First, its primary motivation is characterized with straight-forwardness; Next, its secondary motivations of the Chinese cuisine naming consisting of the initiator’s name, the animal’s name, the plant’s name, the verse’s name and the special meaning’s name. We should follow the principles of stability and consistency in cuisine naming and its translation.
