Research on the Influence of Network Culture on the Moral Sense of College Students

With the rapid development of information technology,the network,as"the fourth media"that college students contact most,has significant impact on the view of life,values and view of the world of college students. Various functions of the network culture also play an important role in the process of moral socialization of college students and in the change of moral cognition,moral emotion and moral will of college students. Thus,we should take full advantage of the multi-function of the network culture,spreading social mainstream values,holding various network moral education activities so as to improve the level of moral sense of college students. This paper attempts to research the influence of network culture from the perspective of moral mentality,starting from the functions of network culture and analyzing the influence of network upon the moral sense of college students,based on which this paper puts forward new concepts and methods of improving the moral education of college students.

Research on Developing Traditional Chinese Martial Arts Culture and Effectively Penetrating Moral Education

In order to implement the requirement of Minislry of Education, ＂further deepen the reform of moral education courses, and play a role in the classroom main channel＂, with literature analysis, case studies and other methods, we make an objective analysis of the real issues of ＂sports disciplines teaching moral education ＂. The results show that physical teachers should effectively improve the penetration ideology and moral education wisdom and teaching skills; they should grasp the connection between moral and discipline and integrate ＂moral goals＂ organically into a three-dimensional target subjects, and implemented it in accordance with the corresponding dimension specific content; in the implementation process, we should focus on using a variety of learning styles, making clever use of resources and make the best use; we need to persevere, to strengthen the sports discipline of moral norms infiltration operations, and better protect the effective penetration of Physical Education in Moral Education.

Integration of Ethnic Minority Cultural Moral Education in Ethnic Minority Areas-Taking the Mongolian Culture as an Example

The traditional culture of ethnic minorities embodies the spiritual pursuit of unique national value.It can be used as a valuable moral education resource and is of great significance to improve the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities in ethnic areas.At present,China has not paid enough attention to the development and utilization of moral education resources of the ethnic minority traditional culture,nor has it established and improved the relevant development and utilization mechanism.Taking the moral education spirit of the traditional Mongolian culture as an example,this paper analyzes its moral education value,points out the existing problems of moral education in colleges and universities in ethnic areas,as well as suggests strategies for the integration of moral education resources of ethnic minority traditional culture with the moral education in colleges and universities in ethnic areas.

Cultured meat in western media: The disproportionate coverage of vegetarian reactions, demographic realities, and implications for cultured meat marketing

This paper examines the media coverage of the 2013 London cultured meat tasting event, particularly in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Using major news outlets, prominent magazines covering food and science issues, and advocacy websites concerning meat consumption, the paper characterizes the overall emphases of the coverage, the tenor of the coverage, and compares the media portrayal of the important issues to the demographic and psychological realities of the actual consumer market into which cultured meat will compete. In particular, the paper argues that Western media gives a distorted picture of what obstacles are in the path of cultured meat acceptance, especially by overemphasizing and overrepresenting the importance of the reception of cultured meat among vegetarians. Promoters of cultured meat should recognize the skewed impression that this media coverage provides and pay attention to the demographic data that suggests strict vegetarians are a demographically negligible group. Resources for promoting cultured meat should focus on the empirical demographics of the consumer market and the empirical psychology of mainstream consumers.

COVID-19,“Moral Panic”and Cultural Power in Digital Age

The outbreak of COVID-19 in late 2019 is still spreading all over the world.This sudden epidemic has not only led to a devastating disaster,but also triggered the psychological panic of all mankind.This psychological panic is mainly embodied at ontological level of life morality panic,and its essence is the panic which might end individual’s hope for freedom.However,when ontological thinking of life morality comes to practical level,some digital narratives that pay too much attention to“user experience”will cause panic at the level of moral practice in audience,and then arouse populist feelings hidden in people.The increasingly updated digital technology not only enhances independent expression and communication ability of social individuals,but also leads to a gradually enlarged vicious circle between digital production mechanism and feelings of“moral panic populism”.The rational implementation of cultural power through digital media may appropriately solve this problem.

中华优秀传统文化蕴含着深厚的民族信念和民族精神,也蕴含着坚实的文化自信底蕴。为贯彻落实高校思想政治教育“以文化人、以文育人”的教育理念,实现立德树人的根本任务,厘清中华优秀传统文化融入高校思想政治教育的困境与进路是十分必要的。在高校思想政治教育中融入中华优秀传统文化,是提升大学生文化自信的现实需要,是中华优秀传统文化的传承需要,更是高校思想政治教育的发展需要。然而,在当前思想政治教育工作中,一些高校对中华优秀传统文化的弘扬并未充分重视,一些学生对中华优秀传统文化的传承存有偏见。树立传统文化自信、完善传统文化教育体系、拓展传统文化教育模式是推动中华优秀传统文化融入高校思想政治教育的有效路径。

大学质量文化视域下的高校师德建设策略探析

大学质量文化是新时代高等教育内涵发展的重要表征和内在要求,高校师德既是大学质量文化的核心内容,也是保障条件。通过对本科高校的教学质量年度报告、年度教育教学工作校长述职报告、高校内部质量标准和制度个案的分析,由此得出将师德规范融入教育质量标准是最基本要求、将师德建设融入教学实践是最有效方式、将学生评价纳入师德考核是最客观评价的研究结论。在此基础上,提出“四位一体”的高校师德建设体系、“四个相统一”的师德建设原则和“四个到位”的师德建设策略。

道德支撑法治文化建设的基本路径探析

中国传统文化中德法关系的历史逻辑及现代反思

在中国传统文化发展历程中,道德与法律的关系(简称德法关系)经历了三个阶段:第一阶段是夏商周时期,特别是西周时期,这一时期,德和法统一于“礼”。西周文化就是“礼乐文化”。第二阶段是春秋战国到秦汉,特别是战国时期,“礼崩乐坏”,天下大乱,诸侯争霸,德法之争、王霸之争不仅出现在思想领域,也应用于政治军事实践中。这一时期是德法分离时期。第三阶段孕育于汉朝、魏晋南北朝至明清时期,通过“引礼入法”“阳儒阴法”及儒生涉政后以儒释法等途径,法律道德化、道德法律化,形成了长达一千多年的德法统一的主流文化。中国传统文化中德法关系的合理性包括:其一,“礼法并用”“德主刑辅”维护社会长治久安。其二,“敬德保民”“明德慎罚”体现了中国传统德法文化的人文性质。其三,“子帅以正”“为政以德”的政治道德观,强调从政者的道德素养是政治和法律的基础。中国传统文化中德法关系的历史局限性包括:其一,维护宗法等级制度的礼治(礼德法混合)文化阻碍了“法律面前人人平等”。其二,君权神授、“三纲五常”阻碍了法治的民主化。其三,道德法律化和法律道德化阻碍了法律和法治的独立发展。

通过立法推进德治:强制抑或自律——以地方文明行为促进条例立法为例

在文明急剧变迁时期,道德规范也不得不随之而发生急剧变化。在社会生活变迁之际,由于文化的惯性和保守性带来的“文化滞后”现象,有必要由政府推进道德建设。中国式现代化进程中,乡村生活转变为城市生活,农耕文明过渡到工业文明,一些旧习俗旧道德不适应新的社会生活需要,而新的习俗和道德尚未完全建立起来。在这种变化中,传统德治的调控效果在减弱,道德领域的运动式治理开始兴起。由于运动式治理的可持续性和规范性较弱,通过立法推进德治在道德指引、长效机制、外在约束、引导道德发展等方面显现出诸多治理优势。不过,通过立法强行推进道德建设,既存在不能增进道德意识和培育非规范性道德等局限,又存在立法上强制界限不明、多元道德观念引发冲突、法律实施的成本制约等难题。在推进强制道德建设存在局限和难题但又不能放任不管时,各地方人民代表大会颁布的文明行为促进条例是第三条发展道路,即通过以教育为主的温和立法来促进德治,其表现形式是指明目标,铺设道路,政府推动,方式灵活。“文明行为促进法”的定位应当超越强制和自律的两难境地,通过淡化强制、加强治理,以教育为导向、以实现自律为目的来促进社会文明行为的发生。
