In this paper, a studying of surface roughness in dry milling with air pressure coolant of wrought magnesium alloy AZ31B will be carried out. The effects of air flow, feed-rate per tooth, cutting velocity and number of inserts in a cutting tool on surface roughness have been examined. Surface roughness increases with increasing feed-rate per tooth and increasing number of inserts in the cutting tool. However, it is nearly unchanged under a specific range of cutting velocity in the experiment and improved by the flow of air cooling. 展开更多

Most manufacturing processes generate aerosols. In the metal cutting industry, dry machining processes are accompanied by dust emission (fogs, fine chips and metallic dust in both micrometers and nanometers scales) that has impacts on workers’ health. This research work aimed to understand and reduce the harmful impacts of the machining process on the occupational safety. In this study, an experimental investigation was carried out on fine and ultrafine metallic dust emission during slot milling of 2024-T351, 6061-T6 and 7075-T6 aluminum alloy in dry conditions. It was confirmed that the cutting conditions influence significantly the specific surface area of ultrafine particles. It was also found that the cutting speed is a determinant factor for specific surface area of ultrafine particles and control during the slot milling process. 展开更多

The microwave coupled with hot air(MCHA)drying method was used in this test to dry hawthorn slices The effect of initial microwave power density level(6 W/g to 12 W/g),hot air temperature(55℃ to 70℃),and hot air velocity(1 m/s to 3 m/s)on the quality attributes of rehydration ratio(Rf),organic acid(OA)and ascorbic acid(AA)of the dehydrated hawthorn slices was analyzed using a response surface methodology.An orthogonal rotatable central composite with three factors and at five levels was used to develop predictive regression models for the responses.The prediction mathematical model of Rf,OA and AA of the hawthorn slice was determined by analysis of variance.Factor and response variables as well as the prediction mathematical model,the optimal drying process of Rf,OA and AA of the hawthorn slice were determined by using the Design-Expert software.The comprehensive optimal conditions were as follows:initial microwave power density 12 W/g,hot air temperature 55℃ and hot air velocity 1.56 m/s. 展开更多

比表面积是黏性土重要的物理化学指标,选择合适的测试方法是正确获得这一参数的前提。采用亚甲基蓝(Methylene Blue)吸附法、乙二醇乙醚(Ethylene Glycol Monoethyl Ether)吸附法、甘油(Glycerin)吸附法以及风干含水率经验公式对5种黏... 比表面积是黏性土重要的物理化学指标,选择合适的测试方法是正确获得这一参数的前提。采用亚甲基蓝(Methylene Blue)吸附法、乙二醇乙醚(Ethylene Glycol Monoethyl Ether)吸附法、甘油(Glycerin)吸附法以及风干含水率经验公式对5种黏土的比表面积进行试验测定及估算,试验结果表明:对于不含蒙脱石的土样,各种方法测试结果较为一致,偏差较小;但对于含蒙脱石的土样,EGME法的试验结果比其他方法偏小较多。通过X衍射对各种吸附液饱和后的蒙脱石土样进行试验后发现,风干状态下蒙脱石的晶层间距d_(001)=15.6?,而经EGME法、甘油法、MB法饱和后d_(001)分别变为15.9?,17.5?,19.0?,蒙脱石的晶层在甘油及MB饱和后扩展明显,便于吸附分子进入晶层内表面,因此分子覆盖效果更好。统计分析表明,土的比表面积反映了土中各亲水性黏土矿物组分及相对比例的综合影响,因此比表面积与液限、塑性指数及活性等物性指标具有相关性,可用幂函数形式来拟合,而黏粒含量不能反映黏土矿物类型对比表面积的影响,因此当统计试样的黏粒中同时含有膨胀性和非膨胀性矿物时,比表面积与黏粒含量相关性较差。 展开更多

为了探究长期浸水风干煤对瓦斯的吸附解吸规律,选取未浸水的原煤和浸水15 d、1个月、3个月、5个月的风干煤样,通过瓦斯吸附和解吸实验、液氮吸附实验,研究了不同浸水时间条件下风干煤的瓦斯吸附和解吸变化规律,以及孔隙结构分布特征。... 为了探究长期浸水风干煤对瓦斯的吸附解吸规律,选取未浸水的原煤和浸水15 d、1个月、3个月、5个月的风干煤样,通过瓦斯吸附和解吸实验、液氮吸附实验,研究了不同浸水时间条件下风干煤的瓦斯吸附和解吸变化规律,以及孔隙结构分布特征。研究结果表明:随着浸水时间的增加,煤样累计瓦斯吸附量先减小后增大,对瓦斯的最大吸附量先减小后增大,而Langmuir压力先增大后逐渐减小;15 d浸水风干煤样的瓦斯初期解吸率大于其他长期浸水风干煤样的解吸率,而从1个月到5个月浸水风干煤样的解吸率逐渐降低;随着浸水时间的增加,煤样的BET平均孔径和BJH累计孔容逐渐增大,BET比表面积先减小后逐渐增大,同时与吸附量相关的微孔占比和微孔比表面积呈现先减小后增大的趋势。 展开更多

Hot air temperature,hot air humidity,and hot wind speed were selected as independent variables of quadratic orthogonal rotation combination test design through single factor test.Drying time,energy consumption,chromatism value,luminosity value,hardness,rehydration ratio,and other indexes of the product were used as the response value of the test.Response surface methodology(RSM)was used to analyze the effects of independent variables on the quality of tiger nut(Cyperus esculentus L.),and the process parameters were combined and optimized.The results show that the suitable technological conditions for hot air drying of tiger nut are as follows:hot air temperature of 63.15°C,hot air humidity of 44.92%,hot air wind speed of 2.48 m/s.Under these conditions,the product has the advantages of the short drying cycle,low energy consumption,good color and luster,low hardness and good rehydration performance.The fatty acid composition and content of tiger nut oil were determined by gas chromatography.The fatty acid composition and content of tiger nut oil were compared with those of soybean oil,olive oil,rapeseed oil and sesame oil,the results show that among the saturated fatty acids in tiger nut oil,palm oil had the highest content of 11.172%,which was between soybean oil and olive oil.The main composition of unsaturated fatty acids in tiger nut oil is oleic acid,with a content of 77.605%,which is 3.6 times higher than that of soybean oil,and even higher than that of olive oil. 展开更多
