The Islamic Studies in China:Research in the Field of History

A history of the Islamic studies in China,not only includes studies on world Islam,it also includes research on Islam and Muslims in China.Before the Reform and Opening Up,China did not achieve much in this field,since then,the research field of Islam and Muslim in China has been expanding and the results have been published,forming a new trend.In this field,scholars such as Jin Yijiu,Li Xinghua,Qin Huibin,Zhou Guoli,Sha Qiuzhen,Zhou Xiefan,Wu Yungui,and Yang Huaizhong have made the most outstanding achievements.Especially in the collation of reference books and historical materials,in the past 20 years,The Encyclopedia of the history of Islam,The Chinese Encyclopedia of Islam have emerged,and the Chinese and World Encyclopedia of Islamic Law and other important historical books have been published.This paper focuses on the field of historical research and divided into academic research history at home and abroad,which is discussed from several fields such as general history,special history,national history,and regional history.

THE ADVANCES IN SYNTHESIS AND STUDY OF NEW NUCLIDES IN CHINA

This paper introduces the importance of synthesis and study of new nuclides far from the stability line. Following the example of new nuclides 208Hg, 185Hf and 237Th, which were synthesized for the first time by the scientists in the Institute of Modern Physics, the progress of physics and technology in this aspect in our country are summarized. This paper also outlines a proposal about farther development of the synthesis and study of new nuclides and the construction of relevant key facilities in our country at the beginning of the next century.

The Proposal for the Twelfth Five-Year Plan for China＇s Economic and Social Development （2011-2015）（herein after referred to as the ＂Proposed Plan＂ for short） provides a complete range of guidelines for China＇s im-mediate and long-term development.

Studies on the Gorgonians of China——Ⅰ. Isis with one new species

Biostatistics (F analysis and Duncan's new multiple range test) combining with numerical and traditional taxonomy is used to report one new species, ( Isis minorbrachyblasta(I. m) ) as well as I. hippuris (I. h) and I. reticulata(I. r) from the China seas. The morphological characters of the spicules and other skeletal structures of each species are illustrated in de-tials with Scanning Electron Micrographs and compared with each other.

Editors’ Note: The New Year approaches as we greet the first anniversary of China International Studies. Availing ourselves of this opportunity, we sincerely wish our readers a happy and prosperous New Year! China International Studies began its publication last December. Since its inception, various think-tanks and institutions of higher learning both at home and abroad as well as Chinese embassies in foreign countries and foreign embassies in Beijing have offered it great support. Many readers wrote to us giving their encouragement on this new-born publication. We are carrying some of the messages in this issue to express our deep appreciation. Articles in this issue are mainly on the Middle East situation, the Iran nuclear issue, China-EU relations, China-India relations and China’s peaceful diplomacy. We are also publishing a paper by a foreign scholar for the first time.

论新中国史研究与“新中国学”

今年是中华人民共和国成立75周年。75年来特别是中共十八大以来,中国特色社会主义进入新时代,党领导人民全面建成小康社会,乘势开启实现第二个百年奋斗目标新征程。新中国的历史发展,是历史中国的延续和发展,中国式现代化由奠基、开创到深化和拓展,中华民族从站起来到富起来再到强起来,中华文明实现生命更新和现代转型。新中国的历史发展,不断孕育、生成和发展关于新中国的认识和研究,即“新中国学”。“新中国学”特指关于中华人民共和国之学,由此也推动中国学从“他塑”转向“自塑”,重心从研究中国传统历史文化转向探讨关于新中国的历史、社会和时代发展,以及新中国与世界的关系。“新中国学”是一个复杂的系统学科,是关于新中国的“百科全书”;作为世界中国学的重要组成部分,在向世界传播中国精神、中国价值、中国力量方面发挥着重要作用。加快构建“新中国学”的学科体系、学术体系和话语体系,推动引领世界中国学发展,是推进新中国史研究的学科建设要求,也是推动哲学社会科学讲好中国故事、传播好中国声音的时代要求。为此,我们与河北学刊杂志社共同策划了本组专题讨论,重点以《论新中国史研究与“新中国学”》《新中国史史料学的新境遇与新问题--兼论“新中国学”资料构建的发展性与实践性》为题作多方面探讨,以期引领和推动“新中国学”研究不断向纵深发展。

20世纪以来中国目录学史书写回顾与展望——以通论性目录学史著作为中心的考察

[目的/意义]相较于中国目录学史的研究,学界对于中国目录学史研究史的梳理略显不够,通过梳理20世纪中国目录学史研究史,为新时代中国目录学史的研究与书写提供历史借鉴。[研究设计/方法]以20世纪以来出版的姚名达著《中国目录学史》、王重民著《中国目录学史论丛》、吕绍虞著《中国目录学史稿》、倪士毅著《中国古代目录学史》、乔好勤著《中国目录学史》、余庆蓉著《中国目录学思想史》以及柯平著《中国目录学史》7本通论性目录学史著作为研究对象,通过系统研读、分析与比较,借以梳理20世纪中国目录学史的书写路径。[结论/发现]20世纪以来中国目录学史书写呈现出如下特点:(1)历史学、图书馆学学者是中国目录学史书写的两大核心主体;(2)线性进化史观逐渐成为中国目录学史书写的主流史观;(3)书写的焦点由“以目录为中心”到“目录与人并重”。[创新/价值]在此基础上提出了未来中国目录学史书写展望:(1)明确“目录学史”的内涵;(2)明确“以西释中”还是“以中释中”;(3)明确中国目录学史的中心是“人”;(4)探索多体裁的中国目录学史书写形式;(5)拓展中国目录学史的关注视域。

美国现代中国文学史书写的美学范式与谱系

自20世纪60年代至今,美国的现代中国文学史书写思想多元,成就斐然。其书写路径最具代表性的是夏志清的新批评美学、许芥昱的政治美学以及王德威的后现代主义美学。不同时期美学范式的变迁反映了中美关系变迁、西方文学理论思潮冲击以及汉学史的内在流变等诸多因素。内外因素交织的历史语境生成了文学性历史与历史性文学的辩证以及解构主义思路。通过考察三位华裔学者不同的美学范式与交叉谱系,可以更好地揭示美国的现代中国文学史书写的整体脉络,为国内文学史研究提供互鉴与交流的跨文化阐释思路。

中日社区教育政策及执行比较

社区教育能够更有效调动区域内民众的个人素质要求、文化知识需求,社区教育政策为社区教育活动提供方向引导,为配备设施、经费、人员提供保障。中日社区教育政策背景、时期、内容不尽相同,以文献研究资料为基础,将日本第二次世界大战后社区教育政策的转折与完善时期,与我国80年代开始社区教育政策逐步系统化时期进行比较,细化中日社区教育政策政府与民众的着眼点、政策推行制度与力度、民众政策执行意识等通过比较的方式,明晰社区教育管理目标、组织形式、管理体制,为我国社区教育发展提供可借鉴、可推广的政策模式。

回顾与省思:2023年近代社会史研究扫描

2023年中国近代社会史研究呈现出强劲兴盛的发展态势,其学术热点仍表现为对社会史学科的学术回顾与反思,主要包括史学研究“碎片化”问题、日常生活史研究、学术社会史研究、历史人类学研究、思想史与社会史研究等内容。同时,也形成一些新的学术增长热点,主要包括新革命生活史,全球史视野下的本土实践,借鉴社会史、社会经济史研究撰写某行业专业史等方面。但同时也存在着社会史研究理论探索明显滞后、研究“同质化“”碎片化”状态仍比较普遍等问题。期待未来社会史逐渐形成自身的特点和理论,甚至形成新的研究范式,为历史研究视野和解释能力的深度拓展做出贡献。

鲁滨逊的史学愿景与“1916年社会科委员会报告”

鲁滨逊强调史学之现实功用,期望通过对传统史学的现代化改造和面向公众的普及,实现民众思想之现代化,进而以公众理性推进社会改良。“1916年社会科委员会报告”作为鲁滨逊“新史学”推广的主要载体,将其史学愿景和社会改革构想有效链接,集中呈现了其史学改革、教育改革和社会改革的核心理念和内在逻辑。但在报告颁行后的70余年间,在社会科课程框架下的美国历史教育却持续衰落,实践与愿景的悖离出乎鲁滨逊之预期,是美国社会急剧转型、进步主义教育改革迅猛推进,以及“新史学”与课程文本自身局限等诸多因素共同作用的结果。

新观念、新资料与福建事变研究

福建事变的学术研究经历了从偏重革命理论阐释到史学研究的转变。学界基于新革命史、民国史以及民国史与革命史交融等史学观念,运用海内外相继开放的新资料,对福建事变各种细部的实证研究成果丰硕,对既往一些片面、偏差、模糊认识的澄清,颇具进展。其中关于十九路军反蒋的特殊性、中共因应福建事变的复杂态度与实际过程、国民党蒋介石处理福建事变的心态与策略、西南与福建事变的关系、福建事变之于南京与西南关系的影响等方面的成果尤为显著。在资料运用从“发现”到“发明”、研究内容从“求真”到“求解”、以新的历史叙事推进整体研究等方面,福建事变研究仍有待进一步深化与探索。

全球化、区域性与现代化:时代大变局下中国新闻舆论史学探索

“现代中国”新闻事业的历史轨迹及其规律性呈现,离不开历史语境的清算与经验总结。新闻舆论史学探索侧重文本及其与社会语境的关系,涉及近代报刊的地方意识与全国视野,转向探讨区域性、全国性与世界性乃至全球化的关系。在国家与社会关系重构过程中,传媒重要角色是塑造国家认同,这是爱国主义传统的重要延续。而觉醒与启蒙系两次世界大战影响下中国发展的舆论动员重要面相。总体而言,从旧民主主义革命到新民主主义革命,从旧中国到新中国,涉及传媒在国家认同上的重要作用。由此而论,政治议题与媒介议题,政治议程与媒介议程互动,当给建国学理探索更多可以发掘的空间。简言之,近代传媒与现代化的关系是近代史学探索重要命题。

何以开拓三线建设研究新边疆

三线建设是新中国历史上建构战略腹地的重大工程。近年来,在学术界同人的共同努力下,三线建设研究成果不断涌现,俨然成为党史、国史的热点领域。站在中共中央1964年提出三线建设战略决策60周年纪念的当下,检视三线建设的既有研究,存在史料同质化、研究碎片化、差异性不足等问题,制约着三线建设学术研究的进一步深入。要克服这一阻碍,未来应从三个方面突破:一是视角向下、深入基层,建构立体综合的史料体系;二是在继续拓展三线建设内史的同时,加强外史研究,并在二者之间建立逻辑自洽的联接;三是注重三线建设对历史造成的断裂和延续,从长时段的视角思考三线建设的历史定位,并以共时性与历时性相结合的思路,开拓三线建设研究新边疆。

中国式现代化进程中新时期红色文艺的传承与创新

伴随着中国式现代化发展进程,新时期以来的红色文艺一方面传承着此前“经典”红色文艺中时代性、人民性、党的先进性等核心价值理念,一方面又在主题内容、形象塑造、表达方式、风格呈现等方面开创了审美新质。主题内容上紧跟中国式现代化的时代律动,脱贫攻坚、反腐倡廉、抗击疫情等主题拓展了传统“红色文艺”的革命题材边界。形象塑造上既有共产党人的先锋模范式英雄,也涌现出大量的平民化英雄。表达方式上从“个人记忆”的前设视角转化为“集体记忆”的后设视角,使作品具有更宏阔的视野和理论审视的色彩。风格呈现上更具有娱乐性和亲和力,更易打动人心,引起共鸣。尽管新时期以来的“红色文艺”在经典传承中有了诸多创新,但仍存在有待提升的空间,如红色内涵与人性规律、审美规律的契合问题,市场化与艺术化调和的问题等,这是在新的历史考验中需要直面回答的时代问题。

The Social Responsibility of Chinese Scholars of World History： Zhongguo Shehui Kexue and the Study of World History in the New Era

Modem Chinese study of world history began in the middle of the nineteenth century and was closely related to the main theme of the times, that of saving the nation from subjugation and ensuring its survival. Its chief feature was that it was attuned to the pulse of the times; in all historical periods, the main current of its research has never deviated from the main theme of the times, showing a strong sense of responsibility to society. Under the new historical conditions of reform and opening up, this sense of social responsibility should be reflected in fundamental adherence to the direction of serving the people and socialism.

提高高校“四史”课程建设的有效路径研究

“四史”是包括党史、新中国史、改革开放史和社会主义发展史的统称。“四史”课程是高校思想政治理论课课程体系的重要组成部分。自全国高校开设“四史”课两年多来,积累了一定经验,也存在着教学内容相对单薄、教学团队有短板、教学方式较为落后、教学管理不够规范、评价体系有待完善等问题。着力打造高校“四史金课”应丰富课程内容,彰显课程的深厚文化底蕴;强化队伍建设,形成相对稳定的教学团队;创新教学方式,提高教学吸引力和实效性;加强制度建设,提高教学管理规范化水平;完善课程评价,构建动态多元的评价体系。
