The newly-built local undergraduate colleges and universities positively respond to the call of national policy and successively joined the rank of transition to the application of technology-based development of university, in order to seek their own development path. Whether the transformation development work of secondary college can succeed or not directly decide whether the transformation work of the whole college can carry on smoothly or not. This essay, by establishing eighteen secondary indicators, investigates seven aspects of the newly-built local undergraduate colleges and universities secondary college transformation work, such as the general idea, specialty construction, talents training mode, teaching staff construction, integration of production with teaching, social services and quality assurance, hoping that it can play a reference to the work of other colleges and universities.

Effect of Pre-strain on the Transformation and Recovery Behaviours of a Ti_(44)Ni_(47)Nb_9 Shape Memory Alloy

The recovery strain, stress and transformation temperature of different pre-strained specimens of Ti44Ni47Nb9 were investigated by tensile test and electrical resistance measurement. The results indicated that pre-strain increases the reverse martensitic transformation temperature (A ' (s)) and hysteresis (A(s) - M-s). The recovery strain and stress are higher if the specimens are pre-strained between M-s and A(s) temperature than outside this temperature range. There exists an optimal pre-strain value, about 10%, at which the specimen exhibits maximum recovery strain and stress.

Three-dimensional transformation of magnetization direction and magnetic field component at low latitudes based on vertical relationship

The transformation of the magnetization direction and the magnetic fi eld component is one of the important methods in magnetic data processing and transformation,which can be conducted in both wavenumber and spatial domains.The transformation method in the wavenumber domain has simpler processing expression and higher processing effi ciency than in the spatial domain;however,they are unstable at low latitude.In this paper,the conclusion that the sum is 0 of two vertical magnetic fi eld components(magnetization inclinations are also perpendicular)in 2D is used for the 3D transformation of the magnetization direction and the magnetic field component.In addition,the transformation method at low latitudes based on vertical relationship(VMT)is proposed,which is an iterative algorithm that converts the transformation of the magnetization direction and the magnetic field component at the low latitude into the high latitude.This method restrains the instability of transformation of constant and variable magnetization direction and magnetic fi eld components in low latitudes.The accuracy,stability,and practicality are verifi ed from synthetic models and real data.

Immunotherapy for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN） has not yet reached clinical applicability, but seems sensible and shows promising preliminary results. One of the most promising forms of immunotherapy for CIN may currently be imiquimod, because of its established role in other human papillomavirus （HPV）-induced genital conditions, its promising treatment effcacy in high-grade CIN, and its off-label availability. Although imiquimod cannot yet replace the current gold standard treatment for CIN [ i.e. , large loop excision of the transformation zone （LLETZ）] in all patients, it may be considered in subgroups of patients; for example, young women who may wish to become pregnant in the future, or patients with recurrent CIN lesions in whom a second LLETZ is to be avoided. Immunotherapy of CIN could be extended to post-treatment vaccination, in order to prevent new HPV infections and disease recurrence.

circPTPN4 regulates myogenesis via the miR-499-3p/NAMPT axis

Background:Circular RNAs(circ RNAs)are a novel class of endogenous nc RNA,which widely exist in the transcriptomes of different species and tissues.Recent studies indicate important roles for circ RNAs in the regulation of gene expression by acting as competing endogenous RNAs(ce RNAs).However,the specific role of circ RNAs in myogenesis is still poorly understood.In this study,we attempted to systematically identify the circ RNAs involved in myogenesis and analyze the biological functions of circ RNAs in chicken skeletal muscle development.Results:In total,532 circ RNAs were identified as being differentially expressed between pectoralis major(PEM)and soleus(SOL)in 7-week-old Xinghua chicken.Among them,a novel circ RNA(novel_circ_002621),generated by PTPN4 gene,was named circ PTPN4 and identified.circ PTPN4 is highly expressed in skeletal muscle,and its expression level is upregulated during myoblast differentiation.circ PTPN4 facilitates the proliferation and differentiation of myoblast.Moreover,circ PTPN4 suppresses mitochondria biogenesis and activates fast-twitch muscle phenotype.Mechanistically,circ PTPN4 can function as a ce RNA to regulate NAMPT expression by sponging mi R-499-3p,thus participating in AMPK signaling.Conclusions:circ PTPN4 functions as a ce RNA to regulate NAMPT expression by sponging mi R-499-3p,thus promoting the proliferation and differentiation of myoblast,as well as activating fast-twitch muscle phenotype.

The evidence here provided shows that the thermodynamics of the second law, as currently understood, originated in a correction of the flaws affecting Clausius original work on this matter. The body of knowledge emerging from this correction has been here called post-Clausius’ thermodynamics. The said corrections, carried on with the intended goal of preserving the validity of Clausius’ main result, namely the law of increasing entropy, made use of a number of counterintuitive or logically at fault notions. A joint revision of Clausius’ and post-Clausius’ work on the second law, carried on retaining some of Clausius original notions, and disregarding others introduced by post-Clausius thermodynamics, led this author to results in direct contradiction to the law of increasing entropy. Among the key results coming out of this work we find the one stating that the total-entropy change for spontaneous thermodynamic processes is the result of the summation of the opposite-sign contributions coming from the entropic (energy degrading) and negentropic (energy upgrading) changes subsumed by any such process. These results also show, via the total-entropy change for a non-reversible heat engine, that negentropic thermodynamics subsumes post-Clausius thermodynamics as a special case.

It is pointed out in particular, that the transformation of streets should be based in the need, devel-opment potential, characteristics and specific role of the cities in order to enable the streets to be reconstructed incoordination with the transformation of the cities as a whole.
