Study on The Current Status and Progress of Clinical Application of Ciprofol

Ciprofol,as a new type of short-acting intravenous anesthetic drug,belongs to the category of gamma-aminobutyric acid(GABA)receptor agonists.Its unique chemical structure,through the introduction of the cyclopropyl group in the isopropyl side chain of propofol,constructs a new type of chiral molecule,which significantly enhances the spatial effect,and improves the affinity for GABA receptors.Its pharmacological properties are characterized by high potency,rapid onset of action,rapid recovery,low accumulation,and minimal adverse reactions.Therefore,it has a wide range of applications in various endoscopic diagnostic and therapeutic operations,ICU sedation,and general anesthesia.In this paper,the related knowledge of ciprofol and the development of clinical application research are comprehensively sorted out and synthesized,to provide a solid theoretical basis for the rational application of ciprofol in clinical practice.At the same time,the future research direction of ciprofol will also be prospected to provide valuable references for research in related fields.

Data analysis guidelines for single‑cell RNA‑seq in biomedical studies and clinical applications

The application of single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)in biomedical research has advanced our understanding of the pathogenesis of disease and provided valuable insights into new diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.With the expansion of capacity for high-throughput scRNA-seq,including clinical samples,the analysis of these huge volumes of data has become a daunting prospect for researchers entering this field.Here,we review the workflow for typical scRNA-seq data analysis,covering raw data processing and quality control,basic data analysis applicable for almost all scRNA-seq data sets,and advanced data analysis that should be tailored to specific scientific questions.While summarizing the current methods for each analysis step,we also provide an online repository of software and wrapped-up scripts to support the implementation.Recommendations and caveats are pointed out for some specific analysis tasks and approaches.We hope this resource will be helpful to researchers engaging with scRNA-seq,in particular for emerging clinical applications.

Clinical Application and Research Progress of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery in Perioperative Period of Advanced Gastric Cancer in the Elderly

Enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) has been used in various surgical professions in recent years and is widely accepted by doctors. This concept not only helps patients speed up postoperative recovery, reduce the incidence of related complications and shorten hospital stays, but also has been proved to be effective and safe in the perioperative application of gastric cancer. This article reviews the clinical application and research progress of enhanced recovery after surgery in the perioperative period of advanced gastric cancer in the elderly.

CLINICAL APPLICATION OF NEIGUAN (内关 PC 6) IN THE TREATMENT OF DISORDERS OF THE DIGESTIVE SYSTEM——THE RELATED RESEARCH PROGRESS

In the present paper, the authors review recent situations of clinical application of Neiguan (PC 6内关), etc. in the treatment of disorders of the digestive system and its related research progresses. In clinical practice, Neiguan (PC 6) is usually selected as one of the main acupoints to treat gastrointestinal reactions induced by ① nausea and vomiting, ② hiccup, ③ gastrointestinal dyskinesia, ④ gastritis, and ⑤ intra-gastric examination, cesarean section, etc. Concerning experimental studies, the effects of Neiguan (PC 6), etc. on ① gastric electrical activities, ② gastrointestinal motion, ③ gastrointestinal hormone secretion, and ④ gastric mucosal structure were observed. Results indicated that Neiguan (PC 6) is an important and effective acupoint for treatment of gastrointestinal disorders in clinic. Stimulation of Neiguan (PC 6) induced favorable regulation of both the peripheral nervous system and central nervous system, and changes of the gastrointestinal hormone secretion may contribute to its effects in treating various disorders.

Advances in the research of basic study and clinical application of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells

Since the discovery of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell (ADSC) in more than ten years, a great progress has been made from its basic research to clinical application. Compared with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, ADSC is more abundant in reserve, easier to obtain with fewer injuries and less complications. These cells have multiple differentiation potential and can differentiate into adipocytes, chondrocytes and osteoblasts with the influence of different inducing factors. Early studies of ADSC mainly focused on the ability of multi-directional differentiation, especially on the regeneration of bone defects and cartilage tissue. At present, the researches mainly focus on immunoregulation and paracrine function of ADSC. Although ADSC has made a great progress in clinical application, the cell preparation, use pattern, and mechanisms in clinical treatment are not clear. This paper elaborates on these issues.

Progress in Researches on the Pharmaceutical Mechanism and Clinical Application of Ginkgo Biloba Extract on Various Kinds of Diseases

Progress made over the pharmaceutical mechanism and clinical application of Ginkgo Biloba extract （GBE） on various kinds of diseases were reviewed in this paper. The effective elements con- tained in GBE are mainly kinds of Ginkgo flavonoid and Ginkgolide, which have marked protective effects on cardio-cerebral vascular and central nerve systems. In clinical practice, it is applied mostly in treatment of cardio-cerebral vascular diseases. Also it shows apparent effects in the treatment processes of some other diseases as an adjuvant, and therefore, has been gradually accepted by the medical circle in the world, proving to be a medicine of wide prospect in development and application.

Meeting Report for the UCLA Center for East-West Medicine 2006 Annual Conference:Integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine——Research and Clinical Applications

This is the meeting report for the 2006 UCLA Center for East-West Medicine （CEWM） annual conference held at the UCLA Jules Stein auditorium on Saturday, October 28th. The event began with registration and a continental breakfast that allowed participants the opportunity to meet one another and discuss their experiences with integrative medicine. After the guests had checked-in and settled into the auditorium, Dr. Ka-Kit Hui, the Wallis Annenberg Professor in Integrative East West Medicine and the Founder and Director of the UCLA Center for East-West Medicine, introduced Dr. Alan Fogelman, Executive Chairman of the Department of Medicine, who gave opening remarks. Dr. Fogelman welcomed the audience, particularly the Center＇s distinguished guest - Professor Keji Chen, the Center＇s visiting professor of integrative medicine from China, emphasizing the importance of integrative medicine and praising the Center＇s leadership role in this field. Then Dr. Hui briefly introduced the audience to the field of integrative medicine, and discussed his own experience with integrative medicine and the history of the CEWM.

Clinical Study of Acupoint Application of Jiezi Fangxiao Ointment Combined with Pingchuan Prescription in the Treatment of Pediatric Asthma

[Objectives]To study the clinical effect of Acupoint Application of Jiezi Fangxiao Ointment combined with Pingchuan Prescription in the treatment of pediatric asthma.[Methods]A total of 40 children with asthma admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from July 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into control group and observation group according to random classification method,with 20 cases in each group.Among which the control group was given routine symptomatic treatment,the observation group was treated with Acupoint Application of Jiezi Fangxiao Ointment combined with Pingchuan Prescription on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy was observed and the changes of traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),maximum expiratory flow(PEF),forced vital capacity(FVC),peripheral blood eosinophils(EOS)and interleukin-17(IL-17)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.[Results]After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)scores such as asthma,cough,expectoration,chest tightness,dyspnea and wheezing sound of lungs in the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvement in the observation group was superior to that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).FEV1,PEF and FVC in the two groups were significantly improved after treatment,and the improvement in the observation group was superior to that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of EOS and IL-17 decreased in both groups,and the improvement in the observation group was superior to that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusions]The clinical effects of Acupoint Application of Jiezi Fangxiao Ointment combined with Pingchuan Prescription in the treatment of infantile asthma were obvious,which can significantly improve the TCM symptoms scores,pulmonary function and immune function of patients.

虚拟教研室研究评述:现状与反思

自教育部发布首批虚拟教研室建设名单以来,虚拟教研室引起了国内教育界的高度关注,已成为高等教育研究领域的热点,有必要及时梳理研究现状,总结经验,发现问题。本文采用文献计量方法,以中国知网CNKI收录的核心期刊为数据来源,从发文期刊和数量、发文作者及机构分布、高被引论文、研究主题和热点、发展趋势等维度,定量分析国内虚拟教研室研究的现状和特征,并提出构建中国特色理论,加强核心要素实证研究以及跨机构合作研究的建议。

大黄[庶虫]虫丸临床应用及实验研究进展

大黄[庶虫]虫丸为张仲景治疗虚劳干血的有效方剂。该方是在抵挡汤的基础上加苦杏仁、黄芩、地黄、白芍等8味中药组成,具有活血破瘀、缓中补虚之功,即峻药丸服,以缓攻瘀血,瘀血去则新血生,最终达扶正不留瘀、祛瘀不伤正的目的。适用于虚劳后期、因虚致瘀之证,故此方兼具扶正与祛邪双重功效。临床运用方面,单用大黄[庶虫]虫丸治疗相关疾病的报道偏少,多以其加减方或联合其他方剂或联合西药,治疗肝、心、肺、肾、妇科、男科等各类疾病。实验研究方面,大黄[庶虫]虫丸具有抗炎、抗纤维化,改善血糖、改善血脂、改善血管功能,改善微循环等作用,多针对某一具体疾病探讨其作用、机制,故其物质基础研究相对薄弱。通过查阅近10年大黄[庶虫]虫丸临床应用及实验研究情况,对其临床应用及实验研究进展进行归纳总结,为大黄[庶虫]虫丸深入研究、运用提供参考。

中医特色疗法在肝硬化腹水防治中的应用及机制研究进展

肝硬化腹水是肝硬化失代偿期最常见的并发症之一,也是疾病进展的重要标志。目前西医对此尚无特效的治疗方法,而中医特色疗法在本病治疗或辅助治疗中具有确切的疗效。通过总结近10年来中医特色疗法在肝硬化腹水中的应用和作用机制研究,指出目前临床应用和机制研究中存在的问题,为进一步临床应用和机制研究提供思路和方向。

牛白藤化学成分、药理作用及临床应用研究

牛白藤[Hedyotis hedyotidea(DC.)Merr.]为茜草科耳草属干燥全草,在我国广西、广东、福建、台湾地区、贵州、云南等地广泛分布,资源丰富。现代研究表明,牛白藤中含有萜类、甾体类、香豆素类、木脂素类等化合物,具有镇痛、抗肿瘤、抗菌消炎、抗白血病效应等作用。目前,牛白藤的药理活性研究大多以萜类为主,但是相关的药理机制研究较少。因此,本文对牛白藤的化学成分与药理作用及临床应用研究进行归纳总结,为今后对牛白藤的开发利用提供理论参考。

近五年地榆的药理作用机制研究进展

传统中药地榆具有凉血止血、解毒敛疮的功效。现代研究对地榆的止血凝血作用、抗氧化作用、抗过敏作用、抗炎作用、抗菌作用、抗肿瘤作用、肾保护作用、升高白细胞作用等药理机制进行了广泛研究,机制明确。其中止血凝血作用机制是通过作用凝血酶及促进巨核细胞分化和血小板生成;抗氧化作用机制是上调抗氧化酶表达和清除氧自由基;抗过敏作用机制是抑制β-己糖氨酶和白介素-4的产生、释放或促进血红素加氧酶-1表达及激活;抗炎作用机制与巨噬细胞极化、聚集和迁移、脂质代谢、改善肠道菌群失调、信号传导与转录激活因子1及细胞外调节蛋白激酶激活、自噬、核因子κB/含pyrin结构域NOD样受体家族3、Toll样受体4/核因子κB、磷酯酰肌醇-3-激酶—丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶/核因子κB/信号转导与转录激活因子3信号通路等相关;抗菌作用机制破坏细菌细胞壁、细胞膜结构和内部微观结构、干扰细菌总蛋白的合成、降低细胞膜流动性及改变代谢通路等相关基因表达,或抑制青霉素结合蛋白2a表达和mecA基因表达;抗肿瘤作用机制与血管内皮生长因子/磷酯酰肌醇-3-激酶—丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶/雷帕霉素靶蛋白、表皮生长因子受体/丝裂原活化蛋白激酶表皮生长因子受体/磷酯酰肌醇-3-激酶—丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶/核因子κB、缺氧诱导因子1、丝裂原化蛋白激酶、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶、肾素—血管紧张素/丝裂原活化的细胞外信号调节激酶/细胞外调节蛋白激酶、Wnt、自噬等信号通路及脂质磷酸酶活性相关;肾保护作用机制是抗氧化、抗炎、抗脂质过氧化、抑制肾小管上皮细胞的增殖;升高白细胞作用机制与自噬、造血系统相关通路和相关基因、造血生长因子等表达、糖代谢、氨基酸和核苷酸代谢的途径相关。在临床上用于消化道出血等出血症、过敏性紫癜及急性湿疹、烧烫伤、痤疮及压疮、急慢性肾小球肾炎等,且地榆制剂地榆升白片常用于白细胞减少症,临床效果明确,表明应用现代科学技术促进了传统中药地榆临床应用。本文对地榆的药理作用机制研究进行综述,为地榆的研究及临床应用提供参考。

矿物类中药治疗失眠的药理作用及临床应用研究进展

矿物类中药发挥重镇安神作用治疗失眠时疗效显著,通过检索相关著作和文献,发现治疗失眠的矿物药共16种。临床常用于治疗围绝经期失眠、糖尿病相关失眠、抑郁性失眠,顽固性失眠等多种形式引起的慢性失眠。主要通过调节神经递质的异常表达,减少炎性因子、氧化应激因子的释放,下调下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺(HPA)轴激素的分泌,延长慢波和快速动眼睡眠期等发挥治疗作用。现对矿物药的药理研究及临床应用进展作一综述,以期为矿物药在治疗失眠方面的开发与利用提供参考。

蒙药乌兰—13味汤方源考证及研究概况

蒙药乌兰—13味汤(WL—13)最早记载于《通瓦嘎吉德》,之后收录于1998年版《中华人民共和国卫生部药品标准》(蒙药分册)中。WL—13由栀子、诃子、川楝子、土木香、山柰、悬钩木、苦参、茜草、紫草、紫草茸、枇杷叶、金莲花、橡子等13种单味药材配伍组成,具有清血热的功效,主治血热盛行、头痛、目赤、高血压、成熟热与未成熟热、感冒、白脉病、肺热、鼻出血、皮疹、中暑、风湿、类风湿等诸疾,具有良好的潜在研究价值。本综述探析了WL—13的历史沿革、方解、临床应用及实验研究进展,以期为该药的现代化研究提供理论支撑。

搭建阅读推广理论与实践的桥梁——第三届阅读推广理论研讨会述评

以“理论和实践互融互通视角下的阅读推广研究”为主题的第三届阅读推广理论研讨会2023年11月在桂林举办。与会专家围绕阅读推广理论体系构建、阅读推广理论研究方法论、阅读推广理论研究在实践中的应用等问题进行了专题研讨,形成了诸多共识。本文梳理了此次会议上专家发言的要点和与会者讨论的亮点,以期对阅读推广理论和实践的融通发展提供参考。

心血管疾病是严重危害人类健康的疾病之一,目前在我国患病率日益增加,给家庭与社会带来了沉重负担。枳实薤白桂枝汤为治疗“胸痹心痛”的经典名方之一,全方共奏通阳散结、祛痰下气之效。研究发现,枳实薤白桂枝汤治疗心血管疾病临床疗效显著,且该方可通过多靶点、多机制协同作用干预心血管疾病的发生与发展,发挥保护心肌细胞、改善心肌细胞功能等作用。本文就近几年枳实薤白桂枝汤对心血管疾病的临床研究与作用机制进行梳理,为推进枳实薤白桂枝汤的临床应用提供可靠依据。
