Spermatogonia and their companion somatic cells maintain a close association throughout spermatogenesis and this association is necessary for normal spermatogenesis. In order to keep the relative integrity of the testicular tissues, and to detect the development in vitro, culture testicular tissues in a three- dimensional (3D) agarose matrix was examined. Testicular tissues isolated from 6.5 d postpartum (dpp) mouse were cultured on the top of the matrix for 26 d with a medium height up to 4/5 of the 3D agarose matrix. The results showed that in this 3D culture environment, each type of testicular cells kept the same structure, localization and function as in vivo and might be more biologically relevant to living organisms. After culture, germ cell marker VASA and meiosis markers DAZL and SCP3 showed typical positive analysed by immunofluorescence staining and RT-PCR. It demonstrated that this 3D culture system was able to maintain the number of germ cells and promote the meiosis initiation of male germ cells.展开更多

In this study, microbial communities of PAOs cultivated under different carbon sources (sewage, glucose, and sodium acetate) were investigated and compared through culture-dependent and culture-independent methods, respectively. The results obtained using denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) of polymerase chain reaction-amplified 16S rDNA fragments revealed that the diversity of bacteria in a sewage-fed reactor (1#) was much higher than in a glucose-fed one (2#) and a sodium acetate-fed one (3#); there were common PAOs in three reactors fed by different carbon sources. Five strains were separated from three systems by using a phosphaterich medium; they were from common bacteria isolated and three isolates could not be found in DGGE profile at all. Two isolates had good phosphorus removal ability. When the microbial diversity was studied, the molecular biological method was better than the culture-dependent one. When phosphorus removal characteristics were investigated, culture-dependent approach was more effective. Thus a combination of two methods is necessary to have a comprehensive view of PAOs.展开更多

The paper is to evaluate soil aggregate stability and to determine the relationship between soil organic carbon (SOC) and soil aggregate stability. Soil samples at 0 cm-20 cm layer were adopted from a long-term (16 a) field experiment including conventional tillage: plain culture, summer rice crop and winter upland crop under drained conditions (PUR-r); and conservation tillage: ridge culture without tillage, summer rice and winter fallow with floodwater layer annually (NTR-f), winter upland crop under drained conditions (NTR-r), and wide ridge culture without tillage, summer rice crop and winter upland crop under conditions (NTRw-r), respectively. Different pretreatments, such as slaking in fast wetting, wetting and subsequent slaking, were applied to simulate the breakdown mechanisms of aggregates in paddy soil. The results show that soil particles contents were mainly consisted of silt (0.050 mm to 1.000 mm) in fraction of 42.9% to 51.2%, sand (0.050 mm to 0.001 mm) in fraction of 28.0% to 31.8%, and clay (<0.001 mm) in fraction of 17.9% to 25.4%. The amount of aggregate-size was greatly observed in fraction of 2.000 mm-6.720 mm under ridge culture in paddy soil (more than 50$) under slaking and wetting pretreatment. The proportion of soil macro-aggregates (>0.250 mm) in conservation tillage was greatly higher than that in conventional tillage under subsequent fast slaking treatment. Minimal differences of aggregate stability between slaking in fast wetting and wetting were observed, while significant differences were found between ridge culture and plain culture. The aggregate stability under slaking treatment ranked in the order of NTR-r>NTRw-r> NTR-f > PUR-r, while under wetting was NTRw-r > NTR-r > NTR-f >PUR-r. There was a positive correlation between the aggregate stability and SOC concentration under wetting, and a low correlation was observed under slaking pretreatment. Soil exposure with tillage and lack of rice/rape-seed stubble inputs caused declines in aggregation and organic carbon, both of which make soil susceptible to water erosion. Adoption of ridge culture with no-tillage integrated with crop rotation and stubble mulch significantly altered soil organic concentration. It was a valuable conservation practice for soil aggregation and soil organic carbon sequestration on paddy soil.展开更多

The driving forces are also expatiated in the paper. Matching with the time and space in which the organization exists, fitted with the extra environment, making the organization take effect and properly controlling the important potential factors for the organizations further are the four driving forces development. The supporting pillars are cooperation in the competition, communication, negotiation and proper equal culture environment. At last, the researches point out that organization is a process, while organizational model is only a tool for us to realize the world.展开更多

It was a valuable conservation practice for soil aggregation and soil organic carbon sequestration on paddy soil.
文摘In this paper, the studies show that the framework of the original organizational models based on the philosophy view is constructed. At last, the researches point out that organization is a process, while organizational model is only a tool for us to realize the world.
文摘This study sets out to examine:In a traditional value context, which variables are related to the attitude of depreciation of Millennials by GX in an organizational setting?Through a Factorial Correspondence Analysis,it is postulated that three factors would be at the origin of the depreciation of Millennials in an organizational environment. The analysis shows a correlation between the 10 variables analyzed, but two factors emerge:the GY’s ability to invest or build and the GY’s commitment to starting a household. The hypothesis that there are three latent factors underlying the data analyzed is therefore rejected.
文摘Ethics and compliance programs have a direct linkage to key tenets of employee behaviors. The employee behaviors are building blocks of the organizations’psychological environment traits. They are characterized by role identity,self-awareness,motivation,and misconduct. It is crucial to unravel the diversity of the perspectives of the programs to design an appropriate framework of the relationship between ethics and compliance and organizational psychology.According to Weinstein(2019),“Compliance is a fundamental pillar of any corporate operation and culture, and it should be based upon the principles of transparency, impartiality, responsibility, integrity, professionalism and ethics”.While“Ethics goes beyond what the law requires. It involves doing the right thing and following both the spirit and not just the letter of the law”.The founding facets of effective ethics and compliance are culture, leaders, and risks management.Policies and procedures that integrate these factors reduce the risks of non-compliance.The organization psychological environment aligns with key characteristics of the workplace such as physical setting, culture, and job characteristics.Aspects such as noise, heat, and lighting measures may considerably impact concentration, thus affecting psychological well-being.According to Ruiz-Palomino,Martínez-Cañas,and Fontrodona(2013,p.173),ethical culture directly impacts an individual’s emotional and well-being,which characterizes organizational psychology.Culture and ethics influence perceived corporate support and social exchange, which trigger ethics and compliance.
