[Objective] The research aimed to study the hail climate and radar characteristics in Linyi City.[Method] The five representative stations which were Mengyin,Yishui,Linshu,Cangshan,Linyi and were collectively called a...[Objective] The research aimed to study the hail climate and radar characteristics in Linyi City.[Method] The five representative stations which were Mengyin,Yishui,Linshu,Cangshan,Linyi and were collectively called as Linyi City in Yimeng mountain area were selected.From the hail path,weather situation and influence system,the 40 times hail weather processes which happened in every station in June during 1965-2008 were carried out the statistics analysis.The typical weather situation and physical structure characteristics in the hail weather process in Linyi City were studied.On this basis,the statistical analysis on the new generation weather radar characteristics in the hail process during 2003-2008 was carried out.The climatic index of hail occurrence,the characteristic index of radar data and the radar observation characteristic in the city were discussed.[Result] The weather systems which affected the hail shooting in Linyi City were Mongolia cold vortex type,eastward shift small trough type,northwest airflow cold temperature trough type and so on.On the 6 h ground chart before the hail shooting,there were the small low pressure,cold front or wind shear line(airflow convergence field) in Shandong Province.They had the 'trigger' and 'development' effects on the occurrence and development of strong convection hail shooting.The joining of small trough in the rear of 500 hPa low vortex had three forms that were the west small trough supplementary type,the airflow field divergence in front of vortex and the small trough in the rear of vortex southward swing in general.When the vertical liquid water content quickly increased from zero or the small amount to above 40 kg/m2,it was possible to generate the hail weather.In the different months,when the echo intensity of convective cloud body >50 dBz,the initial echo height >5 km,and the crown elevation,strong center height reached the certain values,it was possible to generate the hail weather.On the radar radial velocity chart,the meso-scale convective system characteristic(the bottom layer was the convergence,and the high layer was the divergence) was obvious.At 1.5° and 3.4° elevation angles in the middle layer,there was the strong wind shear in the vertical direction of convective storm monomer.[Conclusion] The research provided the certain reference value for the analysis and forecast of this kind of weather.展开更多

This paper, based on the theory of sponge city and low impact development, elaborated the origin, development, connotation, and construction method of "sponge city" concept. In this paper, the urban design scheme of Renbei District in Chengdu was taken for example to analyze the geographical environment and climate characteristics of Chengdu and explain the formation and verification of the scheme. It is considered that the "sponge city" is different from the traditional urban infrastructure. It is essentially an ecological approach. It has been the serious problem of many cities in file world, especially in urban areas in developin...Urban flooding has impacted siginficantly on people's living: economic development, environmental pollution, etc.. It has been the serious problem of many cities in file world, especially in urban areas in developing countries because urbanization is too fast but lack of adaptive management planning and infrastructure. In Vietnam, the big cities, such as HCM (Ho Chi Minh) City, Hanoi, etc. have also been influenced severely by floods. By early 2017, HCM City has 171 flooded sites assigned by the district level; 40 submergence points assigned by Steering Center of Flooding Control Program, and 9 tidal flooded points. The paper will establish a suitable method for assessing flood vulnerability in HCM City from natural, social and environmental aspects. The results of a case study in District 6 show that there are four wards with high vulnerability and 10 wards with average vulnerability.展开更多
Based on the monitoring data of ambient air quality and meteorological observation data,the characteristics and meteorological influencing factors of air pollution in Luojiang District of Deyang City from 2018 to 2022...Based on the monitoring data of ambient air quality and meteorological observation data,the characteristics and meteorological influencing factors of air pollution in Luojiang District of Deyang City from 2018 to 2022 were analyzed.The results show that from 2018 to 2022,the main air pollutants affecting the air quality of Luojiang District of Deyang City were PM_(2.5) and PM_(10),and the primary pollutant on heavy pollution days was basically PM_(2.5).PM_(2.5) and PM_(10) pollution showed obvious seasonal differences,and PM_(2.5) concentration exceeded the limit mainly in spring and winter,among which it was the most serious in early spring,especially in January and February,followed by December.PM_(10) exceeding the standard had a high seasonal correlation with PM_(2.5) exceeding the standard,mainly in spring and winter,among which it was the most serious in winter,especially in December,followed by January.PM_(2.5) and PM_(10) pollution showed an overall weakening trend.PM_(2.5) and PM_(10) concentration were closely related to meteorological factors such as temperature,relative humidity,wind speed,precipitation and air pressure,and were mainly affected by rainfall.展开更多

[Method] By using the daily and hourly precipitation data in Hanbin District of Ankang City during 1961-2003, the occurrence rule and variation characteristics of rainstorm weather in 43 years in the zone were analyzed. [Result] The distribution of rainstorm days in Hanbin District of Ankang City had the obvious season characteristic. The earliest rainstorm days occurred in May and started to increase in June. It frequently happened in July, August and gradually decreased in September. The latest rainstorm finished in the middle ten-day of October. The storm rainfall and days in Hanbin District of Ankang City during 1961-2003 both presented the obvious linear increase trend. From the 1970s to the end of 1980s, it was the period when the storm rainfall was more. The rainstorm days during the 1960s-early 1970s and early 1990s were fewer. The rainstorm days were more from the metaphase of 1970s to late 1980s and after the metaphase of 1990s. The time distribution characteristic of hourly precipitation in the rainstorm days was obvious and based mainly on the single peak type. The time mainly concentrated in the daytime, and the short-time strong precipitation was more. [Conclusion] The research provided the reference basis for accurately forecasting the rainstorm occurrence, disaster prevention and reduction work.展开更多

The lack of descriptions regarding the order of precedence between the local laws of cities with subordinate districts and the regulations of provincial governments in Legislation Law of the People's Republic of C...The lack of descriptions regarding the order of precedence between the local laws of cities with subordinate districts and the regulations of provincial governments in Legislation Law of the People's Republic of China(Legislation Law) has led to two divergent views. One holds that "the local laws of cities with subordinate districts should take precedence over the regulations of provincial governments," while the other supports the exact opposite. This is a value judgment issue in legislation. To reach a solution, we need to clarify the premises based on the characteristics of the laws in question so that a basic common ground can be established for discussion. The first premise for traditional legislation is that a law should be based on experience as well as logic; the second is that the experience of authority subjects, plus the three aspects of logic should outweigh the experience of social subjects, plus the three aspects of logic. With respect to postmodern legislation, the first premise is that experience should override logic, and the second is that the experience of the authority subject should take precedence over that of social subject, with no requirements for logical consistency. Since Legislation Law fal s into the category of postmodern legislation, according to the premises, the argument that the local laws of cities with subordinate districts should take precedence enjoys wider acceptance, but the view is logically challenged in terms of conceptual consistency, system consistency and principle consistency. More studies must be conducted to facilitate the discussion.展开更多

[Method] By using the daily and hourly precipitation data in Hanbin District of Ankang City during 1961-2003, the occurrence rule and variation characteristics of rainstorm weather in 43 years in the zone were analyzed. [Result] The distribution of rainstorm days in Hanbin District of Ankang City had the obvious season characteristic. The earliest rainstorm days occurred in May and started to increase in June. It frequently happened in July, August and gradually decreased in September. The latest rainstorm finished in the middle ten-day of October. The storm rainfall and days in Hanbin District of Ankang City during 1961-2003 both presented the obvious linear increase trend. From the 1970s to the end of 1980s, it was the period when the storm rainfall was more. The rainstorm days during the 1960s-early 1970s and early 1990s were fewer. The rainstorm days were more from the metaphase of 1970s to late 1980s and after the metaphase of 1990s. The time distribution characteristic of hourly precipitation in the rainstorm days was obvious and based mainly on the single peak type. The time mainly concentrated in the daytime, and the short-time strong precipitation was more. [Conclusion] The research provided the reference basis for accurately forecasting the rainstorm occurrence, disaster prevention and reduction work.

文摘In order to expand and strengthen the cucumber industry in Linyi City of Shandong City and make it more effective in revitalizing the rural economy,the authors surveyed the current situation of the cucumber planting area,production management,fresh-keeping processing and marketing in Linyi City.Based on the survey,it analyzed the current problems in the development of the cucumber industry in Linyi City,including low level of facilities and equipment,the post-picking processing technology,the imperfect quality control system,the low degree of information and the weak degree of organization.Finally,it came up with recommendations including developing increasing modern technological innovation of facility structure and equipment,accelerating research on post-picking commercial processing technology of cucumber,accelerating the construction of product quality traceability system,promoting in-depth integration of informationization and cucumber industry,and improving the degree of organization and industrialization,to improve the quality and benefits of cucumber industry,so as to provide guidance for improving the overall quality,benefit and market competitiveness of cucumber industry in Linyi City.

文摘By summarizing current situation of modern agriculture in Linyi City,problems faced by the development of modern agriculture in Linyi City under the background of helping poverty alleviation are analyzed.They are mainly the low degree of farmers'organization and the low level of agricultural industrialization;the low overall quality of farmers and the weak ability to absorb science,technology and culture;weak agricultural infrastructure and deterioration of agricultural ecological environment;inadequate agricultural scientific and technological innovation and slow popularization and application of achievements.A series of solutions and countermeasures are put forward to improve the degree of farmers'organization,enhance farmers'quality,increase investment in agricultural infrastructure,and accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.

文摘The construction of sponge city, should effectively alleviate our country city water, strengthen the rainwater collection and utilization and transform urban development mode to the low impact development mode. In 2015, the pilot city of sponge city's construction has begun to take shape with the push of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the Peoples' Republic of China, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Water Resources. For the pilot cities, they should strengthen the performance evaluation process and play the leading role of the nation demonstration. Taking the aspects of sponge city project's management, runoff volume control into consideration, sponge city initially formed a set of scientific and objective evaluation index which is in order to reflect the effectiveness of Gui-An New Area's construction.What's more, through analyzing the sponge city's deficiency of the performance evaluation, I also carry out the work that need to put forward suggestions.

文摘The lack of descriptions regarding the order of precedence between the local laws of cities with subordinate districts and the regulations of provincial governments in Legislation Law of the People's Republic of China(Legislation Law) has led to two divergent views. One holds that "the local laws of cities with subordinate districts should take precedence over the regulations of provincial governments," while the other supports the exact opposite. This is a value judgment issue in legislation. To reach a solution, we need to clarify the premises based on the characteristics of the laws in question so that a basic common ground can be established for discussion. The first premise for traditional legislation is that a law should be based on experience as well as logic; the second is that the experience of authority subjects, plus the three aspects of logic should outweigh the experience of social subjects, plus the three aspects of logic. With respect to postmodern legislation, the first premise is that experience should override logic, and the second is that the experience of the authority subject should take precedence over that of social subject, with no requirements for logical consistency. Since Legislation Law fal s into the category of postmodern legislation, according to the premises, the argument that the local laws of cities with subordinate districts should take precedence enjoys wider acceptance, but the view is logically challenged in terms of conceptual consistency, system consistency and principle consistency. More studies must be conducted to facilitate the discussion.
