Firstly, the distortion of the time-domain evidence is judged based on single exponential smoothing. The real-time reliability of the evidence at the adjacent time is obtained by the real-time reliability assessment method of the evidence based on the credibility decay model.Then, the relative importance of the evidence at the adjacent time is obtained by comprehensively considering improved conflict degree and uncertainty. Finally, based on the criterion of evidence discount and the Dempster’s rule of combination, the evidence combination is carried out to achieve the sequential combination of time-domain evidence. The numerical simulation and analysis show that this method has fully embodied the dynamic characteristics of time-domain evidence combination, and it has strong processing ability for conflict information and anti-disturbing ability.The proposed method has good applicability to information fusion in the time domain.展开更多

DDM is especially suitable for massively Parallel computers. In the past, most research on DDM has focused on the domain splitting technique. In this paper. we focus our attention on use of a combination of techniques to solve each subproblem. The central question with DDM is that of how to doal with the pseodoboundary conditions. Here, we introduce a set of operators which act on the pseudo-boundaries in the solution process, referring to this new. procedure as the 'Generalized Domain Decomposition A.Jlethod(GDDM).' We have already obtained convergence factors for GDDM with certain classes of PDE's. These ctonvergence factors show that we can derive exact solutions of the whole problem for certain types of PDE's, and can get superior speed of convergence for other types.展开更多
Membrane microdomains or lipid rafts are known to be highly dynamic and to act as selective signal transduction mediators that facilitate interactions between the cell's external and internal environments.Lipid ra...Membrane microdomains or lipid rafts are known to be highly dynamic and to act as selective signal transduction mediators that facilitate interactions between the cell's external and internal environments.Lipid rafts play an important mediating role in the biology of cancer:they have been found in almost all existing experimental cancer models,including colorectal cancer (CRC),and play key regulatory roles in cell migration,metastasis,cell survival and tumor progression.This paper explores the current state of knowledge in this field by highlighting some of the pioneering and recent lipid raft studies performed on different CRC cell lines and human tissue samples.From this literature review,it becomes clear that membrane microdomains appear to be implicated in all key intracellular signaling pathways for lipid metabolism,drug resistance,cell adhesion,cell death,cell proliferation and many other processes in CRC.All signal transduction pathways seem to originate directly from those peculiar lipid islands,thereby orchestrating the colon cancer cells' state and fate.As confirmed by recent animal and preclinical studies in different CRC models,continuing to unravel the structure and function of lipid rafts-including their associated complex signaling pathways-will likely bring us one step closer to better monitoring and treating of colon cancer patients.展开更多
针对目前极化敏感面阵空域-极化域联合谱估计运算量大、耗时长的问题,提出一种降维求根MUSIC(Multiple Signal Classification)优化算法。通过对接收信号进行降维处理,提出新的求解模型将传统四维MUSIC转化为两个一维求根MUSIC求解空域...针对目前极化敏感面阵空域-极化域联合谱估计运算量大、耗时长的问题,提出一种降维求根MUSIC(Multiple Signal Classification)优化算法。通过对接收信号进行降维处理,提出新的求解模型将传统四维MUSIC转化为两个一维求根MUSIC求解空域波达方向和引用已求解出的空域信息结合拉格朗日乘子法解决来波信号极化信息估计问题。相比传统的4D-MUSIC和秩亏MUSIC,所提算法在不损失估计精度的前提下提高了运算速度,降低了运算复杂度,无需谱峰搜索过程,消除了因搜索步长而导致的量化误差。对日后大规模阵列计算及MIMO(Multiple Input Multiple Output)雷达引入提供快速求解方法。仿真实验表明,所提算法在低信噪比0 dB下空域误差约为0.85°,速度相比秩亏MUSIC提升了约64.7%,验证了该算法的有效性和高精度性。展开更多
