Study on Task Assignment of Two-stage Multi-service Capability Port Logistics Service Providers

This paper mainly studies the problem of multi-task assignment of providers in port logistics service supply chain.As a core enterprise,port plays the role of logistics service integrator.With the continuous development of industrial integration,logistics service providers not only provide one kind of logistics service,but also develop into composite suppliers who capable of providing a variety of logistics services.This paper studies the task assignment problem of multi-service capability providers in the port logistics service supply chain.The two-stage logistics service provider task assignment model was built,which is based on the mixed evaluation method(including MOORA and FMEA)and the multi-objective planning method.Eventually,the effectiveness of the model method was verified by combining with an example.

Survival Analysis of Logistics Service Providers: An Empirical Study of Chengdu, Area in China

This paper worked on a sample of 6791 logistics establishments registered in Chengdu, China over the period 1984-2016 to understand the survival status of logistics service providers (LSPs) by non-parametric Kaplan-Meier estimation, together with Cox proportional hazard regression model, to identify factors affecting the failure of LSPs. In particular, it studies the interaction effect between LSPs’ size and entry timing and location. The empirical results show that: 1) Regarding the survival time, 1365 of the 6791 sample LSPs exited from the market by 2017. The exit rate is 20.1%, and the average life of the 6791 LSPs is about 6 years. 2) The survival of LSPs depends on their typology, ownership structure. And there is no significant difference in the probability of survival for both independent LSPs and logistics branches after controlling the effects of other variables. 3) Location and entry timing also play an important role in the survival of small-scale LSPs, but these factors cannot explain large-scale LSPs’ failure.

Selecting a Strategic Logistics Service Provider for Subsea Engineering Companies on the Tweneboa, Enyenra and Ntomme （TEN） Project in Ghana

The research dealt with assessment of logistics service providers＇ capabilities in SECs （supporting subsea engineering companies） on the Tweneboa, Enyenra and Ntomme （TEN） project in Ghana. SECs need logistics service providers who offer consolidated services for project optimization and fulfillment of local content requirements of the project. Relevant Staffof7 SECs and 10 logistics service providers in Ghana formed part of the target group. The weighted scoring model was used in selecting a logistics service provider based on certain criteria. The selection criteria included Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental （QHSE） policies [Q], Compliance to regulations （GRA, Work permit, petroleum regulation） [C], Delivery of goods on time and response rate to deliver [D], Vessel, Cargo attendance and transportation （sea freight and air freight） [V], and Logistics （Personal logistics and Logistics base facilities） [L]. The study concluded Consolidated Shipping Agency （Conship） was the best Logistics Service Provider to offer the best consolidated services for project optimization under the TEN project.

Hybrid Intelligent Approach for the Selection of Third-Party Reverse Logistics Provider under Uncertainty

A hybrid intelligent approach is proposed to help the decision maker to select the appropriate third-party reverse logistics provider. The following process is included: firstly,the evaluation team is established to determine the selection criteria and evaluate them by triangular fuzzy numbers; secondly,calculate the weight of criteria by the proposed hybrid algorithm integrating particle swarm optimization( PSO) and simulated annealing( SA); then, the performance evaluation for each supplier is predicted by the proposed self-feedback neural network( SFBNN) based on the historical data. A numerical example is also presented to interpret the methodology above.

Survey of Sustainable Logistics Services via Text Mining

Environmental sustainability has recently become more and more of a concern in logistics service industry. Although studies on sustainable initiatives among logistics service providers (LSP) have been increasing in the extant literature, still little investigation has been performed between LSPs and shippers. The present paper aims to demonstrate award-gained sustainable logistics service initiatives implemented during the period 2006-2017 in Japan. Different with questionnaire- and interview-based studies employed in literature, we use text mining technique to explore the co-occurring links of data, i.e. connections of the practices, to present the collaborative sustainability actions carried out through providing and requiring logistics services. In contrast to the research regarding green supply chain management focused on manufacturing perspective, this study is positioned in the dual sides of consignors and logistics business operators, to depict their combined effort in achieving sustainability goals. The results of the study showed that text mining technique is useful for summarizing and presenting data in this research area. However, much remains to be learned about how to deal with the data more means-end logically for revealing more indirect associations between the data.

Improving Value Chain Through Efficient Port Logistics

Emerging as a dynamic economy in the South East Asia, Vietnam, the 151 st WTO member has to improve export goods value chain to create sustainable competitive advantage. Nowadays, Vietnam port-logistics sector has been becoming one of the most important service industries that contribute intensively to create value for Vietnam export goods in global market. This paper discusses one of the contemporary challenging issues for Vietnam--how to improve value chain through efficient port logistics. The objective of this research is to review literature issue of value chain, analyse the situation of Vietnam logistics sector, especially in port logistics and provide some recommendations to improve value chain of Vietnam export goods. The surveyed issues of both sides of logistics service providers （LSPs） and beneficial cargo owners （BCOs） will be taken into consideration. Based on the findings result, some actions are suggested to the government and local logistics service providers to make necessary decisions and solutions to improve value chain of Vietnam export goods through efficient port logistics.

The role of an integrated logistics and procurement service offered by a 3PL firm in supply chain

As an integrated part in supply chain,third-party logistics(3PL)has intrinsic connections with upstream manufacturer and downstream retailer.Using a Stackelberg game model consisting of a manufacturer,a retailer and a 3PL to explicitly capture the interaction of firms’operations decisions,this paper attempts to better understand the role of integrated logistics and procurement service(ILPS)provided by a 3PL firm in supply chain management.Compared with a supply chain without ILPS,a Pareto region,in which all the supply chain members benefit from working with a 3PL firm offering ILPS,is disclosed.We also show that the Pareto region is more likely to occur with higher demand uncertainty.Finally,we reveal that the manufacturer obtains the highest profit in the Pareto region,and that the retailer can improve his profit share as the standard deviation of demand increases.

LSSC内物流服务集成商管理策略对提供商安全生产行为的影响研究

考虑由“功能型物流服务提供商—物流服务集成商—客户”构成的物流服务供应链(Logistics Service Supply Chain, LSSC),针对链内提供商安全生产问题的动态性与复杂性,探究集成商不同管理策略对提供商安全生产行为的影响。采用计算实验方法,抽象模拟出二者在选择与合作阶段的交互活动,分别进行集成商订单配置决策中安全因素权重、安全生产考评标准、安全风险抵押金对提供商安全生产行为的影响实验。研究结果表明:在客户具有安全偏好情况下,集成商通过合理的订单配置决策可实现提供商安全生产水平与自身收益的协同提升;当安全生产考评标准超过提供商可接受阈值时,其安全生产水平反而将会降低;收取安全风险抵押金可使提供商安全生产水平有所提高,但效果有限。

竞合视阈下众包物流定价决策研究

众包物流服务的定价在其未来发展运营中有着极大的影响。文章基于双边市场理论,以众包物流平台与物流服务供应方利润最大化为目标,考虑二者竞争与合作的情况,构建物流服务需求方的效用函数,众包物流平台与物流服务供应方的利润函数,以此为基础探讨了竞合视阈下众包物流服务定价决策模型。研究发现:需求方的组间网络外部性影响平台与供应方的定价及利润;在合作决策情况下,平台对需求方收取注册费升高,利润降低;供应方对物流运输服务费定价降低,利润升高,二者总体利润增加。

基于组合赋权的冷链物流服务提供商选择

为科学合理地选择冷链物流服务提供商,基于冷链物流的特点,从企业素质、物流信息技术、物流作业能力和物流服务质量等4个方面构建评价指标体系。针对指标的不确定性和难以量化的特点,采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方式,并引入精确数、区间数和语义模糊数等多种量化处理方法。通过直觉模糊层次分析法和熵权法组合赋权,客观、合理地计算指标权重,计算结果表明服务成本、生鲜品损耗率和冷藏车保有量等指标是生鲜企业比较关注的影响因素。对6个冷链物流服务提供商运用逼近理想解排序法(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution,TOPSIS)进行评估,筛选出最优的冷链物流服务提供商,并且通过比较分析验证了本文方法的合理性和有效性,为生鲜企业的决策提供科学参考。

基于粗糙PSO-BP神经网络的冷链物流服务商选择研究

首先,本文分析冷链物流市场现状及问题,并指出选取合适的冷链物流服务商对保障货物质量和客户满意度具有重要作用。其次,介绍BP神经网络和PSO算法的基本原理及其应用,并探讨基于粗糙集理论的特征选择方法。再次,基于粗糙PSO-BP神经网络的冷链物流服务商选择模型,本文详细介绍了模型的框架、流程和各个模块的实现方法。最后,本文进行实验设计和分析,评估了模型的性能,并与其他方法进行比较和讨论。实验结果表明,该模型在选取冷链物流服务商方面具有较高的准确性和预测能力。

考虑物流服务商参与的三级供应链应急协调机制研究

当突发事件引起市场需求变化,以及价格波动时,利用物流服务商和供应商的共享契约(成本共担-收益共享)和供应商与零售商的数量折扣契约可实现含有物流服务商的三级供应链的协调。建立随机价格和稳定价格条件下的多契约三级供应链协调模型,对物流服务商的协调因子和供应商的批发价格进行恰当的调整后,多契约策略能够协调三级应急供应链,并通过数值仿真对该策略进行了验证。

Towards Developing Privacy-Preserved Data Security Approach(PP-DSA)in Cloud Computing Environment

In the present scenario of rapid growth in cloud computing models,several companies and users started to share their data on cloud servers.However,when the model is not completely trusted,the data owners face several security-related problems,such as user privacy breaches,data disclosure,data corruption,and so on,during the process of data outsourcing.For addressing and handling the security-related issues on Cloud,several models were proposed.With that concern,this paper develops a Privacy-Preserved Data Security Approach(PP-DSA)to provide the data security and data integrity for the out-sourcing data in Cloud Environment.Privacy preservation is ensured in this work with the Efficient Authentication Technique(EAT)using the Group Signature method that is applied with Third-Party Auditor(TPA).The role of the auditor is to secure the data and guarantee shared data integrity.Additionally,the Cloud Service Provider(CSP)and Data User(DU)can also be the attackers that are to be handled with the EAT.Here,the major objective of the work is to enhance cloud security and thereby,increase Quality of Service(QoS).The results are evaluated based on the model effectiveness,security,and reliability and show that the proposed model provides better results than existing works.

基于联邦学习的电子商务企业物流服务商选择研究

在电子商务活动中,物流服务商的选择往往是凭借主观经验加以判断,缺乏科学性。为帮助电子商务企业科学地选择适合本企业的物流服务商,文章从物流数据分布式存储的环境下,构建了一种基于联邦学习的物流服务商选择层次化架构。针对物流数据差异化问题提出了一种训练数据标准化处理方法,同时采用差分隐私算法改进模型,提高了模型的训练效率。最后,通过仿真实验验证了该方法的安全性和可行性。

生鲜农产品企业第三方冷链物流服务商选择研究

随着市场竞争日趋激烈,物流外包已经成为企业提高核心竞争力、降低成本的重要手段之一。文中首先从生鲜农产品与冷链物流的密切关系出发,构建适合生鲜农产品企业选择第三方冷链物流服务商的评价指标体系;其次,运用改进层次分析法测算出包括5个一级指标和18个二级指标的权重;最后,以食行生鲜企业为例,结合模糊综合评价法选择出最优的第三方冷链物流服务提供商,从而形成系统的第三方冷链物流服务商的评价选择模型,为生鲜农产品企业作出选择决策提供参考意义。

基于物流费用分摊比例的闭环供应链模型

家电零售商为制造商提供丰富的销售渠道之时,也给制造商带来大量具有盘剥性质的费用成本.针对这一现象,将第三方物流服务商引入到闭环供应链系统中来,通过分析正向和逆向物流费用在制造商和零售商之间的分担比例,发现零售商承担的正向或逆向物流费用比例越大,则供应链节点企业的利润均会得到提高,从而通过设置合理的分摊比例,可以达到优化供应链的目的.另外进一步分析了非合作博弈下的外包策略及步骤,发现运用物流费用分摊比例的大小可以进行外包决策;在合作决策下,为了避免合作失败的风险,运用不对称的NASH协商模型设计了供应链系统的利益分配方法及步骤,最后通过数值算例进一步加以说明.

考虑保鲜努力的生鲜农产品零售商与物流服务商的协调合同

物流服务商提高生鲜农产品的保鲜努力水平会对零售商的利润产生重要影响。一般的物流合同不能有效鼓励物流服务商提高生鲜农产品的保鲜努力水平。为此,本文建立了一种成本分担与收入共享合同。该合同在不损害物流服务商利益的前提下,使物流服务商提高保鲜努力水平;同时,零售商分担部分保鲜努力成本,并分享部分销售收入给物流服务商。研究结果表明,这一合同可形成一种有效的内在激励机制,提高物流服务商对生鲜农产品的保鲜努力水平,最终实现系统利润的最大化、双方的共赢。

模糊综合评价法选择物流服务供应商

合理实用的评价方法是选择适合企业自身需要的物流服务供应商的前提.通过对物流服务要求的各种因素分析,建立了比较全面的综合评价指标体系,通过模糊综合评价方法对其进行评价.以实际中某一生产企业对物流服务供应商的选择为例,说明了该方法的应用.

中国网购中物流服务质量评价的实证研究

中国市场日益兴盛的网络购物,凸显出电子商务活动中鼠标加水泥的应用特征,其表现仰赖业务环节中各个部分协调一致的发展支持,而物流环节在其中扮演着关键作用。基于传统的服务质量概念和物流服务质量评价维度,通过实证研究来进一步理解物流在中国网购业务发展中的短板问题,在顾客视角下讨论中国网购活动中物流服务质量的相关量表维度的表现,进行符合中国经验的物流服务质量评价的维度调整,并且进一步地通过结构方程模型来探索其中各主要因素的相互关系,运用结构方程分析修正所得到的概念模型。最后,联系既有文献基础和实证分析的结论,能够对于中国当前网购活动中的物流配送环节挖掘出具有实务意义和针对性的发现,尤其理解包装环节,人员的沟通质量和误差处理在实证结论的显著意义,帮助中国物流服务企业发展以顾客为中心的业务模式。

第三方物流服务商道德风险的防范

为了有效防范单合同周期中第三方物流服务商(3PL)的道德风险,提出以3PL行业平均水准(平均服务水平、平均报酬水平)作为报酬支付标准并附带违约惩罚措施的支付方式。应用委托-代理理论分析了3PL在此支付标准和支付方式下面临的决策环境,应用最大值原理分析了3PL在该决策环境下的决策。将决策结果进一步的比较分析,并提出了具体的应用建议。
