Herein, this study proposes a complex geopolitical influence model, considering the affected nations' response. The geopolitical influences of great power in the affected nation are correlated with overall strength, the acceptance degree of the affected nation to the great power and the distance between both sides. Then, the geopolitical influences of China and the US in Southeast Asia countries are empirically analyzed from 2005 to 2015. The geopolitical influence of China in Southeast Asia has been largely growing for the past decades, accompanying with a constant trend of the US' effects. It is believed that China and the US can coexist peacefully in Southeast Asia to promote the regional development, and jointly create an open, inclusive and balanced regional cooperation architecture that benefits all nations in this region and great powers, through mutual political trust and economic beneficial cooperation. This study may contribute to advancing the policy debate and determining the optimal cooperation in pledging commitment to a new and sustainable model of great power relationship among the various regional geopolitical options.展开更多

There are some important dimensions of power that place China's authority into the context of the African environment, which include scope, domain, weight, and means. In addition, an analytical framework is employed to shed hght on the attempt to influence African states by looking at the concepts of interdependence, the ability to influence the behavior of African states and China's preferences regarding this influencing behavior. It is argued that persuasion as an influencing technique expresses China's ability to induce African states to act how they might not otherwise do, or even consider. This is in contrast to coercive diplomacy that aims to halt courses African states are already pursuing or to commence with a course they are not pursuing. Influencing the thoughts, behet~ and ideas of African leaders in a multidimensional manner rather than acting as a single entity determines this set of interactions. Attempts to influence the behavior of African states to obtain outcomes are therefore an indispensable part of its African engagement.展开更多

A family of weak regularizing operators is introduced. If the spectrum of A is contained in a sector of right-half complex plane and its resolvent is polynomially bounded, the weak regularization for such ill-posed Cauchy problem can be shown by using the quasi-reversibilky method and regularized semigroups. Finally, an example is given.展开更多

文摘China has become a major investor and constructor of electrical power plants in developing countries. However, the impacts of China's overseas power stations(COPSs)on the developing countries hosting them are poorly understood. Here,a novel method is proposed to evaluate the influence of COPSs in 80 host countries.First, their electricity consumption from 1971 to 2017 was estimated using data provided by the World Bank,International Energy Agency, and World Resources Institute.Regression analysis was then used to predict consumption from 2018 to 2025.Finally,three parameters were used to evaluate the influences of COPSs.The results show that:1)COPSs significantly increased the total installed capacity of 35 of the host countries by>20%.2)The power generated by COPSs is greater than the growing demands of 32 of the host countries.3)COPSs will increase the per capita electricity consumption of all 80 host countries.4)Among the 437 COPSs existing in 2000–2019,renewable power plants(including hydropower)were most numerous, accounting for 51.3%.This proportion increased significantly after 2013 and renewable plants will continue to dominate as China will no longer invest in new coal-fired power stations after 2021.

文摘This article is concerned with the ill-posed Cauchy problem associated with a densely defined linear operator A in a Banach space. Finally, an example is given.
文摘Without beautiful countryside, there will be no beautiful China. The family farm is a beautiful scene in the construction of new socialist countryside. However, the construction of family farms just starts in China. It still remains at pilot and fumbling stage. There are still mainly unfavorable factors including separate land, insufficient funds, lack of security for farmers, lack of talents, and service lagging behind. On the basis of analyzing various weak points,we put forward countermeasures and recommendations for construction of family farms on promoting orderly farmland circulation, strengthening financial support, improving professional quality, supplying social security, increasing public investment, and attaching importance to standardized operation.

文摘Objective To investigate the patients experience in community health centers( CHCs) and explore its associated factors. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted among 330 patients who visited CHCs in Shenzhen,China from January to March 2018. Dependent variable was patient experience. Key descriptive variables were age, gender, marital status, working status groups, visits frequency for the past 6 months, whether patients had signed a family doctor, whether trusted in family doctor, whether had chronic diseases. Results Questionnaires for 300 patients were assessed. In the univariate analysis, patients experience total score was significantly associated with marital status( P < 0. 1),working status groups( P < 0. 1),frequency of visit for the past 6 months( P < 0. 05),whether had signed a family doctor( P < 0. 05),whether trusted in family doctor( P < 0. 05),whether had chronic diseases( P < 0. 05). The multivariate analysis showed that unmarried patients( P = 0. 011,OR = 2. 96,95% CI: 1. 24-5. 43) and had signed a family doctor( P = 0. 023,OR = 0. 44,95% CI: 0. 22-0. 85) were more likely to get a higher score. Conclusions Findings of this study showed a medium-level score of patients experience in the community. Patients had a quite good experience and more interventions should be focused upon the influence factors to improve patients experience.
文摘Job burnout is an important factor affecting the work attitude and professional behavior of family doctors. This paper reviews the measurement tools, influencing factors and intervention strategies of job burnout,it is suggested that improving job burnout can improve job satisfaction, work efficiency and reduce turnover intention of family doctors, and it is of great significance to the construction of family doctor team and the improvement of work quality.

文摘Background Relocation stress is common among the families of patients transferred from intensive care units. However, few studies investigated the factors associated with relocation stress for the families of patients after cardiac valvular and aortic surgery. The objective of this study was to investigate the relocation stress status and associated factors in the family members of patients transferred out of the intensive care unit(ICU)after cardiac valvular and aortic surgery. Methods A total of 120 family members of patients, who were successfully transferred out of ICU after cardiac valvular and aortic surgery from October 2020 to February 2021 in our institution, were included.Their demographic characteristics, clinical characteristics and relocation stress assessment results were collected.Risk factors for relocation stress were investigated using linear regression models. Results The overall mean scores of our research subjects on relocation stress was 55.68±4.658.Univariate analysis and multivariable linear regression analysis revealed that family members.age,patients.residence,and duration of ICU stay were risk factors of post-ICU relocation stress in family members of patients after cardiac valvular and aortic surgery(P<0.05).Conclusions The relocation stress in family members of patients transferred from ICU after cardiac valvular and aortic surgery was moderate to high.Younger age of family members, patients living in rural areas, and longer duration of ICU stay are associated with a higher level of relocation stress.Healthcare providers should concern the relocation stress in family members of patients transferred from ICU after cardiac valvular and aortic surgery, and appropriate intervention measures should be carried out.
