Reform of Theory-practice Alternating Teaching of the Introduction to Architecture Course Oriented to“Employment Priority and Integration of Industry and Education”

In the new era of building a socialist modernization country with the goal of promoting high-quality development,we deeply analyze the knowledge system of the Introduction to Architecture course.This analysis is based on the cross-disciplinary specialties of local applied universities and the orientation of prioritizing employment and integrating industry and education.We propose the teaching reform of“theory-practice alternation”which is adapted to the current times and societal needs.Finally,we comprehensively summarize the effectiveness of curriculum construction,in order to provide theoretical references for the implementation of fostering character and civic virtue and deepening the reform of collaborative education mechanisms.

Curriculum Reform Practices in “Cosmetic Product Formulation Design and Preparation Technology” Under the Perspective of Integration of Industry, Education, and Research

With the upgrading of industries,the cosmetics industry has posed new requirements for technical talents.As a professional core course in cosmetic technology,“Cosmetic Product Formulation Design and Preparation Technology”serves as the foundation for cultivating students’abilities in cosmetic development and preparation.To foster high-quality skilled talents capable of adapting to the rapid growth of color cosmetics and to better promote the deep integration of scientific and technological industries with curriculum teaching,the teacher team embarked on active explorations and practical teaching research for curriculum teaching reform from four dimensions:strengthening top-level design,enriching teaching content,optimizing teaching design,and reforming assessment methods.These efforts have enhanced students’comprehensive vocational qualities and innovative consciousness,contributing to the teaching reform in higher vocational colleges under the integration of industry,education,and research.

Improving Investment and Financing Mechanism, Speeding up the Energy Reform Process-Interpretation to Implementing Opinions on Deepening Reform of Investment and Financing System in Energy Industry

Under the context of economic transformation and upgrading and the continued advancement of supplyside reforms in China, the development of the energy industry is confronted with many problems and challenges, such as insufficient energy investment, a shortage of financing channels,and the low participation of social capital. In order to fully mobilize social capital to invest in energy, enhance energy investment efficiency, expand energy financing channels,and increase the vitality of the energy industry, the state has recently issued the Implementing Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Investment and the Financing System in the Energy Industry( "Opinions"). This paper provides a deep interpretation of this document from the perspectives of the background for the investment and financing system reform in the energy industry,the main content of the reform, the problems and challenges confronting the reform,and the expected effects from the reform, and analyzes the objectives, ideas and problems of the reform, in order to effectively promote the investment and financing system reform in the energy industry.

Study of the Development of Chinese sports Industry in the Context of Supply-side Structura Reform

In recent years,China’s sports industry has witnessed rapid development gradually forming an emerging strength in its Supply-side Structural Reform and thus increasingly being highlighted in the development of the nationa economy.Being integrated,society-based,green and sustainable,the sports industry is gaining popularity among the Chinese people.This paper studies the overall development of Chinese sports industry during the 12th FiveYear Plan period(2011-2015)and unveils the key achievements it made,such as the expansion of scale,the diversification of products and services,the improvement of industry policies,the apparent upgrading and optimization of the industry’s structure and its further integration with the Internet However,there are still some problems in the development of China’s sports industry&Chinese sports industry accounts for a fairly low proportion in the gross domestic product(GDP)and cannot yet compare with those of developed countries.Besides,given that its the sports services make up only a small share and that a supply-demand imbalance still exists in the sports products and services,its industrial structure requires further upgrading and optimization.In addition,failure to fully stimulate an innovation initiative restricts this industry’s further development.Targeting the bottleneck facing Chinese sports industry and corresponding path selection,this paper mainly analyzes its institutional mechanism reform,structural upgrading and layout product quality improvement and talent supply optimization.Based on the analysis,it is concluded that the development of Chinese sports industry is of great importance to China’s economic transformation,upgrading and healthy development and it echoes the call of Supply-side Structural Reform.

On the Planning of Chinese Marine High-tech Industry Demonstration Zones:From the Perspective of Supply-side Structural Reform

China’s national agricultural high-tech industry demonstration zones focus on supply-side structural reform in their overall plan of development.This paper selected the China’s marine industry as its research subject and analyzes its current situation and major problems.After summarizing the current researches of China’s marine industry parks,from the perspective of supply-side structural reform,this paper specifies the tasks and objectives of the construction of the marine hi-tech industry demonstration zones.The overall planning of the demonstration zones must set distinctive developmen as its orientation,and we should emphasize innovation-driven and green development,devise a functional zoning that embraces marine-land and allround integration,and seek mechanism innovations that could invigorate the inner drive of development.The paper also puts forward the major principles that the planning of marine hi-tech industry demonstration zones should obey in the context of supply-side structural reform.

Economy, Environment and Government: Study on the Path of Supply-Side Reform Forced by the Fog-Haze

Unbalanced development in term as industrial structure and the efficiency use of energy have aggravated environmental pollution to different degrees resulting in the increase of range, time and degree of fog-haze. This, in turn, forced the government to carry out supply-side reforms, to improve energy efficiency and optimize the industrial structure to weaken the environmental pollution. To tackle these problems, this work provides an index system for the issues related to fog-haze, uses a non-linear ST-SVAR model to reflect the effects of industrial structure and energy use efficiency on fog-haze. Results indicated that: First, current industrial structure and energy use efficiency have greater impact on the comprehensive equation of fog-haze risk than itself. With the passage of time, this influence is still gradually expanding. Second, the equations of industrial structure and energy use efficiency are strongly influenced by themselves, and other variables as the current period have less impact on them. Finally, the non-linear or asymmetric relationship is shown among industrial structure, energy use efficiency, and the fog-haze comprehensive risk equation.

Several considerations to the 2011 "Basic Plan" on the revitalization of Japan's third industry

Japan is one of the world's largest importer of food, and its food self-sufficiency rate has kept decreasing in the last 50 years. However, the Japanese government has always been extremely cautious about opening its agricultural market, since it has the world's highest imports tariffs on several kinds of farm products. Dr. Assmann (2015) mentioned in her article "Agriculture in Japan, Free trade and the need for reform" that, many factors are hindering the trade liberalization of Japanese agricultural products. At first, inside the government exist contradictions between the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) and other economic sectors. Then grassroots also actively participate in protests led by JA-Zenchu, the central union of Zen-Noh which ranks the nation's biggest farmers' union. Besides, the gaiatsu from other countries and international organizations leads the Japanese government to be in a dilemma between substantial economic benefits and a probable sacrifice of domestic farmers. In the second half of the article, Assmann (2015) introduced that, the Japanese government has been attempting to reform the agricultural sector to reconcile such contradictions between external and internal factors. However, at the same time, the MAFF also raised many campaigns to oppose trade liberalization, since it tended to oppose free trade agreements (FTAs) and pursued an "inward-looking policy"(p.59) such as keep high tariffs, promoting indigenous food fare and so on. However, influences of most of the attempts seem to be modest. Assmann (2015) pointed out that the Basic Policy and Action Plan for the Revitalization of Japan's Food, Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries (hereafter called as the Basic Plan)(MAFF, 2011) made by the Democratic-led government in 2011 remain on paper and reforms still face stagnation. So in the following part, I will share some of my thoughts on this plan and analyze its difficult part, and then propose some new ideas.
