This analysis is not intended to grade agencies but to assist in identifying agencies requi...This study develops a procedure to rank agencies based on their incident responses using roadway clearance times for crashes. This analysis is not intended to grade agencies but to assist in identifying agencies requiring more training or resources for incident management. Previous NCHRP reports discussed usage of different factors including incident severity, roadway characteristics, number of lanes involved and time of incident separately for estimating the performance. However, it does not tell us how to incorporate all the factors at the same time. Thus, this study aims to account for multiple factors to ensure fair comparisons. This study used 149,174 crashes from Iowa that occurred from 2018 to 2021. A Tobit regression model was used to find the effect of different variables on roadway clearance time. Variables that cannot be controlled directly by agencies such as crash severity, roadway type, weather conditions, lighting conditions, etc., were included in the analysis as it helps to reduce bias in the ranking procedure. Then clearance time of each crash is normalized into a base condition using the regression coefficients. The normalization makes the process more efficient as the effect of uncontrollable factors has already been mitigated. Finally, the agencies were ranked by their average normalized roadway clearance time. This ranking process allows agencies to track their performance of previous crashes, can be used in identifying low performing agencies that could use additional resources and training, and can be used to identify high performing agencies to recognize for their efforts and performance.展开更多

PhishGuard uses a Large Language Model (LLM), specifically a fine-tuned BERT algorithm that works in real time, where URLs fed by the user in the credentials are analyzed and authenticated. This approach enhances user security with its provision of real-time protection from phishing attempts. Although information security and cyber security are sometimes used synonymously, this study contends that they are not the same. The concept of cyber security is explored, which goes beyond protecting information resources to include a wider variety of assets, including people [1]. Protecting information assets is the main goal of traditional information security, with consideration to the human element and how people fit into the security process. On the other hand, cyber security adds a new level of complexity, as people might unintentionally contribute to or become targets of cyberattacks. This aspect presents moral questions since it is becoming more widely accepted that society has a duty to protect weaker members of society, including children [1]. The study emphasizes how important cyber security is on a larger scale, with many countries creating plans and laws to counteract cyberattacks. Nevertheless, a lot of these sources frequently neglect to define the differences or the relationship between information security and cyber security [1]. These results are part of a research which aimed to obtain a Road User Cost Model to be used as a tool in road management systems. This model is different from other models by the fact that it includes a simple formulation that allows calibration and calculation of cost parameters, for any year, in a simple and fast way, providing trustworthy results. Objective: This study aimed to explore perceived time management skill of the clinical nurses. Methods: This was a descriptive correlational study design using simple random sampling. A total of 77 clinical nurses working in Mugda Medical College Hospital, Dhaka, Bangladesh were selected as study participants. The data were collected through structure questionnaire which consisted of demographic questionnaire and five dimensions of Time Management Skill Questionnaire (TMSQ). Results: The overall mean score of time management skill was 2.63 (SD = 0.28) reflecting a medium level of nurses perceived time management skill. The results also revealed that nurses age (r = 0.39, p = 0.000), monthly income (r = 0.294, p = 0.017) and service experience (r = 0.248, p = 0.030) were statistically significant correlated with nurses’ perceived time management skill. Conclusion: The outcome of this research would add to develop a strategy for nurse administrators to take an initiative for how nurses could improve the time management and utilize their limited time effectively. It specifies that proper time management can influence to provide quality care and achieving organizational goal.展开更多

Dendroclimatological research has shown that the climate signal, species composition, and growth trends have changed in different types of forest ecosystems during the last century. Under current and demonstrated changes in climate variability at the geographic, regional, and local levels tree growth shows also variability and trends that can be non-stationary during time even at relatively short distance between sites. In forest planning and management, yield tables, site quality indices, age class, rate of growth, and spatial distribution are some of the most used tools and parameters. However, these methods do not involve climate variability during time although climate is the main driver in trends of forest and tree growth. Previous research warns about the risk that forest management under changing climatic conditions could amplify their negative effects. For example, changing climate conditions may impact on temperature and/or precipitation thresholds critical to forest tree growth. Forest biomass, resilience, and CO2 storage may be damaged unless forest planning and management implement the relationships between climate variability and trends of tree growth. A positive aspect is that, periods of favorable climate conditions may allow harvesting higher amount of wood mass and storing more CO2 than traditional planning methods. And, the average length of both favorable and adverse periods appears to occur within the validity period of a forest management plan. Methods: Electronic databases including the...Objective: To evaluate the correlation between time management disposition and ability confidence of Nursing Students in China through the Pearson correlation coefficient. Methods: Electronic databases including the Cochrane library, PubMed, EMBASE, the Web of Science, CBM, Wanfang, VIP and CNKI were searched from inception to October 2017 to collect literature on the correlation between time manage-ment disposition and ability confidence of Chinese nursing students. The studies were examined according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. After extracting data and evaluating the quality of the included studies. Meta-analysis was carried out using Stata 12.0 software. Results: A total of 7 articles with 1632 nursing students were included, and the quality of the literature was at medium level. Meta-analysis shown the total score of time management disposition of Chinese nursing students and its three dimensions were related to ability confidence. The summary correlation coefficient between time management disposition and ability confidence was 0.52 (0.43 to 0.59) ; There is a weak correlation between time value and ability confidence (r, 0.33; 95% CI, 0.25 to 0.39); There was a moderate level of correlation between time control and ability confidence (r, 0.49; 95% CI, 0.43 to 0.54); There was a moderate level of correlation between time efficacy and ability confidence (0.47, 0.41, 0.53).And the relevance of nursing time management disposition and behavioral confidence varies with the nursing student's area, nursing student's diploma, measurement tools and sample size. Conclusion: The time man- agement disposition of Chinese nursing students is moderately related to ability confidence. When there are different in nursing students in the area, nursing diploma, measurement tools and sample size, the relevance is very different. The time management disposition of Chinese nursing students and their ability confidence are mutually reinforcing, and the time management disposition and their ability confidence should be further strengthened in the future.展开更多

We present results of real-time and sensitive MR Thermometry (MRT) using a paramagnetic lanthanide complex thulium 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-1,4,7,10-tetramethyl-1,4,7,10-tetraa-cetate (Tm-DOTMA) to study radio f...We present results of real-time and sensitive MR Thermometry (MRT) using a paramagnetic lanthanide complex thulium 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-1,4,7,10-tetramethyl-1,4,7,10-tetraa-cetate (Tm-DOTMA) to study radio frequency (RF) heating induced by a copper wire and a titanium bone screw in an agarose gel phantom. The temperature dependent chemical shift coefficient (TDCSC) of the methyl resonance was found to be 0.7 ± 0.03 ppm/°;C in agarose gel. The methyl protons of Tm-DOTMA were imaged using 2D chemical shift imaging (CSI) and 3D phase mapping methods (PMM), approximately 7 sec long, and compared with conventional water proton resonance frequency (PRF) method. Two RF-induced heating approaches were tested: 1) using a prescan before the MRT;or 2) using the heating caused by the imaging pulse during continuous imaging. Both approaches allowed detection of temperature changes which are less than 1°;C and continuously mapping temperature changes around the copper wire. Using a heating pre-scan, the Tm-DOTMA 2D-CSI allowed better qualitative visualization of the temperature changes around the titanium screw compared with water phase shift thermometry. Numerical electromagnetic field simulations were also conducted for the evaluation of orientation dependency using the copper wire in 4.7 T (200 MHz). Thermometry approach using Tm-DOTMA can detect smaller temperature changes with decreased scanning time resulting in real-time and sensitive temperature mapping.展开更多

文摘Objective:To explore the time management tendency of left-behind adolescents,compare the differences of time management of left-behind.Methods:The questionnaire studies the adolescents students of major labor.Results:Left-behind adolescents are tend to form bad time management tendency(t<2.55,p<0.01)and among these left-behind adolescents there are great individual differences(F>4.24,p>0.05);16-year-old time is a critical period of forming social value of time management(F>4.24,p>0.05),the grade(F_((2,331))=3.74,p=0.03),and whether the only child(t=2.26,p=0.03)has priority to the impact of time management;the children’s age when their parents left.The left period of their parents,the parents who go out,and the visit interval all these factors affect the adolescents’time management tendency(R^(2)>0.21,p<0.001).
文摘Objective: To evaluate the correlation between time management disposition and ability confidence of Nursing Students in China through the Pearson correlation coefficient. Methods: Electronic databases including the Cochrane library, PubMed, EMBASE, the Web of Science, CBM, Wanfang, VIP and CNKI were searched from inception to October 2017 to collect literature on the correlation between time manage-ment disposition and ability confidence of Chinese nursing students. The studies were examined according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. After extracting data and evaluating the quality of the included studies. Meta-analysis was carried out using Stata 12.0 software. Results: A total of 7 articles with 1632 nursing students were included, and the quality of the literature was at medium level. Meta-analysis shown the total score of time management disposition of Chinese nursing students and its three dimensions were related to ability confidence. The summary correlation coefficient between time management disposition and ability confidence was 0.52 (0.43 to 0.59) ; There is a weak correlation between time value and ability confidence (r, 0.33; 95% CI, 0.25 to 0.39); There was a moderate level of correlation between time control and ability confidence (r, 0.49; 95% CI, 0.43 to 0.54); There was a moderate level of correlation between time efficacy and ability confidence (0.47, 0.41, 0.53).And the relevance of nursing time management disposition and behavioral confidence varies with the nursing student's area, nursing student's diploma, measurement tools and sample size. Conclusion: The time man- agement disposition of Chinese nursing students is moderately related to ability confidence. When there are different in nursing students in the area, nursing diploma, measurement tools and sample size, the relevance is very different. The time management disposition of Chinese nursing students and their ability confidence are mutually reinforcing, and the time management disposition and their ability confidence should be further strengthened in the future.

During the limited teaching time, it can't guarantee to finish and cover so many teaching contents and tasks without careful time management. Even if there is enough time, it can't result in high teaching efficiency naturally. The phenomenon of time-consuming but inefficiency often appears. How to optimize time management to improve teaching efficiency is worthy of our constant research. Take college English class as an example, this paper attempts to construct a general and high-efficiency time management mode of college English class based on some second language acquisition theories, combined with some teaching practice, improve the effect of the current college English teaching, and as a reference for other subjects.
文摘Time stress includes all kinds of environment and operating stress such as shock, vibration, temperature and electric current that the electromechanical system suffers in the manufacture, transport and operating process. In this paper, the conception of time stress and prognostics and health management ( PHM) system are introduced. Then, in order to improve the false alarm recognition and fault prediction capabilities of the electromechanical equipment, a novel PHM architecture for electromechanical equipment is put forward based on a built-in test (BIT) system design technology and time stress analysis method. Finally, the structure, the design and implementing method and the functions of each module of this PHM system are described in detail.
文摘We present results of real-time and sensitive MR Thermometry (MRT) using a paramagnetic lanthanide complex thulium 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-1,4,7,10-tetramethyl-1,4,7,10-tetraa-cetate (Tm-DOTMA) to study radio frequency (RF) heating induced by a copper wire and a titanium bone screw in an agarose gel phantom. The temperature dependent chemical shift coefficient (TDCSC) of the methyl resonance was found to be 0.7 ± 0.03 ppm/°;C in agarose gel. The methyl protons of Tm-DOTMA were imaged using 2D chemical shift imaging (CSI) and 3D phase mapping methods (PMM), approximately 7 sec long, and compared with conventional water proton resonance frequency (PRF) method. Two RF-induced heating approaches were tested: 1) using a prescan before the MRT;or 2) using the heating caused by the imaging pulse during continuous imaging. Both approaches allowed detection of temperature changes which are less than 1°;C and continuously mapping temperature changes around the copper wire. Using a heating pre-scan, the Tm-DOTMA 2D-CSI allowed better qualitative visualization of the temperature changes around the titanium screw compared with water phase shift thermometry. Numerical electromagnetic field simulations were also conducted for the evaluation of orientation dependency using the copper wire in 4.7 T (200 MHz). Thermometry approach using Tm-DOTMA can detect smaller temperature changes with decreased scanning time resulting in real-time and sensitive temperature mapping.

文摘In the field of model-based system assessment,mathematical models are used to interpret the system behaviors.However,the industrial systems in this intelligent era will be more manageable.Various management operations will be dynamically set,and the system will be no longer static as it is initially designed.Thus,the static model generated by the traditional model-based safety assessment(MBSA)approach cannot be used to accurately assess the dependability.There mainly exists three problems.Complex:huge and complex behaviors make the modeling to be trivial manual;Dynamic:though there are thousands of states and transitions,the previous model must be resubmitted to assess whenever new management arrives;Unreusable:as for different systems,the model must be resubmitted by reconsidering both the management and the system itself at the same time though the management is the same.Motivated by solving the above problems,this research studies a formal management specifying approach with the advantages of agility modeling,dynamic modeling,and specification design that can be re-suable.Finally,three typical managements are specified in a series-parallel system as a demonstration to show the potential.
文摘This paper proposes a Delivery Service Management(DSM)system for Small and Medium Enterprises(SMEs)that own a delivery fleet of pickup trucks to manage Business-to-Business(B2B)delivery services.The proposed DSM system integrates four systems:Delivery Location Positioning(DLP),Delivery Route Planning(DRP),Arrival Time Prediction(ATP),and Communication and Data Sharing(CDS)systems.These systems are used to pinpoint the delivery locations of customers,plan the delivery route of each truck,predict arrival time(with an interval)at each delivery location,and communicate and share information among stakeholders,respectively.The DSM system deploys Google applications,a GPS tracking system,Google Map APIs,ATP algorithms(embedded in Excel Macros),Line,and Telegram as supporting tools.To improve the accuracy of the ATP system,three tech-niques are applied considering driver behaviors.The proposed DSM system has been implemented in a Thai SME.From the process perspective,the DSM system is a systematic procedure for end-to-end delivery services.It allows the interactions between planner-driver decisions and supporting tools.The supporting tools are simple,can be easily used with little training,and require low capital expenditure.The statistical analysis shows that the ATP algorithm with the three techniques provides high accuracy.Thus,the proposed DSM system is beneficial for practitioners to manage delivery services,especially for SMEs in emerging countries.

In this paper, a novel and efficient authorization and authentication Digital Rights Management (DRM) s chema is proposed firstly for secure multimedia delivery, then based on the sche ma, a real-time digital signature algorithm built on Elliptic Curve Cryptograph y (ECC) is adopted for fast authentication and verification of licensing managem ent, thus secure multimedia delivery via TCP/RTP can efficiently work with real -time transaction response and high Quality of Service (QoS) . Performance eval uations manifest the proposed schema is secure, available for real-time media s tream authentication and authorization without much effected of QoS. The propose d schema is not only available for Client/Server media service but can be easily extended to P2P and broadcasting network for trusted rights management.
