Chinese Antarctic astronomy has begun to flourish in recent years, and it is an urgent need in basic astronomical work to measure and analyze the optical turbulence spatiotemporal distribution in the Antarctic region. We analyzed turbulence data measured by a mobile atmospheric parameter measurement system from 30 December 2013 to 10 February 2014 at Antarctic Taishan Station. Because there is a discrepancy between the refractive index structure constant Cn2 measured by an ultrasonic anemometer with a single-point temperature structure function method and by micro-thermometer, a new method to measure C,2 with a temperature spectrum method is proposed herein. Through comparing long-term continuous Cn2 data derived from ultrasonic anemometer with those via the new method and micro-thermometer, trend, magnitude and measured weak turbulence of-2× 10-16m-2/3 are generally satisfactory. The reason for the discrepancy in Cn2 measurement between the ultrasonic anemometer with the old method and micro-thermometer is investigated.展开更多

He called it as "local resonance". Also this "Non full resonance" phenomenon was discovered in the ultrasonic drilling and the ultrasonic honing system later. To its mechanism, professor Fang thought that the coupling of long-thin tool bar and driving system is weak, so the tool bar can vibrate independently, but the quantitative relation between the coupling factor and diameter ratio is not made certain. Then several theories come forth to interpret it but still haven’t a common conclusion. Through the systematic experimental and theoretical research, this paper reveals that the "local resonance" phenomenon of ultrasonic honing system has the same essence with the "local resonance" phenomenon in deep hole machining system: when the section area ratio of tool bar and driving system is small enough, some resonance frequencies of combined system are close to the resonance frequencies of "fixed-free" state tool bar, the combined system is still resonant. According to the given depth of hole and structure size, we can use the transfer matrix deduced in this paper to design flexible bar and oilstone seat not only satisfying mechanical structure size but also achieving enough magnitude. It greatly simplified the design. This new method can be named as "local resonance" design method for ultrasonic honing system. The experiment, deduction and design method have a certain common meaning to the study and design of other ultrasonic system.展开更多

The samples were characterized by various means such as nitrogen adsorption/desorption, X-ray diffraction(XRD), Htemperature-programmed reduction(H-TPR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). Results showed that the modified catalyst had the mesoporous structure, comparatively higher amount of surface oxygen and larger oxygen vacancies than others. As a result of the structure and surface composition merits, a high methane combustion conversion(50%) could be obtained at a low temperature of 262 °C for the modified CoO/CeOcomposites catalysts. The experimental results demonstrated that ultrasonic impregnation treatment combined with the Nthermal treatment prior to calcination in air had a promising application for preparation of CoO/CeOcomposites catalysts for low-temperature catalytic combustion of methane.展开更多

文摘The energy conversion during ultrasonic plastic welding is analyzed on the basis of the theory of vis- coelastic mechanics,.The temperature field and the temperature change of the ABS specimen with ener- gy director during ultrasonic welding is simulated with finite element method(FEM). In the simu- lation process, the melting of the energy energy is also considered. The calculation results are in good agreement with the temperature measurement results, which proves that the simulation results are reli- able.

文摘Ultrasonic fracturing(UF)can be used to form crack networks for oil or gas in the mining industry and hard rock excavation. In this paper, the three-dimensional internal laser-engraved crack method(3DILC)is introduced to make penny-shaped internal crack within the samples without any damage to the surfaces.Physical experiments were performed on the transparent samples with internal cracks at different depths. The macro-and micro-fracture fractography characteristics were focused on and analyzed in details.Based on fractography, the mechanisms of the UF were revealed. The propagation paths of cracks of different depths were simulated based on the Paris fatigue model and compared with experimental results. The results show that the 3D-ILC method is a powerful tool for the experimental research on the internal crack propagation in the UF.Under the action of ultrasonic field, fractography shows the characteristics of beach marks,lance-like pattern,rime-like pattern and glass powder. It can be judged that the mechanisms of UF include high cycle fatigue fracture, shear fracture, and friction. The results of the numerical simulation using the Paris fatigue model are consistent with the experimental results.

文摘A high-precision evaluation of ultrasonic detection sensitivity for a micro-crack can be restricted by a corroded rough surface when the surface microtopography is of the same order of magnitude as the crack depth. In this study,a back-surface micro-crack is considered as a research target.A roughness-modified ultrasonic testing model for micro-cracks is established based on a multi-Gaussian beam model and the principle of phase-screen approximation. The echo signals of micro-cracks and noises corresponding to different rough front surfaces and rough back surfaces are obtained based on a reference reflector signal acquired from a two-dimensional simulation model.Further compari-son between the analytical and numerical models shows that the responses of micro-cracks under the effects of dif-ferent corroded rough surfaces can be accurately predicted. The numerical and analytical results show that the echo signal amplitude of the micro-crack decreases significantly with an increase in roughness, whereas the noise ampli-tude slightly increases. Moreover, the effect of the rough front surface on the echo signal of the micro-crack is greater than that of the rough back surface. When the root-mean-square(RMS)height of the surface microtopography is less than 15μm,the two rough surfaces have less influence on the echo signals detected by a focused transducer with a frequency of 5 MHz and diameter of 6 mm.A method for predicting and evaluating the detection accuracy of micro-cracks under different rough surfaces is proposed by combining the theoretical model and a finite element simulation. Then,a series of rough surface samples containing different micro-cracks are fabricated to experimentally validate the evaluation method.
文摘In 1982, Professor Fang Guoliang found the "Non full resonance" phenomenon in a tool system while he use the thin-long tool ultrasonically machining deep-small hole. The experiment, deduction and design method have a certain common meaning to the study and design of other ultrasonic system.
文摘CoO/CeOcomposites with high surface areas and ultrafine crystalline sizes for catalytic combustion of methane were firstly prepared by a new sol-gel method which combined ultrasonic impregnation treatment and calcination in Natmosphere. The experimental results demonstrated that ultrasonic impregnation treatment combined with the Nthermal treatment prior to calcination in air had a promising application for preparation of CoO/CeOcomposites catalysts for low-temperature catalytic combustion of methane.

文摘[Objectives] The research aimed to explore extraction method of Oenanthe benghalensis polysaccharide, and determine the optimal process of its ultrasonic extraction by orthogonal test. [Methods] Phenol-sulfuric acid method was used to determine polysaccharide's content. Based on single-factor experiment and orthogonal test, the influences of solid-liquid ratio( A),ultrasonic extraction temperature( B),ultrasonic power( C) and ultrasonic time( D) on extraction rate of O. benghalensis polysaccharide were studied, and the optimal process of ultrasonic extraction was selected. [Results] The influence order of solid-liquid ratio( A),ultrasonic extraction temperature( B),ultrasonic power( C) and ultrasonic time( D) on extraction rate of O. benghalensis polysaccharide was A > D > B > C. Via the orthogonal test,it was determined that the optimal extraction condition of O. benghalensis polysaccharide was as below: solid-liquid ratio 1∶ 25( g/mL),extraction temperature 60℃,extraction power 80 W,extraction time 40 min. Under the condition, extraction rate of O. benghalensis polysaccharide was9. 80%. [Conclusions] The process could provide the reference basis for extracting and producing O. benghalensis polysaccharides.

文摘Control model of ultrasonic motor is the foundation for high control performance. The frequency of driving voltage is commonly used as control variable in the speed control system of ultrasonic motor.Speed control model with the input frequency can significantly improve speed control performance.Step response of rotating speed is tested. Then, the transfer function model is identified through characteristic point method.Considering time-varying characteristics of the model parameters, the variables are fitted with frequency and speed as the independent variables, and the variable model of ultrasonic motor system is obtained, with consideration of the nonlinearity of ultrasonic motor system. The proposed model can be used in the design and analysis of the speed control system in ultrasonic motor.
