Cao Xiaoshu is a professor of the School of Geography and Planning as well as the deputy director of the Center for Urban and Regional Studies of Sun Yat-Sen University. He is also the deputy head and secretary-general of the Urbanization Working Group of the Chinese National Committee for the International Human Dimensions Programme on the Global Environmental Change (CNC-IHDP), the member of the Professional Committee for Historical Geography of the Geographical Society of China (GSC), and the member of the Academic Committee of China Land Science Society (CLSS). Dr. CHEN Yan is a professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Northwestern University, USA. He is also an adjunct professor in the College of Computer Science at Zhejiang University, China. He got his PhD in Computer Science at University of California at Berkeley, USA in 2003. His research interests include network security, measurement and diagnosis for large scale networks and distributed systems. He won the Department of Energy （DoE） Early CAREER award in 2005, the Department of Defense （DoD） Young Investigator Award in 2007, and the Best Paper nomination in ACM SIGCOMM 2010.Based on the Google Scholar, his papers have been cited for over 9000 times and his h-index is 40.

发展新质生产力的核心要素是创新,发展新质生产力是我国应对经济社会发展面临的复杂挑战、适应全球新一轮科技革命与竞争及产业变革深入发展的必然选择。新质生产力的三大要素是高素质的劳动者、高科技含量的劳动资料、以新材料和新能源为代表的劳动对象。当然,与之相对应的生产关系,也会随之变革与调整。大学作为人才培养的主体,创新的聚集地,在培养新质劳动者、提供新质劳动资料、拓展新质劳动对象、构建新型劳动关系等方面肩负着重任。但与之不相对应的是大学在拔尖创新人才培养、基础研究和前沿研究、产学研合作等方面存在着严重短板。要提升大学服务新质生产力发展的能力,需要建立动态的有效的学科专业和培养模式调整机制,优化创新人才的培养环境,促进基础研究和前沿研究的长效机制建设,完善科研成果转化机制和产学研的合作机制。只有这样,才能使大学这个推动社会发展、培养创新思维和塑造价值观的核心杻纽成为发展新质生产力的中心。

寒冷地区光伏墙体综合传热特性的数值模拟研究

近年来BIPV项目逐渐增多,对光伏墙体的研究多以光伏组件电热性能为重点,少有结合节能墙体热工性能对不同构造光伏墙体的综合传热特性优化开展的研究。以天津地区为应用场景,分别建立符合天津市居住建筑四步节能设计技术指标的基础墙体、普通光伏墙体和嵌入保温隔热一体化板的新型光伏墙体的传热模型,采用ANSYS FLUENT软件对其温度分布、表面热流密度进行数值模拟,对模拟结果进一步分析获得不同类型墙体的传热系数和光伏组件的电性能。结果表明:较基础墙体,夏季普通光伏墙体内表面得热量可增加46.88%,冬季普通光伏墙体内表面失热量可减少5.47%;新型光伏墙体中的保温隔热层厚度宜不小于20 mm,此时,夏季新型光伏墙体内表面得热量最大可增加18.16%,冬季新型光伏墙体内表面失热量最小可减少20.07%。基于计算结果,寒冷地区的建筑外墙应用光伏组件时,散热构造措施可简化。

政务新媒体互动内容分析及诉求回应研究——以人民网留言板数据分析为例

[研究目的]网络问政已成为新时代主要的政民互动方式之一。通过充分挖掘网络政民互动内容的特征,可以了解民众的民意诉求,亦可以及时发现地方政府部门工作中有待改善之处。[研究方法]根据框架理论,采用自然语言处理技术挖掘中部超大城市领导留言板互动内容中的语言特征、内容特征及行为特征,并分析不同特征间的潜在关联。[研究结论]研究表明,语言特征方面,民众留言弱者框架的占比最高,抗争框架所占比例较低。政府偏好使用描述话语和共情话语,规则话语的使用频次较低。内容特征上,各项领域内容特征与城市统计年鉴相应数据存在关联性,能够客观反映各领域存在的问题,且通过聚类能够有效发掘热点议题和实体辅助政府回应。行为特征方面,民众投诉/求助类留言比例与人均地区生产总值具有相关性。政府回复的行为特征与民众留言的内容特征存在潜在关联,其中政府行为的处理类型受民众留言的内容特征影响最大,缺乏关注语言特征和行为特征。

新文科背景下《安全产品设计》一流课程建设路径探索

目的围绕一流课程建设要求,在新文科背景下,结合高校办学定位和发展目标,探索产品设计类课程建设与改革路径,提高课堂教学水平和人才培养质量。方法通过引入OBE教育理念和课程框架中学科需求等分析方法,依托河北省重点专业建设平台,结合“产学研”教学模式,从课程目标建设理念、课程内容创新、课程思政、课程设计及考核评价标准等方面进行阐述与论证。探究《安全产品设计》一流课程教学存在的问题与产生原因,提出了课程建设的基本标准和主要路径。结果通过课程建设,结合特色产教融合,有效改善了《安全产品设计》的授课效果,提升了学生的综合设计素质与能力,培养出创新应用型高水平复合型人才。结论新文科背景下《安全产品设计》一流课程建设路径探索在跨学科建设、构筑具有专业特色的教育模式等方面有一定的成果,不仅对培养产品设计类专业人才有着实践意义,同时可为其他专业及学科建设提供借鉴。

能源转型下基于碳排放与新能源阶梯惩罚的抽水蓄能双层优化研究

伴随“双碳”目标推进,高比例新能源并网,火电有序退役,抽蓄作为灵活性调节资源加快建设,合理规划是确保电力系统多能源稳定、可持续转型的重中之重。首先,本文针对高比例新能源场景,开展抽水蓄能容量规划及调度优化方法研究,以系统各电源全寿命周期成本、碳排放和弃电惩罚成本最小化为上层优化目标,以系统各电源碳排放量和风光出力波动最小化作为下层优化目标,构建抽水蓄能双层优化模型。然后,本文研究了星鸦算法与遗传算法、灰狼算法各自的优劣性,通过对星鸦算法参数自适应优化,得到具备更佳寻优能力与速度的算法,结合CPLEX对双层优化模型求解。最后,通过引入碳排放与新能源弃电阶梯惩罚机制,对模型上下层优化目标起到促进作用。算例结果表明,该区域电网中抽水蓄能需加快建设约74.21%,火电需合理退役约40.79%,同时构建模型能够有效降低系统综合成本约5.80%,减少弃风弃光约20.43%,降低系统碳排放量约25.96%,平抑风光出力波动约1.18%,验证了模型的有效性与合理规划的重要性,为电力系统中长期规划提供参考。

电动汽车BMS从控板热分析及散热优化

针对电动汽车电池管理系统从控板服役过程中因温度过高和不均影响整车动力性、安全性问题,本文基于CFD理论,采用Icepak软件建立并验证了某商用BMS从控板热分析模型。首次在车载服役条件下,基于热分析模型开展了温度场分析和热均匀性优化研究。BMS从控板热仿真分析表明,均衡模块及供电模块因局部积热温度均超过BMS的设计温度限值60℃,整个BMS从控板最大温差为21.0℃。为此,进一步开展了BMS从控板散热路径分析,并通过改变均衡电阻间距、布局、PCB基材以及增设导热硅胶垫进行散热优化设计。提高了BMS从控板的散热能力,使BMS从控板的最高温度控制在设计规定值60℃以下,同时整个电路板的温差降为6.9℃,提高了BMS从控板在实际车载服役条件下的安全性和可靠性,可望为BMS从控板热设计与优化提供理论方法。
