Life Review the Impact of Combined Watson Care Theory Intervention on Psychological Status and Quality of Life in Patients with Terminal Lung Cancer

Objective: To analyze the impact of combined Watson care theory intervention on the psychological state and quality of life in patients with terminal lung cancer. Methods: 72 patients with terminal lung cancer admitted from March 2021 to January 2024 were selected, which were divided into research group (life review combined with Watson care theory intervention) and control group (conventional intervention), with 36 cases each. Compare the nursing effect between the two groups. Results: The anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) and depression self-rating scale (SDS) scores were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the quality of life score was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Life review combined with Watson care theory intervention can improve the psychological state and improve the quality of life of patients with terminal lung cancer.

Timing theory integrated nursing combined behavior change integrated theory of nursing on primiparous influence

BACKGROUND The comprehension and utilization of timing theory and behavior change can offer a more extensive and individualized provision of support and treatment alternatives for primipara.This has the potential to enhance the psychological well-being and overall quality of life for primipara,while also furnishing healthcare providers with efficacious interventions to tackle the psychological and physiological obstacles encountered during the stages of pregnancy and postpartum.AIM To explore the effect of timing theory combined with behavior change on selfefficacy,negative emotions and quality of life in patients with primipara.METHODS A total of 80 primipara cases were selected and admitted to our hospital between August 2020 and May 2022.These cases were divided into two groups,namely the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The nursing interventions differed between the two groups,with the control group receiving routine nursing and the observation group receiving integrated nursing based on the timing theory and behavior change.The study aimed to compare the pre-and post-nursing scores of Chinese Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS),Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale(EPDS),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),breast milk knowledge,self-efficacy,and SF-36 quality of life in both groups.RESULTS After nursing,the CPSS,EPDS,and SAS scores of the two groups was significantly lower than that before nursing,and the CPSS,EPDS,and SAS scores of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P=0.002,P=0.011,and P=0.001 respectively).After nursing,the breastfeeding knowledge mastery,selfefficacy,and SF-36 quality of life scores was significantly higher than that before nursing,and the breastfeeding knowledge mastery(P=0.013),self-efficacy(P=0.008),and SF-36 quality of life(P=0.011)scores of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.CONCLUSION The integration of timing theory and behavior change integrated theory has been found to be an effective approach in alleviating negative mood and stress experienced by primipara individuals,while also enhancing their selfefficacy and overall quality of life.This study focuses on the key concepts of timing theory,behavior change,primipara individuals,negative mood,and quality of life.

The Effectiveness of Peer Feedback on Second Language Writing

Peer feedback is a widely utilized practice in writing classrooms for second languages(L2)that has drawn a lot of attention.While some support the practice because of the clear advantages that peer feedback offers students,others doubt its efficacy.Comparing various forms of feedback is therefore necessary,as is determining the effects that peer feedback has on students and the variables that might affect how successful peer feedback is.This paper focuses on the usefulness of peer feedback for L2 writing,based on a review of studies on the subject.The findings imply that the functions of peer and teacher feedback are distinct,and that peer feedback is advantageous to both parties,particularly to the supplier.The attitudes and cultural backgrounds of the students are among the other factors that affect how effective peer feedback is.Lastly,some implications for future research and education are presented.

Effects of Progressive Muscle Relaxation Training on Anxiety, Depression, and Quality of Life in Patients with Cerebral Small Vessel Disease

Objective:To explore the effects of progressive muscle relaxation training on anxiety,depression,and quality of life in patients with cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD).Methods:Sixty-one patients with CSVD in the Department of Neurology of a tertiary hospital were divided into an observation group(28 patients)and a control group(33 patients)by lottery method.The control group received conventional nursing care,while the observation group received progressive muscle relaxation training interventions in addition to the conventional care.The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),and the Stroke-Specific Quality of Life Scale(SS-QOL)were used to compare the effects before the intervention,7 days after the intervention,and 30 days after the intervention.Results:Over time,at different time points after the intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of patients with CSVD in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores were significantly higher in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05),and these differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Progressive muscle relaxation training can improve anxiety and depression in patients with cerebral small vessel disease and can effectively enhance their quality of life.

Influence of standardized nursing intervention combined with mindfulness stress reduction training on the curative effect in patients with acute pancreatitis

BACKGROUND Acute pancreatitis(AP)is a common inflammatory disease of the pancreas with high mortality rates.It is of great significance to take scientific intervention measures for patients with AP in time.AIM To explore the effect of standardized nursing combined with mindfulness stress reduction training on the curative effect,negative emotion,and quality of life in patients with acute pancreatitis.METHODS A total of 80 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to The First People's Hospital of Jiangxia District Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group(n=40).Patients in control group were given the standardized nursing intervention,and the observation group were given standardized nursing plus mindfulness stress reduction training intervention.The time of clinical symptom disappeared or improved,complication occurrence rate,emotional state,and quality of life score of the two groups were observed and compared.RESULTS In comparison with the control group,the bowel sound recovery time,ventosity and abdominal pain improvement time,and venting and cacation time in observation group were shorter,and the total incidence rate of complications was reduced,showing statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Serum levels of tumour necrosis factor alpha,interleukin(IL)-6,IL-1βand IL-8 in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of life quality in physiology,psychology,environment and social relations in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The application of standardized nursing intervention combined with mindfulness stress reduction training in patients with acute pancreatitis has a definite effect,which can help to ameliorate the clinical symptoms,anxiety and depression of patients,reduce the incidence rate of complications,and improve the prognosis of patients.

Construction and Practice of Teaching Staff and Teaching Quality Monitoring System in University Affiliated Hospitals Under the Background of Education Informatization

Objective:To build a set of teaching staff construction and teaching quality monitoring system suitable for clinical practice teaching in affiliated hospitals of medical colleges,achieve continuous improvement of clinical education and teaching level,and ensure the quality of medical education talent cultivation.Methods:A modern clinical practice teaching quality monitoring system is constructed based on organizational structure construction,teaching staff system construction,quality control system construction,and information platform construction,combined with external audit and evaluation.Results:The hospital has established a Faculty Development and Teaching Evaluation Office specifically responsible for the cultivation of clinical teachers and the evaluation and supervision of teaching quality.A relatively complete teacher construction and teaching quality monitoring system has also been established for clinical practice teaching,thus achieving integration with the school’s quality control system in terms of management mechanism.At the same time,a set of teaching quality control mode based on the“Internet+”platform has been created by means of informatization.At present,this mode has won three national computer software copyrights and two second prizes for school-level teaching achievements.Conclusion:Through five years of practice,an“Internet+”teaching quality evaluation and monitoring system with the characteristics of teaching hospitals affiliated to local medical colleges has been established.In order to further standardize the training system of clinical teachers in affiliated hospitals,achieve self-monitoring and self-improvement in terms of teaching quality,and ensure the continuous improvement of clinical teaching quality,we will continue to promote the development of clinical teachers with quality and excellence,enrich the main team of quality monitoring,guide the transformation of the education mode from being“centered on teachers”to being“centered on students,”and realize the integration of internal and external quality monitoring systems.

Timing theory continuous nursing,resistance training:Rehabilitation and mental health of caregivers and stroke patients with traumatic fractures

BACKGROUND Stroke is the leading cause of adult lifelong disability worldwide.A stroke is an acute cerebrovascular disease with a variety of causes and corresponding clinical symptoms.Around 75%of surviving stroke patients experience impaired nerve function,and some suffer from traumatic fractures,which can lead to special care needs.AIM To determine the effect of timing theory continuous care,with resistance training,on the rehabilitation and mental health of caregivers and stroke patients with traumatic fractures.METHODS Between January 2017 to March 2021,we selected 100 hospital admissions with post-stroke hemiplegia complicated with a traumatic fracture.Two participant groups were created:(1)Control group:given resistance training;and(2)Observation group:given timing theory continuous care combined with resistance training.The degree of satisfaction and differences in bone and phosphorus metabolism indexes between the two groups were compared.The self-perceived burden scale(SPBS)and caregiver burden questionnaire were used to evaluate the psychological health of patients and caregivers.The Harris hip function score,ability of daily living(ADL)scale,and global quality of life questionnaire(GQOL-74)were used to evaluate hip function,ability of daily living,and quality of life.RESULTS Data were collected prior to and after intervention.Alkaline phosphatase(ALP),osteocalcin,and vitamin D3 in the observation group and control group increased after intervention(P<0.05),and carboxy-terminal peptide of type I collagenβSpecial sequence(β-CTX)decreased(P<0.05).ALP and osteocalcin in the observation group were higher than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference inβ-CTX and vitamin D3 between the two groups(P>0.05).The SPBS score of the observation group was lower and the ADL score was higher than the control group.The burden score was lower and the Harris hip function and GQOL-74 scores were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group’s satisfaction rating was 94.00%,which was higher than the rating from the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Timing theory continuous nursing with resistance training can reduce hip dysfunction in stroke patients with a traumatic fracture and enhance quality of life and mental health of patients and caregivers.

Predicting of Power Quality Steady State Index Based on Chaotic Theory Using Least Squares Support Vector Machine

An effective power quality prediction for regional power grid can provide valuable references and contribute to the discovering and solving of power quality problems. So a predicting model for power quality steady state index based on chaotic theory and least squares support vector machine (LSSVM) is proposed in this paper. At first, the phase space reconstruction of original power quality data is performed to form a new data space containing the attractor. The new data space is used as training samples for the LSSVM. Then in order to predict power quality steady state index accurately, the particle swarm algorithm is adopted to optimize parameters of the LSSVM model. According to the simulation results based on power quality data measured in a certain distribution network, the model applies to several indexes with higher forecasting accuracy and strong practicability.

Resistance Training in People at Risk of Developing Type 2 Diabetes and Their Experience of Health-Related Quality of Life

Background: Research indicates an association between impaired glucose metabolism and overweight, a serious public health problem involving an increased risk of Type 2 diabetes, related hypertension, and a reduced quality of life. Aim: The first aim is to assess different dimensions of Health-Related Quality of Life (HRQoL) in overweight individuals at risk of developing Type 2 diabetes compared to a normal population. The second aim is to examine the impact of resistance training on the pre-post HRQoL dimension scores of the intervention group. Methods: Eighteen participants were randomly assigned to one of the two resistance training groups. Group 1 engaged in supervised maximal resistance training (Bernstein inverted pyramid system: 5× 3 - 4, 60% - 85% of 1 Repetition Maximum (RM)), three days/week over four months, and Group 2 performed endurance resistance training (including lower weight loads and more repetitions over four months). The intervention consisted of eight exercises involving the entire body. The subjects completed the Short-Form Health Survey (SF-36) on HRQoL. The HRQoL scores of the norm population were higher than those of people at risk of developing Type 2 diabetes, and resistance training seemed to have a limited significant positive effect on the different HRQoL dimensions.

The Addition of Strength Training to Practice of High Intensity Group Gymnastics May Not Imply in Highest Levels of Strength and Quality of Life: A Cross-Sectional Study

The aim of the present study was to compare the levels of maximum strength, endurance muscular and quality of life among practitioners of group gymnastics (IG) of isolated form and practitioners of group gymnastics combinated with strength training (CG). This study is characterized as observational of comparative cross-sectional design. The sample was composted by young women, trained at least for three months, without health complications. Maximum strength (1RM) and endurance muscular (repetition at 60% 1RM) of the lower limbs were evaluated in knee extension exercise, unilaterally. Overall quality of life and in four domains was evaluated by the WHOQOL-bref. Data were described by mean and standard deviation values. Outcomes were compared by independent t-test, adopting a significance level (α) of 0.05. Thirty women were evaluated (isolated gymnastic (IG), n = 15;30.13 ± 7.24 years—combined gymnastic and strength (CG), n = 15;29.46 ± 8.18 years). Similarly values were found among groups for all outcomes (p > 0.05). The results suggest that the association of strength training with gymnastics training, possibly accumulating excessive training volume, may not increase the levels of maximum strength, endurance muscular and quality of life in young women.

Exercise Training Post Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy Improves Exercise Tolerance and Quality of Life

Background: Cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) results in improved morbidity, mortality, symptoms, quality of life (QOL) and exercise capacity, in appropriate chronic heart failure (CHF) patients. Moreover, combined exercise training (ET) and CRT maximize these improvements in these patients. The study evaluated the effect of ET on these patients in terms of QOL, functional class, exercise capacity and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF). Results: There were significant improvements in the QOL, functional class, exercise capacity, and LVEF compared with the Control Group. Comparison of both groups confirmed the cumulative effects of ET with CRT. The QOL improved by the end of training in the exercise group (p = 0.001), compared to the Control Group (p = 0.850). NYHA functional class improved significantly in the Exercise Group (p = 0.013). Percent-predicted peak oxygen consumption (VO2 peak) had significantly improved in the trained (p < 0.001) versus the untrained CRT Group (p= 0.596). There was a mean percent rise of the ejection fraction from 39.2 ± 12.86 to 44.40% ± 14.42% in the Exercise Group compared to a non-significant change in the Control Group. Conclusion: ET in resynchronized CHF patients is feasible and further enhances QOL and exercise tolerance in addition to the improvements seen after CRT. The study therefore recommends for the prescription of ET after implantation in order to maximize the expected benefit.

Human Care Theory and Influences on the Life Quality Index of Cancer Patients in Household Life

To investigatetheinfluences of the application of human care theory on the life quality and happiness of cancer patients after they receiveda community nursing care which was implemented by the human care theory. The quality life and the happiness index of 93 patients with cancer living in the six communities in Jillin were assessed, the assessment of the life quality was based on a life quality scale (SF-36) and that of the happiness index was based on Memorial University of Newfoundland Scale of Happiness (MUNSH). The community nurses cared for these patients by applying the theory of human care and the life quality and the happiness index of the patients were observed after the care. The results showed that there were significant differences in the score of 5 dimensions in the eight dimensions of the life quality between before the care and after the care (<0.05), and there were significant differences in the average sores of the positive emotion, positive experience, negative emotion, negative experience and level of happiness included in the happiness index between before the care and after the care (<0.05), suggesting that the theory of human care can be used for the care of patients with cancer and the application of the theory can effectively improve the life quality and the happiness index of the patients, strengthen their problem-solving abilities and let them have a positive attitude towards their lives.

Analysis and Design of Quality Management Platform for the Entire Process of Characteristic Software Talent Training

At the end of 2021 to create a new model of characteristic software talent training for independent and controllable key software fields,the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly approved the establishment of the first batch of 33 Characteristic Pilot Schools of software.As a member of characteristic software schools,the HIT School of Software has been approved and will focus on the construction of 2 characteristic directions,which are large-scale industrial software and industrial professional application software.In order to achieve the goal,it is urgent to develop a comprehensive management platform to control the entire process of talent training,so that we can standardize,modelling,and digitized the entire process of characteristic software talent training.By relating all aspects of student training with and implementing the ability-index mechanisms,we will continuously collect big-data of the entire process of student growth,and generate multidimensional student ability portraits for evaluating the effect of talent training,and adjust as well as optimizing the growth path for students themselves during their studying.Employers will be able to identify talents accurately and provide effective reference for colleges to adjust training plans.This paper will analyze the needs of the platform,provide demand analysis of the platform,extract the correlation model between training,conclude the relations between ability-index activities and ability indicators,and give a reasonable overall system design scheme.

Preliminary Study on the Training Mode of Chinese Pharmacy Professionals Based on the National Standard of Teaching Quality

With the promulgation of the National Standard for the Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities, the state has made clear regulations on the standard for the cultivation of Chinese pharmacy talents. Based on their own actual conditions, major colleges and universities have implemented different talent training modes, including talent training modes of running talent classes, "2+1+1", "Chinese Medicine Research Practice Class", employment-oriented professional talent training mode, three-level three-type diversified talent training mode, and talent training mode oriented with adapting to the characteristics of ethnic regions. Various talent training modes have different training objectives, and corresponding training programs are formulated to meet the requirements of the National Standard for the Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities. In addition, according to the notice on Solidly Promoting Labor Education into the "National Standard for the Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities" issued by the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education, the introduction of labor education to the teaching of Chinese pharmacy majors will be a trend, and Chinese pharmacy professionals are required to achieve comprehensive and coordinated development of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty, and labor. How to integrate labor education with high quality and high efficiency into the training of Chinese pharmacy professionals is a problem that major universities will think about.

The Effect of Respiratory Rehabilitation Training on the Life Quality of Pneumoconiosis Patients

Objective:To explore the effect of respiratory rehabilitation training on the quality of life of pneumoconiosis patients.Methods:76 pneumoconiosis patients who were treated in our hospital from April 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into 2 groups according to the order of admission by coin tossing,38 cases in each group.The control group carried out health knowledge education on the basis of conventiona1 treatment,and the observation group combined with respiratory rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group to compare the quality of life and lung function of the two groups of patients.Results:After 2 months of nursing care,scores of GQOLI-74 scale and pulmonary ventilation function indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Respiratory rehabilitation training can improve pulmonary ventilation function of pneumoconiosis patients,improve the quality of life of patients,has good clinical application value.

Study on Evaluation Method of Teaching Quality Based on Cloud Model and D-S Theory

The Evaluation of teaching quality is a complicated project. It’s a typical problem of uncertainty. A design scheme of teaching quality evaluation method based on cloud model and D-S theory is proposed with the school teaching evaluation index. With the experiences and knowledge of experts, evaluation index was described by cloud model and judgment matrix of AHP was revised by D-S theory. The weight of evaluation indexes was determined reasonably and objectively. Applied in the actual environment, the method can make an accurate and efficient evaluation with a certain practical value.
