Research on the Ideological and Political Education in the Curriculum of Human Resource Management in China

Based on the teaching concept of “Ideological and Political Education in the Curriculum”, taking the curriculum of “Human Resource Management” as an example, this paper explores the reform of ideological and political education design from the perspective of moral education objectives and teaching contents. The course takes “carrying forward the craftsmanship spirit” as the main line, and takes” constructing a pattern of high-quality education” as the main task, which not only cultivates students’ professional skills in human resource management, but also integrates ideological and political elements into all modules of human resource management, pays attention to students’ ideological trends and attaches importance to students’ ideological education. In the teaching content, the course introduces ideological and political elements such as craftsmanship spirit, entrepreneurship spirit and Chinese traditional culture. In the recruitment and selection section, the importance of craftsmanship spirit is emphasized, and talents who strive for excellence and excellence are advocated for selection. In the performance management section, combined with entrepreneurial spirit, the value of innovation driven and efficient execution is explored. When discussing about employee development, it is important to integrate socialist core values and balance individual and collective interests. In the chapter of corporate culture, we will delve into the essence of traditional Chinese culture, such as team harmony, integrity, and professionalism to cultivate a good organizational atmosphere. Ideological and political education in the curriculum of Human Resource Management uses case analysis, group discussions and other forms to enhance students’ political identity, ideological identity and emotional identity, so as to deepen students’ professional ideal and ethics education.

As the core course of finance and accounting major,the study of financial management knowledge plays a positive role in promoting students’understanding of the whole financial work and enriching financial knowledge.This paper analyzes the necessity of financial management curriculum reform,from the design ideas,teaching content,teaching mode,and teaching methods of several aspects of vocational college financial management curriculum reform work carried on the preliminary thinking,hoping to improve the teaching quality of this course will be helpful.

Exploration and Practice of Big Data Introductory Courses for Big Data Management and Application Majors

As an introductory course for the emerging major of big data management and application,“Introduction to Big Data”has not yet formed a curriculum standard and implementation plan that is widely accepted and used by everyone.To this end,we discuss some of our explorations and attempts in the construction and teaching process of big data courses for the major of big data management and application from the perspective of course planning,course implementation,and course summary.After interviews with students and feedback from questionnaires,students are highly satisfied with some of the teaching measures and programs currently adopted.

Management strategy of prevention and control of nosocomial infection of COVID-19 in blood purification center

There are many patients in the blood purification center who need maintenance hemodialysis to maintain life. Those patients generally havelow resistance and are easily exposed to coronavirus because they go back and forth the hospital and residence three times a week andclosely contact with family, caregivers, community personnel, people in various means of transportation, medical staff, and other patientsvisiting hospital. Therefore, the blood purification center has become a high‑risk environment for the spread of COVID-19 infection. In viewof this, our center quickly responded to the formulation and implementation of infection prevention and control measures suitable for thecharacteristics of the blood purification center and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) emergency plan for fever and suspectedpatients. According to these measures, we have a positive effect on preventing and controlling nosocomial infection in the blood purificationcenter.

The Necessity and Implementation of the Entrepreneurship Management Platform Course Framework under the New Normal

Regardless of economic development,the transformation of marketing methods and the needs of a university’s own development requires the establishment of an Entrepreneurship Management platform course.From the perspective of economic development,after satisfying rigid demands,many people’s needs tend to be niche;from the marketing perspective,the era of e-commerce has arrived;and from the perspective of the university’s own transformation,there is an urgent need to reform economic management majors and improve the quality of teaching.In the construction and implementation of the Entrepreneurship Management platform curriculum framework,the following must be critically considered:the selection of students,the curriculum,the allocation of teachers,the innovation of management systems,the provision of teaching hardware and the support and cooperation of the government and society.

Research on Application-oriented Undergraduate Course Construction under the Background of Industry-education Integration——Take the Performance Management Course as an Example

Deepening the integration of industry and education is an effective way to cultivate high-quality applied talents.However,integration of industry and education is still at a relatively low level,and the mode is relatively single,without realizing the deep integration of collaborative education and industry.This paper takes the course"Performance Management"of Human Resource Management as an example to build an industry-education integration system with curriculum construction as a carrier.We introduce enterprise tutors and enterprise scenarios from the aspects of teaching syllabus,teaching content,teaching design,teaching process,teaching resources,and teaching evaluation to study the construction of professional courses under the background of industry-education integration.Through the Performance Management course study,we summarize the methods and modes of industry-education integration in human resource management(HRM)courses and extend and apply the research results to other courses of HRM majors to complete the construction of courses aiming at industry-education integration in HRM majors.

课程体系建设是实现课程培养目标的重要途径,也是提高新型职业农民培育质量的关键要素。实践性课程理论对新型职业农民培育课程体系的开发具有重要启示作用。当前,新型职业农民培育课程体系建设缺乏实践性理论指导,存在缺乏实践性目标和方案、缺乏系列化框架、缺乏多样化实施途径、缺乏精细化管理机制等问题。在对问题进行分析的基础上,从课程规划、课程开发、课程实施、课程管理等四个方面探索构建新型职业农民培育“立体化”课程体系。

《采购与供应管理》是物流管理专业的核心课程,主要研究供应链下采购管理的基本理论和运作流程,是一门实践性较强的应用学科。课程努力构建“课堂育人,实践育人,网络育人”三位一体的育人模式,坚持“理论+实践”结合、“课内+课外”结合、“线上+线下”结合,抓住课程建设“主战场”、课堂教学“主渠道”,辅以实践教学和网络信息化手段,稳步推进物流专业课程思政教学改革。

“一带一路”来华留学生全英文大学物理实验课程建设与实践

针对国家三部委提出的“推进来华留学生英语授课示范课程建设,全面提升来华学历学位留学教育质量”的要求,结合近年来中国矿业大学面向“一带一路”沿线国家来华留学生开设的“全英文大学物理实验”课程建设情况,探讨了实验绪论课程安排、实验项目的配置与调整、实验教学实施方式、学生管理及其课程成绩评定等关键环节的处理,并介绍了教材建设以及自主学习系统的开发建设情况。利用问卷调查对近年来的教学效果进行了分析评估,结果显示,学生总体对课程较为满意。希望本文的探讨能够为“全英文大学物理实验”课程的建设提供有益的参考。

地方本科院校旅游管理类专业核心课程教学模式提升研究

地方本科院校是本科层次的旅游管理类专业人才培养的主力军,其教学模式的系统化提升是提升人才培养质量的必由之路。但目前国内学者对地方本科院校旅游管理类专业教学模式的相关研究成果并不丰富。本文依据我国“双万计划”提出的建设要求,总结了地方本科院校旅游管理类专业核心课程教学模式在理论依据、教学目标、教学内容、教学程序及方法、实现条件、教学评价、教学反思与改进等七个构成要素方面存在的问题,并针对性地提出了系统化的提升策略。

社会实践类国家级一流本科课程建设的探索与实践--以衡阳师范学院旅游管理专业为例

对照教育部有关社会实践一流本科课程建设的内涵,结合旅游管理专业综合性、应用性与实践性强的特征,以衡阳师范学院国家级一流本科课程“旅游管理专业综合实践”为例,从课程主题与目标体系设计、课程模块与内容体系构建、课程模式与教学方法创新等三方面,阐述高校旅游管理专业社会实践课程建设的思路,介绍“传承文化基因,助力乡村旅游”的综合实践课程主题和“能力导向、任务驱动下的三段式”教学模式,为旅游管理专业人才培养和社会实践一流本科课程建设提供参考。

面向国家需求的应急技术与管理专业人才培养体系研究

为推动高校应急技术及管理专业建设、加强应急救援人才培养,基于国家应急需求明确专业定位,从职业道德素养、理论知识体系、实践技术能力等方面,提出应急技术与管理专业人才培养模式。首先,参考《应急救援技术专业教学标准》和《应急救援员国家职业技能标准》中的职业道德要求,确定专业职业素养;其次,从应急管理预防、准备、响应、恢复(PPRR)模型出发,构建覆盖应急管理全周期的专业核心课程体系;然后,提出学训结合、政产研融合,共同推进应急技能培养和实践创新能力提升;最后,从教材建设、师资队伍、培养质量监控、人才考核体系、持续改进机制等方面,构建人才培养质量保障体系。结果表明:结合应急技术与管理专业的公共服务和社会责任属性、全周期工作内容和全灾种、多主体实际应用,构建人才培养体系,可以建立专业人才培养与实务工作需求之间的紧密联系,为培养德才兼备、理论与实践并重的应急领域高层次应用型人才提供借鉴。

材料·元素·融入:经管类课程思政如何开展?——以新华网课程思政平台经管类课程为例

在大思政课背景下,如何切实开展好课程思政,关乎我国思想政治教育体系的进一步完善与深化。本文以经管类课程为例,结合新华网课程思政优秀案例的文本材料,借助Nvivo20软件进行内容分析,对相关内容进行编码,归纳出经管类课程的思政材料、思政元素以及融入方式体系。研究发现,我国经管类课程思政能够多渠道选取思政材料、全方位挖掘思政元素、引导学生自主学习,呈现出素材上重视实践和制度类材料,元素上偏重道德与品质的培养,方式上理论教育重于实践教育的特点。结合有意义学习理论,本研究认为,课程思政应在吸收已有优点的基础上,重视实践和制度类材料的选取;挖掘思政元素时以理想信念教育为基础,兼顾素质与能力;更加重视师生互动,提高实践教育占比,提高学生学习主动性,从而实现有意义学习,更好地构建理论学习与实践学习共同发展的大思政课格局。
