保障认知症老年人的权益和安全,增加智慧照护产品的友好性和亲和性,培养认知症老年人及家属的数字素养,发挥医疗和护理人员的专业作用,释放认知症群体消费潜力并激发智慧康养市场活力,从而加快我国认知症老年人照护的智慧化进程。

地理信息技术赋能流域环境检察监督的路径与实践研究

近年来,湖北省各检察机关在应用地理信息技术赋能自身履职方面取得了诸多成效。相关技术不仅改善了检察监督的工作效率,提高了办案人员的调查取证能力,还推动了法律监督窗口的适当前移,有利于流域治理主体间的协同配合。理论上,地理信息技术赋能流域环境检察监督的主要路径可概括为数据收集共享、算法自动分析、人工核查研判、模型优化更新4个步骤。实践中,当前流域检察监督对地理信息技术的应用尚处于初级阶段,因此检察机关今后可考虑在参与地方时空数据平台建设、健全外聘技术专家库等方面发力,不断提升自身数字化水平。

数字金融赋能企业高质量发展的作用机制与实现路径

数字金融的快速发展对提升金融服务实体经济能力以及实现企业高质量发展都有着重要影响。以2013—2021年中国A股上市的实体企业为研究样本,通过构建地级市层面的数字金融发展指数以及企业层面的高质量发展指数,实证检验数字金融对企业高质量发展的作用机制与实现路径。研究发现,数字金融能够显著促进企业高质量发展,但这种促进作用在不同行业和不同区域存在一定差异。从作用机制看,数字金融的发展能够有效缓解信息不对称和融资约束等,并通过提升技术创新和企业效率等内部优化手段,显著促进实体企业高质量发展。从实现路径来看,目前数字金融推动企业高质量发展主要是通过企业创新发展、共享发展和协调发展这三个路径发挥作用,而绿色发展和开放发展路径的作用并未有效发挥。同时,有效的金融监管是数字金融赋能企业高质量发展路径实现的必要保障。因此,应加强对数字金融的政策支持,积极探索绿色发展和开放发展等潜在路径,充分发挥创新发展、共享发展和协调发展路径的积极作用,并以适度监管保障数字金融赋能企业高质量发展。

互联网使用与南方稻农耕地质量保护技术采纳--信息搜寻和社会互动的双重视角

近年来极端气候事件频发和国际局势剧烈变化,加剧了我国人地矛盾对国家粮食安全的挑战,加强耕地保护迫在眉睫。而互联网信息技术快速普及成为推进耕地质量保护技术采纳的重要途径。基于有限理性假设和社会互动理论,揭示互联网使用对农户的耕地质量保护技术采纳并不是“万能药”:农户的在线农业信息搜寻显著促进了耕地质量保护技术采纳,但是在线社会互动削弱了在线农业信息搜寻的积极效应;且由于存在“回声室效应”,如果稻农是“非意见领袖”,则上述削弱作用更加明显。本研究为数字农业农村发展中的保护性农业生产技术的应用推广提供了启示。一方面政府应不断强化农村数字基础设施建设并优化农业技术信息的网络治理,以继续促进农户“自下而上”的农业信息获取对技术采纳的积极作用;另一方面,保护性技术的采纳是“科学性”和“本地性”相融合的过程,应进一步鼓励农技研发的本地化并提高农户的数字素养增强其数字信息甄别能力,以克服互联网和社会网络双重互动对技术采纳带来的消极影响。

工程认证要求评价体系能够准确、全面地评估学生的综合素质和能力,反映学生在各个方面的学习成果和发展情况。进程式智慧课堂评价体系可以提供客观的评价标准,支持学生实践能力培养并提供个性化评价和指导。从深度学习的视角分析了“机械制造技术基础”智慧课堂教学的特点。在此基础上,构建了“机械制造技术基础”智慧课堂教学评价维度,并设计了相应的质量评价指标体系,为推进“机械制造技术基础”智慧课堂教学提供参考。

数字化转型与企业新质生产力水平

本文选取2011~2022年我国A股上市公司年度数据为研究样本,考察数字化转型对企业新质生产力水平的影响,并探究两者之间的作用机制和异质性因素。实证发现:数字化转型能够显著提高企业新质生产力水平,机制检验表明数字化转型通过缓解资金约束、强化管理者能力和提高信息透明度,促进企业新质生产力水平上升。异质性分析显示,国有企业、技术密集型企业和处于数字基础设施水平较弱地区的企业,实施数字化转型对新质生产力水平的提升作用更为明显。本文结论为制定推进企业数字化转型和新质生产力建设的相关政策提供了有益参考。

义务教育信息化优质均衡发展的系统动力机制研究

从系统视角研究义务教育信息化优质均衡发展的演化规律和驱动力,对优质均衡发展失衡风险的预警和治理具有重要意义。使用系统动力学方法,构建义务教育信息化优质均衡发展仿真模型,结构化分析优质均衡发展的驱动因子和内在动力机制,明确义务教育信息化优质均衡发展的动力和未来趋势。研究表明:义务教育信息化优质均衡发展的动力依次为信息化应用、信息化组织与管理、信息化保障机制、数字化教育资源平台、信息化基础设施,应该提升以教师信息技术应用能力为主的应用性投入,巩固以信息化组织与管理队伍、信息化激励与考评制度建设为主的管理性投入,以及完善以数字化教育资源平台、信息化基础设施建设满意度为主的建设性投入,以此来促进义务教育信息化优质均衡发展。

本文基于新质生产力发展理念,针对档案数字化转型升级问题,提出向新提质式建设思路。结合档案数字化转型要求,对新质生产力发展理念进行分析,归纳人才、创新、智能、资源、服务、价值六大要素,据此论述了档案要素角色的定位和向新提质式档案数字化转型升级面临的现实问题,提出了相应的转型升级路径策略,包括向新提质式新型档案馆员、科技创新式档案管理模式、创新应用式档案数字技术、档案数字技术提质升级应用、领域智库式档案智能服务和价值增值式档案投入供给等,为新质生产力发展理念下档案数字化转型发展研究提供参考。

信息安全应用技术专业产教融合人才培养质量评价研究

科技情报智慧数据治理技术体系研究与应用实践

[目的/意义]科技情报的智能化发展给数据治理带来了新的挑战,研究数据治理中数据建设内容不成体系、数据建设和业务缺少协同纽带、数据质量差等关键问题,推进数智驱动情报分析新模式的形成。[方法/过程]基于智慧数据内容层级结构,设计了基础治理与协同治理相辅相成的整体架构,分别面向通用化数据处理和定制化数据处理。结合协同主体和协同机制,探索交互式、低代码协同治理平台的建设路径,并以质量指标为牵引制定数据治理全链条的质量控制模块,最终形成科技情报业务牵引的智慧数据治理技术体系。[结果/结论]该体系指导了中国科学院文献情报中心智慧数据治理工作,设计研发了6套治理工具集,实现了对142项数据资产管理以及约4.6亿篇文献数据的内容治理,并支撑了多个知识服务系统的运行。[局限]该治理体系未研究对图片、音频、视频等多模态数据的治理方案。

监理质量E-旁站管理及应用研究

旁站是监理开展工作的重要方式之一,随着信息技术在土建行业的广泛应用,传统的监理旁站无论是在旁站内容的确定、旁站信息的采集与记录方式,还是在旁站信息的推送与反馈等方面都有提升和改进空间。在阐述监理质量E-旁站的概念与管理框架的基础上,引入POP模型辅助确定E-旁站内容,并对监理质量E-旁站需要采集的信息进行分类,提出了E-旁站信息采集的要求。基于管理关系和职责,构建了E-旁站信息推送与反馈程序;设计了监理E-旁站管理APP并应用于实际工程。通过构建E-旁站管理模式,保证了监理旁站工作的及时性、有效性和可追溯性,进而提高监理旁站的工作效果。

稳定业务关系、会计信息质量与审计费用

稳定的业务关系对于企业防范外部冲击具有重大意义,然而供应链上的稳定业务关系既可能带来“收益效应”也可能带来“风险效应”,企业的关系特征如何影响审计师审计成本和审计风险值得关注。研究发现,稳定的客户、供应商均能降低审计费用,机制检验发现会计信息质量在稳定业务关系对审计费用的影响中起到了中介作用,即稳定业务关系通过提升企业会计信息质量进而降低审计费用。进一步研究发现,企业在客户/供应商交易占比较高、处于非耐用品行业以及物流成本较高时,稳定业务关系对审计费用的影响更显著。研究从供应链视角丰富了审计费用影响因素的研究,为企业维护稳定供应关系、发挥供应链的监督治理效应提供了经验证据。
