The driving forces are also expatiated in the paper. Matching with the time and space in which the organization exists, fitted with the extra environment, making the organization take effect and properly controlling the important potential factors for the organizations further are the four driving forces development. The supporting pillars are cooperation in the competition, communication, negotiation and proper equal culture environment. The roof steel structure of group C project of Zibo cultural center is composed of steel truss,welded H-shaped steel and large-diameter steel pipe embedded parts.The construction of embedded parts of inclined cylinder...The roof steel structure of group C project of Zibo cultural center is composed of steel truss,welded H-shaped steel and large-diameter steel pipe embedded parts.The construction of embedded parts of inclined cylinder overhanging steel structure is difficult.The stair square tube ladder beam requires precise angles and radians,complex processing,and construction site setting out is difficult.A three-dimensional visual building information model has been established for this projects which includes several aspects which are as follows:the development of the post anchor construction technology of large steel sleeve embedded parts with inclined cylinders based on Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology,multi discipline synthesis and collision optimization,the net height optimization of electromechanical pipelines,fine reinforcement management,BIM virtual construction template.Through this planning,14908 pipeline collisions,including 236 major collisions have been eliminated.BIM is used in handling and solving problems with the construction unit and the supervision company.This greatly improves the project work efficiency and saves meeting time.Through optimization of electromechanical line collision and secondary masonry layout,more than RMB 9 million has been saved in terms of personnel and materials,effectively reducing material losses,saving manpower,and significantly improving the implementation efficiency of the project.Based on the on-site simulation,the project planning scheme of the enterprise was adjusted,efficient work allocation with less idle time were ensured,and the correct utilization of project funds and time were ensured.The original extensive annual control and monthly control have been dynamically and accurately controlled to realize the dynamic understanding of the profits and losses of the project,and effectively reduce the occurrence of non-ideal situations.展开更多
Through the review and reflection on the protection of rural culture,this paper thinks that there are many factors affecting the protection of rural culture,which need to be analyzed systematically.This paper takes th...Through the review and reflection on the protection of rural culture,this paper thinks that there are many factors affecting the protection of rural culture,which need to be analyzed systematically.This paper takes the cultural meme theory as the basic theory of rural cultural protection and inheritance,and constructs a set of factors affecting the protection of rural culture from two aspects of external environment and group psychology.Based on 335 questionnaires of rural tourism destination residents in Jiangsu Province,this paper deeply analyzes the influence of rural cultural protection and its driving factors,and uses structural equation model to calculate.The empirical results show that the group psychological factors as an intermediate variable,physical environmental factors and social environmental factors significantly affect the group psychological factors,thus affecting the rural cultural protection.At the same time,the impact of cultural and tourism utilization factors on rural cultural protection is also significant.From the perspective of the main body of rural cultural protection,this paper explores the psychology of the main body of rural cultural protection,promotes the upgrading of rural tourism quality and efficiency while protecting rural culture,deepens theoretical research and strengthens practical application,which has important enlightenment significance for realizing the healthy inheritance of rural culture.On the other hand,this paper can provide reasonable suggestions for the governance and development of rural traditional tourism.展开更多
Dedicated multi media platforms have the potential to enhance experiences and increase people’s awareness of cultural heritage.It is,however,not clear to what extent and by which functions these platforms accomplish ...Dedicated multi media platforms have the potential to enhance experiences and increase people’s awareness of cultural heritage.It is,however,not clear to what extent and by which functions these platforms accomplish this.Therefore,the aim of this research is to investigate the influence of functionalities offered by a well-designed multi-media web-platform on the awareness and experience of cultural heritage.The multi media platform used is focused on Strijp-S,an industrial cultural heritage in Eindhoven,the Netherlands.The platform was created as a prototype based on a study of users’preferences for contents and media types offered.To collect data,a sample of 302 respondents used the platform to explore and view Strijp-S.To test assumed relationships between different functionalities,awareness and experience in an integrated fashion,the data are analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling(SEM).The results show that information-collection funtionality plays a significant role in improving awareness of cultural heritage,whereas auxiliary functions are particularly helpful for enhancing experiences.The perceived helpfulness of these two sets of functions differ however between users depending on theitr level of prior knowledge.Policymakers and urban planners can use these results to create their own platform based on local heritage to increase the citizens’awareness of cultural heritage.展开更多
