Exploration and Practice of the Cultivation Model for Top Undergraduate Talents Based on Subject Contests in the AI Era

With the rise of artificial intelligence and the rapid development of industrial applications based on deep learning,the demand for innovative and practical talents is rapidly increased.The cultivation of talents in computer discipline has attracted a lot of attention from universities,research institutions,and Internet giants.Subject contests play a crucial role in cultivating top undergraduate talents.This paper proposes a cultivation model that takes the industry application of deep learning as the background,and guides students to learn,practice,and innovate incrementally from machine learning application to deep learning application by participating in subject contests.It aims to help undergraduates to master the cutting-edge technologies and applications,and ultimately cultivate top,innovative,and practical undergraduate talents in the computer field in the era of artificial intelligence.

Research on the Cultivation of Craftsmanship in Huang Yanpei’s Education Thought

Skilled talents are the main support for the strategic development of science and technology in China.The quality of talents is an important guarantee for the transformation and upgrading of national industries.By analyzing and studying Huang Yanpei’s thought on vocational education,this paper focuses on the cultivation of students’craftsmanship in vocational schools.First,we analyze the results of previous research and then elaborate on the connotations of Huang Yanpei’s education thought and craftsmanship spirit.Lastly,we propose five suggestions for the cultivation of craftsmanship.Our research work carries certain reference value to the study of craftsmanship cultivation in Huang Yanpei’s education thought.

The“People’s Films,”when examined from the perspective of classical aesthetics,present a unique visual style that creates artistic conceptions through sparse filming and deliver a scenery-based ideology through background shots,contributing to the overall aesthetic taste dominated by plainness.Chinese national aesthetic tastes,distinguished by implicitness,symbolism,and ethereality,have the magical power to present charming conceptions via plain and simple scenes,thus endowing the“People’s Films”with natural,plain,and harmonious frames that are unique to China.Behind the silent and plain scenes are representations of personal cultivation and essential values cherished by the Chinese people,which are achieved via the momentary presence and entirety of scenes photographed in the films,delivering an internal transcendence of people’s consciousness.

U-G-S协同推进创新人才早期培养的国际经验与启示

本文选取美国、澳大利亚、新加坡等创新人才机制相对成熟的国家,探究其创新人才多主体早期培育项目经验,分析、归纳得出主要培养路径有四:首先,“丰富和加速”是主要培养手段,以高阶课程助力超前学习、以缩短学制促进加速学习、以暑期项目丰富课程学习;其次,以信息技术搭建资优教育平台,扩展资源网络渠道,推进创新人才培养的机会均等;再次,注重教育体系衔接,以大中小衔接体系为创新人才接续培养枢纽,确保培养质量;最后,以分类培养理念创新人才和技术创新人才为目标,建立针对性培养体系。据此,本文提出改进我国创新人才早期培养U-G-S协作机制的建议:加强政策顶层设计、扶持校企联合、增强创新人才网络资源建设、推进校本创新人才培养项目建设等。

The Three Principles of Institutional Safeguards for Women's Participation in Legislation in China

The participation of women in legislation is an important aspect and means of safeguarding women’s rights.Feminist theory,based on criticism of both the“citizenship identity theory as rights”and the“citizenship identity theory as responsibilities,”proposes the“citizenship identity theory as subjectivity.”Observing the current practice of women’s participation in legislation in China,two institutional safeguard principles can be summarized:the“minimum proportion”and the“influence evaluation.”However,each of these principles has its inherent limitations.Therefore,it is necessary to supplement them with the principle of“subjective participation”in a reflective manner.This principle requires women to participate substantively in the legislative process as subjects,express women’s needs and demands,input women’s perspectives and experiences,and reconstruct the distribution of rights and responsibilities in the existing legislation.The three principles complement each other and work together to comprehensively constitute the institutional structure of women’s participation in legislation,thereby promoting the reproduction of corresponding action structures.

基于SpringBoot微服务架构设计与实现实验室开放课题管理系统

为解决开放课题申报逐年提升带来的工作量大幅增加、管理工作繁琐、材料重复、评审效率低等问题,本文详细阐述和分析了开放课题管理过程中的各项需求,基于面向课题管理体系要求建设了实验室开放课题管理系统。该系统基于SpringBoot微服务架构、B/S(Browser/Server)体系结构、Java语言研发,能够完成课题需求上报、需求评审、需求遴选、课题申请收集、课题申请评审以及课题的立项、中期检查、成果管理、结题检查等流程的功能管理,实现对实验室开放课题全生命周期的信息化管理。

On the Gender Difference of Translator's Subjectivity in Literary Translation

Translation is an activity aimed at transferring the source language to the target language,related to many aspects involving culture,society,history and so on.The translator plays a critical role in translation practice.Xu Jun considers"translator’s subjectivity should be reflected to be artistic personal consciousness in translated works."Translator’s differences in age,gender,personal traits,educational level and other aspects make translation artistry completely divergent.Therefore,translator’s subjectivity shoulders great significances on the success of literary translation,which isn’t arbitrary,out of control,must be conducted in line with essence of the original work.This paper focuses on the gender difference of translator’s subjectivity in literary translation,hoping to find a way of eliminating the influence of it in the translation work.

Translator's Subjectivity in Science and Technology Translation

Science and technology translation involves various industries and professions,with its own system of terminology and unique language features.For a translator,who is not a professional scientist or technician,it seems to be difficult to do science and technology translation accurately and properly.Consequently,it is necessary for the translator to give play to his subjectivity when translating science and technology documents or related interpretation:searching for related data to replenish necessary professional knowledge,consulting with professional technicians actively to clarify the jargon and common sayings,and thinking critically to scrutiny the source text.

成效·局限·改革:“G-U-S”三位一体协同育师机制审思

“G-U-S”三位一体协同育师机制是指,政府、高校、中小学(含幼儿园)三方各司其职,责任共担、协同培育教师的一种制度形式与工作方式。现有的三位一体协同育师机制尽管促进了教师培育成效提高、教师教育资源整合、区域教育均衡发展及教师专业水平持续提升,但仍然存在相关决策主体单一、三元主体权责不明、培育方案不够成熟、协同培育管理不够协调等局限。为进一步提升“三位一体”协同育师机制的成效,理应构建具有一定行政职能的协同育师主体联盟,明晰“三位”主体各自的权责,完善协同育师培育方案,促进协同培育管理更加协调。

Analysis of cultivable aerobic bacterial community composition and screening for facultative sulfate-reducing bacteria in marine corrosive steel

Anaerobic, aerobic, and facultative bacteria are all present in corrosive environments. However, as previous studies to address corrosion in the marine environment have largely focused on anaerobic bacteria, limited attention has been paid to the composition and function of aerobic and facultative bacteria in this process. For analysis in this study, ten samples were collected from rust layers on steel plates that had been immersed in seawater for diff erent periods (i.e., six months and eight years) at Sanya and Xiamen, China. The cultivable aerobic bacterial community structure as well as the number of sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) were analyzed in both cases, while the proportion of facultative SRB among the isolated aerobic bacteria in each sample was also evaluated using a novel approach. Bacterial abundance results show that the proportions are related to sea location and immersion time;abundances of culturable aerobic bacteria (CAB) and SRB from Sanya were greater in most corrosion samples than those from Xiamen, and abundances of both bacterial groups were greater in samples immersed for six months than for eight years. A total of 213 isolates were obtained from all samples in terms of CAB community composition, and a phylogenetic analysis revealed that the taxa comprised four phyla and 31 genera. Bacterial species composition is related to marine location;the results show that Firmicutes and Proteobacteria were the dominant phyla, accounting for 98.13% of the total, while Bacillus and Vibrio were the dominant genera, accounting for 53.06% of the total. An additional sixfacultative SRB strains were also screened from the isolates obtained and were found to encompass the genus Vibrio (four strains), Staphylococcus (one strain), and Photobacterium (one strain). It is noteworthy that mentions of Photobacterium species have so far been absent from the literature, both in terms of its membership of the SRB group and its relationship to corrosion.

Developing a Subjective Evaluation Scale for Assessing the Built Environments of China’s Hygienic City Initiative

Objective To develop a preliminary subjective evaluation scale for assessing the built environments of China’s Hygienic City Initiative and to evaluate its reliability and validity.Methods The initial items of the scale were determined based on a review of policy documents and consultations with experts. The final items of the scale were confirmed through individual interviews with residents combined with the discretetrend method, critical ratio method, correlation coefficient method, and factor analysis method. Then, the dimensions of the scale were determined using exploratory factor analysis(EFA). The Cronbach’s α coefficient, split-half reliability coefficient, and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) were used to assess the reliability and validity of the scale.Results A scale containing five dimensions with 22 items was established, including urban lifestyle,governance, basic functions, environmental sanitation, and amenities. The Cronbach’s α coefficient of the scale was 0.876, and the split-half reliability coefficient was 0.796. The CFA results indicate that each inspection level was within the standard limit.Conclusion The preliminarily subjective evaluation scale for assessing the built environments of China’s Hygienic City Initiative demonstrates a high level of reliability and validity. Additional empirical studies should be carried out to further verify the value of the scale in terms of practical application.

The Effects of Standardized Ginkgo Biloba Extracts (GBE) on Subjective Cognitive Decline (SCD) in Middle-Aged Adults: A Review

Subjective cognitive decline (SCD) is defined as the presence of self-reported cognitive complaints with unimpaired performance in neuropsychological cognitive tests. SCD has been identified as a precursor of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and potentially represents the earliest clinical sign of Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Standardized extracts of Ginkgo biloba (GBE) are widely used as a treatment for cognitive impairment. Nonetheless, most of the available review articles focus on the effects of GBE in MCI and dementia but not in SCD and its specific cognitive effects. Thus, this review collects and discusses the available published clinical data for the effects of standardized GBE on the early stages of cognitive decline among an age group where SCD becomes a topic—the middle-aged adults. Randomized clinical trials (RCTs), systematic reviews and meta-analyses of standardized GBEs in cognitive decline subjects were searched using PubMed/MEDLINE, Science direct, Cochrane, and Google Scholar until January 2019. Data from relevant RCT were critically evaluated to determine the potential effects of GBE on SCD. The results showed that the number of available GBE studies on SCD is small. Eight studies were selected in which subjects reported memory impairment, in some cases with concerns (worries), and with an average age at onset SCD of 60 years. Six studies gave a proof of efficacy for GBE for the treatment of SCD in at least one cognitive parameter. One study is inconclusive, however, a post-hoc analysis demonstrates efficacy in preventing AD with intake >4 years. The most common GBE dosage used was 240 mg GBE/day over a minimum period of 8 weeks. Hence, there might be beneficial effects of GBE to prevent, improve or delay SCD in the generation of 50 years or older. However, larger, well-defined RCTs using SCD criteria are necessary to further substantiate this effect in SCD subjects.

Can Labor Make Women Happier?The Relationship Between Labor Time,Cross-generational Care and Women’s Subjective Well-being——A Research Based on CFPS (2016)

Marxism women-theory advocates women to achieve gender equality and liberation through employment.But due to the influence of culture,if the promotion of female employment,women may face the dual pressure of housework and work,that is,the promotion of female employment may deviate from the ruling effect of people’s happiness.This study aims to explore the relationship between labor time,cross-generational care and women’s subjective well-being by using the data of CFPS(2016).Findings are as follow.Firstly,the time spent on housework differs between men and women,and the burden of housework still falls on women.Secondly,women’s employment reduces women’s subjective well-being to a certain extent,but this effect turns into a positive one under the moderating effect of cross-generational care.China’s family culture weakens the negative impact of the increase in working hours of women to a certain extent.

Informed consent process: ethical and practical challenges in clinical trials regarding subject enrollment, protection, and informed consent in developing countries (India, Pakistan & Iran)

In this study,we are discussing the rationale behind informed consent in clinical trials in developing countries.It elaborates how informed consent has remained an ethical and practical issue.Poverty,endemic diseases,and a lack of investment in healthcare systems influence the ease of conducting and selecting trials that can benefit the people of developing countries.Differences in cultural perspectives,religious beliefs,a lack of formal training for clinical staff,children,time zone difference,literacy,vulnerable population,and language barriers for subject enrollment,protection,and informed are also challenges.This report doesn’t only highlight the right the wrongs of the past or reiterate cases where clinical trials have hurt subjects in developing countries.The current study investigates the conditions of human research in developing countries to make them more ethically sound.The extends proposals to investigators,scientists,governments,sponsors,and other groups who are interested where appropriate.

A Comparative Study of Five Versions of Wen Liu Shijiu from the Perspective of Translator’s Subjectivity

In the study of translation history,it is observed that the academic position of translators has been changing.With the Cultural Turn in translation studies,the significance of translator’s subjectivity has been revalued.This paper compares and analyzes five English versions of Bai Juyi’s Asking Liu Shijiu from the view of translator’s subjectivity,probing into its manifestations at both the macro and micro level of rhyme,image,and effect of expression of the poem.

基于CLUE-S情景模拟的挠力河流域耕地适宜性评价研究

以挠力河流域为研究区,选择2000、2010、2020年3期土地利用数据,从土地利用动态度和转移矩阵两方面分析土地利用时空变化,运用CLUE-S模型对研究区2030年土地利用变化格局进行模拟验证,设基线、农业发展和生态保护3种情景预测2030年土地利用变化格局,最后对3种情景下耕地适宜性进行评价。结果表明:研究区土地利用类型以耕地为主,2000—2020年森林、湿地、水体和人造地表呈增加趋势,耕地和草地呈减少趋势。2000—2020年土地利用转移主要发生在耕地、草地和森林之间,2000—2010年草地面积转入最多,耕地次之,森林最少,转出面积相反;2010—2020年森林转入转出面积最多,草地次之,耕地最少。CLUE-S模型对挠力河流域土地利用变化具有良好的模拟能力,Kappa系数为0.894,模拟总体精度为91.18%;基线情景下耕地、草地和水体地类面积减少,其他地类面积增加;农业发展情景下耕地面积增加23.68%,人造地表面积未发生变化,其他地类面积均较少;生态保护情景下与农业发展情景正好相反。依评价指标体系和评价模型,分析计算出3种情景下耕地位于适宜区的面积占研究区总面积的96%以上,不适宜区占比低于4%。研究结果可为加强未来耕地质量建设与管理、落实耕地保护目标和科学管理土地资源提供科学决策。
