The sub-land/sub-pit affects the characteristic of the tracking error signal which is generated by the conventional differential phase detection (DPD) method in the signal waveform modulation multi-level (SWML) read-only disc. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a new tracking error detection method using amplitude difference. Based on the diffraction theory, the amplitude difference is proportional to the tracking error and is feasible to be used for obtaining the off-track information. The experimental system of the amplitude difference detection method is developed. The experimental results show that the tracking error signal derived from the new method has better performance in uniformity and signal-to-noise ratio than that derived from the conventional DPD method in the SWML read-only disc. 展开更多

A minimum number of training symbols, equal to the number of receiver antenna arrayts elements, are first utilised to provide a rough initial least squares estimate of the beamformer's weight vector. A concurrent constant modulus algorithm and soft decision-directed scheme is then applied to adapt the beamformer. This semi-blind adaptive beamforming scheme is capable of converging fast to the minimum mean-square-error beamforming solution, as demonstrated in our simulation study. 展开更多

An improved method based on minimum mean square error-short time spectral amplitude (MMSE-STSA) is proposed to cancel background noise in whispered speech. Using the acoustic character of whispered speech, the algorithm can track the change of non-stationary background noise effectively. Compared with original MMSE-STSA algorithm and method in selectable mode Vo-coder (SMV), the improved algorithm can further suppress the residual noise for low signal-to-noise radio (SNR) and avoid the excessive suppression. Simulations show that under the non-stationary noisy environment, the proposed algorithm can not only get a better performance in enhancement, but also reduce the speech distortion. 展开更多

This paper investigates the effect of the Phase Angle Error of a Constant Amplitude Voltage signal in determining the Total Vector Error (TVE) of the Phasor Measurement Unit (PMU) using MATLAB/Simulink. The phase angle error is measured as a function of time in microseconds at four points on the IEEE 14-bus system. When the 1 pps Global Positioning System (GPS) signal to the PMU is lost, sampling of voltage signals on the power grid is done at different rates as it is a function of time. The relationship between the PMU measured signal phase angle and the sampling rate is established by injecting a constant amplitude signal at two different points on the grid. In the simulation, 64 cycles per second is used as the reference while 24 cycles per second is used to represent the fault condition. Results show that a change in the sampling rate from 64 bps to 24 bps in the PMUs resulted in phase angle error in the voltage signals measured by the PMU at four VI Measurement points. The phase angle error measurement that was determined as a time function was used to determine the TVE. Results show that (TVE) was more than 1% in all the cases. 展开更多

[ Objective] The study aimed to correct error of lightning location data with small amplitude. [ Method] Using the curve fitting toolbox of matlab mathematical software, the distribution of lightning location data in Chongqing during 1999 -2008 was fitted based on logarithmic normal distribution function, and the specific characters of lightning data with current amplitude from -10 to 10 kA were analyzed. [ Result] During 1999 - 2008, the frequency of lightning with current amplitude from -10 to 10 kA in Chongqing City accounted for 4.93% of total frequency, while the fre- quency of lightning with current amplitude from -5 to 5 kA accounted for only 1.27%, lower than 2%, according with the conventional deletion proportion in China. Lightning data with current amplitude from -5 to 5 kA caused a great disturbance to the fitting effect, so the fitting effect was the best after these lightning data was deleted. After the lightning location system of Chongqing City was upgraded in 2005, the frequency of lightning with current amplitude from -10 to 10 kA decreased, and there were obvious changes in the frequency of lightning with current amplitude from -10 to -5 kA and from 5 to 10 kA, while the frequency of lightning with current amplitude from -5 to 5 kA was small and stable, so these data could be deleted. [Conclusion] The research could provide theoretical references for error correction of lightning location data with small amplitude in Chongqing City. 展开更多

It is shown that the calibrated BER, which would otherwise be under-estimated without the correction factor, can reliably monitor the performance of optical coherent systems near the target BER of 10<sup>-3</sup> for quadrature phase shift keying (QPSK), 16-QAM, and 64-QAM employing carrier phase recovery with differential decoding to compensate for laser phase noise. 对空间负荷预测误差进行有效评价是客观认识预测结果,指导预测结果合理应用的前提。然而,现有空间负荷预测误差评价的研究存在对误差的空间分布不考虑或考虑不充分导致评价不准确的问题。为此,提出一种基于误差幅空特性分析的空间负荷... 对空间负荷预测误差进行有效评价是客观认识预测结果,指导预测结果合理应用的前提。然而,现有空间负荷预测误差评价的研究存在对误差的空间分布不考虑或考虑不充分导致评价不准确的问题。为此,提出一种基于误差幅空特性分析的空间负荷预测误差评价方法。首先,从空间负荷预测误差幅值大小和空间分布对电网规划影响的角度出发,对误差的幅空特性进行详细分析;其次,利用运输问题的数学模型来表征正负误差的幅空抵消特性,使用各空间邻近度–幅值误差值曲线与x轴围成面积之和来表征剩余未抵消误差的幅空叠加特性;然后,分别通过伏格尔法和各梯形面积累加公式来计算正负误差的幅空抵消影响值和剩余未抵消误差的幅空叠加影响值,并在此基础上构建空间负荷预测误差评价指标;最后,基于误差对电网规划的实际影响给出对误差评价指标性能的检验方法。算例分析表明,与传统方法相比,该文所提误差评价方法从幅值和空间两个维度实现了对空间负荷预测误差更为全面的评估,与误差对电网规划影响的实际情况贴近度更高。 展开更多

空间外差遥感数据光谱-干涉图双向校正算法研究

空间外差光谱技术(SHS)作为新型高光谱分析技术,被广泛应用于大气检测、卫星遥感等领域,但由于空间外差光谱仪的制作不理想或工作环境的变化都会改变仪器参数而引入误差,使干涉图数据不准确,需要进行误差校正。在卫星平台下,由于与地面... 空间外差光谱技术(SHS)作为新型高光谱分析技术,被广泛应用于大气检测、卫星遥感等领域,但由于空间外差光谱仪的制作不理想或工作环境的变化都会改变仪器参数而引入误差,使干涉图数据不准确,需要进行误差校正。在卫星平台下,由于与地面环境的巨大差异,导致地面测定的校正参数对空间外差干涉图数据不再适用,特别是调制项误差(相位误差和非均匀误差)的改变,极大影响了光谱的准确性。针对空间外差遥感数据的调制项误差,从光谱与干涉图两个方面入手,进行误差分离与原因分析,认为空间外差遥感数据误差主要来源于CCD尺寸伸缩导致的光谱频率变化和CCD响应改变导致的干涉图强度变化,提出了光谱-干涉图双向校正方法。校正测试数据选取高分五号搭载检测仪(GMI)实测的12条O 2吸收光谱。取其中一条作为标定光谱,以SCIATRAN仿真的无误差光谱为基准,与标定光谱进行对比,分析两者在光谱维的频率偏差,通过特征峰频率确定两者的频率变换关系。然后根据变换关系将仿真光谱进行频率拉伸,使拉伸后的仿真光谱与实测光谱谱峰重合,计算拉伸仿真光谱与实测光谱干涉图,将两者干涉图相比得到干涉图强度的变化关系。最后将干涉图强度变化关系用于其余11条光谱的校正,得到校正后光谱。为了衡量校正效果,以校正前后光谱的标准差、均方误差和信噪比作为评价指标。结果显示标准差、均方误差都明显降低,同时信噪比显著增大,且标准差基本都在0.07以下,信噪比基本能达到20以上。其中校正效果最好的实测光谱,标准差减少了0.3767,信噪比提高了25.1016,均方误差降低了0.1587,校正效果较差的实测光谱,标准差减少了0.2296,信噪比提高了9.6328,均方误差降低了0.1049。因此所提出的光谱-干涉图双向校正方法对空间外差遥感数据的误差校正起到较好的效果,且处理过程简单,为同类数据的处理提供了一种新思路。 展开更多

针对科氏质量流量计难以确定最佳振幅,无法达到最佳测量效果的问题,采用研制的变送器匹配性能优良的一次仪表进行试验,采集不同振幅下的信号,从振幅稳定度、波形畸变、信号功率谱、信噪比和系统驱动效率等角度分析振幅对科氏质量流量计... 针对科氏质量流量计难以确定最佳振幅,无法达到最佳测量效果的问题,采用研制的变送器匹配性能优良的一次仪表进行试验,采集不同振幅下的信号,从振幅稳定度、波形畸变、信号功率谱、信噪比和系统驱动效率等角度分析振幅对科氏质量流量计性能的影响;再进行不同振幅下的水流量标定实验,根据示值误差和重复性确定最佳振幅。结果表明,随着振幅的增大,波形畸变愈加严重、高次谐波分量也随之增大、噪声信号功率也呈现增大趋势,从而影响信噪比,使驱动效率降低;但是,振幅过小会加剧传感器放大信号幅值波动,影响测量结果。因此,针对该款流量计的最佳振幅约为439 mV。 展开更多

幅相误差对体积阵MVDR波束形成的影响

体积阵是一种由多个水听器组成的立体阵列,能够增大潜标接收基阵的孔径,获得较大的空间增益,工程中多将其制作成具有收合、展开功能的阵列应用于低频吊放声呐。由于各水听器通道内器件参数和幅度增益不一致,体积阵的每个阵元接收到的信... 体积阵是一种由多个水听器组成的立体阵列,能够增大潜标接收基阵的孔径,获得较大的空间增益,工程中多将其制作成具有收合、展开功能的阵列应用于低频吊放声呐。由于各水听器通道内器件参数和幅度增益不一致,体积阵的每个阵元接收到的信号之间存在幅相误差。文中通过建立存在幅相误差时的双圆环体积阵模型,从统计学角度分析了幅相误差对其协方差矩阵、最小方差无畸变(MVDR)波束形成器的输出信噪比(SNR)、阵增益以及方位估计精度的影响。计算机仿真结果表明,阵列幅相误差的存在会导致MVDR波束形成器的输出SNR和阵增益降低;对于相位误差而言,当输入SNR在-5 dB以上时,这种影响随输入SNR的增大越来越明显;对于幅度误差而言,当输入SNR在-10 dB以上时,幅度误差对MVDR波束形成器的输出SNR和阵增益的影响会更显著;并且,相比于幅度误差,MVDR波束形成的方位估计精度对相位误差更加敏感。 展开更多
