A Survey on the Evaluation Literacy of College English Teachers Under the Online Teaching Mode

Under the online teaching model,the evaluation literacy of college English teachers has become one of the critical factors affecting students’learning effects[1].This study uses a self-compiled questionnaire to investigate the current status of evaluation literacy of college English teachers under the online teaching model from four aspects:evaluation awareness,evaluation knowledge,evaluation ability,and evaluation ethics.The results show that college English teachers’overall evaluation literacy level is relatively high,but there are areas for improvement.Based on the survey results,suggestions are put forward to improve teachers’evaluation literacy,such as changing teaching concepts and increasing self-reflection;strengthening training and learning to enhance professional development awareness;conducting cooperative research and emphasizing team strengths.

According to the basic idea of Relevance Theory, through the analysis ofteachers′discourse examples, we can find the theoretical basis for successful classroom questioning.

高校教师学术创业经历对创新创业教学效果的影响研究

从学术创业理论视角出发,通过对全国多所高校949名创新创业教师进行问卷调查,再运用结构方程模型构建并验证教师学术创业经历对创新创业教学效果的影响机理,结果表明:高校创新创业教师学术创业经历对创新创业教学效果有显著的直接正向影响,学术创业经历通过提升教学认知与能力进而积极促进教师创新创业教学效果。因此,应进一步重视和加强学术创业实践、提升教学知行水平,从而促进创新创业教学效果的提升。

专门用途英语(English for Specific Purpose,简称ESP)是大学英语教学改革的主要发展方向。ESP教学,师资是关键,大学英语教师的专业素质和专业发展已成为决定ESP教学成败的重要因素。文章以ESP教学理念为依托,探讨大学英语教师向ESP教师转型过程中的角色定位。在ESP教学理念指导下,大学英语教师在教学中扮演着教学的动态需求分析者、具备英语知识和跨专业知识的教学者、以学生为中心的课程设计者和精通ESP教学评估的研究者等多元化角色。以角色转换为基础,文章还提出通过自我发展途径、合作发展途径和校本培训途径来调整和优化大学英语教师发展路径,以完善大学英语教师知识结构,为实现其职业的专业化发展指明方向。

大学英语教师职业认同研究现状及展望

我国国际地位与发展战略给大学英语教学提出新的要求,而大学英语教师职业认同是落实新要求的关键环节。该研究系统评述大学英语教师职业认同研究的发展趋势、理论立场、研究主题和研究方法,并通过与国际外语教师职业认同研究的对比,发现此方面研究尚属新兴阶段,研究总量少,理论立场尚需探索,研究主题有待拓展,研究方法亟需规范。基于此,该研究从理论立场、研究主题、研究方法三个方面对我国大学英语教师职业认同研究进行展望。
