In recent years,with the complexity and variability of international finance,debt,and geopolitical risks,the growth rate of domestic economic operations has slowed down.More enterprise groups are facing the transformation and upgrading from domestic leadership to internationalization,achieving revenue growth of nearly 10 billion yuan per year against the trend.The severe and complex internal and external environment has brought many challenges to the supply chain for enterprises.This article focuses on the goal of an“enterprise supply chain system focusing on value creation,strengthening system linkage,and improving overall chain efficiency,”aiming to find solutions to problems such as strong demand variability,frequent emergency needs,coexistence of project shortages and inventory surplus,long material turnover cycles,and high organizational complexity.By searching for key activities in the entire business chain of demand,design,production,service,and finance,implementing source planning,process control,system linkage,analysis and summary,and team collaboration,we have achieved more scientific demand forecasting,more accurate planning,more effective procurement cost reduction,more stable production performance supply,more convenient inventory sharing services,and more efficient integration of business and financial policies. 展开更多

Empirical evidence of the effects of global value chain( GVC) embeddedness on clustered firms' innovation is presented in this paper. The intermediary roles of the two types of knowledge spillover( explicit and implicit) in GVC embeddedness and clustered firms' innovation are considered, and the effects of structure embeddedness,relationship embeddedness,and acknowledgement embeddedness on clustered firms' innovation are examined. Analysis is based on the sample of 134 export-oriented firms from the Shaoxing industrial cluster in Zhejiang province of China. Results show that although GVC embeddedness is associated with high use of external knowledge sources,clustered firms' innovation is promoted indirectly through explicit knowledge spillover. Intrinsic connections exist among the different dimensions of GVC embeddedness,that is,structure embeddedness not only directly improves relationship embeddedness but also indirectly improves acknowledgement embeddedness through relationship embeddedness. 展开更多

This work, through an empirical research (Jayaram, Kannan and Tan model), aims at analysing, at the same time, the effect of "structural mechanisms" and "relationships building" factors on the value creation process in the Supply Chain. The two factors have been chosen among others, as they have been considered able to improve the internal and external processes of the firm and the Supply Chain, and in consequence, able to influence the value creation process of the Supply Chain Management. The research has been directed to the chemical and pharmaceutical sector of the Southern Lazio (Italy) and a factorial analysis, using the software SPSS (16.0) which has been performed in order to verify the influence of these factors in value creation process of the Supply Chain The outcomes confirm the positive contribute in the value creation process for companies that take care of the relationships among the stakeholders in the management process of the supply chain (the "relationships building" factor) and, in parallel with the analysis of the same process, the secondary role of the "structural mechanisms" factor has been highlighted. 展开更多

In contrast to the previous studies of knowledge capital from the perspective of enterprises, this study discusses the employee knowledge capital formation mechanism in the supply chain using social network method from the perspective of social capital s~'ucture, taking individual employees as the study objects. 150 effective questionnaires of three groups were returned by multistage cluster sampling, and then they were analyzed through regression and the structural equation model. The results are as follows: (1) the acquisition of social capital and knowledge capital is affected by the network structure position of the employees in the supply chain; (2) the knowledge capital is affected by how much social capital the employees obtained in the supply chain; (3) social capital is an intermediary variable to affect the knowledge capital in the network structure. With the rising cost of labor factors in China,several multinational companies that rely on labor-intensive industries have withdrawn their production lines from China,which has had a huge impact on the development of Chinese enterprises.Under the guidance of national policies,many enterprises have begun to climb to the high end of the value chain.This paper analyzes the main function of value chain management by studying the composition of industry value chain management from the perspective of competitive strategy.In view of the lack of enterprise value chain management,this paper discusses from three aspects:product,technology,and price.Product homogeneity has been found to greatly reduce the market competitiveness of products,which is not conducive to the value-added and sustainable development of enterprises.Based on this,corresponding strategies have been proposed,in which enterprises should maximize the advantages of value chain management through scientific and efficient information management techniques. 展开更多

The ultimate goal is to transform these relationships into greater profitability by increasing repeat purchase rates and reducing customer acquisition costs. Customer relationship management (CRM) has a significant potential to leverage an organization's performance, but it does not come without a clear sense of destination and typically without pain. For the research methodology we use the database of customers of a Romanian accounting services company Vulpoi & Toader Management SRL, which is an important player in this market. This study aims to assess the small ruminant value chain in Al-Ruwaished District,Jordan,to identify the potential intervention areas that could improve the production efficiency and guarantee the sustainability of the small ruminant sector in this area.Sheep breeding is the source of livelihood for most of the people in Al-Ruwaished District,which is characterized by the large number of sheep and goats.We surveyed 5.0% of the small ruminant holders in the study area and conducted individual interviews and surveys with the potential actors in the value chain to undertake a small ruminant value chain analysis.From the survey,we found that the small ruminant value chain consists of five core functions,namely,input supply,production management,marketing,processing,and consumption.Despite the stable impression given by the large number of holdings in the small ruminant sector,the surveyed results show a clear fragility in the value chain of small ruminants in this area.The small ruminant production system is negatively impacted by climate change,especially continuous drought.In addition,the high prices of feed that the farmer cannot afford with clear and real absence of the governmental and non-governmental support activities also impact the development of the value chain.The results of strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats(SWOT)analysis reveal that the major constraints faced by this value chain could be divided into external and internal threats.Specifically,the most prominent external threats are the nature of the desert land and continuous drought,while the major internal threats are the absence of appropriate infrastructure,shortage of inputs,and weakness in the production management and marketing.We proposed solutions to these challenges to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of the sector,such as the formulation of emergency response plans to severe weather,qualifying farmers’skills,and establishment of agricultural cooperative societies. 展开更多

目的探讨围术期营养支持链式管理对胃癌患者术后营养状况及营养知信行水平的影响。方法将胃癌患者162例按住院时间分为对照组82例(2021年6—12月入院)、干预组80例(2022年1—6月入院)。对照组实施常规围术期营养管理,干预组实施营养支... 目的探讨围术期营养支持链式管理对胃癌患者术后营养状况及营养知信行水平的影响。方法将胃癌患者162例按住院时间分为对照组82例(2021年6—12月入院)、干预组80例(2022年1—6月入院)。对照组实施常规围术期营养管理,干预组实施营养支持链式管理,术后1个月比较2组患者的营养状况及营养知识知信行水平。结果干预组术后1个月总蛋白<60 g/L占比为5.00%,低于对照组的14.63%;干预组术后1个月白蛋白<35 g/L占比为3.75%,低于对照组的13.41%;干预组术后1个月体质量指数(BMI)正常范围者占比83.75%,高于对照组的59.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组术后1个月营养知识、支持态度、支持行为维度得分以及营养知信行总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围术期实施营养支持链式管理能有效增加患者营养摄取量,改善胃癌患者术后营养状况,提升患者营养知信行水平和生活质量。 展开更多

目的为助力医院高质量发展,构建一套高效能的医疗装备管理系统。方法使用波特价值链模型梳理医疗设备全生命周期管理的模块需求,运用B/S架构结合射频识别技术,采用JAVA开发工具和Oracle数据库,构建集“购+管+养+控”于一体的医疗设备全... 目的为助力医院高质量发展,构建一套高效能的医疗装备管理系统。方法使用波特价值链模型梳理医疗设备全生命周期管理的模块需求,运用B/S架构结合射频识别技术,采用JAVA开发工具和Oracle数据库,构建集“购+管+养+控”于一体的医疗设备全生命周期管理系统,实现设备的申请购置、档案管理、维护保养、质量控制等功能,并对其应用效果进行评价。结果系统应用后,设备申请购置的工作效率提升显著,用时缩短了75%;多项设备管理工作平均用时显著缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生命支持类设备维修率同比大幅下降;临床对软件的满意度较高,整体满意度在80%以上。结论医疗设备全生命周期管理系统的构建与实践提升了医疗设备管理效率,降低了运维成本,实现了医疗设备规范化、精细化和智能化管理,助力了医院的高质量发展。 展开更多
