The Establishment of the Innovative and Practical Teaching Mode for Architecture Majors with the Help of “Schools-Enterprises-Governments-Research Institutions”

This paper focuses on the establishment of the teaching mode of innovative and practical architectural professionals, which is assisted by colleges and universities, enterprises, governments and research institutions. This paper believes that through the reform of the teaching mode, we can solve the problems such as the ivory-towered teaching of architecture in colleges and universities, the superficial teaching contents, inadequate teaching staff, students' poor innovation practice ability and tight professional funds. It is expected that this paper can provide assistance for architecture majors in the guidance of innovative ideas, the building of practical ability, and the establishment of knowledge system.

The Emergence of Modern Physics Research in China:The Yenching Department of Physics and the Rockefeller Foundation

Based on archival materials discovered in America,Britain,and China,this paper carefully examines the history of the short-lived and completely overlooked Department of Physics in the Premedical School of Peking Union Medical College(PUMC),and uncovers this department’s extensive interconnections with its counterpart at Yenching University.This project also looks into the Master of Science(MS)program in the Department of Physics at Yenching University,which,founded in 1927,was the first graduate program in physics in China.It was this MS program that transformed the Yenching Department from a largely premedical training center serving the PUMC into a prominent cradle of Chinese physics research.This Yenching Department,despite its small faculty and brief existence,nurtured many eminent Chinese physicists,such as Chao-Ying Meng孟昭英,Wen-Yu Chang张文裕,Ming-Chen Wang王明贞,Chia-Liu Luke Yuan袁家骝,Cheng-Shu Wang(Chang)王承书,Ho-Fu Lu卢鹤绂,Ting-Sui Ke葛庭燧,Kun Huang黄昆,and Chia-Lin Hsieh谢家麟.It would have been impossible to achieve these outstanding accomplishments without the effective leadership and pioneering work of C.H.Corbett,P.A.Anderson,Y.M.Hsieh,and W.Band—the first four Department Chairs—in combination with relatively abundant private funding,mostly from America,and extensive educational connections with Western institutions.This paper not only introduces in detail these four department heads and their contributions,but also discloses the unique role played by the Rockefeller Foundation via the China Medical Board and the PUMC in the development of the Yenching Department of Physics.

Industrial colleges are the connection point between higher vocational colleges and enterprises to carry out in-depth collaborative education.At present,there are three forms of industrial colleges:surface cooperative industrial college focusing on order cooperation,middle-level industrial college relying on industry development,and deep cooperative industrial college with integrated development.There are several common problems among the three forms of industrial colleges,such as vague positioning,unclear division of responsibilities and rights between both parties,and "free riding"at all levels.In order to establish symbiotic industrial colleges,there is a need to change the concept first,then establish and improve the system,and finally,establish a cross-border teacher pool.

Identifiability and Exploration of Artistic Design in Modern Cultures

As informatization becomes a common theme of global economic development,influence of informatization on the mode of existence and thinking was analyzed, and the shock it brought to artistic designs proposed.On this basis,the author put forward that modern designs have paid more and more attention on intangible designs,artistic designs should focus on the regularity and purposiveness,humanistic knowledge should be applied to express functional and spiritual elements under the premise of cultivating innovative consciousness and proficiency.In addition,it was stressed that in the information-based society,individuality of artistic design should always contribute to the improvement of lifestyle and living environment.

飞行员校企合作人才培养模式研究

随着中国“十四五”民用航空发展规划的提出,中国航空业引来了飞速发展的时期。但制约民航业发展的一个重要因素是飞行员的短缺,而飞行员短缺的根本原因是培养成本高、培养周期长。本文通过对国内外飞行员培养方式的分析比较,构建飞行员培养成本模型,计算飞行员培养成本,总结国内飞行员校企合作人才培养模式的优势与不足。针对目前飞行员培养环节中存在的多元化需求不足、实践风险问题以及培养过程中高成本问题等,提出相应的对策建议,以期提高飞行员的培养质量,助力中国航空业飞速发展。

Android开发课程教学改革探索

在Android操作系统日益流行的今天,社会对android应用开发人才的需求也越来越大,本文以我院软件工程专业Android应用开发系列课程为例,探索基于校企合作的课程教学改革,引入企业实际开发案例,采用学院教师和企业讲师联合教学的模式,从而更好地培养学生的开发能力和创新能力。

School-Enterprise Cooperation in Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program at UESTC

School of Information and Software Engineering at University of Electronic Science and Technology of China(abbreviated hereafter as "SISE") joined Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program launched by Ministry of Education of China in 2011. This paper discussed nine models of school-enterprise cooperation practiced at SISE since 2011. The school-enterprise cooperation model effectively broadens the students' horizons and improves the students' practical ability and has been recognized by academic circles.

Mode Innovation of School-Enterprise Cooperation on Food Safety Testing Laboratory Reform

In view of the difficulties about school-enterprise cooperation on food safety testing laboratory reform,the current training program,teaching methods and teaching forms are not suitable for the new platform.This paper provides new ideas and modes to solve these problems,such as integrating the resource elements between school and enterprise,establishing new platforms with the help of external force and innovating the cooperation modes to improve the laboratory,which can fully serve teaching,scientific research and enterprise production.

融合创新创业教育的Android移动应用开发课程教学改革

基于Android的移动应用开发是当前移动互联网开发领域的重要方向,产生了大量的创新应用和创业机会。传统Android移动应用开发课程的教学在培养学生企业级移动应用开发能力方面存在不足,也忽略了与创新创业教育的结合。本文提出了一种融合创新创业教育的Android移动应用开发课程的教学改革方法。通过校企合作,共建教学资源,融合移动互联网创新创业的典型案例,结合SPOC和翻转课堂教学方法,激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的实践能力和创新创业能力。

产教融合视域下应用型本科校企协同育人机制改革与实践

该文通过探索专业建设“双带头人”制、课程建设“双负责人制”、学生培养“双导师制”、教师培养“双考核制”,不断深化产教融合,做强校企合作特色,探索研究符合本校应用型本科人才培养模式的校企协同育人机制,提升企业方参与人才培养的积极性,培养适应新疆“八大产业集群”中煤炭煤电煤化工领域的高素质应用型人才,实现专业学科建设符合产业发展需求。

科教融汇视域下高职教育校企协同创新治理的逻辑与路径研究

教育、科技、人才“三位一体”重要论述为科教融汇视域下高职教育校企协同创新治理提供了政策基础与现实依据。高职教育校企协同创新实践中呈现出校企主体功能效益差异、管理权力运行向度单一、利益平衡机制缺失等问题表征,实际上是由于协同创新价值认同缺失、权力分配失衡、利益共享不均衡等治理不足所致。外溢性的公共价值达成、异质性的多元主体协同及柔性的网络化秩序建立共同构成了高职教育校企协同创新治理的逻辑。结合实践案例分析,校企协同创新治理现代化应通过建立“产科教”融合的治理价值理念、保障协同创新治理主体话语权、建立协同创新治理机制、构建基于自组织的协同创新场域等路径推进。

Office高级应用课程校企合作实验项目建设实践

通过分析高校文科专业Office高级应用课程设立的目标与当前课程实验项目改革的必要性,提出在课程实验教学环节采用校企合作模式进行相关建设,设计与企业实际办公应用相关的实验项目,革新实践教学内容与方法,完善师资队伍结构。由此培养学生综合应用Office办公组件解决实际问题的思维与设计能力,为学生胜任日后工作中的Office应用任务奠定基础。

校企合作模式下基于OBE理念的实践类课程设计

基于成果导向教育(OBE)的课程设计理念,设计了“智慧电力工程训练营”实践课程的整体教学模式。该课程通过与ABB集团合作的形式,构建了具有实际工程意义的综合设计内容,并按照反向设计原则,对各个知识点进行综合整理,设计出2周的课程教学结构和课堂教学模式,逐步实现学生的最终学习目标。在此基础上,通过教学评价体系综合评定每位学生的最终成绩。该课程的教学模式及其实施路径对于本科实践类课程设计具有较好的借鉴和推广价值。

基于微信小程序的“校企社”联动社区药学服务模式构建与应用

目的构建基于微信小程序的“校企社”联动社区药学服务模式,提档升级社区药学服务内容和服务方式,提升居民健康生活质量。方法围绕社区居民药学服务需求,整合学校、企业及社区药学资源,打造“药享健康”微信小程序,构建“线上+线下”社区药学服务模式。采用分类随机抽样,随机选取小程序用户为观察组,以线下药学服务结对帮扶社区居民为对照组,围绕用药健康知识掌握合格率、用药依从率、用药行为正确率3个方面进行干预效果比较。结果“药享健康”小程序由“药健康”“药温暖”“药安全”“个人信息”4个模块构成。基于“药享健康”小程序的“校企社”联动社区药学服务模式于2022年7月开始实践应用,小程序现有用户6185人,完成回收过期药品2732次,完成药学服务941次,完成咨询订单3354次。干预后,观察组居民的用药健康知识掌握合格率、用药完全依从率、用药行为正确率分别由干预前的33.53%、20.23%、49.71%提升至76.87%、46.26%、89.80%,且干预后的提升效果均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论该服务模式有效提升了社区药学服务质量,提高了社区居民用药健康意识,促进了居民用药规范化、合理化、安全化。

产业化工程型软件工程专业人才培养体系探索与构建

以大数据为引领的电子信息产业迅猛发展,但是现有的人才培养模式并不能完全对接市场需求,人才供需不平衡。为更好地服务区域经济和社会发展,聚焦产业发展,培养适应行业和企业需要的高水平工程应用型人才,与企业深度合作,发挥校企双方各自优势,探索形成六位一体的校企深度融合的产业化、实践型软件工程专业人才培养体系。在此体系下,形成较好的人才培养效果,形成一种可借鉴、可复制的面向本科层次的校企合作人才培养模式。

实施产教融合协同创新育人战略是国家发展新质生产力、化解创新型技能技术人才供需矛盾和解决产教融合运行机制不畅的必由之路。但其目前还存在产教融合协同机制缺乏创新、产教融合匹配产业需求的精准度低和“双师型”教师队伍质量有待提高等诸多困境。急需创新产教融合协同育人机制,提升协同治理能力;对接国家发展战略,提升产教融合匹配产业需求的精准度;推进“双师型”教师队伍质量建设,增强人才培养原动力。

随着我国市场经济快速发展,饲料企业竞争日益加剧,而培养复合型高质量人才是提高饲料企业社会竞争力的关键。因此,在产教融合视域下饲料企业与高职院校要结合企业发展需求和高职教学质量,利用现有企业资源和教学资源积极开展校企合作,实现人才培养优势互补,从多维的角度对学生进行培养,以满足饲料企业发展需要的创新型复合人才,培养学生职业技能和职业素养,促进饲料企业进一步发展。

基于“产学研用”融合的人才培养模式研究与实践——以辽宁工程技术大学机械类专业为例

产教融合、协同育人是应用创新型人才培养战略的重要内容和手段。在实施过程中,紧密围绕高校自身资源和条件,结合研究应用型大学培养目标,深度挖掘基于“产学研用”融合的校企合作人才培养模式和特色,多元化创新其在人才培养中的内涵和外延,促进高校、企业及科研机构的深度融合,发挥企业、大学科技园及孵化器的功能,促进校企双方的共同成长;依托高校教育基金会,探索成立企业-教育基金会“人才培养基金”,通过规范性的项目管理,提升学生科学素养和精准就业能力。通过人才培养模式的研究与实践,使其在振兴东北老工业基地和服务辽西北人才战略中,更好发挥应有作用。
